随着设备对鉴伪需求的提高,对现金票据的图像质量要求也越来越高,如何消除这些干扰以保证设备的鉴伪能力是本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种图像处理方法、装置以及系统,以解决现有现金票据检测技术中相邻图像采集模块之间存在互相干扰,影响设备对现金票据的鉴伪能力的问题。

本发明所提供的图像处理方法,通过获取第一图像采集模块采集到的当前待测物的图像数据;预先确定在第一图像采集模块不发光、与第一图像采集模块相邻的第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,第二图像采集模块对第一图像采集模块采集的图像的干扰信号;根据干扰信号,对获取到的图像数据中各个像素点的数据去除干扰,生成实际图像数据。本申请消除图像采集模块在相邻位置放置的情况下,各个模块的光源对另外一侧的图像采集模块的影响,消除了相互干扰,使得获取的图像稳定可靠地还原现金票据的真实图像,从而保证随现金票据的鉴伪能力。此外,本发明还提供了一种具有上述技术优点的图像处理装置以及图像处理系统。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明所提供的图像处理方法的一种具体实施方式的流程图如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤S101:获取第一图像采集模块采集到的当前待测物的图像数据;
需要指出的是,本发明可具体用于现金票据自动存取机、现金票据清分机中,图像采集模块可以具体采用CIS图像传感器(Contact Image Sensor,接触式图像传感器)来获取现金票据的图像信息,当前待测物具体可以为现金票据等。为提高图像识别的准确性以及图像识别的速度,现有的现金票据自动存取机、现金票据清分机普遍使用两个甚至两个以上的CIS图像传感器一次获取现金票据的图像信息,例如正反面的图像信息。本实施例以其中一个图像采集模块为例,剔除与之相对的图像采集模块对该图像采集模块的干扰信号。同理,本发明所提供的方法可以用来对其他图像采集模块的干扰信号进行去除,也可以针对一个图像采集模块用来去除累加的多个其他图像采集模块的干扰信号,在此不再赘述。
本实施例以图像采集模块为两个、且二者的位置为相对放置为例。在第一 图像采集模块采集到的图像数据的输入幅值可以用公式:V 输出=V 真实+V 干扰表示。其中,V 输出为第一图像采集模块CIS图像传感器光电转换后采集的输出信号,V 真实为CIS图像传感器需要获取的真实图像信号,V 干扰为第二图像采集模块对第一图像采集模块的干扰信号。
第一图像采集模块采集当前待测物的图像数据,例如采集现金票据的正面图像数据,作为原始输出数据,即V 输出
步骤S102:预先确定在所述第一图像采集模块不发光、与所述第一图像采集模块相邻的第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,所述第二图像采集模块对所述第一图像采集模块采集的图像的干扰信号;
本实施例的步骤为预先进行设备校准的过程,即得到上述式子中V 干扰。在第一图像采集模块不发光、与第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,得到此时第一图像采集模块CIS图像传感器光电转换后采集的输出信号,即为干扰信号。
步骤S103:根据所述干扰信号,对获取到的所述图像数据中各个像素点的数据去除干扰,生成实际图像数据。
在得到V 输出、V 干扰的基础上,根据上述式子即可得到实际图像数据V 真实
本发明所提供的图像处理方法,通过获取第一图像采集模块采集到的当前待测物的图像数据;预先确定在第一图像采集模块不发光、与第一图像采集模块相邻的第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,第二图像采集模块对第一图像采集模块采集的图像的干扰信号;根据干扰信号,对获取到的图像数据中各个像素点的数据去除干扰,生成实际图像数据。本申请消除图像采集模块在相邻位置放置的情况下,各个模块的光源对另外一侧的图像采集模块的影响,消除了相互干扰,使得获取的图像稳定可靠地还原现金票据的真实图像,从而保证随现金票据的鉴伪能力。
图像采集模块可以具体为包含CIS图像传感器的采集装置。一般情况市场上CIS厂商提供的采集时序示意图如图2,CLK是CIS的驱动时钟信号,SP是CIS行扫描起始脉冲信号,LED是CIS光源控制信号,VOUT是光电转换输出结果;设备需要按照CIS数据手册中要求控制CIS的CLK信号和SP信号,使得CIS不断循环扫描工作,同时要控制CIS光源的LED信号在一定的 时间区间T内周期性点亮和关闭,CIS内部的光电转换电路按照内部时序电路控制在下一个行扫描周期内逐点输出各个像素点的图像数据的光电转换结果的电压。随着每一行的积累组合就形成了一幅完整的图像。根据鉴伪需求的增加,光源种类的不断增多,市场上现在大多使用多光谱光源的CIS图像传感器,但其基本时序周期是相同的。
