本实用新型涉及一种背包,特别涉及一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包。
背景技术
背包在日常生活中经常用到,背包长时间背在身上,由于背包与人体背部紧密贴合,导致背部不透气,导致背部出汗很热,很不舒服,尤其在炎热的夏天,背上容易悟出痱子,而目前市场上的背包散热效果并不好,不能改善这一问题,所以需要一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包才能解决这些问题。
实用新型内容
针对现有的技术不足,本实用新型提供一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,包括背包本体,所述的背包本体背面安装有散热背垫,所述的散热背垫设有风机安装部,所述的风机安装部安装有风机,所述的散热背垫贴合背包的一侧面为背面,贴合人体背部的一面为正面,所述的风机安装部位于散热背垫的背面,且风机安装部突出于散热背垫背面的凸起,所述的散热背垫的背面还设有若干相互连接的条形凸起,位于相互连接的条形凸起两侧还设有若干单独的条形凸起,所述的条形凸起上均 设有透气孔,所述的散热背垫的正面设有凹槽,所述的散热背垫正面的凹槽与散热背垫背面的凸起相对应,所述的散热背垫正面还设有若干相互连通的条形凹槽,位于相互连通的条形凹槽两侧还设有若干单独的条形凹槽,所述的散热背垫正面的条形凹槽与散热背垫背面的条形凸起位置相对应,所述的风机安装部设有进风孔,所述的风机的进风口与进风孔相对应,所述的风机电连接有移动电源。
所述的风机通过USB充电线与移动电源电连接,USB充电线或移动电源上设有控制开关。
所述的移动电源为可充电电源。
还包括半导体制冷片,所述的半导体制冷片设置在背包本体背面,所述的散热背垫边沿通过胶水与半导体制冷片粘接固定为一体。
所述的半导体制冷片与移动电源通过USB充电线电连接,所述的USB充电线或移动电源上设有控制开关。
所述的散热背垫上设有若干透气孔。
所述的风机包括风机架、电机和风叶,所述的风叶设置在电机的转轴上,所述的电机和风叶均设置在风机架内,所述的风机架贴合散热背垫背面的一侧面设有与风机安装部进风孔对应的进风口,所述的风机架的一侧面设有出风口。
所述的风机通过固定螺钉固定在风机安装部上。
所述的散热背垫通过针线缝制固定在背包本体背面。
所述的背包本体背面未被散热背垫覆盖的部位设有海绵背垫,所述的海绵背垫表面设有透气网。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型提供一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,本产品解决了背包长期背在身上不透气的问题,本产品通风散热效果好,可以制造适当的冷气,解决传统背包不透气而造成背部流汗造成的不适等问题,非常实用。

具体实施方式
如图1~图3所示,一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,包括背包本体1,所述的背包本体1背面安装有散热背垫2,所述的散热背垫2设有风机安装部,所述的风机安装部安装有风机3,所述的散热背垫2贴合背包的一侧面为背面,贴合人体背部的一面为正面,所述的风机安装部位于散热背垫2的背面,且风机安装部突出于散热背垫2背面的凸起4,所述的散热背垫2的背面还设有若干相互连接的条形凸起5,位于相互连接的条形凸起5两侧还设有若干单独的条形凸起5,所述的条形凸起5上均设有透气孔6,所述的散热背垫1的正面设有凹槽7,所述的散热背垫2正面的凹槽7与散热背垫2背面的凸起4相对应,所述的散热背垫2正面还设有若干相互连通的条形凹槽8,位于相互连通的条形凹槽8两侧还设有若干单独的条形凹槽8,所述的散热背垫2正面的条形凹槽8与散热背垫2背面的条形凸起5位置相对应,所述的风机安装部设有进风孔9,所述的风机3的进风口与进风孔9相对应,所述的风机3电连接有移动电源10,通过这 一结构实现背垫散热,解决背部与背包贴合不透气而造成背部流汗等不适的问题。
所述的风机3通过USB充电线与移动电源10电连接,USB充电线或移动电源10上设有控制开关,通过控制开关控制通电、断电,在不热的时候可以关掉,USB充电线能拔下来,使用方便。
所述的移动电源10为可充电电源,本实用新型中的移动电源为常见的充电宝,移动电源可以直接放在背包里。
还包括半导体制冷片(未图示),所述的半导体制冷片设置在背包本体背面,所述的散热背垫2边沿通过胶水与半导体制冷片粘接固定为一体,增加半导体制冷片,能够制造适当的冷气,配合风扇能散发出凉爽的凉风,使散热效果更好,半导体制冷片为市场上常见的制冷片,对此结构不做过多的描述。
