技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示装置及其显示面板的驱动方法。
背景技术
传统的大尺寸显示装置多采用负型VA液晶或者IPS液晶技术。VA型液晶驱动在大视角下亮度随驱动电压快速饱和,从而导致视角色偏较为严重,进而影响画质品质。由于侧视角蓝色子像素的亮度随灰阶增加,亮度饱和的趋势比红色子像素、绿色子像素来的显著及快速,使得混色视角观察画质会呈现偏蓝色偏的明显缺陷。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种显示装置及其显示面板的驱动方法。
一种液晶显示面板显示面板的驱动方法,包括:

图1为一实施例中的显示面板的驱动方法的流程图。该显示面板的驱动方法可以改善液晶大视角折射率不匹配造成的色偏(或者色差)缺点。尤其是能够有效改善大视角蓝色子像素过早饱和造成色偏的缺陷。显示面板可以为LCD显示面板、OLED显示面板、QLED显示面板等显示面板,同时显示面板也可以为平面显示面板或者曲面显示面板中。可以理解,显示面板的种类包括但并不限于上述示例。当显示面板为LCD显示面板时,其可以为TN、OCB或者VA型显示面板,但并不限于此。
参见图1,该驱动方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S110,将显示面板上的像素划分为多个像素组。
划分后,每个像素组包括偶数个呈矩阵排布的像素。在本实施例中,划 分后,每个像素组90包括四个呈矩阵排布的像素,如图2所示。每个像素92包括一个红色子像素R、一个绿色子像素G和一个蓝色子像素B,也即,每个像素组90中包括四个呈矩阵排布的蓝色子像素。在其他的实施例中,每个像素组中包括的像素个数可以根据需要进行设定。
步骤S120,根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相。
显示色相是基于CIE LCH颜色空间系统并参考CIE规范的各色彩空间坐标的函数计算获得。具体地,L=f1(R、G、B),C=f2(R、G、B),H=f3(R、G、B),其中,L表示亮度,C表示色彩纯度,代表颜色的鲜艳程度,H表示显示色相,也即颜色代表。上述函数关系根据CIE规范即可获知。CIE LCH颜色空间系统如图3所示。图3中仅给出了主要颜色代表颜色如红色、黄色、绿色和蓝色的位置示意,而并未给出其他颜色的位置示意。由于CIE LCH颜色空间系统是本领域技术人员熟知的一个颜色空间系统,故仅提供图3本领域技术人员也可以知晓完整的CIE LCH颜色空间系统的情况。在CIE LCH颜色空间系统中,用0~360°代表不同色相颜色呈现。其中定义0°为红色,90°为黄色,180°为绿色,270°为蓝色。每个像素组的显示色相H可以通过该像素组的平均驱动电压来计算获取。
具体地,每个像素均包括红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素。因此,先计算获得每个像素组当前的各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值R′n、G′n、B′n。

其中,n表示划分后的像素组的序号,(i,j)表示红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素在整个显示面板中的顺序编号。因此,将上述平均灰阶值R′n、G′n和B′n带入函数关系H=f3(R、G、B)即可计算获得对应像素组的显示色相:
H=f3(R′n、G′n、B′n)。
在一实施例中,还会同时根据上述平均灰阶值计算获得每个像素组的色彩纯度C。色彩纯度C的范围表示在0到100,100代表色彩最为鲜艳。色彩纯度C的数值在一定程度表现了显示装置的显示驱动时的电压信号。将上述平均灰阶值R′n、G′n和B′n带入函数关系C=f2(R、G、B)中,即可计算获得对应像素组的色彩纯度:
C=f2(R′n、G′n、B′n)。
步骤S130,根据显示色相所属的色相范围获取灰阶值查找表。
在确定每个像素组的显示色相所属的色相范围之前,会预先将色相值划分为多个范围区域。每个范围区域可以根据需要改善的色偏程度来确定。在本实施例中,将色相值划分为6个区域:第一区,0°<H≤45°和315°<H≤360°;第二区,45°<H≤135°;第三区,135°<H≤205°;第四区,205°<H≤245°;第五区,245°<H≤295°;以及第六区,295°<H≤315°。因此,根据计算获得的每个像素组的显示色相即可确定其所属的范围。可以理解,显示色相值的划分可以根据实际需要进行划分,并不限于此。
在本实施例中,灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对。每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值。该一高一低的灰阶值需要满足,使得二者组成的目标灰阶值对(也即一高一低的灰阶值混合后)的正视角亮度与该平均灰阶值B′n的正视角亮度相同。优选的,一高一低的灰阶值对应的大视角亮度与该平均灰阶值的正视角亮度尽可能接近。在一实施例中,目标灰阶值对中的一高一低的灰阶值二者之间的差值需要大于预设的差值范围,从而确保目标灰阶值对中的两个灰阶值有较大的灰阶差。两组目标灰阶值对具有不同的视角色偏改善范围,其中一组的视角色偏改善范围低于另一组的视角色偏改善范围,也即其中一组能够对高灰阶值大视角的色偏有较好的改善效果,而另一组能够对低灰阶值大视角的色偏有较好的改善效果。在本实施例中,高灰阶值是相对于另一组的低灰阶值而言。大视角可以定义为大于60°,或者根据用户进行自定义。目标灰阶值对的获取可以通过查找灰阶值查找表(LUT)进行查找获取。