在上述实施例的基础上,本发明所提供的图像处理方法中为使干扰信号在整个图像数据采集过程中保持稳定不变,控制第一图像采集模块以及所述第二图像采集模块的各个打光参数均保持为预设恒定值。此外,还可以进一步控制第一图像采集模块以及第二图像采集模块在采集图像过程中工作时序以及光源的发光时序保持同步。
本实施例中保证在每张现金票据的图像数据采集过程中,每个CIS图像传感器的各个打光参数均保持为预设恒定值,特别要注意保证光源的工作电流为预先设定的恒定值,并且光源每次开关的时间也保持不变,这样任何一个CIS的光源对对面的CIS产生的干扰,会周期稳定重复的叠加在对面CIS光电转换后的每行采集输出信号的幅值上。这样采集到的CIS图像信号的输出幅值可用这个公式描述:V 输出=V 真实+V 干扰
具体地,控制CIS图像传感器的工作时序和光源的发光时序,以精确同步两个CIS图像传感器的工作时序,如图3所示。在整个图像数据采集过程中保持稳定不变。并且精确同步两个CIS图像传感器光源的时序,在设定的时序区间完成光源点亮和关闭,使得CIS光源相互间的干扰稳定的在光源发光时同步出现。
下面对本实施例中进行设备预先校准,精确测量光源相互干扰产生的CIS光电转换的输出中的干扰信号的幅值V 干扰的过程进行详细阐述。
设备厂商在设备生产制造过程中,采用校准原理方法,控制两个CIS保持工作时序以及发光时序同步工作,但是只有其中一个CIS的光源按照正常图像采集的设定参数电流和发光时间发光,而对侧的CIS传感器的光源的发光电流为零,即处于完全不发光的状态。本实施例在金融票据传输通道中放置类似金融票据的校准介质,控制设备按正常工作的速度传输介质,校准介质的尺寸要大于等于CIS传感器的最大扫面宽度,确保完全遮蔽CIS传感器的有效扫描区 域,控制不发光侧的CIS对发光一侧的CIS的每种光源通过通道传输过来的干扰信号输出的电压幅值进行测量,取得各种光源的干扰信号,并逐像素点记录到设备的存储器中。
重复上述操作,测得另外一个CIS传感器工作过程中会获取到的对侧CIS传感器的光源的光干扰信号,并逐像素点记录到设备的非易失存储器中,具备掉电保存的能力。
为了方便控制和后续数据处理,本发明所提供的图像处理方法的一种具体实施方式中,如图4所示,在现金票据51采集处理的过程中,当现金票据51按图示方向到达第一个CIS 21的采集区间,并且第一个CIS 21在系统控制下开始启动时,第二个CIS 31要同步启动,特别是光源驱动必须同步启动。同理如图5所示,当现金票据离开第一个CIS的采集区间,并且仍在第二个CIS的采集区间时,必须等到第二个CIS采集完成后,现金票据51离开第二个CIS的采集区间,才能停止第一个CIS光源驱动的;即两个CIS的光源驱动还要做到严格的启动和停止同步。
如图6所示,本发明所提供的图像处理方法的另一种具体实施方式具体包括:
步骤S201:获取第一图像采集模块采集到的当前待测物的图像数据;
步骤S202:预先确定在所述第一图像采集模块不发光、与所述第一图像采集模块相邻的第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,所述第二图像采集模块对所述第一图像采集模块采集的图像的干扰信号;
步骤S203:将获取到的所述图像数据中各个像素点的数据均减去对应像素点的干扰信号,生成实际图像数据。
正常在设备的使用过程中,进行金融票据图像信号逐行采集,CIS传感器每完成一行有效信号的数据信号输出,通过AD转换输出这一行每个像素点电压值,对这个电压值采用并行处理,把全部像素点的输出数据减去存储器中逐点保存的校准数据,用公式:V 真实=V 输出-V 干扰就可获得每行图像的真实数据。循环累计,就可获得每张现金票据完成的正反面图像数据。
为了简化系统控制和工作过程的数据处理,参考图4,在实际操作中,当现金票据51按图示方向到达第一个CIS 21的采集区间,并且第一个CIS 21 在系统控制下开始启动时,如果这时第二个CIS 31没有开始工作,也没有开始开启光源,并不对会整个系统的最终结果产生影响。这时需要区分第一个CIS 21全部采集数据中哪些是受到干扰的哪些是没有受到对面第二个CIS 31影响,通过记录现金票据51到达第二个CIS检测区域后,第一个CIS 21已经完成扫描的行数即可。同理,当现金票据51离开第一个CIS 21的检测区域后,第一个CIS 21的工作时序和光源驱动也可以关闭,只需要记录此刻之后第二个CIS 31工作到扫描结束之间完成的扫描行数。在后期数据处理中对受到干扰的图像数据采用V 真实=V 输出-V 干扰还原图像数据,对没有受到干扰的信号不做处理;当然必须要保证在两个CIS同时工作的区间,CIS的工作时序同步,光源驱动时序同步,光源的工作电流恒定按预先设定值不变。
