在所述当前移动参数和所述智能笔识别区域信息满足预设激活条件时,激 活所述红外智能笔。
第三方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种激活装置,用于所述第一方面的交互设备,包括:
解码模块,用于解码通过所述第一红外接收器接收的红外信号,以获取所述红外信号中智能笔识别区域信息;
参数接收模块,用于接收加速检测单元检测的红外智能笔的当前移动参数;
激活模块,用于在所述当前移动参数和所述智能笔识别区域信息满足预设激活条件时,激活所述红外智能笔。
本发明实施例提供的交互设备、激活方法及装置,包括红外智能笔和红外触控显示器,其中,红外触控显示器的触控微处理器编码智能笔识别区域信息并通过红外触摸框以红外信号的方式发射出去,所述红外智能笔的智能笔微处理器解码第一红外接收器接收的红外信号以获取智能笔识别区域信息,所述智能笔微处理器接收加速检测单元发送的当前移动参数,并根据当前移动参数和智能笔识别区域信息判断是否激活红外智能笔,实现了交互设备间通过红外信号的方式进行通信,同时增加了红外智能笔的激活判断条件,降低了红外智能笔激活时的误判概率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,而非对本发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本发明相关的部分而非全部内容。
实施例一
图2为本发明实施例一提供的一种交互设备的结构示意图。参考图2,本发明实施例提供的交互设备,包括红外智能笔1和红外触控显示器2,红外触控显示器2包括红外触摸框21和触控微处理器22,红外触摸框21与触控微处理器22相连。
触控微处理器22,用于编码智能笔识别区域信息并传输给红外触摸框21。
红外触摸框21,用于作为信号源向外发射携带有智能笔识别区域信息的红外信号。
红外智能笔1包括:加速检测单元11、第一红外接收器12和智能笔微处理器13,智能笔微处理器13分别与加速检测单元11和第一红外接收器12相连。
第一红外接收器12,用于接收红外触摸框21发射的红外信号。
加速检测单元11,用于检测红外智能笔1的当前移动参数并发送至智能笔微处理器13。
智能笔微处理器13,用于解码第一红外接收器12接收的红外信号以获取智能笔识别区域信息,还用于根据当前移动参数和智能笔识别区域信息判断是否激活红外智能笔1。
在本实施例中,红外触摸框21设置于红外触控显示器2的显示面,触控微处理器22位于红外触控显示器2内部。
进一步的,当红外智能笔1处于书写模式时,红外触摸框21还可以用于检测红外智能笔1的书写位置并发送至触控微处理器22,触控微处理器22根据书写位置确定红外智能笔1的书写轨迹。
可选的,红外触摸框21用于接收红外信号,并发送至触控微处理器22进行解码。进一步的,红外触控显示器2还包括整机主控芯片(图未示),整机主控芯片通过USB和UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter,通用异步收发传输器)接口连接上述触控微处理器22,用于接收触控微处理器22解码获取的控制指令(如翻页指令),并根据该控制指令执行相应的操作。
可选的,红外触摸框21与显示面的朝向相同的一侧还可以设置第三红外接收器(图未示)。其中,第三红外接收器可以为红外接收头。第三红外接收器可以接收红外信号,并将该红外信号转发给整机主控芯片(图未示)。该第三红外接收器设置于红外触摸框21边角的外表面,并垂直上述显示面。第三红外接收器可以接收红外触控显示器2正前方15米及左右15°范围内的红外信号,当红外触摸框21无法接收到红外智能笔1发送的红外信号时,可以通过第三红外接收器接收红外智能笔1发送的红外信号。
典型的,加速检测单元11、智能笔微处理器13和第一红外接收器12位于红外智能笔1的内部。第一红外接收器12可以为红外接收灯或红外光敏元件。
可选的,红外智能笔1中还可以包括与智能笔微处理器13相连的红外发射 器(图未示),用于向外发射红外信号,其中,红外信号中可以携带智能笔微处理器13编码的控制指令,控制指令可以是翻页指令以及书写指令等。其中,红外发射器可以是红外发射灯。
进一步的,所述加速检测单元11包括下述至少一项:陀螺仪、重力传感器、加速传感器和加速集成电路。当红外智能笔1移动时,上述加速检测单元11会检测相应的移动参数。以陀螺仪为例,当红外智能笔1移动时,陀螺仪会检测当前的移动角速度。由于红外智能笔1通常被用户握在手中使用,且用户的手不会时刻保持静止状态,所以加速检测单元11会检测到红外智能笔1当前的移动参数。
本发明实施例一提供的交互设备,包括红外智能笔和红外触控显示器,红外触控显示器的触控微处理器编码智能笔识别区域信息并通过红外触摸框以红外信号的方式发送出去,所述红外智能笔的智能笔微处理器解码第一红外接收器接收的红外信号以获取智能笔识别区域信息,所述智能笔微处理器接收加速检测单元发送的当前移动参数,并根据当前移动参数和智能笔识别区域信息判断是否激活红外智能笔,实现了交互设备间通过红外信号的方式进行通信,同时增加了红外智能笔的激活判断条件,降低了红外智能笔激活时的误判概率。
