光源系统、投影仪及温度控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于光源技术领域,具体涉及一种光源系统、投影仪及温度控制方法。
背景技术
目前,投影技术在人们日常生活的得到普遍的应用。无论在会议、教学或是娱乐场所都可以随处可见投影系统的使用。
相关技术中,家庭、教育用中小型投影仪通常采用风扇空冷的散热方式,引导气流经过投影仪内部的气道,带走由光源及LCD屏工作时产生的大量热量,从而保护投影仪正常作。为保证引入空气时不带入灰尘影响成像质量,需要在进气口安装空气滤网。
空气滤网的使用寿命和使用环境密切相关。长时间使用后,空气中的灰尘及微小颗粒物附着在空气滤网上,导致机器散热能力下降甚至进气口堵塞,此时需要更换。在无尘的空气环境下,滤网可以使用2000小时以上,而较恶劣的环境,滤网使用时间不到100小时。
投影仪的工作温度控制为保证投影仪的使用寿命和正常工作的重要条件,而相关技术中,风扇仅能以同样转速进行散热以控制投影仪的工作温度,在环境洁净度较高的条件下,投影仪的滤网使用寿命远大于在洁净度不高的条件下。
技术问题
然而,由于投影仪通常只能保守地设定滤网寿命和更换时间,造成较大的浪费。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的光源系统、投影仪及温度控制方法以解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
针对以上现有技术的不足,本发明提出一种光源系统、投影仪及温度控制方法,可精确调节投影仪进风风量,延长滤网寿命和提高工作性能。

其中,所述风扇2、所述光源3、所述进风通道4、所述滤网5、所述环境温度传感器6、所述工作温度传感器7及所述处理器8构成本发明的光源系统(未标号),所述环境温度传感器用于检测所述光源系统外部的环境温度,所述工作温度传感器用于检测所述光源系统内部的工作温度,所述处理器接收所述环境温度和所述工作温度并判断比较,根据判断比较的结果调节所述风扇的转速和/或所述光源的输出功率。
所述风扇2用于为所述投影仪100进行空冷散热,保护所述投影仪100正常工作。
所述光源3用于投影成像,其为主要的发热部件。
所述进风通道4用于为所述风扇2提供气流流通通道。
所述滤网5卡设于所述进风通道4,用于保证引空气时不带入灰尘而影响所述光源3的成像质量。
所述环境温度传感器6用于检测所述机体1外部的环境温度。
所述工作温度传感器7用于检测所述机体1内部的工作温度。
所述处理器8内预设环境警戒温度和工作警戒温度等,所述处理器8接收所述环境温度和所述工作温度,并与预设的环境警戒温度和工作警戒温度进行比较判断,根据比较判断的结果调节所述风扇2的转速快慢和所述光源3的输出功率大小,以调节所述投影仪100散热平衡,使所述投影仪100处理正常工作状态。
所述显示屏9分别与所述环境温度传感器6、所述工作温度传感器7、所述风扇2、所述光源3及所述处理器8电连接,用于显示所述投影仪100的工作参数。具体的,所述工作参数包括所述环境温度、所述工作温度、所述转速、所述输出功率及所述处理器8的处理信息。
当然,所述显示屏9显示的内容并非限于上述,还可以显示更多信息,如这都是可行的,其原理都一样。
更优的,所述处理信息包括但不限于:提醒用户所述工作温度过高及/或提醒用户清理所述滤网5的警示信息。比如“工作温度高于预设温度”、“滤网堵塞”等。
本发明的投影仪100,通过所述环境温度传感器6和所述工作温度传感器7共同检测所述投影仪100外部和内部的所述环境温度和所述工作温度,利用所述处理器8根据所述环境温度及工作温度按预设规则进行结合判断并控制所述投影仪100的温度状态,以保证所述投影仪100正常工作,同时使所述投影仪100的所述风扇2能根据环境状态进行转速调整,从而使提高所述滤网5的使用寿命,节约使用成本。
请结合参阅图2,本发明还提供了一种光源系统或投影仪的温度控制方法,以本发明提供的投影仪100为基础进行说明,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、提供投影仪100,所述投影仪100包括设置于机体1内的工作温度传感器7、环境温度传感器6、处理器8、风扇2、光源3及滤网5。
