Abstract

Disclosed is a staple cartridge assembly comprising a staple cartridge body (1) and a staple cartridge protective cover (2), the staple cartridge body (1) including a staple chamber (12) and a suturing staple (3), at least a part of the suturing staple (3) being disposed inside the staple chamber (2), the staple cartridge protective cover (2) including a partition plate (21). The staple cartridge protective cover (2) is detachably connected to the staple cartridge body (1) with a direct or indirect manner; after the staple cartridge protective cover (2) is connected to the staple cartridge body (1), a space for preventing the partition plate (21) from contacting the staple chamber (12) is formed between the staple cartridge body (1) and the partition plate (21). The staple cartridge assembly can ensure the suturing staple (3) be well enclosed inside the staple cartridge body (1) when not triggered, so as to prevent the suturing staple (3) from leaving the staple cartridge body (1) due to extrusion or external force during storage and transportation. Meanwhile, it can solve the problem that some of the suturing staple (3) is carried by and leave the staple cartridge body (1) together with the staple cartridge protective cover (2) when the staple cartridge protective cover (2) is removed.

Description

STAPLE CARTRIDGE ASSEMBLY AND SURGICAL INSTRUMENT WITH THE SAME TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a surgical instrument, and in particular, to a staple cartridge assembly and a surgical instrument with the same, which belong to the field of medical instruments.
BACKGROUND
Surgical instruments are surgical tools for medical surgery. The stapling instrument is one kind of surgical instruments, and is a device used in medicine for replacing the hand-stitching. Its main working principle is to divide or anastomose tissues by using titanium staples, which is similar to the working principle of a stapler. The stapling instrument includes a pair of complementary elongated jaw members adapted to be inserted into the body of the patient so as to suture and /or cut tissues, the jaw members being adapted to support and receive the staple cartridge assembly. At present, the existing staple cartridge assembly includes a staple cartridge body and a suturing staple provided in the staple cartridge body, and a plurality of staple chambers for accommodating the suturing staples are provided in the staple cartridge body. The staple cartridge body includes a top end face, and staple outlet ports are formed on the top end face by means of the staple chambers passing through the top end face. When suturing, the top surface is in contact with the tissue to be sutured, and a staple piece in the staple cartridge is pushed by a cutting blade in the stapling instrument and is moved upwards, so that the suturing staple in the staple cartridge is moved out of the staple chamber in order to perform suturing (i.e., suturing staple exit) .
In order to prevent the suturing staple from separated from the staple chamber during its storage, transportation or assembly into an end effector of the surgical instrument, the staple cartridge protective cover of the existing staple cartridge assembly is fully attached to the surface of the staple cartridge body. Since the tip of the suturing staple is flush with the top end face of the staple cartridge body, the tip of the suturing staple is in contact with the staple cartridge protective cover. Since the tip of the suturing staple is sharp, during storage, transportation or assembly of the staple cartridge assembly, the tips of some of the suturing staples are usually slightly embedded into the staple cartridge protective cover due to several reasons such as pressure or shaking. As a result, when the staple cartridge assembly is installed into the end effector of the surgical instrument and the staple cartridge protective cover is removed, the staple cartridge protective cover may be separated from the staple cartridge body together with some of the suturing  staples. Thus, when suturing the patient's wound, since some of the staples are missing, the wound cannot be sutured effectively, thereby causing bleeding in the patient's wound, which is harmful to the smooth process of the surgery and healing of the patient's wound after surgery.
SUMMARY
The present invention aims to provide a staple cartridge assembly that can prevent the suturing staple from leaving and a surgical instrument with the same. The present invention is achieved through the following technical solutions:
A staple cartridge assembly, comprising a staple cartridge body and a staple cartridge protective cover, the staple cartridge body comprising staple chambers and suturing staples, at least a part of the suturing staple being disposed inside the staple chamber, the staple cartridge protective cover comprising a partition plate. The staple cartridge protective cover is detachably connected to the staple cartridge body; after the staple cartridge protective cover is connected to the staple cartridge body, a space for preventing the partition plate from contacting the staple chambers is formed between the staple cartridge body and the partition plate.
