技术领域
本申请涉及一种冷通道机柜的防水结构。
背景技术
信息通信柜指用于集成装载各类通信设备的机箱或机柜,一般使用优质冷轧钢板制作。机柜系统解决了通信设备应用中的高密度散热、大量线缆的附设和管理、大容量配电及全面兼容不同厂商机架式设备的难题,从而使通信设备能够在高稳定性的环境下运行。大功率通信设备长期工作往往会产生大量热量,为了保证散热效果,目前通常采用冷通道机柜来提高机柜的散热效果。通常冷通道机柜安装在特定的机房内,而机房上方往往布满液体管路,若出现漏水情况将可能造成信息系统的崩塌。因此,对机房内设置防水系是保护整个机柜组的必要措施。但是如果采用在机房上方全部布满防水层,那么需要防护的区域过大,成本过高,且施工工期长,耽误机房的运作。
发明内容
本申请提供一种冷通道机柜的防水结构,其可维持整个冷通道机柜的机房内环境的干燥。
本申请提出的冷通道机柜的防水结构,包括:
机柜组,由多个机柜形成;
第一盖板,平行设置于所述机柜组上方,且所述第一盖板的顶面的面积大于或者等于所述机柜组顶面的面积;

请参照图1至图6,在本申请一实施例中,该冷通道机柜4的防水结构10包括由多个机柜形成的机柜组6以及平行设置在所述机柜组6上方的第一盖板2,所述第一盖板2与所述机柜组6之间设置有支撑架1,所述支撑架1架设在所述机柜组上并与所述第一盖板2面向所述机柜组6的一面抵接;所述第一盖板2的顶面的面积大于或者等于所述机柜组6顶面的面积。
本实施例中,参照图1-图3,在所述机柜组的上方设置第一盖板2,所述第一盖板2平行设置于所述机柜组6的上方,并且所述第一盖板2与所述机柜组6平行的一面的面积大于或者等于所述机柜组6在该面的面积,即所述第一盖板2在竖直方向上的投影能完全将所述机柜组6覆盖,从而实现所述第一盖板2能为所述机柜组6阻挡住滴水。具体地,所述第一盖板2通过在所述机柜组6上架设的支撑架1设置在所述机柜组6的上方,所述支撑架1与所述第一盖板2靠近所述机柜组6的一面抵接。采用本实施例中的技术方案,能够有效的防止所述机柜上出现漏水的情况,且所述第一盖板2的安装简单,成本低廉。需要说明的是,本实施例中的所述第一盖板2为四边形结构,并且所述防水结构设置在放置所述冷通道机柜4的机房内。
进一步地,所述支撑架1可拆卸的架设在所述机柜组6上。本实施例中,为了方便所述第一盖板2的拆卸,以及为了使当冷通道机柜4需要进行施工时,能够及时将防水结构拆卸下来,所述支撑架1采用可拆卸的方式安装在所述机柜组6上。采用本实施例中的可拆卸的支撑架1,可根据需要将所述防水结构10从所述机柜组6上拆卸下来,避免影响施工,方便使用。
为了使滴落在第一盖板2上的水排出到冷通道机柜4外,在所述第一盖板2的一侧设置第二盖板3,所述第二盖板3与所述第一盖板2连接,并且所述第二盖板3与所述第一盖板2的连接线沿所述机柜排列的方向,所述第二盖板3的自由端朝向远离所述机柜的方向倾斜。参照图1和图4,采用本实施例的技术方案,主要是为了防止滴落在所述第一盖板2上的水积累过多而直接从所述第一盖板2的侧边流到靠近机柜的地方,而使得放置机柜的机房过于潮湿。该实施例主要采用将所述第二盖板3的自由端朝向远离所述机柜的方向倾斜,从而使得积累在所述第一盖板2上的滴水可以直接顺着所述第二盖板3流向远离所述机柜的地方。