如图7所示,本发明所提供的图像处理方法的又一种具体实施方式具体包括:
步骤S301:获取第一图像采集模块采集到的当前待测物的图像数据;
步骤S302:预先确定在所述第一图像采集模块不发光、与所述第一图像采集模块相邻的第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,所述第二图像采集模块对所述第一图像采集模块采集的图像的干扰信号;
步骤S303:根据所述第一图像采集模块以及所述第二图像采集模块光源开启的时间差,确定获取到的所述图像数据中各像素点是否为受到干扰的像素点;
步骤S304:当所述像素点为未受到干扰的像素点时,保持原值;当所述像素点为受到干扰的像素点时,将像素点的数据减去对应的干扰信号,生成实际图像数据。
综上,本申请在处理流程中只是增加了一次并行的减法运算,时间消耗很小,在对置放置CIS图像传感器的情况下,消除各个CIS的光源对另外一侧的CIS的影响,消除相互干扰,使得获取的CIS图像稳定可靠地还原现金票据的真实图像,也不影响两个CIS图像传感器的图像采集速度。为实现采集现金票据正反面图像信息的图像传感器在传输通道中直接面对面或稍微错开安装布置方式,提供了完整的技术解决方案。
下面对本发明实施例提供的图像处理装置进行介绍,下文描述的图像处理装置与上文描述的图像处理方法可相互对应参照。
图8为本发明实施例提供的图像处理装置的结构框图,参照图8图像处理装置可以包括:
获取模块100,用于获取第一图像采集模块采集到的当前待测物的图像数据;
确定模块200,用于预先确定在所述第一图像采集模块不发光、与所述第一图像采集模块相邻的第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,所述第二图像采集模块对所述第一图像采集模块采集的图像的干扰信号;
干扰剔除模块300,用于根据所述干扰信号,对获取到的所述图像数据中各个像素点的数据去除干扰,生成实际图像数据。
本实施例的图像处理装置用于实现前述的图像处理方法,因此图像处理装置中的具体实施方式可见前文中的图像处理方法的实施例部分,例如,获取模块100,确定模块200,干扰剔除模块300,分别用于实现上述图像处理方法中步骤S101,S102和S103,所以,其具体实施方式可以参照相应的各个部分实施例的描述,在此不再赘述。
此外,本发明还提供了一种图像处理系统,该系统具体包括:
至少两个相邻的图像采集模块、同步控制模块以及上述图像处理装置;
其中,所述图像采集模块包括图像传感器、控制所述图像传感器工作时序的时序驱动逻辑电路、控制所述图像传感器的光源发光时序的光源驱动电流控制单元;所述同步控制模块用于向所述图像采集模块发送同步信号。
其中,所述图像传感器可以具体为CIS图像传感器。如图9本发明所提供的图像处理系统的一种具体实施方式的结构框图所示,由时间同步控制单元61产生光源驱动电流控制单元62A和62D两个CIS需要的光源驱动的同步控制信号,同样产生时序驱动逻辑电路62B和62C CIS需要的时序驱动的同步控制信号。在整个图像数据采集过程中,参考图3所示,控制CIS图像传感器的工作时序和光源的发光时序,精确同步两个CIS图像传感器的工作时序以及光源的发光时序,如图3所示,在设定的时序区间完成光源点亮和关闭,使得 CIS光源相互间的干扰稳定的在光源发光时同步出现。
作为一种具体实施方式,所述图像传感器的打光参数均为恒定预设值。此外,所述同步控制模块向各所述图像采集模块中所述时序驱动逻辑电路发送第一同步信号,向各所述图像采集模块中所述光源驱动电流控制单元发送第二同步信号,以使各个所述图像传感器在采集图像过程中的工作时序以及光源的发光时序保持同步。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其它实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同或相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。
专业人员还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可以直接用硬件、处理器执行的软件模块,或者二者的结合来实施。软件模块可以置于随机存储器(RAM)、内存、只读存储器(ROM)、电可编程ROM、电可擦除可编程ROM、寄存器、硬盘、可移动磁盘、CD-ROM、或技术领域内所公知的任意其它形式的存储介质中。
