Description

一种高效锁定的工作台闩锁装置 技术领域
本发明涉及锁定装置领域,具体为一种高效锁定的工作台闩锁装置。
背景技术
在加工领域中,工作台可以有利地能够拆卸以便于工件的装卡和安装。但是,拆卸后的工作台的固定则需要额外的操作来完成。这对于生产操作造成不便且容易造成生产效率下降。通过材料动力操作的闩锁装置可以牢固地快速实现对于工作台的固定。但是,对于工作台尺寸较大的情形中,闩锁的驱动需要进给较大距离,这给驱动传动的尺寸缩小带来困难。尺寸较大将造成设备整体尺寸过大而且容易干涉加工操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效锁定的工作台闩锁装置,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的高效锁定的工作台闩锁装置,包括与机架固连的壳体、安装于所述壳体上的螺纹套筒驱动电机、通过轴承而轴向固定地安装于所述壳体的腔室内的螺纹齿圈套、由所述螺纹齿圈套的内螺纹配合的螺纹套筒、轴向固定地安装于所述螺纹套筒的内腔内的内螺杆件驱动电机、由所述内螺杆件驱动电机周向上驱动可旋转且轴向上固定的内螺纹块以及由所述内螺纹块螺纹配合的内螺杆件,其中,所述 螺纹套筒驱动电机通过动力联接的齿轮而与所述螺纹齿圈套啮合,所述螺纹套筒能够在所述壳体中上下滑动且在周向上固定,所述内螺杆件能够在所述螺纹套筒中上下滑动且在周向上固定,且所述内螺杆件的下端与闩锁杆固连,从而驱动所述闩锁杆穿过工作台中的闩锁孔并伸入到与所述壳体固连的基座的锁定孔中,以完成对所述工作台的闩锁锁定;其中,所述内螺纹块的上侧与锁定操作件固连,所述内螺杆件的上端固设有锁定凸出且所述内螺杆件在所述锁定凸出的下侧通过轴承而轴向固定地设置有转动接合操作件,所述转动接合操作件设置有径向凸出部用以与所述锁定操作件内的滑动槽滑动配合,所述螺纹套筒的上端轴向固定地安装有转动锁定件,其中,所述转动锁定件的下侧设置有供所述锁定凸出插入的锁定凸出容纳腔,所述锁定凸出容纳腔的底部设置有弹性部件,所述锁定凸出容纳腔的开口部位设置有径向向内凸伸的锁定接合齿,由此,当所述内螺纹块驱动所述内螺杆件相对于所述锁定操作件向上运动时,所述内螺杆件的上端所固设的锁定凸出能够从所述锁定接合齿之间的空隙而伸入至所述锁定凸出容纳腔内,并且之后所述转动接合操作件的上侧所固设的接合操作部能够与所述转动锁定件相互作用从而转动所述转动锁定件以利用所述锁定接合齿内侧上的弹性顶压部件而压住所述锁定凸出,进而实现对所述内螺杆件的轴向锁定,所述螺纹套筒驱动电机外表面包覆有散热翅片,所述散热翅片用以将所述螺纹套筒驱动电机运行时产生的热量吸收并散发掉,所述散热翅片上设有散热风扇,所述散热风扇用以将所述散热翅片吸收的热量加速散发掉,防止所述螺纹套筒驱动电 机长时间运行温度过高而烧毁,所述径向凸出部靠所述滑动槽内侧的端面上设有滚轮,所述滚轮为定向滚轮,所述滚轮沿所述滑动槽滚动配合连接用以减少所述径向凸出部与所述滑动槽因长时间滑动配合而造成磨损,提高使用寿命。
通过本发明,由于使用能够伸缩的螺纹套筒,因此可以使得螺杆长度过大的问题得以解决。而采用的连接锁定结构且可操作地解锁,能够在适时对螺杆进行锁定和分开解锁。而且这种解锁是利用进给驱动力,不用另外设置动力源,因此节省了设备成本并降低了维护难度。另外,这种锁定方式能够实现面面接合式的牢固结合,能够传递较大的进给力。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1-3对本发明进行详细说明。
