为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参阅图1,图1是本发明一实施例中的来电管理方法的流程图。本实施方式从虚拟现实设备的角度出发进行描述,执行主体可以为能够与具有通话功能的移动终端(例如,手机)建立通信连接的虚拟现实设备。虚拟现实设备可以为虚拟现实头盔等,但并不限于此。该来电管理方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤S101:建立与移动终端的通信连接。
请一并参阅图2,图2是本发明一实施例中的来电管理的应用场景的示意图。该应用场景中包括具有通话功能的移动终端110以及虚拟现实设备120,移动终端110能够与虚拟现实设备120建立通信连接并进行数据交互。
其中,虚拟现实设备120可以通过蓝牙、Wi-Fi等无线通信方式或通过有线的方式与移动终端110建立通信连接。
步骤S102:判断所述移动终端是否接收到来电请求。若是,则执行步骤S103;若否,则返回步骤S102。
在另一实施方式中,当所述移动终端未接收到来电请求时,则流程结束。
虚拟现实设备120在与移动终端110建立通信连接后,可以向移动终端110发送来电请求的订阅请求。如此,当移动终端110接收到虚拟现实设备120所发送的订阅请求时,且在接收到来电请求时,向虚拟现实设备120发送通知命令,以通知虚拟现实设备120移动终端110当前已接收到来电请求。
具体的,当移动终端110接收到来电请求时会发送一信号给虚拟现实设备120,该虚拟现实设备120在接收到移动终端110发送的信号时可知该移动终端110接收到来电请求。
步骤S103:继续运行当前运行的进程,并获取预设的来电提醒方式。
虚拟现实设备120在确定移动终端110接收到来电请求时,继续运行当前运行的进程,并获取来电提醒方式。该来电请求包括来电号码、来电人姓名、来电号码分类信息等来电信息。来电号码分类信息可以包括外卖、推销、亲人、朋友等。
其中,虚拟现实设备120当前运行的进程可以包括但不限于视频播放进程或图片显示进程等。虚拟现实设备120在监测到移动终端110发送的通话请求信息时,不中断/终止当前运行中的进程,持续播放视频影像或显示图片。
来电提醒方式是用户预先通过设置界面设置的,来电提醒方式可以为通过用户界面进行提醒或通过语音进行提醒。通过用户界面进行提醒表示在虚拟现实显示界面中显示来电提示用户界面,以提醒用户当前接收到的来电请求。通过语音进行提醒表示通过语音提醒用户当前接收到的来电请求。
其中,在具有通话功能的移动终端110与虚拟现实设备120建立通信连接后,还可以向移动终端110发送呼叫转移的请求消息,该呼叫转移的请求消息用于控制移动终端110在接收到来电请求时将所接收到的来电请求转接至虚拟现实设备120。此外,该请求消息还用于控制移动终端110不响应来电请求或/和不显示该来电的提醒信息。
步骤S104:根据所述来电提醒方式进行来电提醒。
虚拟现实设备120根据获取到的来电提醒方式获取来电提醒信息并将所获取到的来电提醒信息通过该虚拟显示设备呈现给用户以告知用户当前接收到来电请求。
其中,当来电提醒方式是通过用户界面进行提醒时,在虚拟现实设备120所显示的界面中显示该来电提示界面,以提醒用户当前所接收到的来电请求。此外,该来电提示界面除了包括通话请求信息中包含的来电信息,还可以包括“接听”、“拒绝接听”等虚拟按键或图标。来电提示界面可以显示在虚拟现实设备120所显示的虚拟现实界面中。当该虚拟现实界面为一视频播放界面或图像显示界面时,该来电提示界面可显示在视频播放区域或图像显示区域上,也可以显示在虚拟现实界面中的非视频播放区域或非图像显示区域上。
进一步地,在虚拟现实设备120所显示的界面中显示所述来电提示界面包括:在虚拟现实设备120所显示的界面的非视频播放区域上悬浮地显示所述来电提示界面;或者在虚拟现实设备120所显示的视频播放区域上透明地显示所述来电提示界面;其中,所述透明是指所述来电提示界面对应的第一图层处于所述视频播放界面对应的第二图层之上,且所述第一图层的透明度大于所述第二图层的透明度。
例如,请一并参阅图3-4,图3是本发明一实施例中的包含有来电提醒的虚拟现实界面的示意图;图4是本发明另一实施例中包含来电提醒的虚拟现实界面的示意图。
如图3所示,来电提示界面悬浮地显示在所述虚拟现实设备120所显示的非视频播放界面上。该来电提示界面可以包括通话请求信息中包含的来电信息、“接听”按键、“拒绝接听”虚拟按键。