不同的色相范围对视角色偏的影响不同,因此不同的色相范围对应不同的灰阶值查找表,从而使得对应于不同的色相范围能够通过更为适合该色相范围的目标灰阶值对,目标灰阶值对与驱动电压对应,也即通过更为合适的驱动电压来进行驱动,进而可以确保调节后的蓝色子像素在侧视下的亮度随灰阶变化更接近正视下的变化曲线。各色相范围与灰阶值查找表的对应关系表可以预先存储在存储部件内,因此根据获取到的灰阶范围即可确定对应的驱动电压。
例如,当显示色相所属的色相范围为第一区时采用灰阶值查找表LUT1,如下表:

上述仅仅为一具体示例,色相范围的范围划分以及各色相范围与灰阶值查找表的对应关系并不限于上述实施例所限定实现方式。
在另一实施例中,灰阶值查找表需要同时根据显示色相和色彩纯度所属的范围进行获取。具体地,不同的色相范围有不同的色彩纯度设定。对应于不同区的色彩纯度的范围设置也可以根据实际需要改善的色偏程度来决定。例如,色相范围第一区对应第一色彩纯度范围CTL1≤C≤CTH1;色相范围第二区对应第二色彩纯度范围CTL2≤C≤CTH2;色相范围第三区对应第三色彩纯度范围CTL3≤C≤CTH3;依次类推。因此,根据计算获得的显示色相和色彩纯度可以确定其所属的范围。以本实施例为例,当显示色相H和色彩纯度C均满足以下两个条件时,即可确定其属于第一范围:
0°<H≤45°或者315°<H≤360°;
CTL1≤C≤CTH1
当显示色相H和色彩纯度C均满足以下两个条件时,即可确定其属于第二范围:
45°<H≤135°;
CTL2≤C≤CTH2
因此,根据显示色相和色彩纯度所属的范围即可获取到对应的灰阶值查找表。
步骤S140,根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对。
如前所述,根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表即可获取到两组目标灰阶值对。
步骤S150,根据每个像素组中的两组目标灰阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对。
驱动电压与灰阶值存在一一对应的关系,因此根据两组目标灰阶值对即可获取到对应的两组驱动电压对(Bn’_H1和Bn’_L1,Bn’_H2和Bn’_L2)。故根据两组目标灰阶值对即可确定对应的两组驱动电压。在本实施例中,由于驱动电压与灰阶值存在一一对应关系,因此驱动电压对中同样存在一高一低的驱动电压。驱动电压可以通过驱动电压查找表查表获取到。驱动电压查找表为蓝色子像素的输入信号中的颜色灰阶值与驱动电压的对应关系表。具体地,蓝色子像素的每个灰阶值对应一个驱动电压信号。
每一组高低驱动电压对能够使得调节后的蓝色子像素在侧视下的亮度随灰阶变化曲线更接近正视下的亮度随灰阶变化曲线。通过高低电压驱动每个子像素组中的蓝色子像素,可以使得侧视角下蓝色子像素的亮度变化得到控制,使得蓝色子像素的饱和趋势接近红色子像素和蓝色子像素或者同正视下红色子像素、绿色子像素和蓝色子像素的亮度饱和曲线趋势接近,来减少视角色偏的缺陷。图4为蓝色子像素采用单一驱动电压时在正视图和侧视角下 的亮度随灰阶值变化曲线,其中,L71表示正视下的曲线,L72表示侧视下的曲线。显然在侧视下其亮度随灰阶值变化曲线容易趋近饱和,从而使得混色视角观察画质会呈现偏蓝色偏的明显缺陷。图5为采用高低驱动电压对进行驱动和采用高电压驱动、低电压驱动在侧视角下的亮度变化曲线的对比示意图。其中,L81为高电压驱动时在侧视角下看到的亮度随灰阶变化曲线,L82为低驱动电压在侧视角下看到的亮度随灰阶变化曲线,而L83为L81和L82混合,也即采用高低驱动电压对后看起来的亮度随灰阶变化曲线,显然其更接近正视下的亮度随灰阶变化曲线L84,也即采用高低驱动电压对后能够使得视角色偏获得改善。
由于不同的驱动电压对对不同的灰阶值范围的视角色偏改善效果不同,从而使得两组驱动电压对中必然有一组驱动电压对对应于高灰阶值,而另外一组驱动电压对则对应于低灰阶值。因此。每一像素组中均有一能够对高灰阶值大视角进行色偏改善的驱动电压对和一能够对低灰阶值大视角进行色偏改善的驱动电压对,从而使得混合后从低灰阶值到高灰阶值,蓝色子像素的亮度随灰阶值的变化都能够接近正视角效果,有效改善大视角蓝色子像素过早饱和造成色偏的缺陷。
步骤S160,根据两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动。
具体地,驱动过程中会将两组驱动电压对(Bn’_H1和Bn’_L1,Bn’_H2和Bn’_L2)对相应像素组上的蓝色子像素进行分别驱动,以使得相邻两个蓝色子像素的驱动电压为一高一低,从而通过高低电压相间驱动来改善视角色偏缺陷,如图6所示。
上述显示面板的驱动方法,根据显示面板上每个像素组的显示色相所属的范围选择相应的灰阶值查找表,并根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对,从而确保得到的目标灰阶值对与显示色相范围相匹配。每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值,且二者组成的目标灰阶值对的正视角亮度与平均灰阶值的正视角亮度相 同,从而不会对亮度产生影响。根据每个像素组的两组目标灰阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对,从而使得每个像素组中均有两组对视角色偏进行改善的驱动电压对。由于不同的驱动电压对对不同的灰阶值范围的视角色偏改善效果不同,从而使得混合后从低灰阶值到高灰阶值,蓝色子像素的亮度随灰阶值的变化都能够接近正视角效果,有效改善大视角蓝色子像素过早饱和造成色偏的缺陷。并且,采用上述驱动方法后,显示面板上的像素不用再设计成主要和次要像素,从而大大提升了TFT显示面板的穿透率和解析度,减少了背光设计成本。
