本申请属于信息处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种保单的贡献比例审核方法、装置、终端设备及介质。
背景技术
在保险行业,保险公司的业务员一般依靠承保完成的保单的提成作为个人的主要收入来源。因此,对于业务员来说,保单的贡献比例(即佣金比例)对其个人收入以及积极性的影响很大。
目前,对于客户已付款合同生效的保单(即承保完成的保单),业务员若要修改该保单的贡献比例,其需要通过报问题工单的方式进行申请,经过审核岗人员对上报的问题工单进行审核后,向该业务员反馈审核通过或者不通过的结果。这样不仅需要耗费人力资源对贡献比例的修改进行审核,而且导致业务员修改的贡献比例审核不及时、准确性差,对业务员的积极性产生不良影响。
技术问题
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种保单的贡献比例审核方法、装置、终端设备及介质,以解决现有技术中贡献比例修改的审核效率低以及准确性较差的问题。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例的第一方面提供了一种保单的贡献比例审核方法,包括:
获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;
获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;
将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;
根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;
若所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;
若所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。
本申请实施例的第二方面提供了一种保单的贡献比例审核装置,包括:
请求获取模块,用于获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;
历史贡献比例获取模块,用于获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;
比例方差计算模块,用于将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;
可修改范围计算模块,用于根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;
第一审核模块,用于若所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;
第二审核模块,用于若所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。
本申请实施例的第三方面提供了一种终端设备,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如第一方面所述的保单的贡献比例审核方法的步骤。
本申请实施例的第四方面提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如第一方面所述的保单的贡献比例审核方法的步骤。
有益效果
本申请实施例中,首先,获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;然后,获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;接着,根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;若所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;若所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。这样,可以通过实时计算出的可修改比例范围对该业务员当前修改的新贡献比例进行审核,并得到审核结果,不仅节省了审核的人力资源,而且提高了贡献比例修改的审核效率和准确性,对业务员的积极性产生积极的影响。

本发明的实施方式
为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
请参阅图1,本申请实施例中一种保单的贡献比例审核方法一个实施例包括:
101、获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;
本实施例中,当业务员需要修改某个保单的贡献比例时,可以向保险公司的系统发起贡献比例修改请求,并提交业务员想要的新贡献比例,从而系统可以获取到该贡献比例修改请求和待审核的新贡献比例。
这里说的新贡献比例是指该业务员希望将该保单的贡献比例修改为哪个贡献比例。例如,保单默认的贡献比例为0.5(即50%),业务员希望将贡献比例提高到0.7,则该业务员发起贡献比例修改请求时,待审核的新贡献比例为0.7。可知,若业务员提交的请求审核通过后,该保单的贡献比例将被修改为业务员期望的0.7。
102、获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;
本实施例中,系统在获取到业务员的贡献比例修改请求之后,可以从保险公司的数据库中,例如业务数据库、保单数据库等,获取到该业务员已提佣金的历史保单以及各个历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例。
上述已提佣金的历史保单是指业务员在保险公司的销售工作中已完成、且已提取佣金的保单。可以理解的是,由于这些历史保单的佣金已提,从而这些历史保单的贡献比例是已经确定的,可以作为本次业务员修改贡献比例的参考数据。
特别地,如果该业务员在保险公司中不存在历史保单,例如该业务员为保险公司的新入职员工,未签订任何一份保单,从而步骤102中的历史保单为0,得到的历史保单对应的历史贡献比例也为0。
103、将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;
假设获取到的各个历史贡献比例分别为x 1、x 2、x 3……x n,将这些数据组成一个比例数组,该比例数据的平均数为x 0,则可以通过下述公式(1)计算该比例数据的方差:s 2=1/n[(x 1-x 0) 2+(x 2-x 0) 2+K+(x n-x 0) 2]…………公式(1)
可以理解的是,通过该业务员各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组的方差,可以用于衡量该业务员的各个历史贡献比例的波动大小,为后续对本次修改的贡献比例是否合理有一定参考价值。
104、根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;
