Description

一种纺织车间的加湿机构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种纺织车间的加湿机构,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知国家对于纺织车间的湿度有严格要求,纺织机上用的纱线本身附着有毛絮,而机器在运行过程中还有静电吸附环境中的尘絮,因此需要保证纺织成品的品质需要整个纺织车间保持一定的湿度。
常见的纺织车间空气加湿的方法有的在车间向地面上泼水,这样虽然能稍稍缓解一下,但是这样做会使地面杂乱不堪,影响整个生产车间的生产效率。还有用超声波加湿器来给车间加湿,由于超声波加湿器价格昂贵,不利于推广。申请号为201610365857.2,发明名称为《一种纺织车间用加湿装置》的发明申请公开了一种纺织车间用加湿装置,结构复杂,成本较高。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种纺织车间的加湿机构。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种纺织车间的加湿机构,包括车间和与车间相连的储水箱,所述储水箱与一加热炉相连,所述车间内设置有喷嘴,所述喷嘴包括中空的本体,所述本体内设置有挡板,所述挡板将主体分成上半部分和下半部分,所述挡板上开有多个均匀设置的通孔,所述下半部分内设置有阻隔板,所述阻隔板将下半部分分隔成第一容腔和第二容腔,所述第一容腔与所述储水箱相连,所述第二容腔连接一送风机。
所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,所述第一容腔和第二容腔的中心线重合。
所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,所述本体和阻隔板截面均为倒圆锥台形。
所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,所述阻隔板位于本体的中心截面上。
所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,所述挡板上的通孔倾斜设置。
所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,所述车间内还设置有湿度感应器。
本实用新型所达到的有益效果:
本实用新型的加湿机构结构简单,使用方便,水蒸气和空气均从喷嘴主体下半部分进入喷嘴主体上半部分,混合之后进入纺织车间,空气带动水蒸气在纺织车间内流动,车间内的空气湿度更加均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本实用新型的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本实用新型的保护范围。
实施例1
如图1和2所示,一种纺织车间的加湿机构,包括车间1和与车间1相连的储水箱2,所述储水箱2与一加热炉3相连,所述车间1内设置有喷嘴4,所述喷嘴4包括中空的本体41,所述本体内设置有挡板5,所述挡板5将主体41分成上半部分42和下半部分43,所述挡板上5开有多个均匀设置的通孔51,所述下半部分42内设置有阻隔板6,所述阻隔板6将下半部分43分隔成第一容腔71和第二容腔72,所述第一容腔71与所述储水箱2相连,所述第二容腔72连接一送风机8。所述喷嘴4可设置多个。
具体地,所述第一容腔71和第二容腔72的中心线重合,即阻隔板6在下半部分43内部单独形成第一容腔71,同时,所述本体41和阻隔板6截面均为倒圆锥台形。
所述挡板5上的通孔51倾斜设置,即水蒸气和空气从下部分43倾斜着进入上半部分42,在上半部分42进行混合后,再从上半部分42进入车间1。
所述车间1内还设置有湿度感应器9,通过湿度感应器9检测车间1内的湿 度,从而利用加湿机构对湿度进行调节。
本实用新型的加湿机构在使用时,水蒸气和空气均从喷嘴主体41下半部分43进入喷嘴主体41上半部分42,混合之后进入纺织车间1,空气带动水蒸气在纺织车间1内流动,改善车间1内的湿度。
实施例2
如图1和3所示,一种纺织车间的加湿机构,包括车间1和与车间1相连的储水箱2,所述储水箱2与一加热炉3相连,所述车间1内设置有喷嘴4,所述喷嘴4包括中空的本体41,所述本体内设置有挡板5,所述挡板5将主体41分成上半部分42和下半部分43,所述挡板上5开有多个均匀设置的通孔51,所述下半部分42内设置有阻隔板6,所述阻隔板6将下半部分43分隔成第一容腔71和第二容腔72,所述第一容腔71与所述储水箱2相连,所述第二容腔72连接一送风机8。
具体地,所述阻隔板6位于本体61的中心截面上,即阻隔板6一侧和本体61形成第一容腔71,另一侧和本体61形成第二容腔72。
所述挡板5上的通孔51倾斜设置,可以将第一容腔71上方挡板5处的通孔51与第二容腔72上方挡板5处的通孔52相对设置,即水蒸气和空气从下部分43倾斜着进入上半部分42,在上半部分42进行混合后,再从上半部分42进入车间1。
所述车间1内还设置有湿度感应器9,通过湿度感应器9检测车间1内的湿度,从而利用加湿机构对湿度进行调节。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种纺织车间的加湿机构,包括车间和与车间相连的储水箱,所述储水箱与一加热炉相连,其特征是,所述车间内设置有喷嘴,所述喷嘴包括中空的本体,所述本体内设置有挡板,所述挡板将主体分成上半部分和下半部分,所述挡板上开有多个均匀设置的通孔,所述下半部分内设置有阻隔板,所述阻隔板将下半部分分隔成第一容腔和第二容腔,所述第一容腔与所述储水箱相连,所述第二容腔连接一送风机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,其特征是,所述第一容腔和第二容腔的中心线重合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,其特征是,所述本体和阻隔板截面均为倒圆锥台形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,其特征是,所述阻隔板位于本体的中心截面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,其特征是,所述挡板上的通孔倾斜设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织车间的加湿机构,其特征是,所述车间内还设置有湿度感应器。
