智能终端、入网设备、配网系统及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家电技术领域,具体涉及智能终端、入网设备、配网系统及方法。
背景技术
智能家电配网是智能家电接入网络的关键步骤,其主要是将无线路由设备的服务集标识(Service Set Identifier,SSID)和密码发送至智能家电设备,使得智能家电设备可以依据SSID和密码接入无线路由设备所构建的局域网。目前,智能家电配网技术主要采用手动方式设置智能家电设备的工作模式为配网模式,然后再将SSID和密码发送至已处于配网模式的智能家电设备。这种手动方式的配网步骤较为繁琐,当智能家电设备的数量和/或类型和/或安装位置不同时,会极大降低智能家电设备的配网效率,影响智能家电设备的使用效果。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决智能家电设备的手动配网方式效率低的技术问题。基于此,本发明提供了一种智能家电设备的配网系统和方法,可以同时对多个智能家电设备进行配网。同时,本发明还提供了一种智能终端和智能家电的入网设备,可以实现智能家电设备的快速配网。

2、本发明提供的一种智能家电的入网设备,可以判断智能终端发射的配网信息是否包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息,以控制智能家电是否接入配网信息对应的局域网。
3、本发明提供的一种智能终端,其可以向一个或多个智能家电设备发送配网信息,实现一个或多个智能家电设备可以依据配网信息同时接入局域网。
4、本发明提供的一种智能家电设备的配网系统,其包括至少一个上述技术方案所述的智能家电设备和至少一个上述技术方案所述的智能终端,可以实现一个或多个智能家电设备可以依据配网信息同时接入局域网。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
智能家电设备的手动配网方式,主要是通过智能终端将局域网的网络信息逐个发送至需要进行配网的智能家电设备,各智能家电设备再依据接收到的网络信息接入局域网内。在上述配网过程中,智能终端进行配网操作时,每次配网操作只能向一个智能家电设备发送网络信息,当智能家电设备的数量和/或类型和/或安装位置不同时,会极大降低智能家电设备的配网效率。基于此,本发明提供了一种智能家电设备的 配网方法,智能终端可以在配网操作时以广播的形式同时向一个或多个智能家电设备发送配网信息,智能家电设备可以判断接收到的配网信息是否包含其身份识别信息,若包含则可以依据配网信息接入配网信息对应的局域网,若不包含则可以结束配网。
下面结合附图,对本发明实施例中一种智能家电设备的配网方法进行说明。
图1示例性示出了本实施例中智能家电设备的配网方法的实施流程,如图所示,本实施例中可以按照下述步骤进行智能家电设备配网,具体为:
步骤S101:智能家电设备接收智能终端发送的配网信息。其中,配网信息包括配网设备身份识别信息和网络接入信息。
本实施例中配网设备身份识别信息可以包括智能家电设备的类型信息和/或MAC地址信息,其中类型信息可以为智能家电设备的设备型号。例如,智能家电设备为洗衣机时,其类型信息可以为EG7012B,MAC地址信息可以为“ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff”,ff表示16进制数。
本实施例中网络接入信息可以包括局域网的服务集标识(Service Set Identifier,SSID)和接入密码。
步骤S102:判断智能家电设备所接收的配网信息中所包含的配网设备身份识别信息是否包含该智能家电设备的身份识别信息:
若包含则接入所接收的配网信息中所包含的网络接入信息对应的局域网,若不包含则不接入该局域网。
本实施例中智能家电设备的身份识别信息可以包括智能家电设备的类型信息和/或MAC地址信息,该类型信息与MAC地址信息分别与步骤S101所述的类型信息与MAC地址信息的含义相同。
本实施例中以配网设备身份识别信息为判据,当配网设备身份识别信息包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息时表明该智能家电设备为智能终端的配网对象,此时可以依据网络接入信息接入局域网;当配网设备身份识别信息未包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息时表明智能家电设备不是智能终端的配网对象,此时可以结束配网。