所述的半导体制冷片与移动电源10通过USB充电线电连接,所述的USB充电线或移动电源10上设有控制开关,通过控制开关控制通电、断电,在不是很热的时候可以不用开启开关。
所述的散热背垫2上设有若干透气孔6,供凉风散发,达到更好的透气降温效果。
所述的风机3包括风机架、电机和风叶,所述的风叶设置在电机的转轴上,所述的电机和风叶均设置在风机架内,所述的风机架贴合散热背垫2背面的一侧面设有与风机安装部进风孔9对应的进风口,所述的风机架的一侧面设有出风口,这里的风机类似于市场上常见的鼓风机,对此不作过多描述。
所述的风机3通过固定螺钉固定在风机安装部上,安装稳定,也可以通过胶水粘接过其他方式连接。
所述的散热背垫2通过针线缝制固定在背包本体1背面,由于背包是布料材质制成,所以通过针线缝制连接效果更好。
所述的背包本体1背面未被散热背垫2覆盖的部位设有海绵背垫11,所述的海绵背垫11表面设有透气网,海绵背垫11位置对于人体骨骼,背起来很舒服,而且透气效果好,海绵背垫厚度大于散热背垫,使散热背垫与人体背部之间具有一定的间隙,便于空气流通,增加散热透气效果。
使用方法,开启风机,风机从进风孔进风,从出风口出风,由于散热背垫上设有若干凸起,自然就形成了空腔,风通过空腔内的透气孔散发出来,加上半导体制冷片散发出的冷气,使散发出来的风为凉风,夏天吹在背上很舒服,可根据天气温度来决定是否开启半导体制冷片,实用非常方便。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型提供一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,本产品解决了背包长期背在身上不透气的问题,本产品通风散热效果好,可以制造适当的冷气,解决传统背包不透气而造成背部流汗造成的不适等问题,非常实用。

  1. 一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,包括背包本体,其特征在于,所述的背包本体背面安装有散热背垫,所述的散热背垫设有风机安装部,所述的风机安装部安装有风机,所述的散热背垫贴合背包的一侧面为背面,贴合人体背部的一面为正面,所述的风机安装部位于散热背垫的背面,且风机安装部突出于散热背垫背面的凸起,所述的散热背垫的背面还设有若干相互连接的条形凸起,位于相互连接的条形凸起两侧还设有若干单独的条形凸起,所述的条形凸起上均设有透气孔,所述的散热背垫的正面设有凹槽,所述的散热背垫正面的凹槽与散热背垫背面的凸起相对应,所述的散热背垫正面还设有若干相互连通的条形凹槽,位于相互连通的条形凹槽两侧还设有若干单独的条形凹槽,所述的散热背垫正面的条形凹槽与散热背垫背面的条形凸起位置相对应,所述的风机安装部设有进风孔,所述的风机的进风口与进风孔相对应,所述的风机电连接有移动电源。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,所述的风机通过USB充电线与移动电源电连接,USB充电线或移动电源上设有控制开关。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,所述的移动电源为可充电电源。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,还包括半导体制冷片,所述的半导体制冷片设置在背包本体背面,所述的散热背垫边沿通过胶水与半导体制冷片粘接固定为一体。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,所述的半导体制冷片与移动电源通过USB充电线电连接,所述的USB充电线或移动电源上设有控制开关。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,所述的散热背垫上设有若干透气孔。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,所述的风机包括风机架、电机和风叶,所述的风叶设置在电机的转轴上,所述的电机和风叶均设置在风机架内,所述的风机架贴合散热背垫背面的一侧面设有与风机安装部进风孔对应的进风口,所述的风机架的一侧面设有出风口。
  8. 如权利要求1、2或7所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,所述的风机通过固定螺钉固定在风机安装部上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,所述的散热背垫通过针线缝制固定在背包本体背面。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有风扇散热功能的背垫背包,其特征在于,所述的背包本体背面未被散热背垫覆盖的部位设有海绵背垫,所述的海绵背垫表面设有透气网。
