下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元 件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面结合附图1至附图4具体描述根据本发明实施例的烤箱100。
根据本发明实施例的烤箱100包括箱体10、箱门(未示出)和照明灯20,箱体10的前面敞开,箱门可打开地封盖箱体10的前面,照明灯20设在箱体10内的前面,且照明灯20构造成至少一部分光线朝向箱体10内的后面投射,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与水平面呈预定角度的夹角。
换言之,烤箱100主要由箱体10、箱门和照明灯20组成,箱体10的前侧敞开形成五面封闭一面敞开的结构,箱体10的敞开侧形成食物取放口,食物取放口一侧设有箱门,箱门可活动地连接在箱体10上,并相对于箱体10可旋转,由此实现打开或封闭箱体10的食物取放口,箱体10内腔设有照明灯20,照明灯20设置在箱体10内腔的顶部且靠近箱门的位置,照明灯20背向箱门向箱体10内腔投射光线,且照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与水平面之间形成一定的夹角,该夹角可以在安装照明灯20时设定,需要说明的是,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线,是指照明灯20的光线在预定区域内向外发散,其中,光线发散区域的中心线即为投射光线的中心线。
由此,根据本发明实施例的烤箱100,通过在箱门的内侧设置朝向箱体10后面投射光线的照明灯20,利用照明灯20为箱体10的内腔提供照明,为用户向箱体10内取放食物以及观察食物的烘烤情况提供方便,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与水平面形成预定的角度,最大程度地提高了照明灯20的照明效果,减少了照明灯20的使用数量,不仅降低了烤箱100的生产成本,还优化了烤箱100的结构设计,而且照明灯20的结构简单,连接可靠,优化了用户的操作体验。
可选地,照明灯20设在箱体10内前面的顶部,且照明灯20的投射光线的中心线射向箱体10内。
具体而言,照明灯20安装在箱体10靠近箱门的一侧,照明灯20可以安装 在箱体10内腔顶部的内壁面上,照明灯20光线的投射方向朝向箱体10内腔,即照明灯20光线的投射方向背对箱门,且照明光线倾斜向下照射,照明灯20的投射光线所在的直线与水平面倾斜布置,使得照明灯20的光线不会直射到用户的眼睛。
将照明灯20设在箱体10的顶部(如图1和图3所示的顶壁的内侧),降低了照明的对食物的影响,增加了食物放置空间,不仅防止取放食物过程中、人手触碰到照明灯20造成照明灯20的损坏,延长了照明灯20的使用寿命,还能够保护食物不受照明灯20的污染,而且,照明灯20朝向箱体10内腔的后部投射光线,增加了箱体10内的照明条件,为用户放置食物提供了方便,再者,便于用户观察食物的烧烤情况,有利于提高食物的烹饪质量。
参照附图1,在本实施例中,照明灯20设在箱体10内前面顶部的左侧,且照明灯20的投射光线的中心线射向箱体10底部的右侧,照明灯20设在箱体10内前面顶部的右侧,且照明灯20的投射光线的中心线射向箱体10底部的左侧。
具体而言,照明灯20可以设置在箱体10前面顶部的左侧(如图1所示的前侧的左上方),照明灯20投射光线的中心线朝向箱体10后面的底部右侧(如图1所示的后侧右下方),也就是说,照明灯20从箱体10前面的左上角向箱体10后面的右下角投射光线。当然,照明灯20也可以设置在箱体10前面顶部的右侧(如图1所示的前侧的右上方),照明灯20投射光线的中心线朝向箱体10后面的底部左侧(如图1所示的后侧左下方),即照明灯20从箱体10前面的右上角向箱体10后面的左下角投射光线。
由此,将照明灯20设置在箱体10的位于顶壁的顶角处,使照明灯20可以从箱体10的左上角向右下角投射光线,或从箱体10的右上角向左下角投射光线,均能够最大程度的照亮箱体10内腔的空间,保证箱体10内的食物处在照明光线内,为用户观察食物并了解食物的烹饪情况提供方便,而且进一步消除了用户投放食物过程中对照明灯20的影响。
可选地,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与水平面之间的夹角为43°。也就是说,照明灯20的光线投射方向所在的直线与水平面之间的夹角为43°,照明灯20从箱体10内腔的左上角向右下角或从右上角向左下角投射光线,投射光线与箱体10的顶面或底面之间的夹角为43°,能够最大程度地优化照明灯20的照明效果,减少了照明灯20的使用数量,简化了烤箱100的结构设计,降低了烤箱100的生产成本。
可选地,箱体10内形成为长方体形状的腔室11,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线沿箱体10内的腔室11的一个对角线延伸。
具体地,箱体10内限定出腔室11,腔室11形成为长方体结构,箱体10的上下端面和侧面形成长方体的四个表面,其中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与腔室11所形成的长方体结构中的一条对角线所在的直线重合,例如,照明灯20设在箱体10的顶壁的左前侧,且照明灯20的投射光线的中心线沿腔室11的对角线延伸。
通过将腔室11设置成长方体结构,最大程度地利用了箱体10的内腔空间,增加了箱体10内食物的容量,优化了腔室11的结构设计,而且长方体结构的箱体10生产工艺比较简单,容易实现,消耗材料较少,降低了烤箱100的生产成本,相对于复杂形状的腔室11而言,长方体结构的腔室11投放食物更为简单方便。
