본 발명은 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 실내외의 벽체나 창호 등에 설치되는 목재패널의 간단한 조립 구조를 제공하여 작업성을 향상시키고, 목재패널의 내측에 전통문양을 표현할 수 있도록 다양한 형상의 장식체를 짜맞춤 기법을 이용함으로써 간편하고 자유롭게 조립할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 목재패널의 외관이 미려하여 장식효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조에 관한 것이다.

짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조
본 발명은 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 실내외의 벽체나 창호 등에 설치되는 목재패널의 간단한 조립 구조를 제공하여 작업성을 향상시키고, 목재패널의 내측에 전통문양을 표현할 수 있도록 다양한 형상의 장식체를 짜맞춤 기법을 이용함으로써 간편하고 자유롭게 조립할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 목재패널의 외관이 미려하여 장식효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 문양은 미적 감각을 불러 일으키기 위해 점이나 선, 색채를 도형과 같이 형상화한 것을 말한다.
이러한 문양은 각자의 삶을 통해 발현되는 창조적 산물이며, 언어나 문자와 마찬가지로 사용 주체인 민족과 그 민족이 처한 역사적 배경에 따라 고유한 형태로 나타나고 있는 것으로, 재료 차이에 따른 점이나 선 등의 질감에서부터 공예·회화·건축 등의 공간을 구성하는 요소에 이르기까지, 문양은 단순히 장식적인 기능에 국한되지 않고 인간 본연의 기원과 욕구를 다분히 종교적 성격을 띠면서 담아내고 있다.
우리나라의 전통문양은 그 소재와 의미에 따라 분류할 수 있는 것으로, 용이나 봉황 등 동물을 소재로 할 수 있으며, 연꽃이나 대나무 등 식물을 소재로 삼을 수도 있고, 식물이나 동물뿐만 아니라 만자나 복자를 표현한 문자 무늬나 기하학 무늬도 있으며, 자연 소재가 아닌 인공물 속에서도 소재를 취하였다.
이와 같은 우리나라의 전통문양은 우리 선조들의 뛰어난 창의력과 지식, 예술성, 생활 등 모든 것이 깃들어 있으며, 우리 문화재, 건축물, 생활소품, 그림 등에서 추출한 정보를 담고 있는 독창적인 전통문화 유산의 발현이다.
이러한 우리나라의 전통문양은 특히 한옥구조에서 잘 표현되고 있으며, 그 중에서도 창호 등에 주로 사용되고 있는 격자형 또는 완자형의 전통문양이 대표적이다.
이에 최근에는 역사 및 문화적인 가치가 있는 전통문양에 대한 관심이 높아졌고, 디자인적인 가치가 탁월한 장점을 지닌 전통문양을 현대식 가옥에 접목하는 추세가 늘어나고 있는 실정이며, 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1537819호에는 "한옥형 목재창호의 조립 구조"에 대한 기술을 개시하고 있다.