例如,智能家电设备的为洗衣机时其身份识别信息内类型信息为EG8014HB88LGU1,MAC信息为aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa。
当洗衣机接收到的配网设备身份识别信息内类型信息为EG8014HB88LGU1,MAC信息为aa:aa:aa:aa:aa:aa时,由于洗衣机的身份识别信息与接收到的配网设备身份识别信息一致,表明该洗衣机为智能终端的配网对象,可以依据接收到的网络信息接入局域网。
当洗衣机接收到的配网设备身份识别信息内类型信息为EG8014BDXLU88,MAC信息为bb:bb:bb:bb:bb:bb时,由于洗衣机的身份识别信息与接收到的配网设备身份识别信息不一致,表明该洗衣机不是智能终端的配网对象,可以结束配网。
进一步地,本实施例中可以采用下述方式接收智能终端发送的配网信息,具体为:
本实施例中可以采用语音通信方式接收配网信息,将配网信息以语音信号进行传输,可以将配网信息的具体内容进行清晰的展现,进而可以将配网信息传输至智能家电设备。同时也可以采用超声波通信方式接收配网信息,将配网信息以超声波信号进行传输,基于超声波信号穿透能力强的特点,使得处于不同位置的智能家电设备均可以准确接收配网信息。
进一步地,本实施例中配网信息可以包括一个或多个配网设备身份识别信息,对一个智能家电设备进行配网或对多个智能家电设备同时进行配网。
进一步地,本实施例中智能家电设备的配网方法还可以包括下述步骤,具体为:
本实施例中智能终端可以依据智能家电设备接入局域网后向局域网发送的接入确认信息,与智能家电设备建立通信连接。其中,接入确认信息为智能家电设备接入局域网后向局域网发送的配网完成反馈信息,同时需要说明的是该配网完成反馈信息仅仅为了实现智能终端对家电设备联网状态的确认,可以为任何预设的信息或约定信息。当智能终端获取到智能家电设备向局域网发送的接入确认信息后,表明智能家电设备已经接入局域网,此时可以与对应的智能家电设备建立通信连接,进而可以向智能家电设备下发预设控制指令,控制智能家电设备执行预设动作。
例如,智能家电设备为洗衣机时,可以依据洗衣机向局域网发送的接入确认信息与该洗衣机建立通信连接,并在通信连接建立后向 洗衣机洗下发漂洗控制指令或脱水控制指令等预设控制指令,控制洗衣机执行漂洗或脱水等预设动作。
上述配网方法实施例中虽然将各个步骤按照上述先后次序的方式进行了描述,但是本领域技术人员可以理解,为了实现本实施例的效果,不同的步骤之间不必按照这样的次序执行,其可以同时(并行)执行或以颠倒的次序执行,这些简单的变化都在本发明的保护范围之内。
基于上述配网方法实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种智能家电的入网设备,下面结合附图对该智能家电的入网设备进行说明。
图2示例性示出了本实施例中智能家电的入网设备结构,如图所示,本实施例中智能家电的入网设备可以包括信息接收识别模块11、判断模块12和接入模块13。其中,信息接收识别模块11可以用于接收智能终端发送的配网信息。判断模块12可以配置为判断信息接收识别模块接收的配网信息中所包含的配网设备身份识别信息是否包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息。接入模块13可以用于在判断模块12确定配网设备身份识别信息包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息后,依据信息接收识别模块11接收的配网信息中所包含的网络接入信息接入该网络接入信息对应的局域网,并向该局域网发送接入确认信息。
进一步地,本实施例中信息接收识别模块11可以采用语音接收识别模块,也可以采用超声波接收识别模块。其中,语音接收识别模块可以采用语音通信方式接收配网信息,超声波接收识别模块可以采用超声波通信方式接收配网信息。
进一步地,本实施例中判断模块12可以包括下述结构,具体为:本实施例中判断模块12可以包括存储单元和判断单元。其中,存储单元可以用于存储智能家电设备的身份识别。判断单元可以配置为判断配网设备身份识别信息是否包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息。
进一步地,本实施例中接入模块13采用无线通信方式接入局域网,可以采用下述结构,具体为:
本实施例中接入模块13可以采用Wifi模块,其采用基于IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ac标准的无线局域网技术(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)接入局域网。本实施例中接入模块13也可以采用BT通信模块,其采用BT通信方式接入局域网。本实施例中接入模块13也可以采用ZigBee通信模 块,其采用基于IEEE 802.15.4标准的低功耗局域网技术ZigBee接入局域网。
