Abstract
一种可旋式阀门连接件,包括上部连接件(1)和下部连接件(2);上部连接件(1)是一个从中间开始弯折的管道;上部连接件(1)分为上下两段,上段设有外螺纹(1-1);上部连接件(1)下段向外有环形凸起(1-2);下部连接件(2)是一个直的管道;下部连接件(2)分为上下两段,下部连接件(2)的上段内径和上部连接件(1)的下段外径尺寸一致;下部连接件(2)上段设有环形凹槽(2-2),环形凹槽(2-2)同上部连接件(1)下段的环形凸起(1-2)相吻合;下部连接件(2)的下段设有内螺纹(2-1);内螺纹(2-1)的螺纹顶端到螺纹底端的距离刚好同上部连接件(1)下段的厚度尺寸一致。该可旋式阀门连接件的上部连接件(1)可以在一个面上发生360°的转动,解决了应对不同的阀门安装环境必须配备多种规格阀门连接件的问题。
Description
本发明涉及一种可旋式阀门连接件。
阀门连接件用于连接阀门和管道,常见的阀门连接件是不能随意变形的。因而对于不同的空间环境下,需要阀门和管道的相对位置就决定了所使用阀门连接件的形状,因此面对多样的安装环境就需要配备多种规格的阀门连接件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可旋式阀门连接件,该阀门连接件分为上下两个部件,上部连接件可以在一个面上发生360°的转动,这样就解决了应对不同的阀门安装环境必须配备多种规格阀门连接件的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种可旋式阀门连接件,包括上部连接件和下部连接件;所述上部连接件是一个从中间开始弯折的管道;所述上部连接件分为上下两段,上段设有外螺纹;所述上部连接件下段向外有环形凸起;所述下部连接件是一个直的管道;所述下部连接件分为上下两段,下部连接件的上段内壁不设内螺纹,所述下部连接件的上段内径和所述上部连接件的下段外径尺寸一致;所述下部连接件上段设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽同上部连接件下段的环形凸起相吻合;所述下部连接件的下段设有内螺纹;所述内螺纹的螺纹顶端到螺纹底端的距离刚好同所述上部连接件下段的厚度尺寸一致。
进一步的,所述的上部连接件下段的环形凸起同下部连接件上段的环形凹槽之间的空隙填满润滑油。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:本发明一种可旋式阀门连接件,能够解决应对不同的阀门安装环境必须配备多种规格阀门连接件的问题。本发明分为上部连接件和下部连接件两个部分,上部连接件下部嵌入上部连接件上部内,并且上部连接件可以在一个平面上旋转360°。而在上部连接件下段设置环形凸起,下部连接件上段设有环形凹槽其主要的目的是将上部连接件同下部连接件在上下方向上固定起来同时也保证了上部连接件在水平方向上的自由转动。环形凸起和环形凹槽内填充润滑油一方面是避免长期的转动,导致环形凸起的磨损;另一方面在空隙中填充润滑油也起到了密闭作用,防止漏液或空气进入的情况。

其中,上部连接件1、外螺纹1-1、环形凸起1-2、下部连接件2、内螺纹2-1、环形凹槽2-2。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例:
一种可旋式阀门连接件,包括上部连接件1和下部连接件2;所述上部连接件1是一个从中间开始弯折的管道;所述上部连接件1分为上下两段,上段设有外螺纹1-1;所述上部连接件1下段向外有环形凸起1-2;所述下部连接件2是一个直的管道;所述下部连接件2分为上下两段,下部连接件2的上段内壁不设内螺纹,所述下部连接件2的上段内径和所述上部连接件1的下段外径尺寸一致;所述下部连接件2上段设有环形凹槽2-2,环形凹槽2-2同上部连接件1下段的环形凸起1-2相吻合;所述下部连接件2的下段设有内螺纹2-1;所述内螺纹2-1的螺纹顶端到螺纹底端的距离刚好同所述上部连接件1下段的厚度尺寸一致。
所述的上部连接件1下段的环形凸起1-2同下部连接件2上段的环形凹槽2-2之间的空隙填满润滑油。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

- 一种可旋式阀门连接件,其特征在于:包括上部连接件和下部连接件;所述上部连接件是一个从中间开始弯折的管道;所述上部连接件分为上下两段,上段设有外螺纹;所述上部连接件下段向外有环形凸起;所述下部连接件是一个直的管道;所述下部连接件分为上下两段,下部连接件的上段内壁不设内螺纹,所述下部连接件的上段内径和所述上部连接件的下段外径尺寸一致;所述下部连接件上段设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽同上部连接件下段的环形凸起相吻合;所述下部连接件的下段设有内螺纹;所述内螺纹的螺纹顶端到螺纹底端的距离刚好同所述上部连接件下段的厚度尺寸一致。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种可旋式阀门连接件,其特征在于:所述的上部连接件下段的环形凸起同下部连接件上段的环形凹槽之间的空隙填满润滑油。