Further, said staple cartridge protective cover also including a connection portion and a block portion, the block portion and the connection portion are both positioned on said partition plate, the connection portion is configured to detachably connect said partition plate and said staple cartridge body, and the block portion configured to form said space between said partition plate and said staple cartridge body.
Further, said staple cartridge protective cover further including a connection portion, the connection portion is configured to detachably connect said partition plate and sadi staple cartridge body, said staple cartridge body including a block portion, the block portion is configured to form said space between said staple cartridge body and said partition plate.
Preferably, the height of space smaller than that the height of said suturing staple.

A surgical instrument comprising the staple cartridge assembly according to any of the above-mentioned staple cartridge assemblies. The surgical instrument further includes a handle assembly, a stem assembly connected to the handle assembly, and an end effector provided at an end of the stem assembly, and the staple cartridge assembly is installed on the end effector.
The staple cartridge assembly and the surgical instrument with the same according to the present invention can ensure that the suturing staple are well enclosed inside the staple cartridge body when not triggered, so as to prevent the suturing staple from leaving the staple cartridge body due to extrusion or external forces during storage and transportation. Meanwhile, is can also solve the problem that some of the suturing staples are carried by, and leave the staple cartridge body together with, the staple cartridge protective cover when the staple cartridge assembly is assembled into the end effector of the surgical instrument and the staple cartridge protective cover is removed. Therefore, the staple cartridge assembly and the surgical instrument with the same according to the present invention can avoid disadvantageous effects on the surgery and patient caused by the suturing staples leaving the staple cartridge body abnormally. The patient's wound may be sutured effectively and the bleeding of the wound may be reduced, so as to facilitate smooth process of the surgery and healing of the patient's wound after surgery.

Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are for illustrative purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or imposing a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, features defined by "first" and "second" may expressly or implicitly include at least one of said features. In the description of the present invention, the term "plural"indicates at least two, such as two, three, etc., unless otherwise specifically defined.
The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings  are exemplary and are intended to illustrate the invention, and are not to be construed as limitation to the present invention.
As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, a staple cartridge assembly 100 of an embodiment of the present invention includes a staple cartridge body 1 and a staple cartridge protective cover 2. Further, the staple cartridge assembly 100 also includes a staple chamber 12, a suturing staple 3, a suturing staple driver 4, a staple pusher 5, a staple pushing groove 13 and a support 6. In order to facilitate the description of the present invention and simplify the description, in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the orientational or positional relationship as shown in Fig. 3, the direction close to a staple cartridge insertion end 11 is referred to as "front" and "front end" ; the direction away from the staple cartridge insertion end 11 is referred to as "rear" and "rear end" ; the direction close to the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is referred to as "upper" and "above" ; the direction close to the support 6 is referred to as "lower" and "under" ; and a straight direction in which the trajectory of the staple pusher 5 lies is referred to as the "longitudinal" direction.
In order to prevent the suturing staple 3 from leaving the staple cartridge body 1 from the upper end of the staple chamber 12 due to extrusion or external force during storage and transportation, as shown in Fig. 1, the staple cartridge protective cover 2 of the staple cartridge assembly 100 of the embodiment of the present invention is detachably installed on the staple cartridge body 1 before use. The staple cartridge assembly 100 is assembled into an end effector of the surgical instrument. As shown in Fig. 2, after removing the staple cartridge protective cover 2, the suturing of the surgery is operable once the end effector is closed.
The end effector of the surgical instrument includes a staple cartridge seat and a staple abutment seat cooperated with each other. The staple abutment seat is pivotally connected to the staple cartridge seat. The staple holder having an open position and a closed position can be selectively moved between the open position and the closed position. The connection between the staple cartridge seat and the staple abutment seat, as well as the position and connection relationship between the end effector and the staple cartridge assembly 100 are the same as or similar to those of the prior art, and are not described in detail herein. When the staple abutment seat is in the open position, the staple cartridge assembly 100 is mounted into the end effector of the surgical instrument, the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is removed, and the staple abutment seat is closed. After the end effector of the surgical instrument enters the patient's body, the staple abutment seat is open. When the target tissue is positioned between the staple cartridge seat and the staple abutment seat of the end effector, the staple abutment seat is closed, and then the end effector is closed.
