作为优选,所述座部组件包括底盘,所述底盘中心处设置有第二气杆锥套,升降组件的上端过盈插接在第二气杆锥套内。
有益效果
1.通过在座部组件和基座组件之间设置升降组件,并且设置弹性遮蔽罩并使得其上下两端分别与座部组件和基座组件相接合,以使得基座组件和升降组件被罩设在弹性遮蔽罩内,外观简洁美观,同时由于弹性遮蔽罩在升降组件作用下随座部组件升降而伸缩,使得椅子同时具备了升降功能。
2.通过设置转动机构,使得座部组件及弹性遮蔽罩可以360度转动。
3.通过设置弹性套,使得人体在调整坐姿过程中,升降组件受到一个弹性的回复力,且由于弹性套可压缩变形,使得升降坐具具备了调节人体坐姿的功能。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本专利作进一步说明。
实施例1:
如图1~图2所示的升降坐具,包括基座组件100、升降组件200、座部组件300以及弹性遮蔽罩400。其中,升降组件200下端安装在基座组件100内,升降组件200的上端与座部组件300连接,弹性遮蔽罩400环绕升降坐具侧面一周设置,且弹性遮蔽罩400在升降组件200作用下随座部组件300升降而伸缩。通过在座部组件300和基座组件100之间设置升降组件200,并且设置弹性遮蔽罩400并使得其上下两端分别与座部组件300和基座组件100相接合,以使得基座组件100和升降组件200被罩设在弹性遮蔽罩400内,外观简洁美观,同时由于弹性遮蔽罩400在升降组件200作用下随座部组件300升降而伸缩,使得椅子同时具备了升降功能。
如图2、图7所示,弹性遮蔽罩400包括由弹性织物构成的筒形本体410及设置在筒形本体410下端的连接件420,筒形本体410的下端通过连接件420与基座组件100接合,筒形本体410的上端可以缝制在座部组件300的侧面,或者在筒形本体410上端设置布罩,通过布罩罩设在座部组件300上,并整体向下延伸。连接件420包括外侧由上至下呈逐渐向内凹陷的圆弧形的持握部422、内侧竖直或倾斜设置的支撑部423以及设置在支撑部423上端的卡齿部424,卡齿部424上设有第二卡齿421,在持握部422与支撑部423之间具有一定空间。持握部422的这种形状是为了在安装过程中便于手的持握,持握部422与支撑部423之间具有一定空间是因为在调高升降坐具的过程中,弹性面料会对持握部422的上端施加一个向内的分立,该空间可以提供持握部422向内形变的一个空间。
如图2~图6所示,在基座组件100下端的外缘设置有多个倒扣121,倒扣的数量优选6个。倒扣121包括扣接部123,扣接部123沿基座组件100的外侧斜向下设置,该扣接部123为弹性件,可向内挤压,在扣接部123的下端设置有第一卡齿122。在基座组件100上还设置有容置槽124,用于在扣接部123向内挤压时容纳扣接部123。
弹性遮蔽罩400与基座组件100的装配过程如下:安装人手握住持握部422并将之向下拉,在此过程中,连接件420与扣接部123外侧的斜面相抵,不断将扣接部123向内挤压,当连接件420安装到位后,扣接部123弹出回复原位,此时,在弹性织物制成的筒形本体410的弹性回复力作用下,扣接部123上的第一卡齿122和连接件420上的第二卡齿421牢固啮合,使得连接件420在周向上的运动被有效限定,使得连接件420与基座组件100保持静止或同步转动,充分利用了弹性织物本身特性。
支撑部423的材料采用不具弹性不可压缩形变的材料。采用这种材料制成的支撑部423,在连接件420安装完,扣接部123弹出回复原位后,由于支撑部423不可形变,因此不可拆卸,连接件420的使用寿命很长。
如图4~图6所示,基座组件100包括下底座110和可绕下底座110转动的上底座120。为了减小摩擦,在下底座的下端设置有五个呈脚钉111,五个脚钉111呈正五边形分布。作为优选方式,在上底座120和下底座110之间设置有转动机构130,该转动机构130包括基座盘131以及与该基座盘131轴接的转动盘132,倒扣121设置在在上底座120的下部外缘上。为了节约材料,转动盘132设置为方盘。通过设置转动机构130,使得座部组件300及弹性遮蔽罩400可以360度转动。
在上底座120的中心处设置有安装腔125,在安装腔125内设置有锥套组件600。锥套组件600包括第一气杆锥套610以及包裹在第一气杆锥套610外侧的弹性套620,该弹性套620与安装腔125过盈配合。在第一气杆锥套610外侧还套设有橡胶压板630,橡胶压板630紧贴弹性套620上端面设置。在第一气杆锥套610的外侧一体成型地设置有固定环611,第一气杆锥套610与弹性套620装配好后,该固定环611嵌入弹性套620内。在弹性套620上开设有多个竖直方向的蜂孔621。通过设置弹性套620,使得人体在调整坐姿过程中,升降组件200受到一个弹性的回复力,且由于弹性套620可压缩变形,使得升降坐具具备了调节人体坐姿的功能。通过设置竖直方向的蜂孔621,使得升降组件200在前后左右调整过程中,弹性套620具有足够的压缩空间,使得调节的范围大大变宽。弹性套620可以为一整体也可以由两块构成。当弹性套620有两块构成时,固定环611装配与两块弹性套620之间。
如图2、图7所示,座部组件300包括底盘310以及设置在底盘上的软性坐垫320。底盘310包括底板311以及设置在底板311下端面中心处的第二气杆锥套312。第二气杆锥套312呈漏斗形,其下端为漏斗嘴。
如图2所示,升降组件200包括升降气杆210、L型控制板220和拉带230,拉带230一端与L型控制板220连接,拉带230另一端穿过筒形本体410露于升降坐具外侧。L型控制板220的一端与拉带230连接,L型控制板220的一端另一端与升降气杆210的开关键相连。升降气杆210的下端过盈插接在第一气杆锥套610内,与第一气杆锥套610内保持相对静止状态,升降气杆210的上端过盈插接在第二气杆锥套312的漏斗嘴处,与第二气杆锥套312内保持相对静止状态。当需要调节升降坐具高度时,拉动拉带230,带动L型控制板220与升降气杆210的开关键接触,此时,升降气杆210调节高度。通过向上提座部组件300或者向下压座部组件300,可以实现高度调节的目的,在放松拉带230后,高度固定。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的区别技术特征在于:连接件420(包括支撑部423)的材料使用具有弹性、可以压缩变形的材料。采用这种材料制成的支撑部423,在连接件420安装完,扣接部123弹出回复原位后,由于支撑部423可形变,因而连接件420可以拆卸,但是由于在拆卸过程中会对连接件420造成破坏,长久积累下来可能导致连接件420松弛,不能与扣接部123配合的情形发生。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例2的区别技术在于:扣接部123沿基座组件100的外侧竖直向下设置,且扣接部123的材料可以是弹性可压缩材料,也可以是非弹性不可压缩材料。
