背景技术:
电子烟是模仿传统卷烟的电子产品,实际上是一种便携式雾化器。它一般由电池供电,通过内置发热机构将烟油雾化为蒸汽,供使用者吸食。由于电子烟中的烟油可以由人工进行各种口味的调制,加之传统卷烟禁烟场所的不断扩大,其作为传统卷烟制品的一种替代品越来越受到人们的欢迎。
根据研究表明,电子烟产生的烟气对人体同样有害,并不能作为戒烟的有效手段。对电子烟进行烟气研究需要使用吸烟机,相对于传统卷烟而言,市场缺少电子烟烟气分析使用的专用吸烟机产品。即使声称是专为电子烟烟气测试而开发的吸烟机产品,通常也只能测试那种利用抽吸气流来启动烟油雾化的电子烟;而对于另一种需要使用者通过类似按钮的装置来开启雾化功能的电子烟则无能为力。如何在电子烟测试过程中结合雾化功能的开启和关闭;研究雾化器中发热元件的工作电压和电流以及工作时间对烟气成分分析的影响成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术和仪器的不足,提供一种带有可调电源的电子烟吸烟机。它除了具备对电子烟按照指定抽吸参数进行抽吸以及对烟气中粒相物和气相物进行捕集的功能之外还包括一个可调电源。该电源可以直接与电子烟发热元件连接,为其提供电源使之产生热量。
为实现上述目的,本发明使用以下技术方案实现:

电压传感器并联跨接在发热元件两端,电流传感器串联接入电子烟发热元件供电回路中。
调压模块调节精度为0.1V,输出直流电源的范围为0-10V;所述电流传感器测量精度为0.01A。
所述电子烟夹持和捕集机构6可以根据待测电子烟的直径和长度进行调节。
所述抽吸单元的抽吸容量不超过125毫升,抽吸持续时间不超过10秒。

本发明工作步骤如下:

实施例中,主机柜2由金属框架搭建而成,其底部安装有脚轮3,作为整机的支脚并可实现移动功能;主机柜2上方布置电子烟夹持和捕集机构6,方便进行电子烟的安装和使用。电子烟夹持机构可以根据待测电子烟的直径和长度进行调节,捕集机构可以安装44mm的剑桥滤片对烟气中的粒相物进行捕集。
抽吸单元由计算机5进行控制,同计算机5一起安装在主机柜内部,本实施例中,抽吸单元可以实现最高可达125毫升的抽吸容量和10秒的抽吸持续时间;采用工业控制计算机(以下简称工控机),其中安装有电子烟吸烟机控制软件;使用一块触摸显示屏作为输入输出设备,并与工控机进行连接,负责实现参数和数据的录入及显示功能。
排风系统4中使用一款交流供电的风机作为驱动源,由计算机5进行控制。电子烟开始进行抽吸测试时启动风机,则抽吸产生的烟气经由风道排出;测试结束后,关闭风机。
本发明的一个重要特征是具有一个可调电源7,它安装在电子烟夹持和捕集机构6上方。本实施例中,在可调电源7和电子烟夹持和捕集机构6的连接处安装有滑动导轨,可以实现可调电源在吸烟机上方的左右移动,目的在于方便指定抽吸单元抽吸触发信号接口的连接。
图2所示为带有可调电源的电子烟吸烟机功能框图。
可调电源7的内部功能模块包括一块以微处理器为核心器件的电子电路板、调压模块、抽吸机构触发信号接口以及电压\电流传感器。此处实施例中,这些功能模块被安装在一个机箱中;机箱的前面板和后背板上布置有防水接头,用作输入输出电源线、抽吸信号触发等线缆的接入或接出。
调压模块可以将输入电源电压转换至预定电压值并输出。本实施例中使用一个可调开关电源模块作为调压模块,可以选择由吸烟机主机柜内的直流电源供电,或通过外接电池来供电。调压模块可以实现以0.1V为最小调节精度,在0-10V的范围内输出直流电源;最大输出功率为100W。
电压\电流传感器用来实时测量电子烟发热元件的实际工作电压和工作电流。电压传感器并联跨接在发热元件两端,电流传感器串联接入电子烟发热元件供电回路中;分别实现0.1V和0.01A的测量精度。
可调电源7在工作中还必须与指定抽吸单元的抽吸触发信号进行连接。本实施例中,将每个抽吸单元的开关电信号接出,可调电源7的触发信号接口可以与任意抽吸单元的触发信号进行连接。该信号最终接至微处理器的某一中断触发源,并作为工作时序的一个重要依据。
实施例中,电子电路板采用ARM CORTEX-M3内核的微处理器为核心,通过其内部的串行通讯外设与计算机进行串行通讯。一方面,可以使用安装在工控机中的电子烟吸烟机控制软件对其进行参数设置;另一方面,将工作过程中电子烟发热元件的实际工作电压和电流数据传输至计算机,并使用输入输出设备进行显示。
微处理器在电子烟吸烟机工作过程中根据设置参数负责对调压模块的输出进行调整,以使加载至电子烟发热元件上的工作电压达到预设的电压值。由抽吸单元的抽吸触发信号获得抽吸的起始时间,结合参数设定来对调压模块输出进行通断电控制;还可以在内部直流电源和外接电池直接进行切换来控制并选择调压电源的输入源。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种带有可调电源的电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,包括电子烟吸烟机主体和一个可调电源(7);所述电子烟吸烟机主体包括主机柜(2)、排风系统(4)、输入输出设备(1)和用于其支撑上述部件并实现移动功能的脚轮(3);所述主机柜(2)内安装有计算机(5)和至少1个抽吸单元,主机柜(2)上方安装有电子烟夹持和捕集机构(6),电子烟通过夹持和捕集机构(6)被固定在吸烟机上,由抽吸单元负责对其进行抽吸;夹持和捕集机构(6)对电子烟进行粒相物捕集;所述可调电源(7)的机箱安装在电子烟夹持和捕集机构(6)上方;所述计算机(5)安装有电子烟吸烟机控制软件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述可调电源(7)包括机箱、以微处理器为核心器件的电子电路板、调压模块、抽吸机构触发信号接口以及电压\电流传感器;可调电源(7)的其他部件安装在机箱内部,连线通过机箱面板和背板上布置的接头接入或接出。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述排风系统(4)用于将电子烟产生的烟气排出;所述输入输出设备(1)用于参数输入和数据输出。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述抽吸机构触发信号接口可以选择连接电子烟吸烟机的任意一个抽吸单元的抽吸信号接口,负责将指定抽吸单元的抽吸信号传输至可调电源(7)内部的电子电路板。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述电压\电流传感器接入电子烟发热元件供电回路中,实时检测实际工作电压和工作电流;所述调压模块可以将输入电源电压转换至预定电压值并输出;且可以由内部电源供电或通过外接电池来供电。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述电子烟吸烟机,基特征在于,所述以微处理器为核心的电子电路板可以与计算机(5)进行通讯,通过电子烟吸烟机控制软件对其进行参数设置,同时也可以将工作过程中电子烟发热元件的实际工作电压和电流数据传输至计算机(5),并使用输入输出设备(1)进行显示。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述以微处理器为核心的电子电路板在电子烟吸烟机工作过程中根据设置参数负责对调压模块的输出进行调整,以使加载至电子烟发热元件上的工作电压达到预设的电压值;可以结合设置参数和抽吸单元的抽吸触发信号时序对调压模块输出进行通断电控制;控制并选择调压电源的输入源。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述电压\电流传感器的电压传感器并联跨接在发热元件两端,电流传感器串联接入电子烟发热元件供电回路中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述调压模块调节精度为0.1V,输出直流电源的范围为0-10V,最大输出功率为100W;所述电流传感器测量精度为0.01A。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述电子烟夹持和捕集机构(6)可以 根据待测电子烟的直径和长度进行调节。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,所述抽吸单元的抽吸容量不超过125毫升,抽吸持续时间不超过10秒。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述电子烟吸烟机,其特征在于,在所述可调电源(7)与电子烟夹持和捕集机构(6)的连接处安装有滑动导轨,可实现可调电源(7)在吸烟机上方的左右移动。