如图4所示,来电提示界面悬浮地显示在所述虚拟现实设备120所显示的视频播放界面中;其中,来电提示界面对应的第一图层处于视频播放界面对应的第二图层之上,且第一图层的透明度大于第二图层的第二透明度。如此,第
一图层所显示的内容不影响第二图层显示的内容。
当来电提醒方式是通过语音进行提醒,通过语音提醒用户当前所接收到来电请求。虚拟现实设备120通过语音提醒用户时,可以采用移动终端110设置的来电提示音进行提醒,也可以采用预设的来电提示语音进行提醒,此处不做限制。
在另一实施方式中,当所述来电提醒方式为通过语音进行提醒时,步骤S104可以包括:判断所述当前运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出;若有,控制以第一音量值输出所述音频信号,以第二音量值输出来电提醒的语音信号。
例如,虚拟现实设备120在确认当来电提醒方式为通过语音进行提醒时,当在接收到移动终端110发送的接收到来电请求时,该虚拟现实设备120还判断虚拟现实设备120当前所运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出。如有,则控制以第一音量值输出当前所运行的进程中的音频信号,并控制以第二音量值输出语电提醒信号的语音信号,且第二音量值大于第一音量值。如此,用户即能听到来电提醒的语音,又能听到当前所运行的进场中的音频。第一音量值与第二音量值可根据实际情况进行设置,此处不做限制。
如果虚拟现实设备120当前所运行的进程中没有音频信号输出,那么可以按预设音量值或任意音量值输出语音来电提醒信号,只要能够保证用户能够听到来电提醒的语音即可。
可以理解的是,在本实施例中,虚拟现实设备120当前所运行的进程中所输出的音频信号为当前播放的视频影像中包含的音频信号,或者当前播放的音频文件包含的音频信号。
步骤S105:判断是否接收到来电接听指令;若是,则执行步骤S106;若否,则流程结束。
步骤S106:接通所述来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接。
在本实施方式中,在建立通话连接之后,虚拟现实设备120不中断/终止在
建立通话连接前运行的进程,此时,用户可以边接听电话,边观看虚拟现实设备所呈现的画面。
在一实施方式中,该虚拟现实设备120还包括触摸板。用户可以通过在虚拟现实设备120的触摸板上预设触摸动作或触摸手势,所述触摸屏响应该触摸动作或触摸手势生成来电接听指令。例如,当触摸板接收到位于第一预设区域内的单击或向右滑动的触摸操作时便生成该来电接听指令;当在第二预设区域接收到双击或向左滑动的触摸操作时则生成拒绝接听来电的指令。
虚拟现实设备120在检测到拒绝接听来电的指令时,向移动终端110发送拒绝接听通话的指令,拒绝通话指令用于通知移动终端110在通话记录中将该通话请求所对应的来电号码标记为未接来电。
在另一实施例方式中,步骤S106之后,来电管理方法还可以包括:判断所述当前运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出;若所述当前运行的进程中有音频信号输出,控制以第一音量值输出所述音频信号,并控制以第二音量值输出语音通话信号;其中,所述第一音量值小于所述第二音量值。
例如,虚拟现实设备120当检测到来电接听指令,并接通来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接之后,实时监测虚拟现实设备120当前所运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出,如果虚拟现实设备120当前所运行的进程中有音频信号输出,那么控制以第一音量值输出音频信号,并控制以第二音量值输出语音通话信号,且第二音量值大于第一音量值,以使得当前播放的视频影像声音不影响用户通话,以便用户能够听清对方说话。第一音量值与第二音量值可根据实际情况进行设置,此处不做限制。
其中,虚拟现实设备输出的音频信号为当前播放的视频影像中包含的音频信号,或者当前播放的音频文件包含的音频信号。
在进行语音提醒时虚拟现实设备输出音频信号的音量值与通话时虚拟现实设备输出音频信号的音量值可以相同,也可以不同。输出语音来电提醒信号的音量值与语音通话信号的音量值可以相同,也可以不同。
如果虚拟现实设备120当前没有音频信号输出,那么可以按预设音量值或任意音量值输出语音通话信号,只要能够保证用户能够听清对方说话。