以上对本发明所提供的图像处理方法、装置以及系统进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种图像处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取第一图像采集模块采集到的当前待测物的图像数据;
    预先确定在所述第一图像采集模块不发光、与所述第一图像采集模块相邻的第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,所述第二图像采集模块对所述第一图像采集模块采集的图像的干扰信号;
    根据所述干扰信号,对获取到的所述图像数据中各个像素点的数据去除干扰,生成实际图像数据。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的图像处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一图像采集模块以及所述第二图像采集模块的各个打光参数均保持为预设恒定值。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的图像处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一图像采集模块以及所述第二图像采集模块在采集图像过程中工作时序以及光源的发光时序保持同步。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的图像处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一图像采集模块以及所述第二图像采集模块的光源同步开启、同步停止时,所述根据所述干扰信号,对获取到的所述图像数据中各个像素点的数据去除干扰,生成实际图像数据包括:
    将获取到的所述图像数据中各个像素点的数据均减去对应像素点的干扰信号,生成实际图像数据。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的图像处理方法,其特征在于,当所述第一图像采集模块以及所述第二图像采集模块的光源未同步开启和/或同步停止时,所述根据所述干扰信号,对获取到的所述图像数据中各个像素点的数据去除干扰,生成实际图像数据包括:
    根据所述第一图像采集模块以及所述第二图像采集模块光源开启的时间差,确定获取到的所述图像数据中各像素点是否为受到干扰的像素点;
    当所述像素点为未受到干扰的像素点时,保持原值;当所述像素点为受到干扰的像素点时,将像素点的数据减去对应的干扰信号,生成实际图像数据。
  6. 一种图像处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一图像采集模块采集到的当前待测物的图像数据;
    确定模块,用于预先确定在所述第一图像采集模块不发光、与所述第一图像采集模块相邻的第二图像采集模块发光的情况下,所述第二图像采集模块对所述第一图像采集模块采集的图像的干扰信号;
    干扰剔除模块,用于根据所述干扰信号,对获取到的所述图像数据中各个像素点的数据去除干扰,生成实际图像数据。
  7. 一种图像处理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    至少两个相邻的图像采集模块、同步控制模块以及如权利要求6所述的图像处理装置;
    其中,所述图像采集模块包括图像传感器、控制所述图像传感器工作时序的时序驱动逻辑电路、控制所述图像传感器的光源发光时序的光源驱动电流控制单元;所述同步控制模块用于向所述图像采集模块发送同步信号。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的图像处理系统,其特征在于,所述图像传感器为CIS图像传感器。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的图像处理系统,其特征在于,所述图像传感器的打光参数均为恒定预设值。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的图像处理系统,其特征在于,所述同步控制模块向各所述图像采集模块中所述时序驱动逻辑电路发送第一同步信号,向各所述图像采集模块中所述光源驱动电流控制单元发送第二同步信号,以使各个所述图像传感器在采集图像过程中的工作时序以及光源的发光时序保持同步。
