如图1至图7共同所示,一种耳机,包括第一耳机单体1和第二耳机单体2,第一耳机单体1和第二耳机单体2均可单独佩戴于左耳或右耳,本发明并不对单个耳机单体用于左耳或右耳进行限定,第一耳机单体1包括第一壳体11和封装于第一壳体11内的动铁喇叭12,第一壳体11出声端设有耳塞13,第一壳体11设有耳塞13相对的另一端设有耳机线14;第二耳机单体2包括第二壳体21和封装于第二壳体21内的环形喇叭22,第二壳体21还形成用于收容第一壳体11的长孔25,长孔25从第二壳体21连接耳塞23的出声端向连接耳机线24的另一端延伸,长孔25经过环形喇叭22所围成的空心区域或者所述长孔25与环形喇叭22具有共同的中心轴线。动铁喇叭12、环形喇叭22均可以通过胶粘、卡接的方式分别封装在第一壳体11、第二壳体21中,当然也可以采取其他方式实现壳体与收容的相应喇叭之间的固定,本发明对此并不进行限定。
现有技术中耳机一般包括左、右两个耳机单体,两个耳机单体是对称结构或相同结构,在使用时只能产生单一的听觉效果,只能获得高频效果或低频效果,且两个耳机单体只能单独使用,无法组装成一个新的耳机单体使用。与现有技术中的耳机相比,本发明的耳机既可以实现两个耳机单体的单独使用,也可以将第一耳机单体的耳塞取下,将第一耳机单体插入第二耳机单体的第二外壳的长孔中,组装成新的耳机单体使用,如图7所示。由于采用动铁喇叭的第一耳机单体能够实现较好的高频响应,采用环形喇叭的第二耳机单体能够实现较好的低频响应,将第一耳机单体与第二耳机单体组合后使用可以得到兼具高低音频响应的声学效果,为用户提供更好的声学体验。
另一方面,现有技术中的耳机在使用时,有时候需要一边听耳机信息一边兼顾接受身边其他信息,如在街道上走路时要注意听取汽车的鸣笛声以规避危险,因此不可避免出现只带一个耳机单体的情况,这种情况下另一个耳机单体不容易收纳,而且容易拽拉下戴在耳朵上的耳机单体,耳机线也容易乱做一团,给耳机用户带来使用烦恼,降低了用户体验。本发明的耳机,由于第一耳机单体和第二耳机单体可以组装在一起使用,解决了单个耳朵带着耳机时,另一个耳机单体不容易收纳的问题,也不会将戴在耳朵上的耳机单体拽拉下,耳机线均在同一个耳朵一侧,不容易出现耳机线混乱的现象,提高了用户体验。
进一步的,如图2、图3所示,第二壳体21包括第二内壁212和第二外壁211,为筒形结构,第二外壁211环绕第二内壁212外侧圆周设置,第二内壁212嵌套在第二外壁211内部,第二内壁212围成长孔25,环形喇叭22设于第二内壁212和第二外壁211之间。具体的,长孔25垂直于长孔中轴线L2的径向截面为圆形,第一壳体11为与长孔25相配合的圆柱体。当然,上述长孔的径向截面也可以是其他形状如椭圆形、三角形、四边形、六边形、八边形、正多边形或者不规则形状,第一壳体相应设计为椭圆柱状、三角柱、长方体等等,本发明并不对此进行限制。
优选的,长孔25垂直于长孔中轴线L2的径向截面为圆形,第一壳体11为与长孔25相配合的圆柱体的技术方案的基础上,长孔25有两种优选的设置 方式:
第一种设置方式,长孔25垂直与长孔中轴线L2的径向直径为固定值,即长孔为圆柱状,第一壳体11垂直于其中轴线L1的径向直径D小于或等于长孔25垂直于长孔中轴线L2的径向直径。
第二种设置方式,长孔25沿中轴线L2由多段构成,每一段对应的长孔的一组径向直径,相应的,围成长孔25的第二内壁212沿中轴线L2也由多段构成。具体的,如图4、图5所示,第二内壁212包括第一孔径部2121、第二孔径部2122、连接第一孔径部2121和第二孔径部2122的过渡部2123;
其中,长孔25位于第二孔径部2122的径向直径d2大于长孔25位于第一孔径部2121的径向直径d1,第一壳体11的径向直径D大于长孔25位于第一孔径部2121的径向直径d1且小于长孔25位于第二孔径部2122的径向直径d2,即d2>d1,d1<D<d2。第一孔径部2121与第二耳机单体2的耳塞23相邻,第二孔径部2122设于第一孔径部2121远离耳塞23的一侧。
其中,设于第一孔径部2121和第二孔径部2122之间的过渡部2123为平面圆环形或圆台的侧面状。当过渡部2123为平面圆环状时,圆环的内圆与外圆之间形成平台,圆环对应内圆的内径与第一孔径部2121的径向直径d1相同,圆环对应外圆的直径与第二孔径部2122的径向直径d2相同,过渡部2123在第一孔径部2121和第二孔径部2122之间形成支撑第一壳体11的支撑台阶,当第一壳体11完全插入长孔25后,第一壳体的出声端顶在过渡部2123上,实现对第一壳体11的固定。
当所述过渡部为圆台的侧面状时,即用一个平行于圆锥底面的平面去截取圆锥,底面与截面之间的部分为圆台,位于底面与截面之间的侧表面为侧面,底面与截面之间的侧面的径向半径为连续渐变,呈漏斗形。与底面相接一端的侧面与第二孔径部2122连接,与截面相接一端的侧面与第一孔径部2121相接。