下面结合图7~图9对本实施例中的驱动方法的色偏改善效果做进一步说明。参考图7,Target gamma为目标蓝色子像素(blue sub-pixel)的亮度随灰阶值变化曲线,对应于图7中的L61。透过蓝色子像素空间分割必须满足正看RGB亮度比例不变化。蓝色子像素空间分割的高电压与低电压信号有多种组合,每种组合造成的侧看亮度随电压变化饱和的情况不同。如附图7,蓝色子像素空间分割的高电压与低电压组合gamma1与gamma2两种侧看亮度随电压变化饱和的情况,分别对应于图7中的L62和L63。图8和图9为图7的局部放大示意图。从图7~图9中可以看出,采用一组高低电压对对显示面板上的蓝色子像素进行驱动,其亮度随灰阶变换曲线的饱和趋势比Target gamma的变化趋势快很多,从而并不能很好解决侧视角色偏问题。也即,仅一种蓝色子像素空间分割的高电压与低电压组合无法同时满足高低电压亮度与目标亮度贴近的需求。
如附图8所示,当考量低电压(对应于低灰阶值)与亮度变化关系时,gamma1的实际亮度与目标亮度的差异d1(n)远大于gamma2的实际亮度与目标亮度的差异d2(n)。但是如附图9,当考量高电压与亮度变化关系时,gamma1的实际亮度与目标亮度的差异d1(n)远小于gamma2的实际亮度与目标亮度的差异d2(n)。也即,gamma1适合当画质内容上呈现蓝色子像素较高电压信号(也即蓝色子像素的灰阶值较高)的时候。反之,gamma2适合当画质内容上呈现蓝色子像素较低电压信号(也即蓝色子像素的灰阶值较低)的时候。本 实施例中的驱动方法,每个像素组包括一适用于高灰阶值的驱动电压对和一适用于低灰阶值的驱动电压对,从而使得两组驱动电压对组合产生的视角亮度变化曲线结合了二者的优势,进而使得视角曲线更贴近目标值需求,曲线变化较为平滑,不会有画质颜色突变或混色异常的现象发生。图7~图9中的gamma 3(对应于图7~图9中的L64)即为运用如gamma 1加上gamma 2的高低电压组合产生的视角亮度曲线。显然gamma 3的实际亮度与目标亮度的差异d3(n)始终位于d1(n)和d2(n)之间,也即其变化更贴近目标值需求,从而能够有效改善视角色偏问题。
图10为另一实施例中的显示面板的驱动方法的流程图,该驱动方法在前述实施例的基础上,还同时对红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素执行同样的大视角色偏补偿,从而牺牲解析度来改善视角色偏。本实施例中,该方法在前述实施例的基础上还包括以下步骤:
步骤S210,根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取对应的两组目标灰阶值对。
在本实施例中,灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对,每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对,且每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对。因此,可以利用图1所示实施例中的方法所确定灰阶值查找表根据每个像素组中的红色子像素的平均灰阶值获取对应的两组目标灰阶值对,以对每个像素组内的四个红色子像素通过两组高低电压对进行高低电压补偿。此时,绿色子像素可以不做补偿,或者采用其他补偿方式进行补偿,如对每个像素组中的绿色子像素进行两两划组形成像素单元后,根据像素单元的平均灰阶值利用查找表获取对应的一组目标灰阶值对,进而利用对应的驱动电压对进行驱动,以使得显示面板具有较好的色偏改善效果的同时也不会过多的牺牲解析度。
在另一实施例中,也可以仅仅根据每个像素组内的四个绿色子像素的平均灰阶值获取对应的两组目标灰阶值对,以对每个像素组内的四个绿色子像 素通过两组高低电压对进行高低电压补偿。此时,红色子像素可以不做补偿,或者采用其他补偿方式进行补偿,如对每个像素组中的红色子像素进行两两划组形成像素单元后利用对应的一组目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压进行补偿。
在其他的实施例中,也可以同时根据每个像素组内的四个红色子像素的平均灰阶值和四个绿色子像素的平均灰阶值获取各自对应的两组目标灰阶值。
步骤S220,根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压并对对应的颜色子像素进行驱动。
根据步骤S210中获取到的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压后即可对相应的像素组进行驱动。
上述显示面板的驱动方法,在对蓝色子像素的亮度进行高低驱动电压补偿的同时,还会对红色子像素和绿色子像素进行高低驱动电压补偿,从而通过牺牲解析度来改善大视角色偏缺陷。
图11为同时对每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素执行与蓝色子像素相同的补偿方式时的驱动方法的流程图。该方法包括以下步骤,本实施例中与前述实施例中相同的步骤此处不做重复说明。
步骤S310,将显示面板上的像素划分为多个像素组。
步骤S320,根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相。
步骤S330,根据显示色相所属的色相范围获取灰阶值查找表。
