Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une batterie secondaire de type à enveloppe, comprenant les étapes consistant à : mettre dans un boîtier un ensemble électrode à l'aide d'un boîtier de type enveloppe ; injecter un électrolyte en son sein à travers une partie du boîtier de type enveloppe ; assurer une première fois l'étanchéité du boîtier de type enveloppe ; effectuer une charge/décharge ; former un trou de dégazage dans le boîtier de type enveloppe ; évacuer un gaz activé vers l'extérieur du boîtier de type enveloppe tout en appliquant une pression dans la direction de l'ensemble électrode à partir de l'extérieur du boîtier de type enveloppe et faire vibrer l'électrolyte par génération d'ondes ultrasonores ; et assurer une seconde fois l'étanchéité du boîtier de type enveloppe.