그러나, 상술한 전통 문양이 표현된 장식체를 제작하기 위해서는 대부분이 고난이도의 기술을 가진 전문가가 주문 생산의 수공 제작 방식으로 이루어지고 있어, 제작 단가가 매우 높고 조립 공정 및 설치 시간이 오래 걸려 시공성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 기존의 벽지나 합판 등은 사용자가 변경을 원하는 경우, 해체 후 새로운 것으로 다시 설치해야 하므로, 각종 건설 폐기물이 발생되어 환경오염을 유발할 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 것을 설치하기 위한 비용이 발생되어 사용자에게 경제적인 부담을 가중시키는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 전통 조립 방식인 짜맞춤(짜임) 기법을 이용한 끼움 고정방식으로 목재패널을 조립할 수 있도록 하여, 비전문가가 쉽고 간편하게 조립이 가능함은 물론, 이에 따른 작업성과 시공성이 우수한 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 목재패널의 조립홈과 장식체의 고정홈에 경사면을 형성함으로써, 목재패널과 장식체를 고정하기 위한 조립편이 쉽게 분리되지 않도록 하여 조립상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하기 위한 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 일자형 또는 절곡형과 같은 다양한 형상의 장식체를 제공함으로써, 전통 문양을 다양하게 표현할 수 있게 되어 장식효과를 극대화 할 수 있으며, 사용자의 기호에 따라 문양의 변형, 교체 및 유지보수가 용이한 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조를 제공하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 발명에 따른 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조는 길이 방향 양측 단부에 45도 방향으로 깎여진 제1경사부(110)가 구비되며, 상기 경사부의 외주면에 돌출된 형태의 체결구(111)가 형성된 소정의 길이를 갖는 한 쌍의 제1마감틀(100); 상기 제1마감틀의 체결구에 끼워 고정되도록, 길이 방향 양측 단부에 체결홈(211)이 구비된 45도 방향으로 깍여진 제2경사부(210)가 형성된 소정의 길이를 갖는 한 쌍의 제2마감틀(200); 상기 제1마감틀 및 제2마감틀의 내주면에 각각 등간격을 유지하여 연속적으로 배치되는 다수의 조립홈(300); 상기 다수의 조립홈 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 조립홈에 몸체 일측이 끼워 고정되는 조립편(400); 및 상기 조립편의 몸체 타측이 끼워 고정되도록 고정홈(510)이 구비되는 장식체(500);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 조립홈(300) 및 고정홈(510)은 상기 조립편(400)이 분리되는 것을 방지하도록 경사면(310,511)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 조립홈(300)은 상기 조립편(400)이 끼워지지 않은 나머지 조립홈에 체결되는 마감편(320)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
한편, 상기 장식체(500)는 소정의 길이를 갖는 직육면체 형상으로 이루어진 일자형 장식체(520); 및 90도 방향으로 꺾여진 절곡부(531)가 형성되어, "ㄱ"자 또는 "ㄴ"자 형태로 이루어진 절곡형 장식체(530);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 절곡형 장식체(530)는 상기 절곡부를 기준으로 꺾여진 각각의 장식변(541,542)이 서로 동일한 길이를 갖는 제1장식체(540); 및 상기 절곡부를 기준으로 꺾여진 각각의 장식변(551,552)이 서로 다른 길이를 갖는 제2장식체(550); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 전통 방식인 짜맞춤(짜임) 기법을 이용한 끼움 고정방식으로 목재패널을 조립할 수 있도록 하여, 비전문가가 쉽고 간편하게 조립이 가능함은 물론, 이에 따른 작업성과 시공성이 우수한 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 목재패널의 조립홈과 장식체의 고정홈에 경사면을 형성함으로써, 목재패널과 장식체를 고정하기 위한 조립편이 쉽게 분리되지 않도록 하여 조립상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 일자형 또는 절곡형과 같은 다양한 형상의 장식체를 제공함으로써, 전통 문양을 다양하게 표현할 수 있게 되어 장식효과를 극대화 할 수 있으며, 사용자의 기호에 따라 문양의 변형, 교체 및 유지보수가 용이한 장점이 있다.

도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 분해 사시도, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 사시도, 도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 개략적인 일측 단면도, 도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 개략적인 일측 단면도, 도 5는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시 예에 따른 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 사시도, 도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 일자형 장식체의 사시도, 도 7은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 절곡형 장식체의 사시도, 도 8은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 실시 예를 나타낸 도면이다.
본 발명에 따른 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조는 도 1 내지 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이, 제1마감틀(100), 제2마감틀(200), 조립홈(300), 조립편(400), 장식체(500)로 크게 구성된다.