在本实施例中,灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对,每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对,且每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对。
步骤S340,根据每个像素组中的各颜色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取对应的两组目标灰阶值对。
具体地,根据红色子像素的平均灰阶值利用该像素组确定的灰阶值查找 表获取对应于红色子像素的两组目标灰阶值对;根据绿色子像素的平均灰阶值利用该像素组确定的灰阶值查找表获取对应于绿色子像素的两组目标灰阶值对;根据蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用该像素组确定的灰阶值查找表获取对应于蓝色子像素的两组目标灰阶值对。
步骤S350,根据每个像素组中的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压对。

本实施例中的显示面板的驱动方法,在对蓝色子像素的亮度进行高低驱动电压补偿的同时,还会对红色子像素和绿色子像素进行高低驱动电压补偿,从而通过牺牲解析度来改善大视角色偏缺陷。
图12为又一实施例中的显示面板的驱动方法的流程图,该驱动方法在对蓝色子像素进行高低电压补偿以进行色偏改善的同时,还会对像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素进行高低电压补偿。也即,本实施例中的方法,在图1所示的实施例的基础上还包括以下步骤:
步骤S410,将显示面板上的每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素进行两两划组形成包含两个同种颜色子像素的像素单元。
由于人眼感受红色和绿色较为敏锐,为避免对红色子像素、绿色子像素均采用与蓝色子像素采用相同的高低电压补偿进而牺牲解析度造成的颗粒感的问题,在本实施例中,可以对每个像素组中的部分红色子像素或者部分绿色子像素进行高低电压补偿,也即仅对部分像素单元进行高低电压补偿。具体地,可以仅将每个像素组中的红色子像素进行两两划组形成包含两个红色子像素的像素单元。此时,每个像素组中的绿色子像素可以不进行补偿,或者采用其他补偿方式进行补偿,如采用和蓝色子像素相同的补偿方式进行补 偿。在另一实施例中,也可以仅将每个像素组中的绿色子像素进行两两划组形成包含两个绿色子像素的像素单元。此时,每个像素组中的红色子像素可以不进行补偿,或者采用其他补偿方式进行补偿,如采用和蓝色子像素相同的补偿方式进行补偿。在其他的实施例中,也可以同时将每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素进行两两划组形成包括两个同种颜色子像素的像素单元。
步骤S420,根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素单元的平均灰阶值。
像素单元的平均灰阶值为像素单元中的两个红色子像素或者两个绿色子像素的灰阶值取平均。
步骤S430,根据每个像素组中的每个像素单元的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的像素单元的平均灰阶值获取利用灰阶值查找表获取对应一组目标灰阶值对。
灰阶值查找表采用图1所示实施例的确定方法进行确定。在本实施例中,灰阶值查找表中的每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对,每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对。因此,根据该查找表即可获取到像素单元对应的一组目标灰阶值。
步骤S440,根据每个像素组中的每个像素单元的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压并对对应的像素单元进行驱动。
根据获取到驱动电压对对应的像素单元进行驱动。通过对红色子像素和绿色子像素的像素单元进行高低电压驱动补偿,由于像素单元中仅仅包含两个子像素,从而可以兼顾显示面板的解析度和色偏缺陷,从而确保显示面板不会因为解析度而出现颗粒感,也不会存在较大的色偏缺陷。
本申请还提供一种显示装置,如图13所示。该显示装置可以执行上述驱动方法。该显示装置包括背光模组510、显示面板520、控制部件530和驱动部件540。控制部件530和驱动部件540均可以集成在显示面板520上。可以理解,各部件的集成方式并不限于此。在其他的实施例中,该显示装置也可以不包括背光模组510,从而由独立的背光模组510向该显示装置提供背 光。
背光模组510用于提供背光。背光模组510可以为直下式背光或者侧背光。背光源可以为白光、RGB三色光源、RGBW四色光源或者RGBY四色光源,但并不限于此。
显示面板520可以为LCD显示面板、OLED显示面板、QLED显示面板等显示面板,同时显示面板320也可以为平面显示面板或者曲面显示面板中。可以理解,显示面板320的种类包括但并不限于上述示例。当显示面板320为LCD显示面板时,其可以采用TN、OCB、VA型TFT显示面板,但并不限于此。在本实施例中,显示面板520上的像素被划分为多个像素组。每个像素组包括偶数个呈矩阵排布的像素。在本实施例中,每个像素组包括四个呈矩阵排布的像素,也即其包括四个呈矩阵排布的蓝色子像素,如图2所示。