弹性遮蔽罩400与基座组件100的装配过程如下:安装人手握住持握部422并将之向下拉,当下拉到位后,将连接件420向外拉伸,使得其下端可以通过扣接部123,当连接件420下拉倒扣接部123之下后,松开将连接件420拉开的力,此时连接件回复原装,松开施加在连接件向下的力后,在弹性织物制成的筒形本体410的弹性回复力作用下,扣接部123上的第一卡齿122和连接件420上的第二卡齿421牢固啮合。
实施例4:
本实施例与实施例3的区别技术特征在于:连接件420为弹性圆环,扣接部123下端没有设置第一卡齿122。
上述实施例仅为本专利较佳的实施方式,其中实施例1为效果最佳的实施例。上述实施例并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (21)

  1. 升降坐具,包括基座组件(100)、升降组件(200)以及座部组件(300),所述升降组件(200)下端安装在基座组件(100)内,升降组件(200)的上端与座部组件(300)连接,其特征在于:还包括环绕升降坐具侧面一周设置的弹性遮蔽罩(400),所述的弹性遮蔽罩(400)上下两端分别与座部组件(300)、基座组件(100)接合,且弹性遮蔽罩(400)在升降组件(200)作用下随座部组件(300)升降而伸缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述弹性遮蔽罩(400)由弹性橡胶、弹性塑料、弹性纤维、弹性织物中的一种或多种制成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述的弹性遮蔽罩(400)包括筒形本体(410)及设置在筒形本体(410)下端的连接件(420),筒形本体(410)通过连接件(420)与基座组件(100)接合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述筒形本体(410)由弹性橡胶、弹性塑料、弹性纤维、弹性织物中的一种或多种制成。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述筒形本体(410)上端缝制在座部组件(300)的侧面。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述筒形本体(410)罩设在座部组件(300)上并整体向下延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述基座组件(100)下端的外缘设置有多个倒扣(121),所述连接件(420)与基座组件(100)装配完成后,在筒形本体(410)的弹性回复力作用下,连接件(420)与倒扣(121)抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述倒扣(121)下端设置有第一卡齿(122),所述连接件(420)设置有第二卡齿(421),连接件(420)安装到基座组件(100)上后第一卡齿(122)和第二卡齿(421)啮合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述倒扣(121)包括扣接部(123),所述扣接部(123)沿基座组件(100)的外侧斜向下设置,该扣接部(123)为弹性件,可向内挤压。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述连接件(420)包括外侧由上至下呈逐渐向内凹陷的圆弧形的持握部(422)、内侧竖直或倾斜设置的支撑部(423)以及设置在支撑部(423)上端的卡齿部(424),所述持握部(422)与支撑部(423)之间具有一定空间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述基座组件(100)包括下底座(110)和可绕下底座(110)转动的上底座(120)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述上底座(120)和下底座(110)之间设置有转动机构(130),该转动机构(130)包括基座盘(131)以及与该基座盘(131)轴接的转动盘(132),所述连接件(420)固定在上底座(120)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述转动盘(132)为方盘。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述基座组件(100)包括下底座(110)和上底座(120),在上底座(120)的中心处设置有安装腔(125),在安装腔(125)内设置有锥套组件(600),升降组件(200)的下端固定在锥套组件(600)内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述锥套组件(600)包括第一气杆锥套(610)以及包裹在第一气杆锥套(610)外侧的弹性套(620),所述弹性套(620)与安装腔(125)过盈配合,升降组件(200)的下端固定在第一气杆锥套(610)内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述第一气杆锥套(610)的外侧一体成型地设置有固定环(611),该固定环(611)嵌入弹性套(620)内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述弹性套(620)为一整体。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述弹性套(620)有两块,固定环(611)位于两块弹性套(620)之间。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述弹性套(620)开设有多个竖直方向的蜂孔(621)。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述升降组件(200)包括升降气杆(210)、L型控制板(220)和拉带(230),所述拉带(230)一端与L型控制板(220)连接,拉带(230)另一端穿过筒形本体(410)露于升降坐具外侧。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的升降坐具,其特征在于:所述座部组件(300)包括底盘(310),所述底盘(310)中心处设置有第二气杆锥套(312),升降组件(200)的上端过盈插接在第二气杆锥套(312)内。