进一步地,参照图6,所述防水结构还包括漏液检测器7,所述漏液检测器7设置在所述导水槽5内。设置漏液检测器7的目的在于当所述导水槽5内积累了漏液时,所述漏液检测器7可以感应到所述导水槽5积累了漏液,从而发出信号,以提示工作人员及时对所述导水槽5内的漏液进行处理。通过设置漏液检测器7,可快速方便的给工作人员发出警示,进一步优化机房内的环境。
可选地,所述第一盖板2和所述第二盖板3采用一体式结构,采用一体成型的冲压板制成。采用一体式成型的第一盖板2和第二盖板3,使得在安装过程中可节省安装的工序,同时方便拆卸。
进一步地,所述防水结构还包括声光报警器(图未示),所述声光报警器与所述漏液检测器电连接。通过设置声光报警器与所述漏液检测器电连接,可使当所述漏液检测器检测到所述导水槽5中积累有漏液时,可发出信号至所述声光报警器,所述声光报警器在接收到所述漏液检测器发出的信号后,及时发出声光警报,使工作人员即使忙于手头的工作时也能立刻知晓机房内的漏水的情况,从而及时进行处理,进一步地维持了机房内的干燥环境。

Claims (20)
- 一种冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构包括:机柜组,由多个机柜形成;第一盖板,平行设置于所述机柜组上方,且所述第一盖板的顶面的面积大于或者等于所述机柜组顶面的面积;支撑架,设置于所述第一盖板和所述机柜组之间,且所述支撑架架设在所述机柜组上并与所述第一盖板面向所述机柜组的一面抵接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括与所述第一盖板连接的第二盖板,所述第二盖板倾斜设置于所述第一盖板的长度方向,所述第二盖板的连接端高于所述第二盖板的自由端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述第二盖板的数量为两个,两个所述第二盖板分别设置于所述第一盖板的两侧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括与所述第一盖板相连的第三盖板,所述第三盖板倾斜设置于所述第一盖板的宽度方向,所述第三盖板的连接端高于所述第三盖板的自由端,且所述第三盖板与两个所述第二盖板连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括用于收集漏液的导水槽,所述导水槽与所述第二盖板相连,设置于所述第二盖板的下端。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括漏液检测器,所述漏液检测器设置在所述导水槽内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括声光报警器,所述声光报警器与所述漏液检测器电连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述导水槽可拆卸的连接在所述第二盖板的下端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述支撑架可拆卸的固定在所述机柜组的上方。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述第一盖板和第二盖板为一体结构,采用一体成型的冲压板。
- 一种冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构包括:机柜组,由多个机柜形成;第一盖板,平行设置于所述机柜组上方,且所述第一盖板的顶面的面积大于或者等于所述机柜组顶面的面积;支撑架,设置于所述第一盖板和所述机柜组之间,且所述支撑架架设在所述机柜组上并与所述第一盖板面向所述机柜组的一面抵接;所述第一盖板的高度沿朝向外边缘的一侧逐渐降低。
- 根据权利要求11所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括与所述第一盖板连接的第二盖板,所述第二盖板倾斜设置于所述第一盖板的长度方向,所述第二盖板的连接端高于所述第二盖板的自由端。
- 根据权利要求12所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述第二盖板的数量为两个,两个所述第二盖板分别设置于所述第一盖板的两侧。
- 根据权利要求12所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括与所述第一盖板相连的第三盖板,所述第三盖板倾斜设置于所述第一盖板的宽度方向,所述第三盖板的连接端高于所述第三盖板的自由端。且所述第三盖板与两个所述第二盖板连接。
- 根据权利要求12所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括用于收集漏液的导水槽,所述导水槽与所述第二盖板相连,设置于所述第二盖板的下端。

- 根据权利要求16所述的冷通道机柜的防水结构,其中,所述防水结构还包括与所述第一盖板相连的第三盖板,所述第三盖板倾斜设置于所述第一盖板的宽度方向,所述第三盖板的连接端高于所述第三盖板的自由端。且所述第三盖板与两个所述第二盖板连接。