步骤S2、温度检测,通过所述工作温度传感器7和所述环境温度传感器6分别检测所述投影仪100的所述工作温度T0和所述环境温度Th0。并将实时检测的所述工作温度T0和所述环境温度Th0传送至所处理器8。
步骤S3、温度判断,在所述处理器8内预先设置工作警戒温度T1、工作保护温度T2及环境警戒温度Th1,通过所述处理器8按预设规则进行所述工作温度和所述环境温度的判断比较得到比较结果,如得到的比较结果为T0≤T1;T0>T1且Th0≥Th1;T0>T1且Th0<Th1等。
本步骤中,所述预设规则具体为所述处理器8实时判断。当然也可以设置为间隔性判断等方式,比如十分钟判断一次等,这都是可行的。
步骤S4、动作执行,所述处理器8根据所述比较结果按预设规则调节所述风扇2的转速的快慢和所述光源3的输出功率的大小,以使得T0≤T1,从而控制所述投影仪100的处理正常工作温度范围内,保证其工作性能。
本实施方式中,所述显示屏9分别与所述环境温度传感器6、所述工作温度传感器7、所述风扇2、所述光源3及所述处理器8电连接,用于显示所述投影仪100的工作参数。所述工作参数包括所述环境温度、所述工作温度、所述转速、所述输出功率及所述处理器的处理信息。所述工作参数包括但不限于上述提及内容,这都是可行的。
具体的,所述温度判断和所述动作执行步骤中包括如下状态:
状态1、当工作温度T0≤工作警戒温度T1时,所述处理器100控制所述风扇的转速降低至低于其当前转速。从而可使所述投影仪100正常工作的同时节能,且所述进风量减小使得所述进尘量减小,增加保护所述投影仪100的滤网的使用寿命。在状态1的情况下,此时所述显示屏9显示正常工作状态信息。
状态2、当工作温度T0>工作警戒温度T1时,所述处理器8结合所述环境温度Th0进行分析判断:
状态2.1、若环境温度Th0≥环境警戒温度Th1,所述处理器控制所述光源的输出功率降低至低于其当前输出功率,直至T0≤T1。在状态2.1的情况下,所示处理器8发出环境温度过高的警示信息并通过所述显示屏9显示,比如显示为“工作温度高于预设温度”。
状态2.2、若Th0<Th1,所述处理器8控制风扇2的转速增加至大于其当前转速,直至T0≤T1。在状态2.2的情况下,所述处理器8发出清理滤网的警示信息并通过所述显示屏9显示,比如显示为“滤网堵塞”。
实际运用中,还包括状态3:当T0>T1且Th0<Th1时,若所述处理器8控制风扇2的转速增加至大于其当前转速后,所述工作温度T0仍继续上升甚至使得工作温度T0>工作保护温度T2,此时所述处理器8保存当前状态的所述工作参数并通过所述显示屏9显示,且同时控制所述投影仪100强制关机。比如显示为“高温故障”。
本发明的投影仪的温度控制方法,通过所述环境温度传感器6和所述工作温度传感器7分别检测所述投影仪100外部和内部的所述环境温度和所述工作温度,利用所述处理器8根据所述环境温度及工作温度按预设规则进行结合判断并控制所述投影仪100的温度状态,以保证所述投影仪100正常工作,同时使所述投影仪100的所述风扇2能根据环境状态进行转速调整,而无需要长时间保护高速度转动,进而使得所述滤网5在同样时间内的滤尘量减小,从而使提高所述滤网5的使用寿命,节约使用成本。
在无尘的空气环境下,所述滤网5可以使用2000小时以上,而较恶劣的环境,所述滤网使用时间不到100小时。由于无法预先判断空气洁净度和所述滤网5工作状态,通常只能按所述风扇2额定转速的吸尘量保守地设定所述滤网5的寿命,造成较大的浪费。而本发明的投影仪及其温度控制方法,即精确控制了温度,从而使所述风扇2并非一直需要额定转速工作,延长所述滤网5的使用寿命。
与相关技术相比,本发明的投影仪及其温度控制方法利用所述投影仪内部的环境温度传感器和所述工作温度传感器进行温度检测,通过所述处理器进行温度判断并将判断结构按预设规则控制所述风扇的转速和所述光源的输出功率,从而达到精确调节进风风量,有效的控制所述滤网的使用时间,延长其使用寿命;同时可判断所述滤网的堵塞程度,以提醒用户清洗,保障的所述投影仪的工作性能。