이에 상기 제1마감틀(100)은 도 1 내지 도 3에서 보는 바와 같이, 길이 방향 양측 단부에 45도 방향으로 깎여진 제1경사부(110)가 구비되며, 상기 경사부의 외주면에 돌출된 형태의 체결구(111)가 형성된 소정의 길이를 갖도록 형성되어 도 1을 기준으로 상부와 하부 한 쌍으로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 제2마감틀(200)은 상기 제1마감틀의 체결구에 끼워 고정되도록, 길이 방향 양측 단부에 체결홈(211)이 구비된 45도 방향으로 깍여진 제2경사부(210)가 형성된 소정의 길이를 갖도록 형성되어 도 1을 기준으로 좌측과 우측 한 쌍으로 이루어진다.
이때, 상기 제1마감틀 및 제2마감틀은 바람직하게는 통상적으로 가공된 목재를 사용하는 것으로, 소나무, 편백나무, 삼나무, 적삼목, 방부목 등이 사용될 수 있으나, 간벌목이나 낙엽송 등을 활용할 수도 있으며, 목재 이외의 플라스틱, 우레탄 폼 등의 합성수지재 소재가 사용될 수 있다.
이와 같은 제1마감틀 및 제2마감틀은 상기 체결구와 체결홈을 통해 짜맞춤(짜임) 방식인 끼움 고정되도록 하여 전체적으로 사각형상의 틀을 형성할 수 있다.
즉, 이러한 본 발명은 고정을 위해 유해성분이 포함된 별도의 접착부재를 사용할 필요가 없게 되어 친환경적인 목재패널을 제공할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 조립홈(300)은 상기 제1마감틀 및 제2마감틀의 내주면에 각각 등간격을 유지하여 연속적으로 배치된다.
이때, 상기 조립홈(300)은 바람직하게는 후술되는 장식체(500)가 표현하는 다양한 전통 문양에 대응하여 간격을 조절하거나 또는 배치되는 조립홈의 수를 조절할 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 상기 조립편(400)은 상기 다수의 조립홈 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 조립홈에 몸체 일측이 끼워 고정되도록 한다.
이때, 상기 조립편(400)은 바람직하게는 조립 시 파손이나 변형을 방지하기 위해 상대적으로 내구성이 높은 목재(또는 합성수시재)를 사용할 수 있다.
이와 같은 조립편(400)은 상기 조립홈과 장식체를 체결하는 역할을 하는 동시에, 디자인적인 요소를 가미하여 장식성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 상기 장식체(500)는 상기 조립편의 몸체 타측이 끼워 고정되도록 고정홈(510)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
한편, 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 조립홈(300) 및 고정홈(510)은 상기 조립편(400)이 분리되는 것을 방지하도록 경사면(310,511)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 경사면(310, 511)은 상부쪽에 조립된 장식체가 중력에 의해 분리되거나 또는 외력에 의해 분리되는 것을 방지하여 조립된 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
또한, 상기 조립홈(300)은 도 3 내지 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 조립편(400)이 끼워지지 않은 나머지 조립홈에 체결되는 마감편(320)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
즉, 상기 장식체가 조립편에 의해 상기 제1마감틀 및 제2마감틀의 내측에 조립이 완성되면, 상기 조립편이 끼워지지 않은 조립홈에 상기 마감편을 체결함으로써, 먼지와 같은 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지하여 목재패널의 미관 향상을 도모할 수 있도록 한다.
한편, 상기 장식체(500)는 바람직하게는 도 5 내지 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이, 소정의 길이를 갖는 직육면체 형상으로 이루어진 일자형 장식체(520) 및 90도 방향으로 꺾여진 절곡부(531)가 형성되어, "ㄱ"자 또는 "ㄴ"자 형태로 이루어진 절곡형 장식체(530)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 일자형 장식체(520)는 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이, 양측 단부에 고정홈(510)이 구비된 막대 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 절곡형 장식체(530)는 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이, 이때, 상기 절곡형 장식체(530)는 상기 절곡부를 기준으로 꺾여진 각각의 장식변(541,542)이 서로 동일한 길이를 갖는 제1장식체(540) 및 상기 절곡부를 기준으로 꺾여진 각각의 장식변(551,552)이 서로 다른 길이를 갖는 제2장식체(550)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 절곡형 장식체(530)는 바람직하게는 상기 절곡부(531)를 추가로 형성하여 "ㄷ"자 또는 "ㄹ"자 형태로 형성할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 장식체(500)는 바람직하게는 원호 형상으로 만곡된 형태의 만곡형 장식체(미도시)로 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 장식체(500)는 바람직하게는 장식체의 조립 배치에 대응하여 외주면 일측에 하나 이상의 보조고정홈(501)이 형성될 수 있다.