实施例二
图3为本发明实施例二提供的一种激活方法的流程图。本实施例提供的激活方法用于上述实施例提供的交互设备。本实施例提供的激活方法可以由激活装置执行,该装置可以由软件和/或硬件实现,并集成在智能笔微处理器中。参考图3,本实施例提供的激活方法具体包括:
S310、解码通过所述第一红外接收器接收的红外信号,以获取所述红外信 号中智能笔识别区域信息。
其中,智能笔识别区域是指红外触摸框能识别红外智能笔的有效识别区域,该区域是在一定范围内的一个空间区域,在本实施例中该区域的范围大小可调。触控微处理器预先将智能笔识别区域信息编码并发送至红外触摸框,红外触摸框发射携带有智能笔识别区域信息的红外信号。其中,上述的编码规则本实施例不作限定。
考虑到第一红外接收器接收红外信号时,无法确认该红外信号的来源,因此,需要智能笔微处理器对红外信号进行解码后才能明确该红外信号的来源,并根据解码结果进行后续操作。
具体的,智能笔微处理器解码第一红外接收器接收的红外信号,得到红外信号中的智能笔识别区域信息。其中,解码规则可以根据上述编码规则确定。
S320、接收加速检测单元检测的红外智能笔的当前移动参数。
进一步的,加速检测单元在检测红外智能笔的当前移动参数时,将当前移动参数发送至智能笔微处理器。智能笔微处理器在接收到当前移动参数时,解析当前移动参数得到具体的数值。
S330、在所述当前移动参数和所述智能笔识别区域信息满足预设激活条件时,激活所述红外智能笔。
示例性的,预先设定激活条件,该条件的具体内容可以根据实际情况进行设定。其中,预设激活条件中分别包括对移动参数的限定和对智能笔识别区域信息的限定,只有同时满足上述限定,才可以被确认为满足预设激活条件。
比如,预设激活条件可以是当前移动参数超过设定的参数阈值,且解码得到完整的智能笔识别区域信息。其中,超过设定的参数阈值时,智能笔微处理器可以确认红外智能笔属于被用户手持的状态。解码到完整的智能笔识别区域 信息时,智能笔微处理器可以确认红外智能笔完全进入到红外触摸框有效识别区域。
进一步的,在满足预设激活条件时,激活红外智能笔。红外智能笔处于工作激活状态,可以使得红外智能笔根据外部的控制操作控制智能笔微处理器生成相应的控制指令,并通过红外智能笔的红外发射器向外发射携带有该控制指令的红外信号。
本实施例的技术方案,智能笔微处理器解码第一红外接收器接收的红外信号以获取智能笔识别区域信息,接收当前移动参数,并在智能笔识别区域信息和当前移动参数满足预设激活条件时,激活红外智能笔,实现了交互设备间通过红外信号的方式进行通信,同时增加了红外智能笔的激活判断条件,降低了红外智能笔激活时的误判概率。
实施例三
图4为本发明实施例三提供的一种激活方法的流程图。本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上进行优化。参考图4,本实施例提供的激活方法具体包括:
S410、解码通过所述第一红外接收器接收的红外信号,以获取所述红外信号中智能笔识别区域信息。
S420、接收加速检测单元检测的红外智能笔的当前移动参数。
S430、根据所述当前移动参数确定所述红外智能笔的物理状态,其中,所述物理状态包括移动状态和静止状态。
在本实施例中,物理状态包括移动状态和静止状态。当红外智能笔处于移动状态时,智能笔微处理器确认用户手持红外智能笔,继续进行激活判断。
具体的,可以预先设定状态参数阈值,当接收的红外智能笔的当前移动参 数没有超过状态参数阈值时,智能笔微处理器确认红外智能笔为静止状态,当接收的红外智能笔的当前移动参数超过状态参数阈值时,智能笔微处理器确认红外智能笔为移动状态。
S440、判断是否同时满足解码得到完整的智能笔识别区域信息和红外智能笔为移动状态。若同时满足,则执行S450,否则,执行S460。
示例性的,在智能笔微处理器解码到完整的智能笔识别区域信息,且红外智能笔处于移动状态时,确认红外智能笔被用户手持且进入交互的红外触摸框有效识别区域,此时,执行S450。否则,执行S460。
具体的,图5为本发明实施例三提供的一种确认智能笔识别区域信息完整的方法的流程图。参考图5,确认智能笔识别区域信息是否完整的方法可以包括:
S441、判断所述智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的当前交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息是否匹配。在智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的当前交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息匹配时,执行S442,否则,执行S460。
具体的,预先在交互的红外智能笔和红外触控显示器中存储智能笔识别区域信息。
