Description
本发明涉及电力工具领域,具体是涉及一种电缆终端紧固器。
当今社会上用电安全,保证电网安全稳定运行十分重要,电缆通过街码架设在电线杆或建筑物上,电缆端头的固定一般是将电缆端头绕过街码瓷碌进行折向弯曲并在拉紧状态下,将弯折的电缆端头捆绑或固定;目前,施工人员通常通过人力或者简易工具等传统方式将电缆端头折向弯曲并使用扎线将弯折的电缆端头捆绑固定,由于电缆直径较粗,高空作业人员仅仅依靠人力或简易工具很难将电缆折弯并拉紧,而且电缆在弯折时自身弹力很大,很容易从人手或简易工具中弹开或滑脱,更加增加了施工的难度。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的任务在于提供一种电缆终端紧固器,能够省力且快速将绕过街码瓷碌的电缆端头两侧压紧。
本发明任务通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种电缆终端紧固器,包括压线本体、动压块、压紧螺杆,所述压线本体的顶部和底部相对设置,所述动压块位于压线本体的顶部和底部之间且与底部相对,所述压线本体底部和所述动压块下表面分别设有用于配合夹持电缆的夹线结构,所述压紧螺杆垂直穿过在动压块一侧的螺纹孔并与之进行螺纹连接,压紧螺杆的两端分别与压线本体的顶部和底部进行可转动连接,通过转动压紧螺杆能够调节所述动压块相对压线本体底部往复运动,所述压线 本体上设有用于限制所述动压块以防止其相对压线本体转动的限位机构。
进一步改进的技术方案包括:
优选,所述限位机构的结构为:所述动压块上设有与导向直槽贴近配合的导向块,导向块紧贴在导向直槽内并能随着动压块上下往复运动;和/或,所述底部和所述顶部之间设有与所述压紧螺杆平行的限位轴,所述动压块上设有供该限位轴穿过的限位孔,所述动压块在所述压紧螺杆和限位轴的共同导向下进行直线往复运动而不能转动。
优选,所述夹线结构为凹弧形绝缘结构或者凹折弯面绝缘结构。
本发明的一种电缆终端紧固器的有益效果是:采用该电缆终端紧固器,能够省力且快速将绕过街码瓷碌的电缆端头弯折压紧在一起,而且操作人员转动压紧螺杆以驱动动压块运动压紧电缆时,压紧螺杆不会纵向位移,操作人员不需要移动上紧工具(比如扳手、电动扳手)的位置,适合电动扳手操作,节省操作空间和操作难度,适合单人高空作业。
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的效果作进一步说明,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。

需要说明的是,本说明书所使用的术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”以及 类似表述只是为了说明的目的,具体根据实施例中的实际情况而定。
如图1所示,一种电缆终端紧固器,包括压线本体11、动压块12、压紧螺杆13,所述压线本体11的顶部和底部相对设置,所述动压块12位于压线本体11的顶部和底部之间且与底部相对,所述压线本体11底部和所述动压块12下表面分别设有用于配合夹持电缆的夹线结构,所述压紧螺杆13垂直穿过在动压块12一侧的螺纹孔并与之进行螺纹连接,压紧螺杆13的两端分别与压线本体11的顶部和底部进行可转动连接,通过转动压紧螺杆13能够调节所述动压块12相对压线本体11底部往复运动,所述压线本体11上设有用于限制所述动压块12以防止其相对压线本体11转动的限位机构。
操作时,首先将绕过街码瓷碌的电缆端头放置在动压块12和压线本体11底部之间,然后直接转动压紧螺杆13带动动压块12向压线本体11底部移动,压线本体11底部和动压块12下表面的夹线结构配合将电缆端头两侧越夹越紧,从而快速并省力的将绕过街码瓷碌的电缆端头弯折压紧在一起。
采用该电缆终端紧固器,能够省力且快速将绕过街码瓷碌的电缆端头弯折压紧在一起,而且操作人员转动压紧螺杆13以驱动动压块12运动压紧电缆时,压紧螺杆13不会纵向位移,操作人员不需要移动上紧工具(比如扳手、电动扳手)的位置,适合电动扳手操作,节省操作空间和操作难度,适合单人高空作业。
作为优选的实施方式,所述限位机构的结构为:所述动压块12上设有与导向直槽113贴近配合的导向块114,导向块114紧贴在导向直槽113内并能随着动压块12上下往复运动。
作为优选的实施方式,所述夹线结构为凹弧形绝缘结构或者凹折弯面绝 缘结构。

- 一种电缆终端紧固器,其特征在于,包括压线本体、动压块、压紧螺杆,所述压线本体的顶部和底部相对设置,所述动压块位于压线本体的顶部和底部之间且与底部相对,所述压线本体底部和所述动压块下表面分别设有用于配合夹持电缆的夹线结构,所述压紧螺杆垂直穿过在动压块一侧的螺纹孔并与之进行螺纹连接,压紧螺杆的两端分别与压线本体的顶部和底部进行可转动连接,通过转动压紧螺杆能够调节所述动压块相对压线本体底部往复运动,所述压线本体上设有用于限制所述动压块以防止其相对压线本体转动的限位机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电缆终端紧固器,其特征在于,所述限位机构的结构为:所述压线本体上设有与所述压紧螺杆平行的导向直槽,所述动压块上设有与导向直槽贴近配合的导向块,导向块紧贴在导向直槽内并能随着动压块上下往复运动;和/或,所述底部和所述顶部之间设有与所述压紧螺杆平行的限位轴,所述动压块上设有供该限位轴穿过的限位孔,所述动压块在所述压紧螺杆和限位轴的共同导向下进行直线往复运动而不能转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电缆终端紧固器,其特征在于,所述夹线结构为凹弧形绝缘结构或者凹折弯面绝缘结构。