控制部件530包括计算单元532和534,如图14所示。计算单元532用于根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相,并根据显示色相所属的色相范围获取灰阶值查找表。灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对。每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值。该一高一低的灰阶值的正视角亮度与对应的灰阶值的正视角亮度相同。获取单元534用于根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对,并根据每个像素组中的两组目标灰阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对。在一实施例中,计算单元532用于根据画面输入信号计算每个像素组中各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值,并根据画面输入信号中的每个像素组中各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值求每个像素组的显示色相。并且,计算单元532还用于根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的色彩纯度。获取单元534还用于根据每个像素组的显示色相和色彩纯度所属的范围获取对应的灰阶值查找表,从而利用该灰阶值查找表获取到对应的目标灰阶值对,进而获取到对应的驱动电压。在本实施例中,上述显示装置还包括存储部件550,用于存储该灰阶值查找表。
驱动部件540分别与控制部件530和显示面板520连接。驱动部件540 用于根据两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动。具体地,驱动部件540在进行驱动时,控制相邻两个蓝色子像素的驱动电压为一高一低,从而利用高低相间的电压对每个像素组进行驱动。
上述显示装置,根据显示面板510上每个像素组的显示色相所属的范围选择相应的灰阶值查找表,并根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对,从而确保得到的目标灰阶值对与显示色相范围相匹配。每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值,且二者组成的目标灰阶值对的正视角亮度与平均灰阶值的正视角亮度相同,从而不会对亮度产生影响。根据这两组目标灰阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对,从而使得每个像素组中均有两组对视角色偏进行改善的驱动电压对。由于不同的驱动电压对对不同的灰阶值范围的视角色偏改善效果不同,从而使得混合后从低灰阶值到高灰阶值,蓝色子像素的亮度随灰阶值的变化都能够接近正视角效果,有效改善大视角蓝色子像素过早饱和造成色偏的缺陷。并且,上述显示装置中的显示面板上的像素不用再设计成主要和次要像素,从而大大提升了TFT显示面板的穿透率和解析度,减少了背光设计成本。
在另一实施例中,在前述实施例的基础上,也即在对显示装置中的蓝色子像素进行高低电压补偿的基础上,还会对红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素执行同样的大视角色偏补偿,从而牺牲解析度来改善视角色偏。在本实施例中,灰阶值查找表中的每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对,且每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对。此时,获取单元534还用于根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取对应的两组目标灰阶值对获取单元534还用于根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压。驱动部件540还用于根据上述驱动电压对对应的颜色子像素进行驱动。
上述显示装置,在对蓝色子像素的亮度进行高低驱动电压补偿的同时,还会对红色子像素和绿色子像素进行高低驱动电压补偿,从而通过牺牲解析 度来改善大视角色偏缺陷。
在又一实施例中,显示装置在对蓝色子像素进行高低电压补偿以进行色偏改善的同时,还会对像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素进行高低电压补偿。因此,本实施例中的显示装置在图13所示实施例的基础还用于实现以下功能。具体地,显示面板510上的每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素进行两两划组形成包含两个同种颜色子像素的像素单元。计算单元532还用于根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素单元的平均灰阶值。在本实施例中,该灰阶值查找表中的每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对,且每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对。因此,获取单元534根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的像素单元的目标灰阶值对即可获取对应的驱动电压。驱动部件540则还用于每个像素组中的每个像素单元的驱动电压对对应的像素单元内的颜色子像素进行驱动。