当然,过渡部2123也可以是其他形状和结构,例如设有多阶台阶,只要能实现对第一壳体的支撑作用即可,本发明并不对过渡部具体形状和结构进行限定。
优选的,过渡部上设有缓冲垫26,缓冲垫26可以是橡胶垫或硅胶垫,当然也可以是其他软的弹性材质,缓冲垫的设置可以有效防止第一壳体插入长孔后与过渡部产生摩擦或挤压,从而有效保护第一壳体。
优选的,第二内壁212的第二孔径部2122设有对第一壳体11进行限位的限位环27。限位环由硅胶或橡胶制成。限位环27的设置可以有效防止第一壳体插入长孔过程中与第二内壁212摩擦产生划痕或损坏第一壳体,从而有效保护第一壳体。
当然,也可以直接制作包括底壁和侧壁的保护套,保护套的底壁上设有圆孔,将保护套直接插入到第二内壁所围成的长孔中并固定。当两个耳机单体组合使用时,将第一壳体插入长孔的过程中能起到同样的保护第一壳体的作用。
优选的,第二耳机单体2的耳塞23设于第二外壁211上,第二内壁212和第二外壁211在靠近耳塞23的一端形成环形喇叭22的出声道28。
优选的,第二外壁211包括第二外侧壁2111和盖2112,第二外侧壁2111环绕第二内壁212一周设置,盖2112为圆环结构,圆环对应内圆的内径与第一孔径部2121的径向直径d1相同,圆环对应外圆的直径与第二孔径部2122的径向直径d2相同,盖2112的内圆周边与第二内壁212连接,盖2112的外圆周边与第二外侧壁2111相连接,即盖设于第二内壁和第二外侧壁之间,另外环形喇叭22也设于第二内壁212和第二外侧壁2111之间。
另外,第一壳体11的轴向长度大于长孔25的轴向长度或者第一壳体的轴向长度大于第二孔径部2122的轴向长度,保证第一壳体插入到长孔中后,仍有一部分留在长孔外,方便第一壳体的插拔。
以上所述本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同一种通止规精确测试机构结构的改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种耳机,包括第一耳机单体和第二耳机单体,所述第一耳机单体包括第一壳体和封装于所述第一壳体内的动铁喇叭;所述第二耳机单体包括第二壳体和封装于所述第二壳体内的环形喇叭,所述第二壳体形成用于收容所述第一壳体的长孔,所述长孔从所述第二壳体连接耳塞的一端向连接耳机线的另一端延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第二壳体包括第二内壁和第二外壁,所述第二外壁环绕所述第二内壁外侧设置,所述第二内壁围成所述长孔,所述环形喇叭设于所述第二内壁和所述第二外壁之间,所述长孔经过所述环形喇叭所围成的空心区域或者所述长孔与所述环形喇叭具有共同的中心轴线。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述长孔的径向截面为圆形,所述第一壳体为与所述长孔相配合的圆柱体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述长孔的径向直径为固定值,所述第一壳体的径向直径小于或等于所述长孔的径向直径。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第二内壁包括第一孔径部、第二孔径部、连接所述第一孔径部和第二孔径部的过渡部;
    所述长孔位于所述第二孔径部的径向直径大于所述长孔位于所述第一孔径部的径向直径,所述第一壳体的径向直径大于所述长孔位于所述第一孔径部的径向直径且小于所述长孔位于所述第二孔径部的径向直径;
    所述第一孔径部与所述第二耳机单体的耳塞相邻,所述第二孔径部设于所述第一孔径部远离所述耳塞的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述过渡部为平面圆环形或圆台的侧面状。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述过渡部上设有缓冲垫。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第二内壁的第二孔径部设有对所述第一壳体进行限位的限位环。
  9. 根据权利要求2或5所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第二耳机单体的耳塞设于所述第二外壁上,所述第二内壁和所述第二外壁在靠近所述耳塞的一端形成所述环形喇叭的出声道。
  10. 根据权利要求2或5所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第二外壁包括盖和第二外侧壁,所述第二外侧壁环绕所述第二内壁外侧设置,所述环形喇叭和盖设于所述第二内壁和所述第二外侧壁之间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机为无线耳机或者蓝牙耳机。