智能笔微处理器将解码得到的智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息进行匹配。当完全匹配时,智能笔微处理器确认当前接收到的红外信号为交互的红外触控显示器发送的红外信号,且红外智能笔进入当前交互红外触控显示器的识别区域,执行S442。当不完全匹配时,智能笔微处理器保持所述红外智能笔处于未激活状态。
可选的,红外智能笔中没有存储红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息时,红外触控显示器可以在与红外智能笔初次交互时,发送携带有智能笔识别区域信息和红外智能笔特征码的红外信号,当智能笔微处理器解码红外信号时,若 得到红外智能笔特征码与自身特征码相同,则可以确认当前红外信号为交互的红外触控显示器发送的红外信号,此时,保存红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息。其中,红外智能笔的特征码预先存储在交互的红外智能笔和红外触控显示器中。若红外触控显示器中没有存储红外智能笔的特征码,则可以用户手动输入红外智能笔的特征码。
S442、确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整。
S450、激活所述红外智能笔。执行S470。
S460、保持所述红外智能笔处于未激活状态。返回执行S410。
S470、获取控制指令,将所述控制指令编码并传输给所述红外智能笔的红外发射器,以通过红外发射器发射携带有所述控制指令的红外信号。
示例性的,当红外智能笔处于工作激活状态,用户需要使用红外智能笔并按下红外智能笔上设置的控制按键时,智能笔微处理器生成相应的控制指令,并将该控制指令及红外智能笔的特征码进行编码,编码后的信息通过红外智能笔的红外发射器以红外信号的方式向外发射。
本实施例的技术方案,智能笔微处理器解码第一红外接收器接收的红外信号,以获取智能笔识别区域信息,并根据接收的当前移动参数确认红外智能笔的物理状态,在确认智能笔识别区域信息完整且红外智能笔为移动状态时,激活所述红外智能笔。实现了交互设备间通过红外信号的方式进行通信,同时增加了红外智能笔的激活判断条件,降低了红外智能笔激活时的误判概率。
实施例四
图6为本发明实施例四提供的一种激活装置的结构示意图。本实施例提供的激活装置适用于上述实施例提供的交互设备。本实施例提供的激活装置位于 智能笔微处理器13中,参考图6,本实施例提供的激活装置包括:
解码模块131,用于解码通过所述第一红外接收器接收的红外信号,以获取所述红外信号中智能笔识别区域信息;参数接收模块132,用于接收加速检测单元检测的红外智能笔的当前移动参数;激活模块133,用于在所述当前移动参数和所述智能笔识别区域信息满足预设激活条件时,激活所述红外智能笔。
在上述实施例的基础上,所述激活模块133包括:状态确定子模块,用于根据所述当前移动参数确定所述红外智能笔的物理状态,其中,所述物理状态包括移动状态和静止状态;激活子模块,用于当确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整,且所述红外智能笔为移动状态时,激活所述红外智能笔。
在上述实施例的基础上,所述激活子模块包括:判断单元,用于判断所述智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的当前交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息是否匹配;确认单元,用于在所述智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的当前交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息匹配时,确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整;激活单元,用于在确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整,且所述红外智能笔为移动状态时,激活所述红外智能笔。
在上述实施例的基础上,所述激活装置还包括:编码模块,用于获取控制指令,将所述控制指令编码并传输给所述红外智能笔的红外发射器,以通过红外发射器发射携带有所述控制指令的红外信号。
本实施例提供的激活装置适用于上述任意实施例提供的激活方法,具备相应的功能和有益效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种交互设备,其特征在于,包括红外智能笔和红外触控显示器,所述红外触控显示器包括红外触摸框和触控微处理器,所述红外触摸框与所述触控微处理器相连;
    所述触控微处理器,用于编码智能笔识别区域信息并传输给所述红外触摸框;
    所述红外触摸框,用于作为信号源向外发射携带有所述智能笔识别区域信息的红外信号;
    所述红外智能笔包括:加速检测单元、第一红外接收器和智能笔微处理器,所述智能笔微处理器分别与所述加速检测单元和所述第一红外接收器相连;
    所述第一红外接收器,用于接收所述红外触摸框发射的红外信号;