在另一实施例方式中,步骤S206之后,来电管理方法还可以包括:判断所述当前运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出;若所述当前运行的进程中有音频信号输出,实时获取所述音频信号的音量以及语音通话信号的音量;根据所述音频信号的音量以及所述语音通话信号的音量计算音频信号的调整系数;并根据所述音频信号的调整系数调整所述音频信号的输出音量。
例如,虚拟现实设备120当检测到来电接听指令,并接通来电请求所对应的来电,实时监测虚拟现实设备120当前所运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出。当监测到当前所运行的进程中有音频信号输出时,每隔预设时间(例如,0.1秒,但并不限于此)对当前所运行的进程中(例如,视频影像)的音频信号进行采样获取音频信号的音量,以及获取语音通话信号的音量,并根据音频信号的音量以及语音通话信号的音量计算当前所运行的进程中的音频信号的调整系数,根据该音频信号的调整系数动态调整当前所运行的进程中的音频信号的输出音量。
其中,当前所运行的进程中的音频信号的调整系数α可按以下公式进行计算得到;其中,x为采集到的音频数据中的频率序号,且x为大于1的正整数,fx是播放视频的音量,fx的取值大于1;gx是通话语音的音量,α是调整系数,α可根据需要具体设置。
在另一实施方式中,虚拟现实设备120还可以根据该音频信号的调整系数动态降低当前所运行的进程中的音频信号的输出音量,并且计算通话语音的调整系数,并根据通话语音的调整系数增大通话语音的音量。
在另一实施方式中,当接收到来电接听指令时,或接通来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接之后,来电管理方法还可以包括:向所述移动终端发送控制信号;其中,所述控制信号用于控制所述移动终端进入锁屏状态或灭屏状态。
上述方案,虚拟现实设备能在检测到移动终端接收到来电请求时,继续运行当前运行的进程,并获取来电提醒方式;根据来电提醒方式进行来电提醒;当检测到来电接听指令时,接通来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接。由于虚拟现实设备在进行来电提醒时,继续运行当前运行中的进程,能够在不影响用户观看影像或图像等信息的前提下,接听来电,防止用户错过重要来电的情况发生。
在通话过程中,虚拟现实设备能够动态调整当前播放的视频影像包含的音频信号的音量,以使得视频中的语音声音不会影响电话中的语音信息。
虚拟现实设备在检测到接听指令时,向移动终端发送控制信号,控制移动终端进入锁屏状态或灭屏状态,避免泄露本次通话对应的来电信息,能够更好地保护用户隐私。在通话过程中,虚拟现实设备能够动态调整当前播放的视频影像包含的音频信号的音量,以使得视频中的语音声音不会影响电话中的语音信息。
参见图5,图5是本发明一实施例的虚拟现实设备的结构示意图。虚拟现实设备包括,但不限于头戴式显示设备。本实施例的虚拟现实设备500所包括的各功能模块用于执行图1对应的实施例中的各步骤,具体请参阅图1以及图1对应的实施例中的相关描述,此处不赘述。本实施例的虚拟现实设备500包括:通信单元501、第一判断单元502、进程管理单元503、来电提醒单元504、第二判断单元505、接听单元506;虚拟现实设备还可以包括第三判断单元507、音量调节单元508、发送模块509。其中,当来电提醒方式为通过语音进行提醒时,来电提醒单元504包括检测模块5041以及来电提醒模块5042。
通信单元501用于建立与移动终端的通信连接;
第一判断单元502用于判断所述移动终端是否接收到来电请求;
进程管理单元503用于当监测到移动终端在接收到来电请求发送的通话请求信息时,继续运行当前运行的进程,获取来电提醒方式。
来电提醒单元504用于根据所述来电提醒方式进行来电提醒。
可选地,当所述来电提醒方式为通过来电提示界面进行提醒时,来电提醒单元504具体用于在虚拟现实设备所显示的界面上显示所述来电提示界面;其中,所述来电提示界面包括有来电号码。
可选地,当所述来电提醒方式为通过来电提示界面进行提醒时,来电提醒单元504具体用于:在非视频播放界面悬浮地显示所述来电提示界面。或者来电提醒单元504控制在视频播放界面透明地显示所述来电提示界面;其中,所述来电提示用户界面对应的第一图层处于所述视频播放界面对应第二图层之上,且所述第一图层的透明度大于所述第二图层的第二透明度。

通信接口620,用于与外界设备,例如,个人电脑、服务器等通信。