上述智能家电的入网设备实施例可以用于执行上述智能家电设备的配网方法实施例,其技术原理、所解决的技术问题及产生的技术效果相似,所属技术领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的智能家电的入网设备的具体工作过程及有关说明,可以参考前述智能家电设备的配网方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,上述智能家电的入网设备还包括一些其他公知结构,例如处理器、控制器、存储器等,其中,存储器包括但不限于随机存储器、闪存、只读存储器、可编程只读存储器、易失性存储器、非易失性存储器、串行存储器、并行存储器或寄存器等,处理器包括但不限于CPLD/FPGA、DSP、ARM处理器、MIPS处理器等,为了不必要地模糊本公开的实施例,这些公知的结构未在图2中示出。

基于上述配网方法实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种智能终端,下面结合附图对该智能终端进行说明。
图3示例性示出了本实施例中智能终端的结构,如图所示,本实施例中智能终端可以包括信息发射模块21和通信设置模块22。其中,信息发射模块21可以用于向一个或多个智能家电设备发送配网信息。通信设置模块22可以配置为依据接入确认信息与智能家电设备建立通信连接;该接入确认信息为智能家电设备依据所接收的配网信息接入局域网后,向局域网发送的配网完成反馈信息。
进一步地,本实施例中信息发射模块21可以采用语音信息发射模块,也可以采用超声波信息发射模块。其中,语音信息发射模块可以采用语音通信方式将配网信息发送至智能家电设备,超声波信息发射模块可以采用超声波通信方式将配网信息发送至智能家电设备。

本实施例中智能终端可以包括第一信息采集模块,该第一信息采集模块可以配置为采集输入至智能终端的配网设备身份识别信息, 即可以采集通过智能终端的信息输入模块输入至智能终端的配网设备身份识别信息。其中,第一信息采集模块可以适用于在已知配网设备身份识别信息的情况下向智能终端输入配网设备身份识别信息后采集配网设备身份识别信息。
本实施例中智能终端也可以包括第二信息采集模块,该第二信息采集模块可以配置为通过识别二维码采集配网设备身份识别信息,即可以识别二维码所包含的配网设备身份识别信息。其中,第二信息采集模块可以适用于在未知配网设备身份识别信息的情况下通过识别智能家电设备的二维码采集配网设备身份识别信息,且该二维码包含了对应智能家电设备的配网设备身份识别信息。
本实施例中智能终端可以同时包括第一信息采集模块和第二信息采集模块,即同时具备输入信息采集和二维码识别的信息采集方式。
进一步地,本实施例中智能终端还可以包括存储模块,该存储模块可以存储至少一个智能家电设备的配网设备身份识别信息和至少一个局域网的网络信息。
本实施例中智能终端可以同时向一个或多个智能家电设备发送配网信息,并可以在智能家电设备均接入局域网后与其建立通信连接,进而可以控制智能家电设备执行预设动作,实现了智能家电设备的快速配网。
本领域技术人员可以理解,上述智能终端还包括一些其他公知结构,例如处理器、控制器、存储器等,其中,存储器包括但不限于随机存储器、闪存、只读存储器、可编程只读存储器、易失性存储器、非易失性存储器、串行存储器、并行存储器或寄存器等,处理器包括但不限于CPLD/FPGA、DSP、ARM处理器、MIPS处理器等,为了不必要地模糊本公开的实施例,这些公知的结构未在图3中示出。

基于上述智能终端实施例和智能家电设备实施例,本发明实施例还提供了一种智能家电设备的配网系统,下面结合附图对该配网系统进行说明。
本实施例中智能家电设备的配网系统可以包括至少一个路由设备、至少一个智能家电的入网设备,以及至少一个智能终端。
其中,路由设备可以为无线路由器,智能家电的入网设备可以为上述智能家电的入网设备实施例所述的智能家电的入网设备,智能终端可以为上述智能终端实施例所述的智能终端。智能终端向智能家电设备发送的网络接入信息可以包含路由设备所构建的局域网的服务集标识和接入密码。
图4示例性示出了本实施例中智能家电设备的配网系统的结构,如图所示,本实施例中智能家电设备的配网系统可以包括一个或多个路由设备33,可以包括一个或多个智能家电的入网设备31,可以包括一个或多个智能终端32。
