目前市场对冰箱的储藏容积要求越来越大,也使得冰箱的外形体积明显增大。此种情况下,用于冰箱的抽屉式的门体组件在抽拉开闭过程中,由于左右滑轨受力不均,更容易出现卡顿。业内已公开有在左右滑轨后端设置同步连杆以加强左右滑轨抽拉同步性,避免抽拉过程中出现卡顿,甚而造成抽拉组件的损坏。
但现有同步连杆多与左右滑轨组装呈一体,而某些冰箱产品则会在抽屉式门体后侧放置一层搁板,以便于将抽屉拿出时能够直接将待储藏的物品直接放置在搁板上,增大冰箱容积使用率。此时固定于左右滑轨上的同步连杆就会影响物品的存放,严重地会在门体抽拉时碰撞搁板上的物品。中国专利CN 102155839 A公开一种抽拉组件及冰箱,具体公开一种可拆卸安装于左右滑轨上的连杆,但其并未揭示连杆与滑轨的装配结构。并且,由于抽屉式门体抽拉过程中连杆承受的应力及摩擦均较严重,传统的卡接方式使得连杆易磨损,影响其工作稳定性及滑轨的同步性能。
鉴于此,有必要提供一种新的用于抽屉式门体的抽拉组件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于抽屉式门体的抽拉组件,既能协调改善抽屉式门体抽拉时的同步性能,又方便自行拆卸以便于将物品直接放置在抽屉式门体后侧的搁板上。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种用于抽屉式门体的抽拉组件,包括前后延伸并固定于门体后侧的第一滑轨与第二滑轨、分别固定在第一滑轨及第二滑轨上的第一钣金件与第二钣金件、可拆卸设置于第一钣金件与第二钣金件之间的金属连杆、以及设置于所述金属连杆末端的锁紧件。所述第一钣金件与第二钣金件分别形成有用以与金属连杆卡接的第一卡口与第二卡口,所述金属连杆的两端均形成有环形卡槽,所述金属连杆探伸入第一卡口与第二卡口,并通过环形卡槽与第一钣金件与第二钣金件相互紧密扣持,所述锁紧件用以将金属连杆限位锁定于第一卡口与第二卡口内。

综上所述,采用本发明抽拉组件100通过可拆卸的金属连杆30,既能协调改善抽屉式门体抽拉时的同步性能,又方便自行拆卸以便于将物品直接放置在抽屉式门体后侧的搁板上。其中,所述锁紧件40能够将金属连杆30限位锁定在第一卡口210与第二卡口220内,金属连杆30卡持稳定,减少磨损;还便于金属连杆30与第一钣金件21及第二钣金件22相脱离,方便实用。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于抽屉式门体的抽拉组件,包括前后延伸并固定于门体后侧的第一滑轨与第二滑轨,其特征在于:所述抽拉组件还包括分别固定在第一滑轨及第二滑轨上的第一钣金件与第二钣金件、可拆卸设置于第一钣金件与第二钣金件之间的金属连杆、以及设置于所述金属连杆末端的锁紧件;所述第一钣金件与第二钣金件分别形成有用以与金属连杆卡接的第一卡口与第二卡口,所述金属连杆的两端均形成有环形卡槽,所述金属连杆探伸入第一卡口与第二卡口,并通过环形卡槽与第一钣金件与第二钣金件相互紧密扣持,所述锁紧件用以将金属连杆限位锁定于第一卡口与第二卡口内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述第一钣金件与第二钣金件相互对称设置,所述第一钣金件具有贴合固定于第一滑轨的第一安装臂、平行于所述第一安装臂的第一固定臂及连接第一安装臂与第一固定臂的第一连接臂;所述第二钣金件具有第二安装臂、第二固定臂及第二连接臂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述第一固定臂沿前后方向的长度小于所述第一安装臂的长度,所述抽拉组件还包括用以将第一安装臂固定在第一滑轨上的若干铆钉。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述金属连杆两端分别形成的环形卡槽之间的距离与所述第一固定臂与第二固定臂之间的距离相一致,并且所述环形卡槽的宽度与所述第一固定臂及第二固定臂的厚度相匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述金属连杆探伸入第一卡口或第二卡口的深度小于等于所述第一连接臂或第二连接臂的长度的一半,使得所述金属连杆安装或拆卸过程中,其一端探伸入第一卡口或第二卡口至与第一安装臂或第二安装臂抵接时,其另一端接近第二固定臂或第一固定臂,或恰与第二卡口或第一卡口相接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述锁紧件包括套设于所述金属连杆的主体部及自所述主体部横向探伸进入所述第一卡口或第二卡口的延伸部,所述延伸部形成有横向延伸并贯穿第一卡口或第二卡口的弹性臂,所述弹性臂的末端形成有止挡部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述弹性臂形成于所述延伸部背离所述金属连杆的一侧,且所述延伸部凹陷形成有用以收容所述弹性臂的收容槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述第一卡口具有与所述金属连杆相应一端的环形卡槽相配合且呈U型的第一卡持区及与所述延伸部相配合的第一限位区, 所述第一卡持区的宽度小于金属连杆的直径,并且所述金属连杆开设环形卡槽处的直径小于等于第一卡持区的宽度,所述第一限位区大于等于所述金属连杆的截面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述第一卡口还具有位于所述第一限位区背离第一卡持区一侧且与所述止挡部相配合的第一开口区,所述第一开口区的深度小于所述止挡部相对于延伸部的突伸高度。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的抽拉组件,其特征在于:所述抽拉组件还包括分别设置于所述第一滑轨与第二滑轨后端的第一滚轮与第二滚轮。