이와 같은 장식체(500)는 다양한 전통 문양을 표현할 수 있으며, 사용자의 기호에 따라 장식체의 재배치가 가능하여 변형이 용이한 장점이 있다.
한편, 상기 제1마감틀(100) 및 제2마감틀(200)은 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이, 외주면 일측에 연결홈(120,220)이 형성되고, 상기 연결홈에 끼워 고정되는 연결편(600)이 마련되어 다수의 목재패널이 연속적으로 연결될 수 있도록 한다.
이와 같이 본 발명은 전통 방식인 짜맞춤(짜임) 기법을 이용한 끼움 고정방식으로 목재패널을 조립할 수 있도록 하여, 비전문가가 쉽고 간편하게 조립이 가능함은 물론, 이에 따른 작업성과 시공성이 우수한 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 목재패널의 조립홈과 장식체의 고정홈에 경사면을 형성함으로써, 목재패널과 장식체를 고정하기 위한 조립편이 쉽게 분리되지 않도록 하여 조립상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 일자형 또는 절곡형과 같은 다양한 형상의 장식체를 제공함으로써, 전통 문양을 다양하게 표현할 수 있게 되어 장식효과를 극대화 할 수 있으며, 사용자의 기호에 따라 문양의 변형, 교체 및 유지보수가 용이한 장점이 있다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적의 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서, 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진자라면, 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 길이 방향 양측 단부에 45도 방향으로 깎여진 제1경사부(110)가 구비되며, 상기 경사부의 외주면에 돌출된 형태의 체결구(111)가 형성된 소정의 길이를 갖는 한 쌍의 제1마감틀(100);
    상기 제1마감틀의 체결구에 끼워 고정되도록, 길이 방향 양측 단부에 체결홈(211)이 구비된 45도 방향으로 깍여진 제2경사부(210)가 형성된 소정의 길이를 갖는 한 쌍의 제2마감틀(200);
    상기 제1마감틀 및 제2마감틀의 내주면에 각각 등간격을 유지하여 연속적으로 배치되는 다수의 조립홈(300);
    상기 다수의 조립홈 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 조립홈에 몸체 일측이 끼워 고정되는 조립편(400); 및
    상기 조립편의 몸체 타측이 끼워 고정되도록 고정홈(510)이 구비되는 장식체(500); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조립홈(300) 및 고정홈(510)은
    상기 조립편(400)이 분리되는 것을 방지하도록 경사면(310,511)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 조립홈(300)은
    상기 조립편(400)이 끼워지지 않은 나머지 조립홈에 체결되는 마감편(320)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 장식체(500)는
    소정의 길이를 갖는 직육면체 형상으로 이루어진 일자형 장식체(520); 및
    90도 방향으로 꺾여진 절곡부(531)가 형성되어, "ㄱ"자 또는 "ㄴ"자 형태로 이루어진 절곡형 장식체(530);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 절곡형 장식체(530)는
    상기 절곡부를 기준으로 꺾여진 각각의 장식변(541,542)이 서로 동일한 길이를 갖는 제1장식체(540); 및
    상기 절곡부를 기준으로 꺾여진 각각의 장식변(551,552)이 서로 다른 길이를 갖는 제2장식체(550); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 짜맞춤 기법을 이용한 전통문양 장식체를 갖는 장식용 목재패널의 조립 구조.
