智能笔,是一款相对传统笔芯而言,具有匹配操作平台通信的多功能移动笔。请参考图1,其是现有技术方案中智能笔系统的框架图,智能笔3的内部集成有MCU(Microccontroller Unit,微控制单元)31和第一wifi(Wireless-Fidelity,无线保真)模块32,MCU31和第一wifi模块32通过USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)方式连接,实现MCU31对第一wifi模块32的状态控制。智能笔3与显示设备4之间采用wifi通信,主要是2.4G频段。智能笔3的第一wifi模块32通过RF(Radio Frequency,射频)协议,与显示设备4的第二wifi模块41搭建成局域网,主控芯片42根据智能笔3发出的控制命令执行相应的操作,实现对应的功能。
然而,现有技术方案要求智能笔端和显示设备端均内置wifi模块,价格成本较高,因采用wifi频段,受射频干扰影响较大,使得显示设备端无法准确执行智能笔端发送的控制命令。同时,现有的智能笔需要准确按压对应的触控按键才可以实现对应的操作。

有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种交互设备、控制方法及装置,以提高智
能笔与显示设备间通信的质量,降低信号的干扰,并且使得用户的交互过程更加便利。

本发明实施例提供的交互设备、控制方法及装置,包括红外智能笔和红外触控显示器,红外触控显示器中设置有实现触控检测的红外信号接收的红外触
摸框,红外智能笔的智能笔微处理器接收加速检测单元发送的当前移动参数,并根据当前移动参数生成对红外触控显示器的显示页面进行操作的页面控制指令,将页面控制指令通过红外信号发送到红外触控显示器,实现了交互设备间通过红外信号的方式进行通信,提高了智能笔与显示设备间通信的质量,降低信号的干扰,同时基于手势识别的指令生成使得用户的交互过程更加便利。

实施例一
图2为本发明实施例一提供的一种交互设备的结构示意图。参考图2,本发
明实施例提供的交互设备,包括红外智能笔2和红外触控显示器1,红外触控显示器1包括红外触摸框11和触控微处理器12,红外触摸框11与触控微处理器12相连;
红外触摸框11,用于接收红外触控显示器1的外部的信号源发射的红外信号;
触控微处理器12,用于解码红外触摸框11接收的红外信号;
红外智能笔2包括:加速检测单元23、第一红外发射器21和智能笔微处理器22,智能笔微处理器22分别与加速检测单元23和第一红外发射器21相连;
加速检测单元23,用于检测红外智能笔2的当前移动参数并发送至智能笔微处理器22;
智能笔微处理器22,用于根据当前移动参数生成对红外触控显示器1的显示页面进行操作的页面控制指令,并将页面控制指令发送到第一红外发射器21;
第一红外发射器21,用于发送携带有页面控制指令的红外信号。
在本实施例中,红外触摸框11位于红外触控显示器1的显示面,红外触摸框11的触控区域与红外触控显示器1的显示面相重合,从显示面查看显示内容并对红外触控显示器1进行触控操作,触控微处理器12位于红外触控显示器1内部。
当红外智能笔2作为书写工具时,红外触摸框11中设置的红外对管可以通过红外线的检测确认红外智能笔2的书写位置并发送至触控为处理器,触控微处理器12根据书写位置确定红外智能笔2的书写轨迹。
可选的,红外触控显示器1还包括整机主控芯片(图未示),整机主控芯片通过USB和UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter,通用异步收发传输器)接口连接上述触控微处理器12,用于接收触控微处理器12获取的
控制指令,并根据该控制指令执行相应的操作。
可选的,如图3所示,其是本实施例中另一种交互设备的结构示意图,在前一结构的基础上,红外触控显示器1还包括第一红外收发器13,第一红外收发器13设置于红外触摸框11的外侧并与红外触控显示器1的显示面垂直,用于接收红外触控显示器1外部的信号源发射的红外信号。