With reference to Fig. 3, a plurality of through holes are provided inside the staple cartridge body 1 and penetrate therethrough in the up-down direction. The through holes each form  a staple chamber 12 in which a part of the suturing staple driver 4 and the suturing staple 3 are located. The rear end of the staple cartridge body 1 is provided with the staple pusher 5. Since a part of the suturing staple driver 4 is provided inside the staple chamber 12, the staple chamber 12 limits the suturing staple driver 4 to be only moveable in the up-down direction relative to the staple cartridge body 1. When a cam portion of the staple pusher 5 applies a force to a guiding face of the suturing staple driver 4, the suturing staple driver 4 and the suturing staple 3 are only moveable upwards relative to the staple cartridge body 1. A support 6 is further provided below the staple cartridge body 1, so as to not only prevent the suturing staple driver 4 from leaving the suturing cartridge body 1 but strengthen the staple cartridge body 1. The staple cartridge body 1 further includes a top end face 14 and a bottom end face 15 provided opposite to the top end face 14, and the top end face 14 and the bottom end face 15 are parallel to each other. The staple cartridge protective cover 2 is above the staple cartridge body 1. Under the premise that the end effector is closed, the staple pusher 5, subjected to an external force, is moved from the rear end of the staple cartridge body 1 to the front end of the staple cartridge body 1. During movement, the staple pusher 5 pushes the suturing staple driver 4 to move upwards in the staple chamber 12, so that the suturing staple 3 moves upwards, penetrates the patient's wound, and sutures the patient's wound, until the suturing staple 3 leaves the staple chamber 12. The opening and closing of the end effector are the same as or similar to those of the prior art, and are not described in detail herein. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 8, the suturing staple 3 includes a tip 31 and a fixed end 32. The sharp structure of the tip 31 facilitates the easy insertion of the suturing staple 3 into the body tissue, and the fixed end 32 is linear and parallel to the top end face 14. When not triggered, the suturing staple 3 is located in the staple chamber 12, and the tip 31 is flush with the top end face 14 of the staple cartridge body 1, the suturing staple 3 has substantially a "U"shape, and the fixed end 32 of the suturing staple 3 is located inside the suturing staple driver 4.
The suturing staple driver 4 includes a suturing staple accommodation groove 41 and a guiding face 42. The suturing staple accommodation groove 41 serves to accommodate the fixed end 32 of the suturing staple 3, and a suturing staple accommodation groove 41 is further provided inside each staple chamber 12, i.e., one suturing staple 3 and one corresponding suturing staple accommodation groove 41 are provided in each staple chamber 12. As shown in Fig. 10, each suturing staple driver 4 may have one suturing staple accommodation groove 41, and thus each suturing staple driver 4 may accommodate one suturing staple 3; or as shown in Fig. 9, each suturing staple driver 4 may also have two suturing staple accommodation grooves 41, and thus each suturing staple driver 4 may accommodate two suturing staples 3. The structure and the number of the accommodated staple accommodating grooves 41 of each suturing staple driver 4 can  also be changed as required, so long as the suturing staple 3 can be accommodated and pushed, which is not illustrated one by one herein. When subjected to an external force, the staple pusher 5 is moveable from the rear end of the staple cartridge body 1 to the front end of the staple cartridge body 1. During the movement, the staple pushing face of the staple pusher 5 is in contact with the guiding face 42 of the suturing staple driver 4, and the guiding face 42 subjected to the force moves the suturing staple driver upwards so as to push the suturing staple accommodation groove 41 to move upwards in the staple chamber 12, thereby causing the suturing staple 3 in the staple chamber 12 to move from its non-triggered position to a triggered position. The support 6 is fixedly connected to the staple cartridge body 1, and serves to support the suturing staple driver 4 and the staple pusher 5, so as to prevent the suturing staple driver 4 or the staple pusher 5 from leaving the staple cartridge body 1, and strengthen the staple cartridge body 1.