智能家电的入网设备31可以与智能终端32进行语音或超声波通信,接收智能终端32发送的配网信息。各智能家电的入网设备31对各自接收的配网信息进行校验,当配网信息内配网设备身份识别信息包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息后,依据各自接收的网络接入信息接入无线路由设备33所构建的局域网连接,并向该局域网发送接入确认信息。其中,智能家电的入网设备31向局域网发送的接入确认信息可以存储在云平台34上。智能家电的入网设备31内的接入模块和信息接收识别模块均可以与智能家电设备的家电设备主控板连接。
智能终端32可以包括无线模块,采用无线通信方式获取云平台34上存储的接入确认信息,并依据该接入确认信息与对应的智能家电的入网设备31建立通信连接。
具体地,如图4所示,本实施例中智能家电设备的配网系统可以包括n个智能家电的入网设备31,即智能家电的入网设备1~智能家电的入网设备n,同时还包括一个智能终端32和一个无线路由设备33。智能终端32可以同时向智能家电的入网设备1~智能家电的入网设备n发送配网信息,当智能家电的入网设备31所接收的配网信息包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息后,智能家电的入网设备31可以接入无线路由设备33所构建的局域网,并向该局域网发送接入确认信息,该接入确认信息可以存储在云平台34上。
下面结合附图,对本实施例中智能家电设备的配网系统的实施流程进行说明。
图5示例性示出了本实施例中智能家电设备的配网系统的配网实施流程,如图所示,本实施例中配网系统可以按照下述步骤进行智能家电设备配网,具体为:
步骤S201:智能家电设备通电,使得按照在该智能家电设备上的入网设备可以正常工作。
步骤S202:控制智能终端向智能家电的入网设备发送配网信息。本实施例中智能终端可以为手机。
步骤S203:智能家电的入网设备接收智能终端发送的配网信息。
步骤S204:智能家电的入网设备对配网信息进行验证,判断所接收的配网信息是否包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息:若包含则执行步骤S306,若不包含则执行步骤S305。
步骤S305:结束配网。
步骤S306:智能家电的入网设备解析所接收的网络接入信息,获取局域网的服务集标识和接入密码。
步骤S307:智能家电的入网设备依据步骤S306得到的服务集标识和接入密码接入对应的局域网,并向该局域网发送接入确认信息。
步骤S308:智能终端获取智能家电的入网设备向局域网发送的接入确认信息,并依据该接入确认信息与对应的智能家电的入网设备建立通信连接。
优选的,本实施例提供了一种智能家电设备配网系统的优选实施方案,本实施例中智能家电设备配网系统内的智能家电设备可以包括洗衣机、电冰箱和空调,智能终端为手机,路由设备为无线路由设备。下面以洗衣机和空调为例对该智能家电设备配网系统的实施流程进行说明。
(1)通过手机采集洗衣机和空调的配网设备身份识别信息,以及无线路由设备所构建的局域网的网络接入信息。为了简洁描述,本实施例中将洗衣机的身份识别信息描述为“第一身份识别信息”,电冰箱的身份识别信息描述为“第二身份识别信息”,空调的身份识别信息描述为“第三身份识别信息”。
(2)在洗衣机、电冰箱和空调通电后,通过手机同时向洗衣机、电冰箱和空调发送包含第一身份识别信息、第三身份识别信息和网络接入信息的语音信号/超声波信号。
(3)洗衣机上的入网设备接收到手机发出的语音信号/超声波信号后,对其进行校验,判断得到该语音信号/超声波信号中包含第一身份识别信息,则依据该语音信号/超声波信号中的网络接入信息接入局域网,并向局域网发送接入确认信息。
电冰箱上的入网设备接收到手机发出的语音信号/超声波信号后,对其进行校验,判断出该语音信号/超声波信号中不包含第二身份识别信息,则结束配网。
空调接上的入网设备收到手机发出的语音信号/超声波信号后,对其进行校验,判断出该语音信号/超声波信号中包含第三身份识别信息,则依据该语音信号/超声波信号中的网络接入信息接入局域网,并向局域网发送接入确认信息。
(4)手机接收到洗衣机的接入确认信息后,依据该计入确认信息与洗衣机建立通信连接,可以向其发送预设控制指令,执行预设动作,如漂洗或脱水。
手机接收到空调的接入确认信息后,依据该接入确认信息与空调建立通信连接,可以向其发送预设控制指令,执行预设动作,如调整温度或调整风速。
本实施例中可以同时实现洗衣机和空调的配网,提高了配网效率,且上述实施例中虽然将各个步骤按照上述先后次序的方式进行了描述,但是本领域技术人员可以理解,为了实现本实施例的效果,不同的步骤之间不必按照这样的次序执行,其可以同时(并行)执行或以颠倒的次序执行,这些简单的变化都在本发明的保护范围之内。