需要说明的是,以上参照附图所描述的各个实施例仅用以说明本发明而非限制本发明的范围,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的前提下对本发明进行的修改或者等同替换,均应涵盖在本发明的范围之内。此外,除上下文另有所指外,以单数形式出现的词包括复数形式,反之亦然。另外,除非特别说明,那么任何实施例的全部或一部分可结合任何其它实施例的全部或一部分来使用。

Claims (10)

1、一种光源系统,包括风扇、光源、进风通道和卡设于所述进风通道的滤网,其特征在于,所述光源系统还包括环境温度传感器、工作温度传感器及处理器,所述环境温度传感器用于检测所述光源系统外部的环境温度,所述工作温度传感器用于检测所述光源系统内部的工作温度,所述处理器接收所述环境温度和所述工作温度并判断比较,根据判断比较的结果调节所述风扇的转速和/或所述光源的输出功率。
2、一种投影仪,包括机体,其特征在于,所述投影仪还包括如权利要求1所述的光源系统,所述光源系统设置于所述机体内,所述环境温度传感器设置于所述进风通道外,所述工作温度传感器设置于所述机体内,所述处理器设置于所述机体内,所述环境温度传感器及所述工作温度传感器分别与所述处理器连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的投影仪,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述机体表面的显示屏,所述显示屏用于显示所述环境温度传感器、所述工作温度传感器、所述风扇、所述光源及所述处理器中的至少一种的工作参数。
4、根据权利要求3所述的投影仪,其特征在于,所述工作参数包括所述环境温度、所述工作温度、所述转速、所述输出功率及所述处理器的处理信息的至少一种。
5、根据权利要求4所述的投影仪,其特征在于,所述处理信息包括警示信息,所述警示信息包括工作温度高于预设温度和滤网堵塞。
6、一种投影仪的温度控制方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
提供投影仪,所述投影仪包括设置于机体内的工作温度传感器、环境温度传感器、处理器、风扇、光源及滤网;
温度检测,通过所述工作温度传感器和所述环境温度传感器分别检测所述投影仪的所述工作温度T0和所述环境温度Th0,并将实时检测的所述工作温度T0和所述环境温度Th0传送至所处理器;
温度判断,在所述处理器内预先设置工作警戒温度T1、工作保护温度T2及环境警戒温度Th1,通过所述处理器按预设规则进行所述工作温度和所述环境温度的判断比较得到比较结果;
动作执行,所述处理器根据所述比较结果按预设规则调节所述风扇的转速和所述光源的输出功率。
7、根据权利要求6所述的投影仪的温度控制方法,其特征在于,所述温度判断和所述动作执行步骤具体包括:
当T0≤T1时,所述处理器控制所述风扇的转速降低至低于其当前转速;
当T0>T1时,所述处理器结合所述环境温度Th0判断:
若Th0≥Th1,所述处理器控制所述光源的输出功率降低至低于其当前输出功率,直至T0≤T1;
若Th0<Th1,所述处理器控制风扇的转速增加至大于其当前转速,直至T0≤T1。
8、根据权利要求7所述的投影仪的温度控制方法,其特征在于,所述投影仪还包括设置于所述机体表面的显示屏,通过所述显示屏分别显示所述环境温度传感器、所述工作温度传感器、所述风扇、所述光源及所述处理器中至少一种的的工作参数;所述工作参数包括所述环境温度、所述工作温度、所述转速、所述输出功率及所述处理器的处理信息中的至少一种。
9、根据权利要求8所述的投影仪的温度控制方法,其特征在于,当T0>T1时,所述处理器结合所述环境温度Th0判断的步骤还包括:
若Th0≥Th1,所示处理器发出环境温度过高的警示信息并通过所述显示屏显示;
若Th0<Th1,所述处理器发出清理滤网的警示信息并通过所述显示屏显示。
10、根据权利要求9所述的投影仪的温度控制方法,其特征在于,当T0>T1且Th0<Th1时,若所述处理器控制风扇的转速增加至大于其当前转速后,所述工作温度T0仍继续上升并使得T0>T2,此时所述处理器保存当前状态的所述工作参数并通过所述显示屏显示,并控制所述投影仪强制关机。