根据本发明的实施例的高效锁定的工作台闩锁装置,包括与机架固连的壳体1、安装于所述壳体1上的螺纹套筒驱动电机351、通过轴承而轴向固定地安装于所述壳体1的腔室10内的螺纹齿圈套35、由所述螺纹齿圈套35的内螺纹配合的螺纹套筒2、轴向固定地安装于所述螺纹套筒2的内腔20内的内螺杆件驱动电机29、由所述内螺 杆件驱动电机29周向上驱动可旋转且轴向上固定的内螺纹块24以及由所述内螺纹块24螺纹配合的内螺杆件4,其中,所述螺纹套筒驱动电机351通过动力联接的齿轮352而与所述螺纹齿圈套35啮合,所述螺纹套筒2能够在所述壳体1中上下滑动且在周向上固定,所述内螺杆件4能够在所述螺纹套筒2中上下滑动且在周向上固定,且所述内螺杆件4的下端与闩锁杆421固连,从而驱动所述闩锁杆421穿过工作台43中的闩锁孔430并伸入到与所述壳体1固连的基座14的锁定孔中,以完成对所述工作台43的闩锁锁定;其中,所述内螺纹块24的上侧与锁定操作件3固连,所述内螺杆件4的上端固设有锁定凸出42且所述内螺杆件4在所述锁定凸出42的下侧通过轴承而轴向固定地设置有转动接合操作件31,所述转动接合操作件31设置有径向凸出部61用以与所述锁定操作件3内的滑动槽39滑动配合,所述螺纹套筒2的上端轴向固定地安装有转动锁定件41,其中,所述转动锁定件41的下侧设置有供所述锁定凸出42插入的锁定凸出容纳腔420,所述锁定凸出容纳腔420的底部设置有弹性部件73,所述锁定凸出容纳腔420的开口部位设置有径向向内凸伸的锁定接合齿71,由此,当所述内螺纹块24驱动所述内螺杆件4相对于所述锁定操作件3向上运动时,所述内螺杆件4的上端所固设的锁定凸出42能够从所述锁定接合齿71之间的空隙而伸入至所述锁定凸出容纳腔420内,并且之后所述转动接合操作件31的上侧所固设的接合操作部62能够与所述转动锁定件41相互作用从而转动所述转动锁定件41以利用所述锁定接合齿71内侧上的弹性顶压部件72而压住所述 锁定凸出42,进而实现对所述内螺杆件4的轴向锁定,所述螺纹套筒驱动电机351外表面包覆有散热翅片3511,所述散热翅片3511用以将所述螺纹套筒驱动电机351运行时产生的热量吸收并散发掉,所述散热翅片3511上设有散热风扇3512,所述散热风扇3512用以将所述散热翅片3511吸收的热量加速散发掉,防止所述螺纹套筒驱动电机351长时间运行温度过高而烧毁,所述径向凸出部61靠所述滑动槽39内侧的端面上设有滚轮3910,所述滚轮3910为定向滚轮,所述滚轮3910沿所述滑动槽39滚动配合连接用以减少所述径向凸出部61与所述滑动槽39因长时间滑动配合而造成磨损,提高使用寿命。
有益地或示例性地,其中,所述接合操作部62的末端操作面上设置有弹性接合垫63,用以在转动中接合所述转动锁定件41。
通过本发明,由于使用能够伸缩的螺纹套筒,因此可以使得螺杆长度过大的问题得以解决。而采用的连接锁定结构且可操作地解锁,能够在适时对螺杆进行锁定和分开解锁。而且这种解锁是利用进给驱动力,不用另外设置动力源,因此节省了设备成本并降低了维护难度。另外,这种锁定方式能够实现面面接合式的牢固结合,能够传递较大的进给力。本发明的装置可以有效解决现有技术中的问题。