至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域 技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种智能家电设备的配网方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    智能家电设备接收智能终端发送的配网信息;所述配网信息包括配网设备身份识别信息和网络接入信息;
    判断所接收的配网信息中所包含的配网设备身份识别信息是否包含所述智能家电设备的身份识别信息:若包含则接入所接收的配网信息中所包含的网络接入信息对应的局域网。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能家电设备的配网方法,其特征在于,所述智能家电设备接收智能终端发送的配网信息包括:
    采用语音通信方式接收配网信息;或者,
    采用超声波通信方式接收配网信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能家电设备的配网方法,其特征在于,
    所述配网信息包括一个或多个配网设备身份识别信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能家电设备的配网方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    智能终端依据智能家电设备接入局域网后向所述局域网发送的接入确认信息,与所述智能家电设备建立通信连接。
  5. 一种智能家电的入网设备,其特征在于,所述入网设备包括:
    信息接收识别模块,用于接收智能终端发送的配网信息;所述配网信息包括配网设备身份识别信息和网络接入信息;
    判断模块,配置为判断所述信息接收识别模块接收的配网信息中所包含的配网设备身份识别信息是否包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息;
    接入模块,用于在所述判断模块确定所述配网设备身份识别信息包含智能家电设备的身份识别信息后,依据所述信息接收识别模块接收的配网信息中所包含的网络接入信息接入该网络接入信息对应的局域网,并向该局域网发送接入确认信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能家电设备,其特征在于,
    所述信息接收识别模块为语音接收识别模块或超声波接收识别模块。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的智能家电设备,其特征在于,
    所述接入模块采用无线通信方式接入局域网。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能家电设备,其特征在于,
    所述接入模块为Wifi通信模块、ZigBee通信模块或BT通信模块。
  9. 一种智能终端,其特征在于,所述智能终端包括:
    信息发射模块,用于向一个或多个智能家电设备发送配网信息;所述配网信息包括配网设备身份识别信息和网络接入信息;
    通信设置模块,配置为依据智能家电设备的接入确认信息与所述智能家电设备建立通信连接;所述接入确认信息为智能家电设备依据所接收的配网信息接入局域网后,向所述局域网发送的配网完成反馈信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述信息发射模块为语音信息发射模块或超声波信息发射模块。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述智能终端还包括:
    第一信息采集模块,配置为采集输入至智能终端的配网设备身份识别信息;和/或,
    第二信息采集模块,配置为通过识别二维码采集配网设备身份识别信息。
  12. 根据权利要求9或10所述的智能终端,其特征在于,
    所述智能终端还包括:
    存储模块,用于存储至少一个智能家电设备的配网设备身份识别信息和至少一个局域网的网络接入信息。
  13. 一种智能家电设备的配网系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    至少一个路由设备;
    至少一个智能家电的入网设备,所述入网设备采用根据权利要求5-8中任一项所述的智能家电的入网设备;
    智能终端,所述智能终端采用根据权利要求9-12中任一项所述的智能终端。