上述显示装置,通过对红色子像素和绿色子像素的像素单元进行高低电压驱动补偿,由于像素单元中仅仅包含两个子像素,从而可以兼顾显示装置的解析度和色偏缺陷,从而确保显示装置不会因为解析度而出现颗粒感,也不会存在较大的色偏缺陷。
在一实施例中,一种显示装置包括显示面板、控制部件和驱动部件。其中,显示面板上的像素被划分为多个像素组;每个像素组包括偶数个呈矩阵排布的像素。控制部件包括存储器和至少一个处理器。存储器中存储有可被至少一个处理器执行的计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令被至少一个处理器执行时,使得执行以下步骤:根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相;根据显示色相所属的色相范围获取灰阶值查找表;灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值,使得每组目标灰阶值对的正视角亮度与对应的灰阶值的正视角亮度相同;根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对;和根据每个像素组中的两组目标灰 阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对。驱动部件分别与控制部件和显示面板连接。驱动部件设置为根据两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动。
在本实施例中,每个像素组包括四个呈矩阵排布的像素。
在一实施例中,计算机可执行指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还使得执行以下步骤:根据画面输入信号计算每个像素组中各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值;和根据画面输入信号中的每个像素组中各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值求每个像素组的显示色相。
在一实施例中,计算机可执行指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还使得执行以下步骤:根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的色彩纯度;和根据每个像素组的显示色相和色彩纯度所属的范围获取对应的灰阶值查找表。
在一实施例中,上述显示装置还包括存储部件,存储部件用于存储各色相范围与灰阶值查找表的对应关系表。
在一实施例中,灰阶值查找表中的每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;灰阶值查找表中的每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对。计算机可执行指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还使得执行以下步骤:根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取对应的两组目标灰阶值对;和根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压。驱动部件还设置为根据驱动电压对对应的颜色子像素进行驱动。
在一实施例中,显示面板上的每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素进行两两划组形成包含两个同种颜色子像素的像素单元。计算机可执行指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还使得执行以下步骤:根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素单元的平均灰阶值;根据每个像素组的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的像素单元的平均灰阶值利用灰阶值查找表获取对应的一组目标灰阶值对;灰阶值查找表中的每一红 色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对,灰阶值查找表中的每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对;和根据每个像素组中的每个像素单元的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压。驱动部件还设置为根据驱动电压对对应的像素单元进行驱动。
在一实施例中,驱动部件根据两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动时,控制相邻两个蓝色子像素的驱动电压不相同。
在一实施例中,显示面板为平面显示面板或者曲面显示面板。
在一实施例中,一种显示装置包括显示面板、控制部件和驱动部件。其中,显示面板上的像素被划分为多个像素组;每个像素组包括四个呈矩阵排布的像素。控制部件包括存储器和至少一个处理器;存储器中存储有可被至少一个处理器执行的计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令被至少一个处理器执行时,使得执行以下步骤:根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相和色彩纯度;根据每个像素组的显示色相和色彩纯度所属的范围获取对应的灰阶值查找表;灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值,使得每组目标灰阶值对的正视角亮度与对应的灰阶值的正视角亮度相同;根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对;和根据每个像素组中的两组目标灰阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对。驱动部件分别与控制部件和显示面板连接。驱动部件设置为根据两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种显示面板的驱动方法,包括:
    将所述显示面板上的像素划分为多个像素组;每个像素组包括偶数个呈矩阵排布的像素;
    根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相;
    根据所述显示色相所属的色相范围获取灰阶值查找表;所述灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值,使得每组目标灰阶值对的正视角亮度与对应的灰阶值的正视角亮度相同;
    根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对;
    根据每个像素组中的两组目标灰阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对;以及
    根据所述两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,每个像素组包括四个呈矩阵排布的像素。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相的步骤包括:
    根据画面输入信号计算每个像素组中各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值;以及
    根据画面输入信号中的每个像素组中各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值求每个像素组的显示色相。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相的步骤中,还包括根据所述画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的色彩纯度的步骤;
    所述根据所述显示色相所属的色相范围获取灰阶值查找表的步骤为,根据每个像素组的显示色相和色彩纯度所属的范围获取对应的灰阶值查找表。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括预先存储各色相范围与灰阶值查找表的对应关系表的步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述灰阶值查找表中的每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;所述灰阶值查找表中的每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;所述方法还包括:
    根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取对应的两组目标灰阶值对;以及
    根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压并对对应的颜色子像素进行驱动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    将所述显示面板上的每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素进行两两划组形成包含两个同种颜色子像素的像素单元;
    根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素单元的平均灰阶值;
    根据每个像素单元的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的像素单元的平均灰阶值利用所述灰阶值查找表获取对应的一组目标灰阶值对;所述灰阶值查找表中的每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对,所述灰阶值查找表中的每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对;以及
    根据每个像素组中的每个像素单元的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压并对对应的像素单元进行驱动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动的步骤中,相邻两个蓝色子像素的驱动电压不相同。
  9. 一种显示装置,包括:
    显示面板,所述显示面板上的像素被划分为多个像素组;每个像素组包括偶数个呈矩阵排布的像素;
    控制部件,所述控制部件包括存储器和至少一个处理器;所述存储器中 存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被所述至少一个处理器执行时,使得执行以下步骤:
    根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相;