As shown in Figs. 4 to 6, the staple cartridge protective cover 2 includes a partition plate 21, a connection portion and a block portion 24. The connection portion includes a first hook portion 22 and a second hook portion 23. The block portion 24 and the first hook portion 22, the second hook portion 23 are all positioned on a partition face 211 of the partition plate 21. At least two block portions 24 are provided on the partition face 211, and the block portions 24 are provided symmetrically along the central axis of the partition plate 21 and arranged evenly on the partition face 211. The first hook portion 22 is further provided with a hook 221. The staple cartridge protective cover 2 includes at least two first hook portions 22, and the at least two first hook portions 22 are provided symmetrically along the central axis of the staple cartridge protective cover 2. Correspondingly, at least two grooves 16 are provided on the staple cartridge body 1, and the at least two grooves 16 are provided symmetrically along the central axis of the staple cartridge body 1. The hooks 221 cooperate with the grooves 16, so that the partition plate 21 is fixed to the staple cartridge body 1. The second hook portion 23 is formed by extending downwards a part of an edge of the partition plate 21, and is perpendicular to the partition plate 21. The staple cartridge protective cover 2 includes at least two second hook portions 23. The two second hook portions 23 are provided symmetrically along the central axis of the staple cartridge protective cover 2, and the distance between the two second hook portions 23 is substantially equal to the width of the upper face of the staple cartridge body 1. In this way, the staple cartridge body 1 is fixed between the two second hook portions 23, thus preventing the staple cartridge protective cover 2 from moving relative to the staple cartridge body 1, so that the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is positioned and detachably connected to the staple cartridge body 1 and can be easily detached.
The insertion end 11 at the front of the staple cartridge body 1 has a wedged shape. The front end of the partition plate 21 of the staple cartridge protective cover 2 has a slope face  which cooperates with the wedged insertion end 11. The hooks 221 of the first hook portions 22 are positioned at the front end of the partition plate 21, and the hooks 221 are in a snap connection with the grooves 16. The second hook portions 23 are in contact with the side face of the staple cartridge body 1. When the staple cartridge protective cover 2 needs to be removed, the front end of the partition plate 21 is subjected to a relative larger force. The thickness of the front end of the partition plate 21 is larger than the thickness of the rear end of the partition plate 21. Such design ensures that the strength of the partition plate 21 can satisfy the requirement for mounting and detachment by using less material.
In order to penetrate the patient's tissues easily during suturing, the tip 31 of the suturing staple 3 is designed to be a sharp tip. When not triggered, the suturing staple 3 is positioned inside the staple chamber 12, and the tip 31 of the suturing staple 3 is flush with the top end face 14 of the staple cartridge body 1. The block portions 24 are positioned on the partition plate 21, and specifically, the block portions 24 are positioned on the partition face 211, and are perpendicular to the partition face 211. The block portions 24 have a height smaller than that of the suturing staple 3, and can well enclose the suturing staple 3 inside the staple cartridge body 1 when the suturing staple 3 is not triggered. Preferably, the block portion 24 has a height of 0<h≤1mm, and the anastomosing staple has a height of 1.5≤H≤10mm, and further has a height of 2≤H≤6mm. The block portions 24 are formed integrally with the partition plate 21. After the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is installed on the staple cartridge body 1, the block portions 24 abut against the top end face 14 of the staple cartridge body 1. In this way, the block portions 24 form a space between the partition plate 21 and the staple cartridge body 1, thus separating the partition plate 21 from the staple cartridge body 1 effectively. Therefore, during storage, transportation and assembly, the tip 31 is prevented from being slightly embedded into the partition face 211 due to the contact with the partition face 211 caused by pressure, shaking or the like. And the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is prevented from leaving the staple cartridge body 1 together with some of the suturing staples 3 (in case that the suturing staples are provided as plural) when the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is removed.
