Description
Field of the invention
The field of this invention is related to water purification using the Nano-filters with the membrane method.
Background of the invention
Regarding the environmental pollutions, viruses, bacteria, parasites, and toxic or harmful material for the body which can be easily entered into our bodies through the water we daily consume and cause diverse kinds of diseases including diarrhea, kidney stone, atherosclerosis, stroke, cancer, .... , we need to find an effective solution to prevent the entrance of such microorganisms into the digestive system.
As we are aware, most of the people in underdeveloped and developing countries do not have access to drinking water. To deal with this problem, some solutions have been considered which are in the shape of a huge filter such as Life saver, Life straw, Water-to-Go and ... However, delivering millions of these products to people is not cost efficient and they are difficult to distribute.
Even if the tap water is healthy, the erosion of water pipes and the addition of some elements to water may turn it unhealthy. Some people insert a filter on the way of tap water or refrigerator. However, they may forget to change the filters in due time because of the busy lifestyles.
The other problem caused by these filters is that the filtered salts, organic materials and minerals are not re-added to water and its long usage may result in such diseases as rachitis.
Prior Art:
To eradicate the drinking water problems, various types of filters have been developed which will be explained. The most popular one is made of Polypropylene which is able to remove mud, sand, pipe rust and all suspended particles in water with over 5 -micron diameter.
The other kinds of water purification filter include Active Carbon water purification filter, and charcoal water purification filter. The material inside this filter is gathered in a container. Active Carbon water purification filter has very tiny vents and if we examine it under a microscope, we
will see cavity, ups and downs. Active Carbon water purification filter is used at the second stage of household water purifier.
The other kind of filter is Carbon Block (CTO) and it acts like Active Carbon water purification filter removing some of other chemical material and Chlorine residues which is very harmful for filter membrane. Moreover, this filter improves the taste and color of water.
Summary of the invention
In this invention, a nano filter which is screwed over the mineral bottle cap blocks the passage of any minerals and pollutions. Immediately after the filtration, the necessary minerals will be dissolved into the water and the TDS will be adjusted. Using this filter, we no more need to add preservatives to water. This filter is highly useful for the people who are exposed to unhealthy water.
Using this filter which acts through membrane method, we can separate from water all of the micro-organisms, particles, impurities, divalent ions, and the existing minerals in the water. To facilitate the work, a pump is required to exert pressure on the water and pass it through the filter membrane.
The required force is provided when the user presses the bottle. After the pressing stops, the bottle returns to the initial form and the evacuated volume will be replaced by air right away. As such, the bottle is prepared to be used for the next use. To pump the necessary pressure, the mouth suction can also provide it.

Detailed description of the drawings
The lower part of the filter 1 is screwed over the bottle cap. First, water enters into the filter from the external circle 2 and passes through the active carbon 3 which is represented as black spheres and the foul odor of water and active elements like Chlorine gets separated. Then, it passes from the first cylinder 4 which is MF (micro filter) membrane and most of the bacteria cannot pass it.
After that, it passes from UF cylinder 5 which is inserted in the first cylinder and most of the micro-organisms will be separated.
Next, it passes from the NF (nano filter) membrane 6 which is the most internal membrane (these membranes are made of polymer and the other parts are made from resin). It also passes through the resin membrane 7 and again from a nano filter, the vents 8 of which has smaller diameter and the divalent ions existing in water will be separated and the purification process finishes.
The purified water moves up through the cylindrical duct 9 and at this stage the necessary minerals, organic and inorganic material will be dissolved into the water. Meanwhile, the taste, vitamin or desired supplements can be added. To improve and accelerate the dissolution of minerals into the water, they will be put into a spiral straw 10. The water is in contact with these materials from a longer distance and higher pressure and comes out of the vents on the straw 11. As a result, the drinking water becomes healthy and high quality.
The punching plate 12 is the final stage and the bottle cap 13 will screwed on it.

1. The filter screwed over the bottle of water cap is composed of the following parts: a. The lower part of the filter 1 is screwed over the mineral water bottle cap.

e. NF (nano filter) membrane 6
f. resin membrane 7
g. Nano filter with smaller diameter vents 8
h. cylindrical duct 9
i. spiral straw 10
2. In this device, water purification is done by using the Nano-filters with the membrane method.
3. In the first step of filtration, water passes through the active carbon 3
4. In the first cylinder 4, MF (micro filter) membrane exists which filters the bacteria.
5. In NF (nano filter) membrane 6, the polymer and its derivatives and resin is used.
6. The purified water moves up through the cylindrical duct 9 and at this stage the
necessary minerals, organic and inorganic material will be dissolved into the water. The taste, vitamin or desired supplements can be added.
7. To improve and accelerate the dissolution of minerals into the water, they are put into a spiral straw 10.
