Description
DETACHABLE GARBAGE CLEANER AND A VEHICLE OPERATING THEREON
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to the technical field of garbage cleaning. In particular, the present disclosure pertains to a garbage cleaner that can be readily compatible with different pulling and/or collecting means so as to obtain a vehicle for desired operation thereof.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] Garbage handling has become a serious hassle for any place, irrespective of geography and demography among other relevant factors. In spite of sufficient availability of modern technology and labor, garbage cleaning poses challenges in view of non-interoperability and/or unsuitability of such technologic means for different settings.
[0004] There are vehicles (of different size and types) that have been specifically designed to clean garbage but they come short of meeting requirements when faced with constraints such as space, maintenance and the like. Otherwise portable cleaning units also come with a host of problems, they are either of insufficient capacity or more costly to be employed on large scale.
[0005] There is, therefore, a need to provide a detachable garbage cleaner to obviate such aforementioned challenges in the art and to enable configuration of the cleaner with any desired carrying and collecting means. Further, it would be an added benefit to enable proper handling of garbage so as to ensure efficient and hassle-free cleaning thereof.
[0006] All publications herein are incorporated by reference to the same extent as if each individual publication or patent application were specifically and individually indicated to be incorporated by reference. Where a definition or use of a term in an incorporated reference is inconsistent or contrary to the definition of that term provided herein, the definition of that term provided herein applies and the definition of that term in the reference does not apply.
[0007] In some embodiments, the numbers expressing quantities of ingredients, properties such as concentration, reaction conditions, and so forth, used to describe and claim certain embodiments of the invention are to be understood as being modified in some instances by the term "about". Accordingly, in some embodiments, the numerical parameters set forth in the written description and attached claims are approximations that can vary depending upon the desired properties sought to be obtained by a particular embodiment. In some embodiments, the numerical parameters should be construed in light of the number of reported significant digits and by applying ordinary rounding techniques. Notwithstanding that the numerical ranges and parameters setting forth the broad scope of some embodiments of the invention are approximations, the numerical values set forth in the specific examples are reported as precisely as practicable. The numerical values presented in some embodiments of the invention may contain certain errors necessarily resulting from the standard deviation found in their respective testing measurements.
[0008] As used in the description herein and throughout the claims that follow, the meaning of "a," "an," and "the" includes plural reference unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. Also, as used in the description herein, the meaning of "in" includes "in" and "on" unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
[0009] The recitation of ranges of values herein is merely intended to serve as a shorthand method of referring individually to each separate value falling within the range. Unless otherwise indicated herein, each individual value is incorporated into the specification as if it were individually recited herein. All methods described herein can be performed in any suitable order unless otherwise indicated herein or otherwise clearly contradicted by context. The use of any and all examples, or exemplary language (e.g. "such as") provided with respect to certain embodiments herein is intended merely to better illuminate the invention and does not pose a limitation on the scope of the invention otherwise claimed. No language in the specification should be construed as indicating any non-claimed element essential to the practice of the invention.

In an aspect, cleaner unit 120-1 has at least one horizontal brush and at least one vertical brush to collect garbage from the surface and prevent the garbage (shown as a heap inside carrying unit 130 herein) from dropping off, wherein the at least one vertical brush can be configured to assist by pulling garbage outside the range of the at least one horizontal brush towards the later. Notably, carrying unit 120-2 is run by an engine 124, which can preferably run both the carrying unit 120-2 and cleaning unit 120-1 in some embodiments. Moreover, in an embodiment, brushes 122 can of any material known or used in the art, preferably selected from the group consisting of wire, plastic, rubber, among others.
[0045] In a preferred embodiment, smart conveyor 128can be a pick chain conveyor that can guide safely utilizing its C-Chain principle. Further, in one embodiment, smart conveyor belt (with suitable number of horizontal and/or vertical conveyor(s)) can include retaining means such as, but need not necessarily, bucket, suction cups among other, to keep garbage from falling off.
[0046] FIG. 3 illustrates an exemplary perspective view of a vehicle 100 operating on a detachable garbage cleaner 120, in accordance with an implementation of the preset disclosure, wherein the vehicle 100 can include a pulling unit 110 that can be operatively connected to a cleaner unit 120-1 configured with a stopper 126to clean garbage from a surface, wherein the pulling unit 110 drives the vehicle 100; and a collecting unit 130 can be operatively connected to a carrying unit 120-2 (or alternatively even connected to cleaner unit 120-1 as per need) configured to carry the garbage before dropping onto the collecting unit 130.
[0047] In an aspect, the present disclosure provides a vehicle 100 that operates with a detachable garbage cleaner 120, the vehicle can include a pulling unit 110 to drive the vehicle 100; and a collecting unit 130, wherein the detachable garbage cleaner 120 has means to operatively connect to the pulling unit 110, and to the collecting unit 130; wherein the detachable garbage cleaner 120 can include a cleaner unit 120-1 configured with a stopper 126to collect garbage from a surface; and a carrying unit 120-2 configured to carry the garbage before dropping onto the collecting unit 120-2.
[0048] Thus, the present disclosure provides a detachable garbage cleaner that can enable operation of any vehicle, which can readily operate on the detachable garbage cleaner taking into
account any constraint faced by conventional garbage vehicles. Further, it makes use of a smart conveyor belt in place of conventional vacuum suction setups as provided by such conventional vehicles.
[0049] While the foregoing describes various embodiments of the invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof. The scope of the invention is determined by the claims that follow. The invention is not limited to the described embodiments, versions or examples, which are included to enable a person having ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention when combined with information and knowledge available to the person having ordinary skill in the art.
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION
[0050] The present disclosure providesgarbage cleaner readily attachable so as to form a vehicle that obviates shortcomings associated with conventional non-detachable garbage cleaning vehicles.
[0051] The present disclosure providesgarbage cleaner that can be readily configured with suitable carrying and/or collecting means as per need of the job.
[0052] The present disclosure provides garbage cleaner that relies on smart conveyor(s) for its working.
[0053] The present disclosure provides garbage cleaner that can be conveniently detached from carrying and/or collecting unit for appropriate function.