    根据所述显示色相所属的色相范围获取灰阶值查找表;所述灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值,使得每组目标灰阶值对的正视角亮度与对应的灰阶值的正视角亮度相同;
    根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对;和
    根据每个像素组中的两组目标灰阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对;以及
    驱动部件,分别与所述控制部件和所述显示面板连接;所述驱动部件设置为根据所述两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,每个像素组包括四个呈矩阵排布的像素。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述计算机可执行指令被所述至少一个处理器执行时,还使得执行以下步骤:
    根据画面输入信号计算每个像素组中各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值;和
    根据画面输入信号中的每个像素组中各种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值求每个像素组的显示色相。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述计算机可执行指令被所述至少一个处理器执行时,还使得执行以下步骤:
    根据所述画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的色彩纯度;和
    根据每个像素组的显示色相和色彩纯度所属的范围获取对应的灰阶值查找表。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,还包括存储部件,所述存储部件用于存储各色相范围与灰阶值查找表的对应关系表。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述灰阶值查找表中的每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;所述灰阶值查找表中的每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;
    所述计算机可执行指令被所述至少一个处理器执行时,还使得执行以下步骤:
    根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取对应的两组目标灰阶值对;和
    根据每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压;
    所述驱动部件还设置为根据所述驱动电压对对应的颜色子像素进行驱动。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板上的每个像素组中的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素进行两两划组形成包含两个同种颜色子像素的像素单元;
    所述计算机可执行指令被所述至少一个处理器执行时,还使得执行以下步骤:
    根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素单元的平均灰阶值;
    根据每个像素组的红色子像素和绿色子像素中的至少一种颜色子像素的像素单元的平均灰阶值利用所述灰阶值查找表获取对应的一组目标灰阶值对;所述灰阶值查找表中的每一红色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对,所述灰阶值查找表中的每一绿色子像素的灰阶值对应一组目标灰阶值对;和
    根据每个像素组中的每个像素单元的目标灰阶值对获取对应的驱动电压;
    所述驱动部件还设置为根据所述驱动电压对对应的像素单元进行驱动。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述驱动部件根据所述两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动时,控制相邻两个蓝色子像素的驱动电压不相同。
  17. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示面板为平面显示面板或者曲面显示面板。
  18. 一种显示装置,包括:
    显示面板,所述显示面板上的像素被划分为多个像素组;每个像素组包括四个呈矩阵排布的像素;
    控制部件,所述控制部件包括存储器和至少一个处理器;所述存储器中存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被所述至少一个处理器执行时,使得执行以下步骤:
    根据画面输入信号计算获得每个像素组的显示色相和色彩纯度;
    根据所述每个像素组的显示色相和色彩纯度所属的范围获取对应的灰阶值查找表;所述灰阶值查找表中的每一蓝色子像素的灰阶值对应两组目标灰阶值对;每组目标灰阶值对包括一高一低的灰阶值,使得每组目标灰阶值对的正视角亮度与对应的灰阶值的正视角亮度相同;
    根据每个像素组中的蓝色子像素的平均灰阶值利用对应的灰阶值查找表获取两组目标灰阶值对;和
    根据每个像素组中的两组目标灰阶值对获取对应的两组驱动电压对;以及
    驱动部件,分别与所述控制部件和所述显示面板连接;所述驱动部件设置为根据所述两组驱动电压对对相应的像素组上的蓝色子像素进行驱动。