第一红外收发器13可以接收红外信号,并将该红外信号转发给整机主控芯片(图未示),还可向外发送红外信号,第一红外收发器13向外发射的红外信号可以与红外触摸框11在触控检测过程中发射的红外信号相同。该第一红外收发器13设置于红外触摸框11边角的外表面,并垂直上述显示面。第一红外收发器13可以接收红外触控显示器1正前方15米及左右较大角度范围内的红外信号,当红外触摸框11无法接收到红外智能笔2发射的红外信号时,可以通过第一红外收发器13接收红外智能笔2发的送红外信号。为了保证更大角度范围内的红外信号的接收,第一红外收发器13的个数为至少2个,多个第一红外收发器13分散设置于红外触摸框11的边角处。例如第一红外收发器13的个数为2个时,分别设置于红外触摸框11的左下角和右下角。
在图3中,除了红外触控显示器1补充设置的第一红外收发器13,红外智能笔2还可另外设置第一红外接收器24,第一红外接收器24用于接收红外智能笔2的外部的信号源发射的红外信号。主要是红外触控显示器1中红外触摸框11和第一红外收发器13发出的红外信号。
加速检测单元23包括下述至少一项:陀螺仪、重力传感器和加速集成电路。当红外智能笔2移动时,上述加速检测单元23会检测相应的移动参数。以陀螺仪为例,当红外智能笔2移动时,陀螺仪会检测当前的移动角速度。由于红外智能笔2通常被用户握在手中使用,所以加速检测单元23会检测到当前的移动
参数。
本发明实施例一提供的交互设备,包括红外智能笔和红外触控显示器,红外触控显示器中设置有实现触控检测的红外信号接收的红外触摸框,红外智能笔的智能笔微处理器接收加速检测单元发送的当前移动参数,并根据当前移动参数生成对红外触控显示器的显示页面进行操作的页面控制指令,将页面控制指令通过红外信号发送到红外触控显示器,实现了交互设备间通过红外信号的方式进行通信,提高了智能笔与显示设备间通信的质量,降低信号的干扰,同时基于手势识别的指令生成使得用户的交互过程更加便利。
实施例二
图4为本发明实施例二提供的一种控制方法的方法流程图。本实施例提供的控制方法用于交互设备,在本实施例中基于上述实施例提供的交互设备进行详细阐述。本实施例提供的控制方法可以由控制装置执行,该装置可以由软件和/或硬件实现,并集成在智能笔微处理器和触控微处理器中。参考图4,本实施例提供的控制方法具体包括:
步骤S301:红外智能笔获取当前移动参数,根据当前移动参数确认对应的页面控制指令。
加速检测单元在检测红外智能笔的当前移动参数时,将当前移动参数发送至智能笔微处理器。智能笔微处理器在接收到当前移动参数时,解析当前移动参数得到具体的数值。
根据当前移动参数对应的具体的数值,可以确认用户想要对显示页面进行的操作,例如,当前移动参数对应为向某一方向的运动,表示前翻页的页面控
制指令;当前移动参数对应为与某一方向相反的运动,表示后翻页的页面控制指令;当前移动参数对应为旋转运动,表示退出当前显示页面的页面控制指令等。
步骤S302:红外智能笔将页面控制指令编码后通过红外信号发送到红外触控显示器。
为实现红外智能笔对红外触控显示器的控制,页面控制指令编码后可以映射到红外信号中。具体的,智能笔微处理器将编码后的页面控制指令传输至第一红外发射器,以使第一红外发射器发射携带有编码后页面控制指令的红外信号。其中,红外信号还可以包含其他的数据,数据的具体内容本实施例不作限定。
进一步的,第一红外发射器发射红外信号,以使交互的显示设备接收到该红外信号。
步骤S303:红外触控显示器解码接收到的红外信号,以获取页面控制指令。
红外触控显示器(即显示设备)的红外触摸框本身在触摸过程中可以实现红外信号的发送和接收,在此,将红外信号的收发过程进一步细化,触控过程中红外信号的接收与显示页面控制过程中红外信号的接收分时进行,在各个过程中接收的红外信号发送至触控微处理器。触控微处理器解码显示页面控制过程中获取的红外信号,获取红外信号中携带的页面控制指令。其中,具体的解码规则根据编码规则对应确定即可。
需要说明的是,红外触摸框并不是红外信号的唯一接收部件,如果红外触控显示器设置有第一红外收发器,还可通过第一红外收发器接收外部信号源发射的红外信号,具体处理过程与前述相同。
本实施例的技术方案,通过加速检测单元检测到当前移动参数,根据当前移
动参数生成对红外触控显示器的显示页面进行操作的页面控制指令,将页面控制指令通过红外信号发送到红外触控显示器,实现了交互设备间通过红外信号的方式进行通信,提高了智能笔与显示设备间通信的质量,降低信号的干扰,同时基于红外智能笔手势识别的指令生成使得用户的交互过程更加便利。
实施例三
图5为本发明实施例三提供的一种控制方法的方法流程图。本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上进行优化。参考图5,本实施例提供的控制方法具体包括:
步骤S401:红外触控显示器发射携带有所述红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息的红外信号给红外智能笔。
所述智能笔识别区域信息中记录有该红外触控显示器的身份标识。红外触摸框发射的红外信号中携带有红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息。在实际的控制过程中,为实现控制端(红外智能笔)与受控端(红外触控显示器)的准确操作,二者之间需要对对方的身份进行确认,对于红外触控显示器而言,其身份识别通过智能笔识别区域信息体现,智能笔识别区域信息中记录有该红外触控显示器的身份标识。智能笔微处理器只有在确认红外触控显示器的身份的情况下才进行页面控制指令的发送。
步骤S402:红外智能笔接收所述红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息。
在确认红外触控显示器的身份的情况下才进行页面控制指令的发送。为实现对对方身份的确认,红外智能笔与红外触控显示器中应预先相互保存对方的身份标识。若交互的红外智能笔与红外触控显示器中没有预先保存对方的身份标识,则可以由用户在红外触控显示器中添加红外智能笔的身份标识(例如特征码、物理地址等)。此时,红外触控显示器第一次向红外智能笔发送的红外信
号中不仅包括编码后的智能笔识别区域信息,还包括编码后的红外智能笔的身份标识。
红外智能笔可以根据红外信号中携带的关于自身的身份标识,确认该红外信号是发送给自身的,需要对该红外信号进行响应,也就是可以进行相关控制操作。
另外需要说明的是,步骤S401和步骤S402中基于身份标识的确认并不是限定只进行一次,而是可以在数据交互过程中不断进行收发验证的过程,保证红外智能笔和红外触控显示器之间的数据交互始终准确,没有对其它红外触控显示器造成干扰或被其它红外智能笔干扰。
步骤S403:红外智能笔获取当前移动参数,根据当前移动参数确认对应的页面控制指令。
步骤S404:红外智能笔将所述页面控制指令编码后通过红外信号发送到红外触控显示器。
红外智能笔中的智能笔微处理器在发射红外信号时,除了携带有页面控制指令,还携带有红外智能笔的特征码,用于告知红外触控显示器该红外信号的来源,以确认是否需要对该信号进行相应。
步骤S405:红外触控显示器解码接收到的红外信号。
步骤S406:红外触控显示器确认所述红外信号中携带有预存的红外智能笔的特征码。
红外触控显示器的触控微处理器对红外信号进行解码后,读取红外信号中携带的各种信息,如果某红外信号中携带有预存的红外智能笔的特征码,则表明该红外信号是红外触控显示器需要处理的,需要对解码得到的红外信号进行数据处理以及对应的响应,如果其中携带的红外智能笔的特征码与该红外触控
显示器无关,则直接忽略该红外信号。
步骤S407:红外触控显示器获取所述红外信号中携带的页面控制指令。
红外触控显示器的触控微处理器获取到页面控制指令后,控制红外触控显示器响应页面控制指令,具体响应该页面控制指令的硬件视红外触控显示器的硬件架构而定,例如所有数据处理功能集成为一体的触控微处理器或另外进行数据处理的整机主控芯片。
本实施例的技术方案,通过加速检测单元检测到当前移动参数,根据当前移动参数生成对红外触控显示器的显示页面进行操作的页面控制指令,将页面控制指令通过红外信号发送到红外触控显示器,实现了交互设备间通过红外信号的方式进行通信,提高了智能笔与显示设备间通信的质量,降低信号的干扰,同时基于红外智能笔手势识别的指令生成使得用户的交互过程更加便利。同时,控制端与受控端对对方身份的确认,能够有效避免触控过程中的干扰,提高交互过程的准确性。
实施例四
图6为本发明实施例四提供的一种控制装置的结构示意图。本实施例提供的控制装置包括红外智能笔和红外触控显示器中,参考图6,红外智能笔2,包括:
参数处理单元221,用于获取当前移动参数,根据所述当前移动参数确认对应的页面控制指令;
指令发送单元222,用于将所述页面控制指令编码后通过红外信号发送到所述红外触控显示器;
红外触控显示器1,包括:
信号解码单元121,用于解码接收到的红外信号,以获取页面控制指令。
其中,红外触控显示器1还包括:
信号发射单元122,用于发射携带有红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息的红外信号给红外智能笔;智能笔识别区域信息中记录有该红外触控显示器的身份标识;
红外智能笔2,还包括:
信息确认单元223,用于接收红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息,在确认红外触控显示器的身份的情况下才进行页面控制指令的发送。
其中,红外智能笔发射的红外信号中还携带有红外智能笔的特征码;
信号解码单元121,包括:
信号解码模块1211,用于解码接收到的红外信号;
特征码确认模块1212,用于确认红外信号中携带有预存的红外智能笔的特征码;
指令获取模块1213,用于获取红外信号中携带的页面控制指令。
本实施例提供的控制装置适用于上述任意实施例提供的控制方法,具备相应的功能和有益效果。

Claims (10)
- 一种交互设备,其特征在于,包括红外智能笔和红外触控显示器,所述红外触控显示器包括红外触摸框和触控微处理器,所述红外触摸框与所述触控微处理器相连;所述红外触摸框,用于接收所述红外触控显示器的外部的信号源发射的红外信号;所述触控微处理器,用于解码所述红外触摸框接收的红外信号;所述红外智能笔包括:加速检测单元、第一红外发射器和智能笔微处理器,所述智能笔微处理器分别与所述加速检测单元和所述第一红外发射器相连;所述加速检测单元,用于检测所述红外智能笔的当前移动参数并发送至所述智能笔微处理器;所述智能笔微处理器,用于根据所述当前移动参数生成对所述红外触控显示器的显示页面进行操作的页面控制指令,并将所述页面控制指令发送到所述第一红外发射器;所述第一红外发射器,用于发送携带有所述页面控制指令的红外信号。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备,其特征在于,所述红外触控显示器还包括第一红外收发器,所述第一红外收发器设置于所述红外触摸框的外侧并与所述红外触控显示器的显示面垂直,用于接收所述红外触控显示器外部的信号源发射的红外信号。
- 根据权利要求2所述的交互设备,其特征在于,所述第一红外收发器的个数为至少2个。
- 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备,其特征在于,所述红外智能笔包括第一红外接收器,所述第一红外接收器用于接收所述红外智能笔的外部的信号源发射的红外信号。
- 一种控制方法,其特征在于,包括:红外智能笔获取当前移动参数,根据所述当前移动参数确认对应的页面控制指令;所述红外智能笔将所述页面控制指令编码后通过红外信号发送到红外触控显示器;所述红外触控显示器解码接收到的所述红外信号,以获取所述页面控制指令。
- 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:所述红外触控显示器发射携带有所述红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息的红外信号给红外智能笔;所述智能笔识别区域信息中记录有该红外触控显示器的身份标识;在所述红外智能笔将所述页面控制指令编码后通过红外信号发送到红外触控显示器之前,还包括:所述红外智能笔接收所述红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息,在确认红外触控显示器的身份的情况下才进行页面控制指令的发送。
- 根据权利要求5所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述红外智能笔发射的红外信号中还携带有所述红外智能笔的特征码;所述红外触控显示器解码接收到的红外信号,以获取所述页面控制指令,包括:所述红外触控显示器解码接收到的红外信号;所述红外触控显示器确认所述红外信号中携带有预存的红外智能笔的特征码;所述红外触控显示器获取所述红外信号中携带的页面控制指令。
- 一种控制装置,其特征在于,包括红外智能笔和红外触控显示器;所述红外智能笔,包括:参数处理单元,用于获取当前移动参数,根据所述当前移动参数确认对应的页面控制指令;指令发送单元,用于将所述页面控制指令编码后通过红外信号发送到所述红外触控显示器;所述红外触控显示器,包括:信号解码单元,用于解码接收到的所述红外信号,以获取所述页面控制指令。