本领域的技术人员可以明确,在不脱离本发明的总体精神以及构思的情形下,可以做出对于以上实施例的各种变型。其均落入本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护方案以本发明所附的权利要求书为准。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种高效锁定的工作台闩锁装置,包括与机架固连的壳体(1)、安装于所述壳体(1)上的螺纹套筒驱动电机(351)、通过轴承而轴向固定地安装于所述壳体(1)的腔室(10)内的螺纹齿圈套(35)、由所述螺纹齿圈套(35)的内螺纹配合的螺纹套筒(2)、轴向固定地安装于所述螺纹套筒(2)的内腔(20)内的内螺杆件驱动电机(29)、由所述内螺杆件驱动电机(29)周向上驱动可旋转且轴向上固定的内螺纹块(24)以及由所述内螺纹块(24)螺纹配合的内螺杆件(4),其中,所述螺纹套筒驱动电机(351)通过动力联接的齿轮(352)而与所述螺纹齿圈套(35)啮合,所述螺纹套筒(2)能够在所述壳体(1)中上下滑动且在周向上固定,所述内螺杆件(4)能够在所述螺纹套筒(2)中上下滑动且在周向上固定,且所述内螺杆件(4)的下端与闩锁杆(421)固连,从而驱动所述闩锁杆(421)穿过工作台(43)中的闩锁孔(430)并伸入到与所述壳体(1)固连的基座(14)的锁定孔中,以完成对所述工作台(43)的闩锁锁定;其中,所述内螺纹块(24)的上侧与锁定操作件(3)固连,所述内螺杆件(4)的上端固设有锁定凸出(42)且所述内螺杆件(4)在所述锁定凸出(42)的下侧通过轴承而轴向固定地设置有转动接合操作件(31),所述转动接合操作件(31)设置有径向凸出部(61)用以与所述锁定操作件(3)内的滑动槽(39)滑动配合,所述螺纹套筒(2)的上端轴向固定地安装有转动锁定件(41),其中,所述转动锁定件(41)的下侧设置有供所述锁定凸出(42)插入的锁定凸出容纳 腔(420),所述锁定凸出容纳腔(420)的底部设置有弹性部件(73),所述锁定凸出容纳腔(420)的开口部位设置有径向向内凸伸的锁定接合齿(71),由此,当所述内螺纹块(24)驱动所述内螺杆件(4)相对于所述锁定操作件(3)向上运动时,所述内螺杆件(4)的上端所固设的锁定凸出(42)能够从所述锁定接合齿(71)之间的空隙而伸入至所述锁定凸出容纳腔(420)内,并且之后所述转动接合操作件(31)的上侧所固设的接合操作部(62)能够与所述转动锁定件(41)相互作用从而转动所述转动锁定件(41)以利用所述锁定接合齿(71)内侧上的弹性顶压部件(72)而压住所述锁定凸出(42),进而实现对所述内螺杆件(4)的轴向锁定,所述螺纹套筒驱动电机(351)外表面包覆有散热翅片(3511),所述散热翅片(3511)用以将所述螺纹套筒驱动电机(351)运行时产生的热量吸收并散发掉,所述散热翅片(3511)上设有散热风扇(3512),所述散热风扇(3512)用以将所述散热翅片(3511)吸收的热量加速散发掉,防止所述螺纹套筒驱动电机(351)长时间运行温度过高而烧毁,所述径向凸出部(61)靠所述滑动槽(39)内侧的端面上设有滚轮(3910),所述滚轮(3910)为定向滚轮,所述滚轮(3910)沿所述滑动槽(39)滚动配合连接用以减少所述径向凸出部(61)与所述滑动槽(39)因长时间滑动配合而造成磨损,提高使用寿命。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种高效锁定的工作台闩锁装置,其中,所述接合操作部(62)的末端操作面上设置有弹性接合垫(63),用以在转动中接合所述转动锁定件(41)。
