具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的具体实施例进行详细描述。
针对前述,现有的耳机不能调整声音音效的问题,本发明通过设置用于等效消除所述动铁单元的声音阻值的等效电阻和开关单元调整声音的音效,所述开关单元具有第一开关状态和第二开关状态,其中,所述第一开关状态使得动圈单元与动铁单元电连接,所述动铁单元和所述动圈单元同时工作;所述第二开关状态使得所述动圈单元与所述等效电阻电连接,所述动铁单元不工作,所述动圈单元工作。
上述指明开关单元具有两个开关状态,但是本发明并不限于此,所述等效电阻可以为一个或者多个,至少有一个等效电阻的阻值等效于所述动铁单元的声音阻值,其他等效电阻的阻值小于所述动铁单元的声音阻值,也就是说上述开关单元可以具有动圈单元与不同等效电阻相连的多个开关状态,使得所述动铁单元的声音阻值在不同程度上被抵消。上述开关单元可以为按压、推拉等各种形式的电开关,例如通过单刀双掷开关实现动圈单元与动铁单元或者等效电阻的导通,开关单元采用电开关操作方便,但是不利于耳机的小型化。
上述开关单元也可以通过机械结构实现,所述开关单元可以包括:
第一PCBA(Printed Circuit Board Assembly,装配印刷电路板),在所述第一PCBA上设置有第一触针和第二触针,所述第一触针和第二触针分别与动圈单元的正极和负极相连;
第二PCBA,在所述第二PCBA上设置有与所述第一触针和第二触针相对应的触点,通过所述第一触针和第二触针与触点连接所述第一PCBA和所述第二PCBA,所述触点包括第一对触点和第二对触点,所述第一对触点分别与所述动铁单元的正极和负极相连,所述第二对触点分别与所述等效电阻的两端相连;
机械连接构件,用于使得第一触针和第二触针分时与所述第一对触点和第二对触点相连,其中,当所述第一对触点与所述第一触针和第二触针相接触时,所述动铁单元和所述动圈单元同时工作;当所述第二对触点与所述第 一触针和第二触针相接触时,所述动铁单元不工作,所述动圈单元工作。
在一个实施例中,上述机械连接构件可以包括设置在壳体内的滑轨,动圈单元位于等效电阻和动铁单元之间,可以通过左右移动动圈单元来实现与等效电阻或动铁单元连接,也可以通过移动动铁单元和等效电阻实现其与动圈单元的连接。
上述机械连接构件无论是移动动圈单元还是动铁单元,都会造成发声前后腔体积的变化,对声学指标产生较大影响,也不利于耳机小型化。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述机械连接结构包括套筒和动铁支架,所述动铁单元、所述第二PCBA和所述等效电阻均固定在所述动铁支架上,所述动铁支架固定在所述套筒中,所述套筒的一端插入所述壳体内,通过所述套筒的旋转带动固定在所述动铁支架上的第二PCBA转动,实现所述第一对触点或者所述第二对触点与所述第一触针和第二触针相接触。
为了详细说明上述圈铁耳机,图1示出了根据本发明实施例的圈铁耳机的分解结构,图2示出了根据本发明实施例的圈铁耳机的内部剖面结构,图3示出了根据本发明实施例的圈铁耳机的限位点的结构,图4示出了根据本发明实施例的圈铁耳机的局部分解结构,图5示出了根据本发明实施例的圈铁耳机的第一PCBA和第二PCBA的结构。
如图1至图5所示,本发明提供的圈铁耳机包括由耳机前壳1和耳机后壳2组成的壳体,容纳在壳体内的动圈单元3和动铁单元4。其中,还包括PCBA5(即第一PCBA)、PCBA6(即第二PCBA)、等效电阻7、动铁支架8和套筒9。其中,PCBA5固定在壳体内,并与动圈单元3相连,在PCBA5上设置有第一触针510和第二触针520,分别与动圈单元3的正极和负极连接;动铁单元4、PCBA6和等效电阻7均固定在动铁支架8上,动铁支架8固定在套筒9中,套筒9的一端插入壳体内,如图2所示,动铁支架8可以通过仿形滑轨17固定在套筒9中。
在PCBA6上设置有触点,通过第一触针510和第二触针520与触点连接PCBA5和PCBA6,其中,触点包括第一对触点610和第二对触点620,第一对触点610分别与动铁单元4的正极和负极相连,第二对触点620分别与等效电阻7的两端相连,通过套筒9的旋转带动固定在动铁支架8上的PCBA6转动,实现第一对触点610与第一触针510和第二触针520相接触或者第二 对触点620与第一触针510和第二触针520相接触。