The staple cartridge protective cover 2 is formed integrally by the block portions 24, the first hook portions 22, the second hook portions 23, and the partition plate 21. The block portions 24, the first hook portions 22, the second hook portions 23 are staggered on the partition face 211 of the partition plate 21, that is, the block portions 24, the first hook portions 22, the second hook portions 23 are not overlapped in the longitudinal direction of the partition plate 21, so as to facilitate the shaping process and demoulding.
Protrusions which form the block portions 24 are provided on the partition plate 21. The block portions 24 are formed as a cylinder or elongated cuboid. According to an embodiment of  the present invention, as shown in Fig. 4, the block portion 24 are formed as a cuboid, an annular body or a cylinder with a non-polygon section. In the present embodiment, the block portions 24 are formed as a bar-shaped body. Or in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 5 or 6, the block portions 24 are formed as a scattered protrusion having a cylindrical shape, and the block portions 24 are formed as a circular, elliptical, or polygonal shaped cross-section, and preferably, the block portions 24 are formed as a circular or regular polygonal shaped cross-section. The block portions 24 are in contact with a solid position (aposition other than the staple chamber 12) of the top end face 14 of the staple cartridge body 1. In this way, the block portions 24 form a space between the partition plate 21 and the staple cartridge body 1, so as to ensure that all the tips 31 (in case that the suturing staples are provided as plural) are not in contact with the staple cartridge protective cover 2. When the staple cartridge protective cover 2 needs to be removed, since all the tips 31 are not in contact with the staple cartridge protective cover 2, the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is effectively prevented from leaving the staple cartridge body 1 together with some of the suturing staples 3.
In a fourth embodiment of the present invention, the staple cartridge assembly 100 further includes an annular body (not shown in drawings) which forms the block portions 24. The annular body is positioned between the staple cartridge body 1 and the staple cartridge protective cover 2, and has a height smaller than that of the suturing staple 3. The annular body has a height of 0<h1≤1mm, and the closure staple has a height of 1.5≤H≤10mm, and further has a height of 2≤H≤6mm. Firstly, the annular body is fixedly connected to staple cartridge protective cover 2. The connection manner is the conventional manner is the art, such as adhesive, snapping or the like. The annular body is arranged along the edge of the partition plate 21 and not beyond the edge of the partition plate 21. Then the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is installed to the staple cartridge body 1 together with the annular body. One side of the annular body abuts against the partition plate 21 of the staple cartridge protective cover 2, the other side of the annular body abuts against the solid position (aposition other than the staple chamber 12) of the top end face 14 of the staple cartridge body 1, so as to form the space between the staple cartridge body 1 and the partition plate 21. The annular body is continuously arranged, and the annular body may consist of protrusions that spaced apart, and may be other shapes as well. When the staple cartridge protective cover 2 needs to be removed, the annular body is removed together with the staple cartridge protective cover 2. In this way, the block portions 24 form a space between the partition plate 21 and the staple cartridge body 1, since all the tips 31 are not in contact with the staple cartridge protective cover 2, the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is effectively prevented from leaving the staple cartridge body 1 together with some of the suturing staples 3 when the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is removed.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 7, the staple cartridge protective cover 2 further includes a connection portion, the connection portion is configured to detachably connect the partition plate 21 and the staple cartridge body1. The staple cartridge body 1 includes a block portion17, the block portion 17 is configured to form the space between the staple cartridge body 1 and the partition plate 2. The block portion 17 is located on the upper surface of the staple cartridge body 1. Perfectly, there are two or more block portions 17, and at least two block portions 17 are provided symmetrically along the central axis of the staple cartridge body1. The block portions 17 have a height smaller than that of the suturing staple 3, and can well enclose the suturing staple 3 inside the staple cartridge body 1 when the suturing staple 3 is not triggered. Preferably, the block portion 17 has a height of 0<h≤1mm, and the anastomosing staple has a height of 1.5≤H≤10mm, and further has a height of 2≤H≤6mm. The block portions 17 are formed integrally with the staple cartridge body 1. After the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is installed on the staple cartridge body 1, the block portions 17 abut against the partition face 211 of the partition plate 21. In this way, the block portions 17 form a space between the partition plate 21 and the staple cartridge body 1, thus separating the partition plate 21 from the staple cartridge body 1 effectively.
