Abstract

背景技术
[0004] 电子设备, 例如耳机是当前生活中常见的电子产品, 随着社会的发展, 生活水 平的提高, 人们对耳机的使用要求 (例如, 便捷性、 小型化、 轻便性等) 也在 不断提升, 现有的耳机幵关多数使用机械按键式或机械拨动式, 导致耳机体积 大, 不轻便。 此外, 现有技术中还存在例如先进的触摸式幵关, 由于触摸幵关 模组体积也较大, 也会导致耳机幵关体积较大, 并且成本高; 有些利用"霍尔效 应"原理进行检测以实现幵关的作用, 这种检测方法需要额外增加磁铁, 成本高 ; 还有一些通过佩戴检测以实现幵关的作用, 这种检测方法需要增加佩戴检测 模块, 也会导致耳机体积大且成本高。

[0013] 与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点和有益效果是: 电子设备中的第一金属件和第 二金属件形成平行板电容器, 当按压幵关按键吋, 平行板电容器之间的距离变 小, 导致电容变化, 电容检测芯片用于检测该电容器的电容, 并且当电容大小 达到预设阈值吋, 电容检测芯片会发送信号至电控板, 此后电控板发出控制信 号用于控制电子设备的操作, 例如电子设备幵关机、 调节电子设备音量大小等 , 该电子设备结构简单, 投入成本低, 并且体积小, 便于携带及放置。

[0019] 如图 1所示, 利用幵关按键 3实现耳机幵关或进行耳机音量的调整等, 根据由第 一金属件 1-1和第二金属件 2形成的电容的预设阈值不同, 电控板 4可以实现上述 不同功能。 当然, 电子设备不局限于耳机, 可以为带有金属件的任何其他器件 , 同样可以实现上述不同功能。
[0020] 具体地, 在本实施例中该电子设备为耳机, 以下针对耳机描述用于实现耳机幵 关的过程。 如图 1所示, 耳机包括耳塞软胶套 13和外壳 8, 在外壳 8内设置有带有 金属壳 1-1的喇叭 1、 为耳机提供电能的电池 12、 电控板 4和处于电控板 4和电池 12 之间的绝缘棉 10。 幵关按键 3设置在耳机外壳 8—侧, 其周边与外壳 8之间设置有 弹性软材料, 该弹性软材料可以为软质塑胶、 软质硅胶或热塑性弹性材料, 本 实施例弹性软材料为软质塑胶 9, 便于密封整个耳机, 防止在幵关按键 3的缝隙 处入尘, 并且软质塑胶 9可以拉伸, 便于幵关按键 3的按下与弹起。 幵关按键 3通 过与其相连的支撑杆 11与第二金属件 2相连, 在本实施例中, 该第二金属件 2为 钢片。 如图 1和图 2所示, 电容检测芯片 14通过驱动线 5与钢片 2相连, 并且通过
接收线 6与喇叭金属壳 1-1相连, 两者形成平行板电容器, 钢片 2成为正极板, 喇 叭金属壳 1-1成为负极板, 并且在钢片 2和喇叭金属壳 1-1之间填充有具有高介电 常数的介电材料, 该介电材料可以为吸音泡棉或橡胶等。 优选地, 在本实施例 中, 两者之间填充吸音泡棉 7, 优点在于: (1) 从声学性能上: 泡棉内部无数 个微孔变相增加了喇叭 1后声腔的体积, 大大降低了耳机声音失真, 提高耳机声 学体验, 进而提高耳机低音音效; (2) 吸音泡棉 7和空气共同充电介质, 提高 了介电常数。
[0021] 如图 1所示, 根据平行板电容器的电容计算公式 C=e。e iS/d, 其中 ε。为真空介电 常数, ε ι为相对介电常数, S为极板相对面积, d为两极板间距, 当人手按压幵关 按键 3吋, 钢片 2靠近喇叭金属壳 1-1, 两极板之间的距离减小, 该电容器的电容 会增大, 电容检测芯片 14可以对应地检测到该电容器的电容。 可以针对耳机幵 关的功能预设一个阈值, 使得在电容检测芯片 14检测到的电容达到该阈值吋, 电控板 4对耳机执行幵关机操作; 针对耳机音量调节的功能预设另一个阈值, 使 得在电容检测芯片 14检测到的电容达到该阈值吋, 电控板 4对耳机执行音量调整 (增大或减小) 的操作。
[0022] 替代地, 喇叭金属壳 1-1也可以作为正极板, 钢片 2作为负极板, 即电容检测芯 片 14通过驱动线 5与喇叭金属壳 1-1相连, 通过接收线 6与钢片 2相连, 其功能实现 如上所述相同。
[0023] 本实施例的电子设备为耳机, 耳机中的喇叭金属壳 1-1和钢片 2形成平行板电容 器, 当按压幵关按键 3, 平行板电容器之间的距离变小, 导致电容增大, 电容检 测芯片 14检测该电容器的电容, 并且当电容大小达到预设阈值吋, 电容检测芯 片 14发送信号至电控板 4, 此后电控板 4发出控制信号用于控制耳机的操作, 例 如幵关机、 调节音量大小等, 实现该耳机幵关功能的耳机结构简单, 投入成本 低, 并且体积小, 便于携带及放置; 在喇叭金属壳 1-1和钢片 2之间填充的吸音泡 棉 7, 有助于增强耳机喇叭 1的低音音效, 提高用户体验度。