其中,第一触针510和第二触针520与动圈单元3通过导线相连;同样的,第一对触点610与动铁单元4可以通过导线相连,第二对触点620与等效电阻7也可以通过导线相连。
其中,当第一对触点610与第一触针510和第二触针520相接触时,动铁单元4和动圈单元3同时工作,如此,便可以使耳机增强中频的厚度和解析,使声音更具有感情和生命力,同时还能够增加高频的亮度解析与延升,使听感更丰富;当第二对触点620与第一触针510和第二触针520相接触时,由于第二对触点620与等效电阻连接了,因此,等效电阻能够消除掉动铁单元4的声音阻值,从而使得圈铁耳机仅有动圈单元3工作。
通过上述可知,将动铁单元固定在动铁支架中,动铁支架固定在套筒中,通过转动套筒带动连接在动铁支架上的PCBA6转动,从而实现设置在PCBA6上的第一对触点610和第二对触点620的转换,以此确定是动铁单元和动圈单元同时工作还是仅有动圈单元工作,进而实现对声音音效的调整,以满足不同用户对不同声音音效的需求。
在本发明的一个示例中,壳体上设置对所述套筒限位的限位槽,在所述套筒上设置有位于所述限位槽内的限位凸起,通过所述限位凸起在所述限位槽内的滑动对所述套筒进行旋转限位,如图3所示,动圈单元3和PCBA5均固定在耳机前壳1内,且PCBA5与动圈单元3相连,耳机前壳1具有中空的柱形凸起110,在柱形凸起110上设置有限位套筒的限位槽120,在套筒9上设置有与限位槽120相对应的限位凸起910,通过限位槽120和限位凸起910对套筒9进行卡设和旋转限位,例如,限位槽120的长度为柱形凸起的1/4圆弧,套筒9可以旋转90度。
进一步地,PCBA5固定在柱形凸起110内。其中,PCBA5可以通过点胶或者点焊的方式固定在柱形凸起110内。
此外,动铁支架8具有L形限位台810,在L形限位台810的长边上设置有动铁单元限位槽,动铁单元4固定在动铁单元限位槽内,等效电阻7固定在L形限位台810的短边的横向截面上。
此外,PCBA6和动铁支架8螺纹连接,例如在所述动铁支架朝向所述PCBA6的一端设置有中空凸起820,所述中空凸起与所述第二PCBA螺纹连 接,如图4所示,动铁支架8具有中空凸起820(例如,圆柱形凸起),中空凸起820设置在L形限位台810的短边的纵向截面上,在中空凸起820内设置有螺纹,螺丝13与螺纹相配合,从而将PCBA6固定在动铁支架8的中空凸起820上。
进一步地,为了可以让PCBA5的第一触针与PCBA6的触点接触良好,可以在中空凸起820上套设弹簧14,弹簧14的一端与所述动铁支架8相接触,另一端与PCBA6相接触,如图4所示,弹簧14的一端与L形限位台810的短边相接触,另一端与PCBA6相接触,如此在当固定在动铁支架上的PCBA6随套筒一起转动时,在外力的作用下,通过弹簧能够使PCBA6的触点与PCBA5的第一触针更紧密的接触。
此外,为了防止套筒9从耳机前壳1中滑出,在套筒9和耳机前壳1之间设置有密封圈10,通过密封圈10既可以防止杂物通过套筒9与耳机前壳之间的缝隙进入耳机内部,又可以防止套筒从耳机前壳中滑出。
另外,在本发明提供的圈铁耳机中,为使圈铁耳机起到良好的隔音及防漏音效果,在套筒款插入壳体(此处为耳机前壳)的一端包裹有耳套11。其中,耳套11可以采用硅胶或者高弹性聚酯等材料制作而成,当使用耳机时,耳套插入耳道后能够与耳道紧密接触,以隔绝声音进入中耳和内耳内,同时还可以起到保护耳朵的作用;另外,为防止杂物进入耳机内部影响收听效果,在耳套11和套筒未插入壳体的一端之间还设置有调音网12。
此外,本发明提供的圈铁耳机还包括耳机线15和设置在耳机线上的SR16(Speaker Receiver,扬声器受话器),其中,耳机线的一端与动圈单元相连,另一端设置有耳机插头,与外部便携式电子产品配合使用。至于耳机线与SR的具体连接结构,其为本领域的公知常识,在此不再赘述。
在本发明的上述所有实施例中,所述第一触针510和第二触针520为设置在PCBA5上的导体,可以为凸出PCBA5上的凸起,也可以不凸出PCBA5,例如可以为与限位槽120相对应的弧形,同理,所述PCBA6上的触点可以凸出其表面也可以不凸出其表面。