进一步地,箱体10内形成为长方体形状的腔室11,其中,在垂直于前后方向的平面上的投影中照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10内的左侧面或右侧面的夹角在15°到35°的范围内;和/或在垂直于左右方向的平面上的投影中照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10内的后侧面的夹角在10°到15°的范围内;和/或在垂直于上下方向的平面上的投影中照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10内的后侧面的夹角在-5°和5°的范围内。
具体而言,在本发明的一个实施例中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10左侧面或右侧面所在的平面之间的夹角大于15°小于35°,例如,可以 是15°,可以是25°,也可以35°。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10的后面在箱体左侧面或右侧面所在平面上的投影中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10的后侧面之间的夹角大于10°小于15°,例如,可以是10°,可以是13°,也可以是15°。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10的后面在水平面(如图1所示的上下端面坐在的平面)上的投影中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10的后侧面之间的夹角大于-5°小于5°。
其中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10侧面之间的角度可以根据上述三个实施例中的一个实施例进行限定,也可以同时满足上述实施例限定情况的两个角度,同样也可以同时满足三个实施例限定的角度,即照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10左侧面或右侧面所在的平面之间的夹角大于15°小于35°,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10的后面在箱体左侧面或右侧面所在平面上的投影中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10的后侧面之间的夹角大于10°小于15°,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10的后面在水平面上的投影中,照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10的后侧面之间的夹角大于-5°小于5°。
通过设定照明灯20的投射光线的中心线与箱体10不同侧面之间的角度,最大程度的提升了照明灯20的照明效果,保证腔室11内的明亮程度,减少了照明的20的使用数量,进而在保证烤箱100正常使用的前提下,降低了生产成本。
优选地,箱体10的内表面上形成有容纳槽21,照明灯20设置于容纳槽21内,且照明灯20不突出容纳槽21。
具体地,如图2所示,箱体10的顶壁的内表面设有向内凹陷的容纳槽21,且该容纳槽21邻近食物取放口设置,例如容纳槽21可以设置在食物取放口的右上方或左上方,容纳槽21相对于箱体10的内壁面内陷设置,照明灯20安装 在容纳槽21内,使照明灯20全部容纳在容纳槽21内,不突出于箱体10的内壁面。
由此,通过在箱体10的内壁面上设置容纳槽21,并将照明灯20安装在容纳槽21内,不仅提高了照明灯20的安装稳定性,还能减轻烤箱100内的加热管在工作过程中对照明灯20的影响,降低照明灯20吸收到的热量,而且还能避免用户取放食物过程中、触碰照明灯20对其造成损坏的问题,延长了照明灯20的使用寿命。
可选地,照明灯20为LED灯并连接烤箱100的中心控制板。也就是说,照明灯20采用LED灯,且与烤箱100的中心控制板相连,中央控制板控制照明灯20的打开与关闭。
由于LED灯具有照明亮度大、使用寿命长、抗干扰能力强和耗能低的优势,因此,采用LED灯能够增加照明灯20的工作性能,减轻了加热管对照明灯20的影响,降低了照明灯20的故障率,且降低了烤箱100的能耗,其中,采用中央控制板控制照明灯20大开关,简化了用户使用烤箱100过程中操作步骤,优化了用户的操作体验。
有利地,照明灯20包括一个或关于箱体10沿竖向的对称面对称的两个。
也就是说,箱体10内照明灯20的数量可以是一个也可以是两个,若箱体10内设置一个照明灯20,照明灯20可以设置在箱体10前面的右上角或左上角,如图3所示,在本实施例中,照明灯20设置在箱体10前面的左上角,使照明灯20朝向箱体10的对角线方向罩设。
若箱体10内设置两个照明灯20,两个照明灯20相对于箱体10竖直方向的对称面对称设置,例如,箱体10前面的左上角和右上角各设置一个照明灯20,两个照明灯20分别朝向各自的对角线方向照射,提升对箱体10内腔的照射效果。由此,将箱体10内的照明灯20对称设置,能够增加箱体10内腔的照明效果,提高用户视线的亮度,从而保证用户准确的观察烤箱100内食物的情况,防止食物烘烤时间过短不熟,或烘烤时间过长无法食用。
此外,烤箱100还包括用于控制照明灯20开闭的开关(未示出),且箱门为透明箱门或箱门上具有用于查看箱体10内部空间的透明视窗(未示出)。
