Description
本公开涉及洗衣机技术领域,例如涉及一种挂钩、控制盘座及洗衣机。
洗衣机控制盘座安装在洗衣机箱体的上部,一般采用高强度塑料,如PP、ABS等注塑而成,控制盘座上有控制面板或后控板。控制盘座主要用来固定、安装控制元件,即电气件,如电脑板、水位开关、电源开关、微动开关、干簧管、安全开关、停止开关、进水开关、进水阀等,还装有用来向桶内注水的注水口、消毒盒、驱动器。因此,控制盘座内存在各种信号线和电源线等线缆,如图1所示,相关技术中为避免控制盘座内的线缆排列混乱,在控制盘座内设置挂钩,挂钩的挂钩本体1′上设置收容空间3′,使得各种线缆被成束限制在固定的区域或走线路径上。但是,收容空间3′的线缆入口4′为开放式的,线缆容易脱出挂钩,影响正常的走线。
另外,控制盘座包括盘座本体和隔板,盘座本体的侧壁上用螺钉固定隔板,各种电器件、信号线及电源线等线缆设置在盘座本体和隔板内,保证电气件、信号线及电源线获得良好的防水;但是,用螺钉安装隔板时,工艺复杂,用时长,同时还浪费螺钉,增加成本。
发明内容
本公开提出一种挂钩,能够防止线缆脱出。
本公开提出一种控制盘座,能够减少隔板安装时使用的螺钉数量,安装快速,节约成本。
本公开提出一种洗衣机,设置有上述的控制盘座。
一种挂钩,包括挂钩本体,所述挂钩本体上设有用于收纳线缆的收容空间,所述收容空间相对的两侧壁延伸形成第一端和第二端,所述第一端的端部朝向所述第二端延伸,并向所述收容空间的内部弯折形成止挡部,所述止挡部的末端与所述第二端形成线缆入口。止挡部的末端向收容空间
的内部弯折,使得止挡部对线缆起到收集、聚拢的作用,避免线缆的松散,不够紧凑,另外,止挡部的存在能够防止线缆由挂钩脱落。
可选地,所述止挡部为一圆弧结构。线缆入口处过渡比较顺畅,固定线缆时,在线缆入口处的圆弧经过变形后,能使线缆轻松通过,进而实现卡在收容空间内,防止脱落,当需要取出线缆时,线缆入口处的圆弧结构变形,也可实现轻松取出。
可选地,所述收容空间呈近似倒置的“6”字形,收容空间的边缘过渡顺畅,不会对线缆造成挤压,也保证了收容空间能够容纳较多的线缆。
可选地,所述挂钩本体上设置有绑线孔,所述绑线孔内穿设有绑线,所述绑线将所述收容空间内的线缆匝为线束固定在所述挂钩本体上,使之规则排布,避免脱出挂钩。
可选地,所述绑线孔设置在所述挂钩本体的第一端上,使得线缆成束后远离线缆入口的一侧,避免线缆对止挡部的线缆入口处造成形变。
一种控制盘座,包括:盘座本体和上述任一项的挂钩,所述挂钩一体成型在所述盘座本体后壁和与所述后壁邻接的两个侧壁上,使得线缆在控制盘座内排布规整,并且穿设在挂钩内不易脱落。
可选地,所述挂钩为单独设计的挂件,卡接在所述盘座本体后壁和与所述后壁邻接的两个侧壁上。
可选地,所述盘座本体的后部设有隔板,所述隔板与所述盘座本体的后部之间走线并设置有电气件,所述隔板与所述后壁连接。
可选地,固定在所述后壁上的挂钩为第一挂钩,固定在与所述后壁邻接的侧壁上的挂钩为第二挂钩,所述第一挂钩的挂钩本体上设有所述隔板固定槽,所述隔板插入所述隔板固定槽内,所述收容空间设置在所述盘座本体和所述隔板之间,避免了在后壁上使用螺钉固定隔板,减少了螺钉的使用量,并且装配比较简单迅速,节省时间。
可选地,所述第一挂钩上的所述绑线孔设置在所述收容空间侧壁附近,便于对线缆固定,且绑线孔在该位置节约绑线的长度,节省成本。
一种洗衣机,设置有上述任一项的控制盘座。
本公开的挂钩止挡部的末端向收容空间的内部倾斜,使得止挡部对线缆起到收集、聚拢的作用,解决了线缆的松散、不够紧凑的问题,另外,设置有上述挂钩的控制盘座使得线缆排布规整,不易脱落。

如图2所示,本实施例提供一种挂钩,包括挂钩本体1,挂钩本体1上设有用于收纳线缆的收容空间3,收容空间3相对的两侧壁延伸形成第一端11和第二端12,第一端11的端部朝向第二端12延伸,并向收容空间3的内部弯折形成止挡部2,止挡部2的末端与第二端12形成线缆入口4。
止挡部2的末端向收容空间3的内部弯折,使得止挡部2对线缆起到收集、聚拢的作用,避免线缆的松散,不够紧凑,另外,止挡部2的存在能够防止线缆由挂钩脱落。
可选地,止挡部2为一圆弧结构,该圆弧结构在线缆入口4处过渡比较顺畅,固定线缆时,在线缆入口4处的圆弧经过变形后,能使线缆轻松通过,进而实现卡在收容空间3内,防止脱落,当需要取出线缆时,线缆入口4处的圆弧结构变形,也可实现轻松取出。
收容空间3呈近似倒置的“6”字形,收容空间3的边缘由圆弧段和直
线段构成,第一端11和第二端12均构成上述的圆弧段,第一端11和第二端12之间由连接部13连接,连接部13构成上述的直线段,止挡部2构成上述的圆弧段,各段之间过渡顺畅,不会对线缆造成挤压,也保证了收容空间3能够容纳较多的线缆。