本实施例中,为了评估业务员修改的新贡献比例是否合理,引入了该业务员所在部门的预设比例范围和上述实时计算得到的方差。在一个应用场景下,可以计算该预设比例范围与方差之和来确定可修改比例范围。例如,假设预设比例范围为[0,0.7],方差的值为0.1,则计算得到的可修改比例范围为[0.1,0.8]。
在本实施例中,业务员所在部门的预设比例范围可以通过多种方式得到。较为简单地,该预设比例范围可以由部门负责人根据部门的实际情况预先设定,例如直接设定为上述的[0,0.7]。
进一步地,为了提升该预设比例范围的合理性,本实施例中,所述预设比例范围还可以通过以下步骤得到,如图2所示:
201、获取所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的险种类型;
202、从预设的各个比例范围中选取一个与所述险种类型对应的比例范围;
203、根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围。
对于步骤201,可以理解的是,在保险行业中,不同的险种类型,其贡献比例往往也不相同。例如,养老险保单的贡献比例普遍偏低,而财产险保单的贡献比例则相对较高。因此,在评估新贡献比例是否合理之前,可以获取该贡献比例修改请求对应保单的险种类型,然后通过步骤202确定出这个险种类型对应的比例范围。
对于步骤202,可以在保险公司系统中预先设定各个比例范围,这些预先设定的比例范围分别与不同的险种类型一一对应。当步骤201确定出该贡献比例修改请求对应保单的险种类型之后,即可确定该险种类型对应的比例范围。
对于步骤203,出险率是衡量该业务员所在部门的保险运营成本的重要指标。因此,可以采用出险率对选取得到的比例范围进行调整,使得最后确定的预设比例范围更合理。一般来说,出险率越高(即赔付保单的数量越多),则表示运营成本越高,相应地,该部门的盈利越低,应当适应调低该比例范围;反之,出险率越低,则表示运营成本越低,相应地,该部门的盈利越高,应当适应调高该比例范围。
更进一步地,本实施例中,如图3所示,上述步骤203可以包括:
301、获取所述业务员所在部门的出险率;
302、获取所述业务员所在保险公司的平均出险率;
303、将所述所在部门的出险率与所述平均出险率进行对比;
304、若所述所在部门的出险率大于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率超出所述平均出险率的超出比例值,根据所述超出比例值调低选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调低后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
305、若所述所在部门的出险率小于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率相对所述平均出险率的下降比例值,根据所述下降比例值调高选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调高后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
306、若所述所在部门的出险率等于所述平均出险率,则将选取得到的所述比例范围确定为所述预设比例范围。
对于步骤301,部门的出险率,是衡量业务员所在部门的保险运营成本的重要指标。此处所说的出险率可以是上一月份的出险率,也可以是部门上一年份的出险率,此处不作限制。
对于步骤302,对于整个保险公司来说,平均出险率是指该保险公司中各个业务部门的出险率的平均值。与部门出险率类似,该平均出险率可以是上一个月份的保险公司各个部门的平均出险率,也可以是上一年份的保险公司各个部门的平均出险率,此处不作限制。
对于步骤303,将所在部门的出险率与平均出险率进行对比,然后根据不同的对比结果分别执行步骤304、305和306。
对于步骤304,可以理解的是,当所在部门出险率大于保险公司的平均出险率时,说明该业务员所在部门的出险率高于平均值,也即相当于保单的成本高于平均值,该业务员所在部门应该受到贡献比例上的惩罚。因此,可以计算所述所在部门的出险率超出所述平均出险率的超出比例值,然后根据所述超出比例值调低选取得到的所述比例范围。例如,假设所在部门的出险率为0.2,平均出险率为0.1,则该超出比例值为50%。此时,应该将选取得到的比例范围调低50%,即,假设选取得到的比例范围为[0,0.8],调低后得到比例范围[0,0.4]。
对于步骤305,同理,当部门出险率小于保险公司的平均出险率时,说明该业务员所在部门的出险率低于平均值,也即相当于保单的成本低于平均值,该业务员所在部门应该受到贡献比例上的奖励。因此,可以计算所述所在部门的出险率相对所述平均出险率的下降比例值,根据所述下降比例值调高选取得到的所述比例范围。例如,假设所在部门的出险率为0.08,平均出险率为0.1,则该下降比例值为20%。此时,应该将选取得到的比例范围调高20%,即,假设选取得到的比例范围为[0,0.8],调高后得到比例范围[0,0.96]。
对于步骤306,容易理解的是,当部门出险率等于保险公司的平均出险率时,则无需对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整。
本实施例中,在计算得到可修改比例范围之后,一般可以执行下述步骤105,采用该可修改比例范围来判定所述新贡献比例是否合理。然而,在需要时,为了使得该可修改比例范围更加的合理、准确,还可以对计算得到的可修改比例范围进行调整。
进一步地,如图4所示,在执行步骤105之前,还可以包括以下步骤:
401、获取所述业务员在最近时间段内的保单出单业绩,所述最近时间段是指靠近发起所述贡献比例修改请求的时间点以前的预设时间长度的时间段;
402、获取所述业务员的KPI指标;
403、根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围。
对于步骤401,例如,可以获取该业务员最近一个月内的保单出单业绩。
对于步骤402,KPI指标是业务员的关键指标,是衡量该业务员业务能力的重要指标之一。因此,在进行可修改比例范围调整时,若KPI指标越高,则该可修改比例范围应该相应地调整得越高。
对于步骤403,本实施例中,考虑该业务员最近时间段内的保单出单业绩和该业务员的KPI指标,通过这两个因素综合考量允许对该业务员的激励程度,也即体现在可修改比例范围内。可修改比例范围越大,则允许激励该业务员的程度越高;反之,则越低。
如图5所示,上述步骤403可以具体包括:
501、判断所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标是否均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件,若是,则执行步骤502,若否,则执行步骤503;
502、根据所述保单出单业绩、所述KPI指标和所述预设指标条件调高所述可修改比例范围,得到调高后的可修改比例范围;
503、不对所述可修改比例范围进行调整。