处理器610可能是一个中央处理器CPU,或者是特定集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
存储器630,用于存放程序632。存储器630可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。程序632可以包括程序代码,所述程序代码包括计算机操作指令。
处理器610用于根据存储器630存储的程序632执行以下操作:

- 一种来电管理方法,适用于虚拟现实设备,其特征在于,包括:建立与移动终端的通信连接;判断所述移动终端是否接收到来电请求;当所述移动终端接收到来电请求时,继续运行当前运行的进程,并获取来电提醒方式;以及根据所述来电提醒方式进行来电提醒;判断是否接收到来电接听指令;当接收到所述来电接听指令时,接通所述来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的来电管理方法,其特征在于,所述当接收到所述来电接听指令时,接通所述来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接之后,所述来电管理方法还包括:判断所述当前所运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出;若所述当前所运行的进程中有音频信号输出,控制以第一音量值输出所述音频信号,并控制以第二音量值输出通话语音;其中,所述第一音量值小于所述第二音量值。

- 根据权利要求8至13任一项所述的虚拟现实设备,其特征在于,所述虚拟现实设备还包括:发送模块,用于当接收到所述来电接听指令时,或在所述接通所述来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接时,向所述移动终端发送控制信号;其中,所述控制信号用于控制所述移动终端进入锁屏状态或灭屏状态。
- 一种虚拟现实设备,其特征在于,所述用于来电管理的虚拟现实设备包括处理器、存储器和总线:其中,所述处理器、所述存储器通过所述总线完成相互间的通信;所述存储器,用于存放程序;所述处理器,用于根据所述存储器存储的所述程序执行以下操作:所述处理器用于,建立与移动终端的通信连接;判断所述移动终端是否接收到来电请求;当所述移动终端接收到来电请求时,继续运行当前运行的进程,并获取来电提醒方式;以及根据所述来电提醒方式进行来电提醒;判断是否接收到来电接听指令;当接收到所述来电接听指令时,接通所述来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的虚拟现实设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于当接收到所述来电接听指令时,判断所述当前运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出;若所述当前运行的进程中有音频信号输出,控制以第一音量值输出所述音频信号,并控制以第二音量值输出语音通话信号;其中,所述第一音量值小于所述第二音量值。
- 根据权利要求16所述的虚拟现实设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体还用于:当接收到所述来电接听指令,且所述当前运行的进程中有音频信号输出时,实时获取所述音频信号的音量以及语音通话信号的音量;根据所述音频信号的音量以及所述语音通话信号的音量计算音频信号的调整系数;并根据所述音频信号的调整系数调整所述音频信号的输出音量。
- 根据权利要求15所述的虚拟现实设备,其特征在于,当所述来电提醒方式为通过来电提示界面进行提醒时,所述处理器具体用于在虚拟现实设备所显示的界面上显示所述来电提示界面;其中,所述来电提示界面包括有来电号码。
- 根据权利要求15所述的虚拟现实设备,其特征在于,当所述来电提醒方式为通过语音进行提醒时,所述处理器具体用于判断所述当前运行的进程中是否有音频信号输出;若所述当前运行的进程中有音频信号输出,控制以所述第一音量值输出所述音频信号,并控制以所述第二音量值输出语音来电提醒信号。
- 根据权利要求15至19任一项所述的虚拟现实设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于当接收到所述来电接听指令时,或在所述接通所述来电请求所对应的来电并建立通话连接时,向所述移动终端发送控制信号;其中,所述控制信号用于控制所述移动终端进入锁屏状态或灭屏状态。
