Description
本发明涉及一种电池材料生产设备,具体是一种便于排料的锂离子电池正极粉体材料的混合釜。
在锂电池的生产过程中,需要将钴酸锂、锰酸锂、三元材料或磷酸铁锂等锂离子电池正极粉体材料在混合釜中混合,在将粉体材料从混合釜卸出的过程中,由于粉体材料流出的速度很快,会造成大量的粉尘,不仅污染环境,危害工人的身体健康,而且还会造成资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于排料的锂离子电池正极粉体材料的混合釜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种便于排料的锂离子电池正极粉体材料的混合釜,包括底座;所述底座的顶部设置有排料室;所述排料室内设置有螺旋排料装置;所述螺旋排料装置设置在排料室的中心线上,右侧通过轴承与排料室的右壁相连接,左侧贯穿排料室的左壁与驱动电机相连接;所述驱动电机固定设置在排料室的左侧外壁上;排料室的右侧设置有排料管;排料室的顶部设置有挡料板;所述挡料板的左右两端与排料室的左右两内壁固定连接;挡料板的顶部设置有混合室;所述混合室内设置有搅拌装置;所述搅拌装置由搅拌轴、搅拌横杆、竖杆和搅拌桨叶组成;所述搅拌轴设置在混合室的内部中心线上,贯穿支撑板与搅拌电机相连接;所述搅拌横杆设置有多个,且对称设置在搅拌轴的左右两侧;所述竖杆设置在搅拌横杆的左右两端;所述搅拌桨叶设置有两个,对称设置在搅拌轴的左右两侧,上下两搅拌横杆之间;混合室的顶部设置有支撑板;所述支撑板的顶部设置有进料管和电机支架;所述电机支架固定设置在支撑板的顶部中心线上;电机支架的顶部设置有搅拌电机。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述驱动电机和搅拌电机均通过控制开关与电源相连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述搅拌轴、搅拌横杆、竖杆和搅拌桨叶上均设置有一层耐磨层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述底座的底部设置有一层耐磨层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述搅拌桨叶上设置有通孔;通孔设置有多个,且均匀的设置在搅拌桨叶上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述进料管设置有两个,且对称设置在电机支架的左右两侧。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述支撑板通过螺栓与混合室固定连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述排料管倾斜设置在排料室的右侧底部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,设计合理,使用方便;排料室的设置,不仅能够大大的降低物料下落的速度,减少了粉尘的产生,通过螺旋排料装置将物料从排料管排出,而且还会对电池正极材料进行二次搅拌混合,使得物料混合更加的彻底,由于排料管的倾斜设置,避免了粉尘的产生,使得资源得到充分的利用,为工作人员提供了一个干净舒适的工作环境,且不会对生产效率造成太大影响。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-2,一种便于排料的锂离子电池正极粉体材料的混合釜,包括底座1;所述底座1的顶部设置有排料室3,用于支撑该装置,并保证该装置的稳定性;所述排料室3内设置有螺旋排料装置12,用于减小粉尘,并将物料排放出去;所述螺旋排料装置12设置在排料室3的中心线上,右侧通过轴承与排料室3的右壁相连接,左侧贯穿排料室3的左壁与驱动电机2相连接,用于将物料输送到排料管13处,并对物料从排料管13处排出;所述驱动电机2固定设置在排料室3的左侧外壁上,用于为螺旋排料装置12提供动力,将物料排出;排料室3的右侧设置有排料管13;所述进料管7设置有两个,且对称设置在电机支架8的左右两侧,用于将需要混合的物料输送到混合室5内,对物料进行搅拌混合;排料室3的顶部设置有挡料板4;所述挡料板4的左右两端与排料室3的左右两内壁固定连接,不仅能够将物料均匀的排放到排料室3内,而且还能够降低物料下降的速度和对排料室的冲击力,大大较少了粉尘的产生;挡料板4的顶部设置有混合室5;所述混合室5内设置有搅拌装置11,用于物料的搅拌混合;所述搅拌装置11由搅拌轴16、搅拌横杆15、竖杆14和搅拌桨叶17组成,用于对物料进行搅拌,大大提高了物料的混合速度;所述搅拌轴16设置在混合室5的内部中心线上,贯穿支撑板6与搅拌电机9相连接,用于对物料进行搅拌;所述搅拌横杆15设置有多个,且对称设置在搅拌轴16的左右两侧,对物料进行搅拌;所述竖杆14设置在搅
拌横杆15的左右两端,对物料进行搅拌混合,加快物料的混合速度;所述搅拌桨叶17设置有两个,对称设置在搅拌轴16的左右两侧,上下两搅拌横杆15之间;混合室5的顶部设置有支撑板6;所述支撑板6通过螺栓10与混合室5固定连接;支撑板6的顶部设置有进料管7和电机支架8,一方便用于支撑进料管7和电机支架8,另一方便对混合室5进行密封,防止在搅拌混合过程中产生的粉尘飞洒出来,污染环境;所述电机支架8固定设置在支撑板6的顶部中心线上,用于支撑搅拌电机9;电机支架8的顶部设置有搅拌电机9;搅拌电机9为搅拌装置11提供动力,加快物料的混合速率。