对于步骤501~503,本实施例中,由于考虑保单出单业绩和KPI指标两个因素对业务员进行一定程度的激励,其目的在于激励优秀的业务员,允许优秀的业务员拥有更多的修改贡献比例空间,而并非是惩罚不合格或者较差的业务员。因此,若该业务员的所述保单出单业绩或所述KPI指标不满足部门的预设指标条件,可以不对该可修改比例范围进行调整。
而当所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件时,为了激励拥有优秀表现的业务员,则可以根据所述保单出单业绩、所述KPI指标和所述预设指标条件调高所述可修改比例范围,得到调高后的可修改比例范围。具体可以是,计算所述保单出单业绩和KPI指标相对分别的指标条件的数值各自超出了多少,然后根据超出部分的比例来确定对该可修改比例范围调高多少。例如,假设该业务员的保单出单业绩为10,部门的预设指标为8,则第一个因素部分超出比例为25%;该业务员的KPI指标为40,部门对该业务员的预设KPI指标为35,则第二个因素部分超出比例为14%;系统针对各个因素部分超出比例设置有不同的比例区间,而不同的比例区间对应不用的可修改比例范围的加成值。假设设有第一因素部分的比例区间为[0,30%],该比例区间对应的加成值为0.1;第二因素部分的比例区间为[0,20%],该比例区间对应的加成值为0.05;可知,该业务员本次的加成值为0.1+0.05=0.15。设在步骤104中计算得到的可修改比例范围为[0,0.8],则调整后的可修改比例范围为[0.15,0.95]。
由上述内容可知,对计算得到的可修改比例范围进行调整后,可以更加综合且全面地考虑该业务员的能力水平和应受到的激励程度,更有利于激发业务员工作的主动性和积极性。
进一步地,为了避免调整后的可修改比例范围过高,例如下限超过100%,可以预先对所述可修改比例范围设定比例上限,当该可修改比例范围的上限值或下限值超过该比例上限时,则将该可修改比例范围的上限值或下限值修改为该比例上限。例如,假设某业务员所在部门设定比例上限为0.5,而通过上述步骤计算、调整后得到的可修改比例范围为[0.15,0.95],则此时,由于0.95>0.5,则应该将该可修改比例范围修改为[0.15,0.5]。
105、判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内,若是,则执行步骤106,若否,则执行步骤107;
106、确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;
当所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内时,说明该新贡献比例是合理的、可接受的,因此确定审核结果为通过,并将该保单的贡献比例修改为新贡献比例。
107、确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。
当所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内时,说明该新贡献比例是不合理的、不可接受的,因此确定审核结果为不通过,并可以将审核结果反馈至该业务员。
本实施例中,当该贡献比例修改请求的审核结果不通过时,该业务员还可以申请人工审批流程,并可以对该人工审批流程的审批链上各个环节的审批人员进行指定。人工审批流程确定后,审批链自动流转,并可以实时邮件提醒,通过系统后台推送通知给各个环节的审批人员,实现标准化的审批操作。而在人工审批流程过程中,该业务员还可以通过上载图片、附件等形式提供相关材料,或者发送邮件催促各个审批人员加快审核。对此,本实施例不作限定。
对应于上文实施例所述的保单的贡献比例审核方法,图6示出了本申请实施例提供的保单的贡献比例审核装置的结构框图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本申请实施例相关的部分。
如图6所示,一种保单的贡献比例审核装置,包括:
请求获取模块601,用于获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;
历史贡献比例获取模块602,用于获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;
比例方差计算模块603,用于将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;
可修改范围计算模块604,用于根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;
第一审核模块605,用于若所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;
第二审核模块606,用于若所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。
进一步地,所述预设比例范围可以通过以下模块得到:
保单险种类型获取模块,用于获取所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的险种类型;
比例范围选取模块,用于从预设的各个比例范围中选取一个与所述险种类型对应的比例范围;
比例范围调整模块,用于根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围。
进一步地,所述比例范围调整模块可以包括:
部门出险率获取单元,用于获取所述业务员所在部门的出险率;
平均出险率获取单元,用于获取所述业务员所在保险公司的平均出险率;
第一调整单元,用于若所述所在部门的出险率大于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率超出所述平均出险率的超出比例值,根据所述超出比例值调低选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调低后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
第二调整单元,用于若所述所在部门的出险率小于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率相对所述平均出险率的下降比例值,根据所述下降比例值调高选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调高后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
第三调整单元,用于若所述所在部门的出险率等于所述平均出险率,则将选取得到的所述比例范围确定为所述预设比例范围。
进一步地,所述保单的贡献比例审核装置还可以包括:
比例判断模块,用于判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内;
所述可修改比例范围通过以下模块进行调整:
出单业绩获取模块,用于获取所述业务员在最近时间段内的保单出单业绩,所述最近时间段是指靠近发起所述贡献比例修改请求的时间点以前的预设时间长度的时间段;
KPI指标获取模块,用于获取所述业务员的KPI指标;
可修改范围调整模块,用于根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围。
进一步地,所述可修改范围调整模块可以包括:
指标条件判断单元,用于判断所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标是否均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件;
范围调高单元,用于若所述指标条件判断单元的判断结果为是,则根据所述保单出单业绩、所述KPI指标和所述预设指标条件调高所述可修改比例范围,得到调高后的可修改比例范围;
不调整单元,用于若所述指标条件判断单元的判断结果为否,则不对所述可修改比例范围进行调整。
图7是本申请一实施例提供的终端设备的示意图。如图7所示,该实施例的终端设备7包括:处理器70以及存储器71,所述存储器71中存储有可在所述处理器70上运行的计算机可读指令72,例如保单的贡献比例审核程序。所述处理器70执行所述计算机可读指令72时实现上述各个保单的贡献比例审核方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤101至107。或者,所述处理器70执行所述计算机可读指令72时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图6所示模块601至606的功能。
示例性的,所述计算机可读指令72可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,所述一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在所述存储器71中,并由所述处理器70执行,以完成本申请。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令段,该指令段用于描述所述计算机可读指令72在所述终端设备7中的执行过程。
所述终端设备7可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。所述终端设备可包括,但不仅限于处理器70和存储器71。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7仅仅是终端设备7的示例,并不构成对终端设备7的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述终端设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。
所称处理器70可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA) 或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
所述存储器71可以是所述终端设备7的内部存储单元,例如终端设备7的硬盘或内存。所述存储器71也可以是所述终端设备7的外部存储设备,例如所述终端设备7上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器71还可以既包括所述终端设备7的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器71用于存储所述计算机可读指令以及所述终端设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述存储器71还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种保单的贡献比例审核方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;
    获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;
    将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;
    根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;
    若所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;
    若所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的保单的贡献比例审核方法,其特征在于,所述预设比例范围通过以下步骤得到:
    获取所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的险种类型;
    从预设的各个比例范围中选取一个与所述险种类型对应的比例范围;
    根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的保单的贡献比例审核方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围包括:
    获取所述业务员所在部门的出险率;
    获取所述业务员所在保险公司的平均出险率;
    若所述所在部门的出险率大于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率超出所述平均出险率的超出比例值,根据所述超出比例值调低选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调低后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
    若所述所在部门的出险率小于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率相对所述平均出险率的下降比例值,根据所述下降比例值调高选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调高后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
    若所述所在部门的出险率等于所述平均出险率,则将选取得到的所述比例范围确定为所述预设比例范围。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的保单的贡献比例审核方法,其特征在于,在根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围之后,还包括:
    判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内;