    所述加速检测单元,用于检测所述红外智能笔的当前移动参数并发送至所述智能笔微处理器;
    所述智能笔微处理器,用于解码所述第一红外接收器接收的红外信号以获取所述智能笔识别区域信息,还用于根据所述当前移动参数和智能笔识别区域信息判断是否激活所述红外智能笔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交互设备,其特征在于,所述加速检测单元包括下述至少一项:
    陀螺仪、重力传感器、加速传感器和加速集成电路。
  3. 一种激活方法,用于权利要求1或2所述的交互设备,其特征在于,包括:
    解码通过所述第一红外接收器接收的红外信号,以获取所述红外信号中智能笔识别区域信息;
    接收加速检测单元检测的红外智能笔的当前移动参数;
    在所述当前移动参数和所述智能笔识别区域信息满足预设激活条件时,激活所述红外智能笔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的激活方法,其特征在于,所述在所述当前移动参数和所述智能笔识别区域信息满足预设激活条件时,激活所述红外智能笔包括:
    根据所述当前移动参数确定所述红外智能笔的物理状态,其中,所述物理状态包括移动状态和静止状态;
    在确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整,且所述红外智能笔为移动状态时,激活所述红外智能笔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的激活方法,其特征在于,所述确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整包括:
    判断所述智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的当前交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息是否匹配;
    在所述智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的当前交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息匹配时,确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的激活方法,其特征在于,所述在所述当前移动参数和所述智能笔识别区域信息满足预设激活条件时,激活所述红外智能笔之后,还包括:
    获取控制指令,将所述控制指令编码并传输给所述红外智能笔的红外发射器,以通过红外发射器发射携带有所述控制指令的红外信号。
  7. 一种激活装置,用于权利要求1或2所述的交互设备,其特征在于,包括:
    解码模块,用于解码通过所述第一红外接收器接收的红外信号,以获取所述红外信号中智能笔识别区域信息;
    参数接收模块,用于接收加速检测单元检测的红外智能笔的当前移动参数;
    激活模块,用于在所述当前移动参数和所述智能笔识别区域信息满足预设激活条件时,激活所述红外智能笔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的激活装置,其特征在于,所述激活模块包括:
    状态确定子模块,用于根据所述当前移动参数确定所述红外智能笔的物理状态,其中,所述物理状态包括移动状态和静止状态;
    激活子模块,用于当确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整,且所述红外智能笔为移动状态时,激活所述红外智能笔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的激活装置,其特征在于,所述激活子模块包括:
    判断单元,用于判断所述智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的当前交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息是否匹配;
    确认单元,用于在所述智能笔识别区域信息与预先存储的当前交互红外触控显示器的智能笔识别区域信息匹配时,确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整;
    激活单元,用于在确认所述智能笔识别区域信息完整,且所述红外智能笔为移动状态时,激活所述红外智能笔。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的激活装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    编码模块,用于获取控制指令,将所述控制指令编码并传输给所述红外智能笔的红外发射器,以通过红外发射器发射携带有所述控制指令的红外信号。