The block portions 17 are formed as a cylinder or elongated cuboid. or the block portions 17 are formed as a cuboid, or a cylinder with a non-polygon section. In the present embodiment, the block portions 17 are formed as a bar-shaped body. Or the block portions 17 are formed as a scattered protrusion having a cylindrical shape, and the block portions 17 are formed as a circular, elliptical, or polygonal shaped cross-section, and preferably, the block portions 17 are formed as a circular or regular polygonal shaped cross-section. In this way, the block portions 17 form a space between the partition plate 21 and the staple cartridge body 1, so as to ensure that all the tips 31 (in case that the suturing staples are provided as plural) are not in contact with the staple cartridge protective cover 2. When the staple cartridge protective cover 2 needs to be removed, since all the tips 31 are not in contact with the staple cartridge protective cover 2, the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is effectively prevented from leaving the staple cartridge body 1 together with some of the suturing staples 3.
The staple cartridge protective cover 2 further includes a positioning ridge 25. The positioning ridge 25 is formed by extending downwards along the symmetric axis of the staple cartridge protective cover 2 and is perpendicular to the partition plate 21. The positioning ridge 25 is inserted into the staple pushing groove 13 of the staple cartridge body 1, and has a height substantially equal to the depth of the staple pushing groove 13. Further, the positioning ridge 25 is provided with reinforcing ribs 251 at both sides thereof. When the positioning ridge 25 is inserted  into the staple pushing groove 13 of the staple cartridge body 1, the reinforcing ribs 251 are in contact with both sides of the staple pushing groove 13. On the one hand, an effect that the staple cartridge protective cover 2 and staple cartridge body 1 are pre-positioned is achieved, so that the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is assembled to the staple cartridge body 1 accurately and rapidly. On the other hand, the contact between the reinforcing rib 251 and both sides of the staple pushing groove 13 may enhance the fixing of the staple cartridge protective cover 2 and the staple cartridge body 1, so as to prevent the staple cartridge protective cover 2 from leaving the staple cartridge body 1. And the reinforcing rib 251 is in contact with a small area of both sides of the staple pushing groove 13, so as to facilitate the removal of the staple cartridge protective cover 2 when using. The staple pushing groove 13, the staple pusher 5 and the support 6 are prior arts and are not illustrated herein.
The staple cartridge assembly 100 and the surgical instrument with the same according to the present invention can ensure that the suturing staples 3 are well enclosed inside the staple cartridge body 1 when not triggered, so as to prevent the suturing staple 3 from leaving the staple cartridge body 1 due to extrusion or external forces during storage and transportation. Meanwhile, they can solve the problem that some of the suturing staples 3 are carried by, and leave the staple cartridge body 1 together with, the staple cartridge protective cover 2 when the staple cartridge assembly 100 is assembled into the end effector of the surgical instrument and the staple cartridge protective cover 2 is removed. The staple cartridge assembly and the surgical instrument with the same according to the present invention have a compact and reliable structure, and can be easily assembled. The patient's wound may be sutured effectively and the bleeding of the wound may be reduced, so as to facilitate smooth process of the surgery and healing of the patient's wound after surgery.
In the present invention, terms such as "install" , "connected" , "connection" , "fixed" and the like should be understood in a broad sense, unless otherwise expressly defined. For example, they may indicate a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integration; a mechanical connection, an electric connection or a communication with each other; a direct connection, or an indirect connection through an intermediate; a communication between interiors of two elements, or a relationship between two elements, unless otherwise expressly defined. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention may be understood case-by-case.