挂钩本体1上设置有绑线孔14,绑线孔14内穿设有绑线,绑线将所述收容空间3内的线缆匝为线束固定在所述挂钩本体1上,成束规则排布,避免单根线缆脱落出挂钩。
绑线孔14设置在挂钩本体1的第一端11上,使得线缆成束后远离线缆入口4的一侧,避免线缆对止挡部2的线缆入口4处造成形变。
如图3所示,与上述实施例中的挂钩不同的是:本实施例保护的挂钩,用于控制盘座上,控制盘座包括盘座本体5和隔板6,且盘座本体5和隔板6之间为电气件和线缆,隔板6需要固定在盘座本体5的侧壁上。
本实施例中挂钩一体成型在盘座本体5的侧壁上,挂钩的挂钩本体1上设有隔板固定槽15,隔板6插入隔板固定槽15内,对隔板6进行定位连接,收容空间3设置在盘座本体5和隔板6之间,使得电气件和线缆得到防水保护。避免了在后壁51上使用螺钉固定隔板6,减少了螺钉的使用量,并且装配比较简单迅速,节省时间。
如图4-8所示,本实施例提供一种控制盘座,包括盘座本体5,盘座本体5的后部设有隔板6,隔板6与盘座本体5的后部之间走线并设置有电气件,隔板6与后壁51连接。控制盘座上包括挂钩,挂钩一体成型在盘座本体5后壁51和与后壁51邻接的两个侧壁上。其中,后壁51为控制盘座安装后,在平时应用时与操作人员相对的侧壁。
固定在后壁51上的挂钩为第一挂钩52,固定在与后壁51邻接的侧壁上的挂钩为第二挂钩53。
第一挂钩52与上述实施例的不同之处在于:第一挂钩52上设有隔板固定槽15,隔板6插入隔板固定槽15内固定在控制盘座上。第一挂钩52上的绑线孔14设置在收容空间3附近,便于对线缆固定,且绑线孔14在该位置节约绑线的长度,节省成本。
由于第一挂钩52设置在盘座本体5后壁51上,隔板6与后壁51连接的一端通过插入隔板固定槽15实现连接,隔板6上与后壁51相对的一端通过螺钉将隔板6固定。控制盘座上隔板6的固定较之前只用螺钉固定的方式减少了螺
钉的使用量,降低了成本,同时隔板6与隔板固定槽15之间的装配简单快捷,节省了装配时间。
本实施例中,由于在后壁51邻接的两侧不设置隔板6,因此,第二挂钩53上不设置隔板固定槽15,第二挂钩53上的绑线孔14设置在挂钩本体1的第一端11,第二挂钩53为实施例1中的挂钩。
本实施例还提供了一种洗衣机,设置有上述任一控制盘座。
本公开的挂钩,能够防止线缆脱出,本公开的控制盘座,减少了隔板安装时使用的螺钉数量,安装更快速,节约成本。

- 一种挂钩,包括挂钩本体(1),所述挂钩本体(1)上设有用于收纳线缆的收容空间(3),其中,所述收容空间(3)相对的两侧壁延伸形成第一端(11)和第二端(12),所述第一端(11)的端部朝向所述第二端(12)延伸,并向所述收容空间(3)的内部弯折形成止挡部(2),所述止挡部(2)的末端与所述第二端(12)形成线缆入口(4)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的挂钩,其中,所述止挡部(2)为一圆弧结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的挂钩,其中,所述收容空间(3)呈近似倒置的“6”字形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的挂钩,其中,所述挂钩本体(1)上设置有绑线孔(14),所述绑线孔(14)内穿设有绑线,所述绑线将所述收容空间(3)内的线缆匝为线束固定在所述挂钩本体(1)上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的挂钩,其中,所述绑线孔(14)设置在所述挂钩本体(1)的第一端(11)上。
- 一种控制盘座,其中,包括:盘座本体(5)和权利要求1-5任意一项所述的挂钩,所述挂钩一体成型在所述盘座本体(5)后壁(51)和与所述后壁(51)邻接的两个侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的控制盘座,其中,所述盘座本体(5)的后部设有隔板(6),所述隔板(6)与所述盘座本体(5)的后部之间走线并设置有电气件,所述隔板(6)与所述后壁(51)连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的控制盘座,其中,固定在所述后壁(51)上的挂钩为第一挂钩(52),固定在与所述后壁(51)邻接的侧壁上的挂钩为第二挂钩(53),所述第一挂钩(52)的所述挂钩本体(1)上设有所述隔板固定槽(15),所述隔板(6)插入所述隔板固定槽(15)内,所述收容空间(3)设置在所述盘座本体(5)和所述隔板(6)之间。
