Description

用于金属丝的送料机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于金属丝送料的机械装置,特别涉及用于金属丝的送料机构。
背景技术
现有技术中,有一种用于制钉机,其专利号为:200820155167.5申请日:2008-11-11,该装置包括有一对与横向传动主轴和一对转盘转轴同步作动的间歇式传动连杆,以传动一对截切刀具,利用该对截切刀具的刃面型态而将金属线材截剪成预定长度和钉尖型态的半成型钉体,再经由一组带动轮将该半成型钉体导入一整钉装置进行排列整钉,该整钉装置顶端侧边还设有一溢钉暂存槽和一暂歇供料操控座,可确保半成型钉体顺畅地转入置钉转盘周围边缘所制设的承钉槽内,此承钉槽由前段夹具凹座和后段承钉凹座所组成,再配合置钉转盘两侧制设的左、右夹具和对应于其钉头冲件背面所设置的挡止块,使其在利用半成型钉体钉头冲件进行半成型钉体钉头的冲压成型的作业时,可确保该置钉转盘的静止不动和半成型钉体钉头的精确成型。
该装置在将金属丝送入截切刀具时,需要采用一种送料机构,现有的送料机构包括有楔形的夹头,夹头设置在滑座中,金属丝穿过夹头时,只能单向运动,滑座设置在轨道上,通过驱动机构驱动滑座作往复运动,其向前移动时,可现实送料,而向后移动时,夹头松开,金属丝保持不动。其不足之处在于:在进行检修时,不能将夹头与金属丝彻底脱离,导致金属丝不能顺利抽出和插入,给检修和初期调试带来操作上的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供用于金属丝的送料机构,使其能在需要时,将夹头与金属丝之间彻底松开。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:用于金属丝的送料机构,包括相向设置并留有间隙的两块夹头,夹头之间设有第一弹簧使两者相互分离,上夹头的上表面和下夹头的下表面之间呈楔形,所述两夹头的外侧配合设置在楔形座内,楔形座的一侧设有第二弹簧,楔形座设置在活动支架上,活动支架底部设有底座,底座和活动支架之间设有导轨滑块机构,所述活动支架上部经铰座连接有机械臂,机械臂下端设有内凹的槽,楔形座的上侧设有突起的顶杆,所述顶杆伸入凹槽中。
该装置工作时,两块夹头可夹持住金属丝,由于有楔形座的作用,两块夹头之间的相对位置受楔形座位置控制,当楔形座相一侧移动时,夹头之间的间隙减小,可推送特定规 格的的金属丝;扳动机械臂,使其向另一方向运动后,机械臂推动顶杆向另一侧移动,夹头张开,松开所夹持的金属丝。该装置为检修时随时松开金属丝提供了保障,可加快检修和调整金属丝送料位置。该装置可应用在用于金属丝的供料装置上。
为保证运动顺畅,且调整位置时无干涉,所述凹槽呈半球面形。
为进一步保证能停留在工作位置和松脱位置,所述机械臂下端套装有第三弹簧。
为方便金属丝穿过,所述活动支架一侧设有供金属丝穿过的导向件。导向件起扶正、导向的作用,可帮助其更好穿过夹头。

如图所示1-2所示,为用于金属丝的送料机构,包括相向设置并留有间隙的两块夹头6,夹头6之间设有第一弹簧12使两者相互分离,夹头6合起时,可夹持住金属丝11,上夹头的上表面和下夹头的下表面之间呈楔形,所述两夹头的外侧配合设置在楔形座5内,楔形座5的一侧设有第二弹簧8,楔形座5设置在活动支架14上,活动支架14底部设有底座9,底座9和活动支架14之间设有导轨滑块机构10,活动支架14上部经铰座2连接有机械臂1,机械臂1下端设有内凹的凹槽3,楔形座的上侧设有突起的顶杆4,顶杆4伸入凹槽中;凹槽3呈半球面形;机械臂下1端套装有第三弹簧15;活动支架一侧设有供金属丝穿过的导向件7。
工作时,两块夹头可夹持住金属丝,由于有楔形座的作用,两块夹头之间的相对位置受楔形座位置控制,当楔形座相一侧移动时,夹头之间的间隙减小,可推送特定规格的的金属丝;扳动机械臂,使其向另一方向运动后,机械臂推动顶杆向另一侧移动,夹头张开,松开所夹持的金属丝。