换言之,烤箱100上还设有开关,开关与照明灯20电连接以用于控制照明灯20的打开与关闭,用户通过开关在需要的时候控制照明灯20的打开或关闭,提高了照明灯20工作的灵活性,操作方便,而且降低了能量消耗,节省了电能。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,箱门采用透明材质制作或在箱门上设置透明视窗,透明视窗采用透明材质制作,无需打开箱门,用户直接透过透明箱门或箱门上的透明视窗便可观察到箱体10内食物的烘烤情况,防止反复开关箱门而影响食物的烘烤质量,保证食物烘烤一次性完成。
在本发明的另一些具体实施方式中,箱门为不透明箱门,箱门和箱体10中的至少一个上设有用于检测箱门的开关状态的检测开关(未示出),且检测开关连接照明灯20并在箱门打开时使照明灯20通电。
具体而言,箱门也可以采用不透明材质制作,且不在箱门上设置透明视窗,在箱门或箱体10上设置检测开关,也可以在箱门和箱体10同时设置检测开关,照明灯20与检测开关电性连接,利用检测开关检测箱门的开关状态,当箱门打开时,检测开关控制照明灯20打开,当箱门关闭时,检测开关关闭照明灯20。
当箱门处于关闭状态,检测开关控制照明灯20关闭,降低能耗;当箱门处于打开状态时,检测开关控制照明灯20打开,实现照明的效果,方便用户使用,无需用户单独控制照明灯20。由此,通过在箱门和箱体10中的一个或两个上设置检测开关,并利用检测开关根据箱门的开关状态控制照明灯20的开关,用户在使用烤箱100过程中无需单独操作控制照明灯20,且照明灯20根据箱门的打开开关状态自行控制开启照明,提高了烤箱100的自动化程度,而且在保证用户照明的前提下节省了电能消耗。
根据本发明实施例的烤箱100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长 度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烤箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体的前面敞开;
    箱门,所述箱门可打开地封盖所述箱体的前面;
    照明灯,所述照明灯设在所述箱体内的前面,且所述照明灯构造成至少一部分光线朝向所述箱体内投射,所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线与水平面呈预定角度的夹角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述照明灯设在所述箱体内前面的顶部,且所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线射向所述箱体内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烤箱,其特征在于,
    所述照明灯设在所述箱体内前面顶部的左侧,且所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线射向所述箱体底部的右侧;
    所述照明灯设在所述箱体内前面顶部的右侧,且所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线射向所述箱体底部的左侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线与水平面之间的夹角为43°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述箱体内形成为长方体形状的腔室,所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线沿所述箱体内的腔室的一个对角线延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求1-3以及5中任一项所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述箱体内形成为长方体形状的腔室,
    其中,在垂直于前后方向的平面上的投影中所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线与所述箱体内的左侧面或右侧面的夹角在15°到35°的范围内;和/或
    在垂直于左右方向的平面上的投影中所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线与所述箱体内的后侧面的夹角在10°到15°的范围内;和/或
    在垂直于上下方向的平面上的投影中所述照明灯的投射光线的中心线与所 述箱体内的后侧面的夹角在-5°和5°的范围内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的内表面上形成有容纳槽,所述照明灯设置于所述容纳槽内,且所述照明灯不突出所述容纳槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述照明灯包括一个或关于所述箱体沿竖向的对称面对称的两个。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述烤箱还包括用于控制所述照明灯开闭的开关,
    所述箱门为透明箱门;或
    所述箱门上具有用于查看所述箱体内部空间的透明视窗。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述箱门为不透明箱门,所述箱门和所述箱体中的至少一个上设有用于检测所述箱门的开关状态的检测开关,且所述检测开关连接所述照明灯并在所述箱门打开时使所述照明灯通电。