In the present invention, the first feature is "on" or "below" the second feature may indicate that the first feature is in direct contact, or indirect contact through an intermediate, with the second feature, unless otherwise expressly defined. Further, the first feature is "above" , "upper"  and "over" the second feature may indicate that the first feature is right above or obliquely above the second feature, or simply indicates that the first feature is horizontally higher than the second feature. The first feature is "below" , "lower" and "under" the second feature indicates that the first feature is right below or obliquely below the second feature, or simply indicates that the first feature is horizontally lower than the second feature.
In the description of this specification, the reference terms "one embodiment" , "some embodiments" , "example" , "specific example" , or "some examples" and the like mean that the specific features, structures, materials, or features described in connection with the embodiments or examples are included in at least one embodiment or example of the present invention. In the present specification, the illustrative expressions of the above-mentioned terms need not to be directed to the same embodiment or example. Moreover, the particular features, structures, materials, or features described may be combined with one or more suitable embodiments or examples in any suitable manners. In addition, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that different embodiments or examples described in this specification, as well as features of different embodiments or examples, may be united and combined without contradictory circumstances. The indefinite articles “a” or “an, ” as used in the specification, are defined herein to mean one or more than one of the element that it introduces.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it can be understood that the above-described embodiments are exemplary but not to be construed as limitation to the invention. Changes, modifications, substitutions, and variations of the above-described embodiments may be made by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the invention.

Claims (15)

  1. A staple cartridge assembly, comprising a staple cartridge body and a staple cartridge protective cover, the staple cartridge body including a staple chamber and a suturing staple, at least a part of the suturing staple being disposed inside the staple chamber, the staple cartridge protective cover including a partition plate,
    wherein the staple cartridge protective cover is detachably connected to the staple cartridge body; after the staple cartridge protective cover is connected to the staple cartridge body, a space for preventing the partition plate from contacting the staple chambers is formed between the staple cartridge body and the partition plate.
  2. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 1, wherein said staple cartridge protective cover further including a connection portion and a block portion, the block portion and the connection portion are both positioned on said partition plate, the connection portion configured to detachably connect said partition plate and said staple cartridge body, and the block portion configured to form said space between said staple cartridge body and said partition plate.
  3. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 1, wherein said staple cartridge protective cover further including a connection portion, the connection portion is configured to detachably connect said partition plate and said staple cartridge body, said staple cartridge body including a block portion, the block portion is configured to form a space between said staple cartridge body and said partition plate.
  4. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 1, wherein the height of space is smaller than the height of said suturing staple.
  5. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said block portion configured as a protrusion.
  6. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim5, wherein the geometry of said protrusion is cuboid, annular body or cylinder with a non-polygon section.
  7. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 6, wherein said cuboid including a bar-shaped body.
  8. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 2, wherein said block portion is integrally formed with, or fixedly or detachably connected to said partition plate.
  9. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 2, wherein said partition plate is provided with two or more block portions thereon, and at leasttwo block portions are arranged symmetrically along a central axis of said partition plate.
  10. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said connection portion  including a first hook portion and a second hook portion, the first hook portion is provided with a hook for cooperating with a groove provided on the staple cartridge body, and the second hook portion is perpendicular to said partition plate.
  11. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 1, wherein siad partition plate has a front end and a rear end, the thickness of the front end is larger than the thickness of the rear end. 12. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 2, wherein said staple cartridge protective cover is formed integrally by said block portion, said connection portion and said partition plate.
  12. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 2, wherein said connection portion and said block portion are located staggered on said partition plate.
  13. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 1, wherein said staple cartridge protective cover further including a positioning ridge which is positioned on said partition plate and perpendicular to said partition plate.
  14. The staple cartridge assembly according to claim 1, wherein siad staple chamber and said suturing staple are both provided as plural, and at least part of each of the suturing staples is disposed in one corresponding staple chamber.
  15. A surgical instrument comprising a staple cartridge assembly according to any one of claims 1-15, wherein the surgical instrument including a handle assembly, a stem assembly connected to the handle assembly, and an end effector provided at an end of the stem assembly, and the staple cartridge assembly is installed on the end effector.