    在判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内之前,所述保单的贡献比例审核方法还包括:
    获取所述业务员在最近时间段内的保单出单业绩,所述最近时间段是指靠近发起所述贡献比例修改请求的时间点以前的预设时间长度的时间段;
    获取所述业务员的KPI指标;
    根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的保单的贡献比例审核方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围包括:
    判断所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标是否均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件;
    若所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件,则根据所述保单出单业绩、所述KPI指标和所述预设指标条件调高所述可修改比例范围,得到调高后的可修改比例范围;
    若所述保单出单业绩或所述KPI指标不满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件,则不对所述可修改比例范围进行调整。
  6. 一种保单的贡献比例审核装置,其特征在于,包括:
    请求获取模块,用于获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;
    历史贡献比例获取模块,用于获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;
    比例方差计算模块,用于将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;
    可修改范围计算模块,用于根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;
    第一审核模块,用于若所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;
    第二审核模块,用于若所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的保单的贡献比例审核装置,其特征在于,所述预设比例范围通过以下模块得到:
    保单险种类型获取模块,用于获取所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的险种类型;
    比例范围选取模块,用于从预设的各个比例范围中选取一个与所述险种类型对应的比例范围;
    比例范围调整模块,用于根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保单的贡献比例审核装置,其特征在于,所述比例范围调整模块包括:
    部门出险率获取单元,用于获取所述业务员所在部门的出险率;
    平均出险率获取单元,用于获取所述业务员所在保险公司的平均出险率;
    第一调整单元,用于若所述所在部门的出险率大于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率超出所述平均出险率的超出比例值,根据所述超出比例值调低选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调低后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
    第二调整单元,用于若所述所在部门的出险率小于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率相对所述平均出险率的下降比例值,根据所述下降比例值调高选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调高后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
    第三调整单元,用于若所述所在部门的出险率等于所述平均出险率,则将选取得到的所述比例范围确定为所述预设比例范围。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的保单的贡献比例审核装置,其特征在于,所述保单的贡献比例审核装置还包括:
    比例判断模块,用于判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内;
    所述可修改比例范围通过以下模块进行调整:
    出单业绩获取模块,用于获取所述业务员在最近时间段内的保单出单业绩,所述最近时间段是指靠近发起所述贡献比例修改请求的时间点以前的预设时间长度的时间段;
    KPI指标获取模块,用于获取所述业务员的KPI指标;
    可修改范围调整模块,用于根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的保单的贡献比例审核装置,其特征在于,所述可修改范围调整模块包括:
    指标条件判断单元,用于判断所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标是否均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件;
    范围调高单元,用于若所述指标条件判断单元的判断结果为是,则根据所述保单出单业绩、所述KPI指标和所述预设指标条件调高所述可修改比例范围,得到调高后的可修改比例范围;
    不调整单元,用于若所述指标条件判断单元的判断结果为否,则不对所述可修改比例范围进行调整。
  11. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;
    获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;
    将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;
    根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;
    若所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;
    若所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述预设比例范围通过以下步骤得到:
    获取所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的险种类型;
    从预设的各个比例范围中选取一个与所述险种类型对应的比例范围;
    根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围包括:
    获取所述业务员所在部门的出险率;
    获取所述业务员所在保险公司的平均出险率;
    若所述所在部门的出险率大于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率超出所述平均出险率的超出比例值,根据所述超出比例值调低选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调低后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
    若所述所在部门的出险率小于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率相对所述平均出险率的下降比例值,根据所述下降比例值调高选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调高后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
    若所述所在部门的出险率等于所述平均出险率,则将选取得到的所述比例范围确定为所述预设比例范围。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,在根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围之后,还包括:
    判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内;
    在判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内之前,所述保单的贡献比例审核方法还包括:
    获取所述业务员在最近时间段内的保单出单业绩,所述最近时间段是指靠近发起所述贡献比例修改请求的时间点以前的预设时间长度的时间段;
    获取所述业务员的KPI指标;
    根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围包括:
    判断所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标是否均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件;
    若所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件,则根据所述保单出单业绩、所述KPI指标和所述预设指标条件调高所述可修改比例范围,得到调高后的可修改比例范围;
    若所述保单出单业绩或所述KPI指标不满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件,则不对所述可修改比例范围进行调整。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    获取业务员的贡献比例修改请求以及待审核的新贡献比例;
    获取所述业务员已提佣金的历史保单对应的各个历史贡献比例;
    将所述各个历史贡献比例组成比例数组,并计算所述比例数组的方差;
    根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围;
    若所述新贡献比例落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为通过,将所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的贡献比例修改为所述新贡献比例;
    若所述新贡献比例未落入所述可修改比例范围之内,则确定所述贡献比例修改请求的审核结果为不通过。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述预设比例范围通过以下步骤得到:
    获取所述贡献比例修改请求对应保单的险种类型;
    从预设的各个比例范围中选取一个与所述险种类型对应的比例范围;
    根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述业务员所在部门的出险率对选取得到的所述比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围包括:
    获取所述业务员所在部门的出险率;
    获取所述业务员所在保险公司的平均出险率;
    若所述所在部门的出险率大于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率超出所述平均出险率的超出比例值,根据所述超出比例值调低选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调低后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
    若所述所在部门的出险率小于所述平均出险率,则计算所述所在部门的出险率相对所述平均出险率的下降比例值,根据所述下降比例值调高选取得到的所述比例范围,得到调高后的比例范围作为所述预设比例范围;
    若所述所在部门的出险率等于所述平均出险率,则将选取得到的所述比例范围确定为所述预设比例范围。
  19. 根据权利要求16至18任一项所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,在根据所述方差和所述业务员所在部门的预设比例范围计算可修改比例范围之后,还包括:
    判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内;
    在判断所述新贡献比例是否落入所述可修改比例范围之内之前,所述保单的贡献比例审核方法还包括:
    获取所述业务员在最近时间段内的保单出单业绩,所述最近时间段是指靠近发起所述贡献比例修改请求的时间点以前的预设时间长度的时间段;
    获取所述业务员的KPI指标;
    根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标对所述可修改比例范围进行调整,得到调整后的可修改比例范围包括:
    判断所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标是否均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件;
    若所述保单出单业绩和所述KPI指标均满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件,则根据所述保单出单业绩、所述KPI指标和所述预设指标条件调高所述可修改比例范围,得到调高后的可修改比例范围;
    若所述保单出单业绩或所述KPI指标不满足所述业务员所在部门的预设指标条件,则不对所述可修改比例范围进行调整。