优选地,在PCBA5或/和PCBA6上设置有压紧凸起18,使得PCBA5和PCBA6处于相互顶紧的状态,所述压紧凸起18为导体,与所述第一触针510、第二触针520或/和触点连接。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述根据本发明的圈铁耳机。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本发明所提出的圈铁耳机,还可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进。因此,本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种圈铁耳机,包括壳体、容纳在所述壳体内的动圈单元和动铁单元;其特征在于,还包括:
    等效电阻,用于等效消除所述动铁单元的声音阻值;
    开关单元,具有第一开关状态和第二开关状态,其中,所述第一开关状态使得所述动圈单元与所述动铁单元电连接,所述动铁单元和所述动圈单元同时工作;所述第二开关状态使得所述动圈单元与所述等效电阻电连接,所述动铁单元不工作,所述动圈单元工作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,所述开关单元包括第一PCBA、第二PCBA动铁支架和套筒,其中,
    所述第一PCBA固定在所述壳体内,在所述第一PCBA上设置有第一触针和第二触针,所述第一触针和第二触针分别与动圈单元的正极和负极相连;
    所述动铁单元、所述第二PCBA和所述等效电阻均固定在所述动铁支架上,所述动铁支架固定在所述套筒中,所述套筒的一端插入所述壳体内;
    在所述第二PCBA上设置有与所述第一触针和第二触针相对应的触点,通过所述第一触针和第二触针与触点连接所述第一PCBA和所述第二PCBA;其中,
    所述触点包括第一对触点和第二对触点,所述第一对触点分别与所述动铁单元的正极和负极相连,所述第二对触点分别与所述等效电阻的两端相连,通过所述套筒的旋转带动固定在所述动铁支架上的第二PCBA转动,实现所述第一对触点或者所述第二对触点与所述第一触针和第二触针相接触;其中,
    当所述第一对触点与所述第一触针和第二触针相接触时,所述动铁单元和所述动圈单元同时工作;
    当所述第二对触点与所述第一触针和第二触针相接触时,所述动铁单元不工作,所述动圈单元工作。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,
    所述壳体上设置有限位所述套筒的限位槽;
    在所述套筒上设置有位于所述限位槽内的限位凸起,通过所述限位凸起在所述限位槽内的滑动对所述套筒进行旋转限位。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,
    所述第一PCBA通过点胶或者点焊方式固定在所述壳体内。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,
    所述动铁支架具有L形限位台,在所述L形限位台的长边上设置有动铁单元限位槽,所述动铁单元固定在所述动铁单元限位槽内,所述等效电阻固定在所述L形限位台的短边的横向截面上。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,
    所述第二PCBA与所述动铁支架螺纹连接。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,
    在所述动铁支架朝向所述第二PCBA的一端设置有中空凸起,所述中空凸起与所述第二PCBA螺纹连接,且所述中空凸起上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与所述动铁支架相接触,另一端与所述第二PCBA相接触。
  8. 如权利要求2~7中任意一项所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,
    在所述套筒和所述壳体之间设置有密封圈。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,
    在所述套筒未插入所述壳体的一端包裹有耳套,在所述耳套和所述套筒未插入所述壳体的一端之间设置有调音网。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的圈铁耳机,其特征在于,还包括耳机线和设置在所述耳机线上的SR;其中,
    所述耳机线的一端与所述动圈单元相连,另一端设置有耳机插头。
