单柄拉出式水龙头可同时适用于具三个安装孔或单一安装孔的水槽台面。单柄拉出式水龙头仅须透过单一把手即可控制出水,在操作上也较双柄拉出式水龙头更为简单、快速。
需注意的是,所述单柄拉出式水龙头主要是藉由龙头本体底端设置一具外螺纹的座管穿过水槽台面上的安装孔,接着在座管上穿套一纤维垫片、一金属垫片,之后螺合一保持环,并在保持环上锁固螺栓抵顶金属垫片,将座管连同其上的龙头本体安装紧固在水槽上,因此,安装人员必须被迫在水槽台面下的狭窄空间进行安装,故操作辛苦且花费时间长。
另外,众所皆知的是,上述混合水出水管通常被设计有一段具挠性的喷水软管及一段阀出水管,所述喷水软管可供连接至拉出式喷头,并供一重锤安装定位,所述阀出水管则连接至混水阀,并与喷水软管衔接,藉此,可确保拉出式喷水头能够被轻易地抽拉、缩回。

压杆,所述孔洞的侧壁向孔洞内延伸出一凸台,该凸台沿着孔洞的长度方向具有让位孔;该压杆的一端插入该让位孔并延伸至安装孔内,压杆的另一端暴露于孔洞外;所述压杆的另一端与让位孔之间设有弹性复位件;
所述压杆延伸至安装孔内的一端设有一可与压杆同轴转动的顶抵件和限位件;
所述压杆暴露于孔洞外的一端受到外力时,该压杆沿着孔洞的长度方向由第一位置移动至第二位置;该压杆位于第二位置时,所述顶抵件移动至安装孔外,限位件位于安装孔内;转动压杆,当顶抵件转动至台面的下表面下方时,该限位件与安装孔的内壁顶抵;撤销外力时,所述弹性复位件带动压杆上移,使得所述顶抵件与台面的下表面顶抵。
在一较佳实施例中:所述压杆为台阶螺栓;其具有螺纹段、导向段和限位段,所述螺纹段的直径小于导向段的直径,导向段的直径小于限位段的直径。
在一较佳实施例中:所述让位孔为螺孔,所述台阶螺栓位于第一位置时,该螺纹段至少部分位于螺孔内,限位段位于螺孔外,且螺孔的内径大于螺纹段和导向段的直径;所述台阶螺栓位于第二位置时,该导向段至少部分位于螺孔内。在 一较佳实施例中:所述顶抵件与台面的下表面顶抵后,转动该台阶螺栓,使得台阶螺栓与螺孔锁固,将基座与台面的上表面紧固。
在一较佳实施例中:所述顶抵件包括压板和缓冲垫;该压板具有一贯穿孔,所述台阶螺栓的螺纹段穿过该贯穿孔与压板连动设置;所述压板的上表面设有插孔,该缓冲垫具有与之对应的插柱。
在一较佳实施例中:所述限位件为压板的上表面向上延伸的限位销。
在一较佳实施例中:所述限位销设置在该贯穿孔旁。
在一较佳实施例中:所述台阶螺栓为两个,其沿着孔洞的轴线对称设置;每个台阶螺栓的一端分别设有所述压板。
在一较佳实施例中:两个台阶螺栓位于第一位置时,其连接的压板位于不同的高度上呈层叠设置状态;所述压板、缓冲垫的前端朝向另一个压板的限位销的位置分别具有让位凹槽。
在一较佳实施例中:所述弹性复位件为弹簧。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明提供的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,所有的安装步骤都在台面上方完成,安装人员无需在台面下方的狭小空间内进行操作。安装过程十分简单便捷。
2.本发明提供的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,限位销沿着台阶螺栓锁紧的方向单向限位,而当台阶螺栓朝着松释的方向转动时,限位销也随之解除限位,拆卸过程也十分简便。
3.本发明提供的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,限位销设置在压块的上表面,因此限位销的高度可以做得比较低;此外,该装置需要的部件很少,最大限度减小了对安装孔内空间的占用。使得安装孔内的空间足够放下三个直径为10mm的水管和一根外径为Φ18mm可供抽拉管顺畅通过的独立通道管。
4.本发明提供的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,通过弹性复位件和压板对台面下表面提供向上的顶抵力;另一方面,通过台阶螺栓和螺孔对台面的上表面施加向下的作用力,从而将基座紧紧固定在安装孔处,长时间使用后也不会发生偏移,可靠性高。
5.本发明提供的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,所述台阶螺栓设有螺纹 段、导向段和限位段,且外直径依次增大。该导向段作用在于,由于螺孔内径比螺栓的螺纹段直径大,因而在锁紧时,该导向段可防止螺栓和螺孔的偏斜量过大,导致螺纹滑丝、顶抵件与台面存在缝隙无法压紧等问题;限位段的作用在于,提供弹簧的放置空间,把弹簧作用力传递到基座上,以将基座紧紧压于台面上。
6.本发明提供的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,所述弹簧除了在安装时,可大大增加顶抵件与台面的摩擦力,方便安装外,还具有以下作用:安装时,由于弹簧可将螺栓和顶抵件提起至顶抵件与台面下表面相挤压,因此即便限位销高度较低,也无需先目测台盆深度,预先将顶抵件螺旋到螺纹段上的一定高度,使止转销与台盆内侧至少部分接触,才能继续安装,这样使得安装更加方便;所述弹簧还使得本结构对于台盆深度不同的安装条件具有很好的适应性,无需针对不同台盆深度,制造对应不同长度的螺纹段和不同高度的限位销等,提高了该结构的应用广泛度。

具体实施方式
下文通过附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
参考图1-14,一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,包括:
基座1,其置于台面2的上表面,并具有一连通至台面安装孔21的孔洞11;
压杆,本实施例中优选为台阶螺栓3,其具有螺纹段32、导向段31和限位段35,所述螺纹段32的直径小于导向段31的直径,导向段31的直径又小于限位段35的直径。所述孔洞11的侧壁向孔洞11内延伸出一凸台12,该凸台12 沿着孔洞11的长度方向具有让位孔,本实施例中,该让位孔为螺孔13;该台阶螺栓3的一端插入该螺孔13并延伸至安装孔21内,台阶螺栓3的另一端暴露于孔洞11外;所述台阶螺栓3的另一端与螺孔13之间设有弹性复位件,优选为弹簧14;
所述台阶螺栓3延伸至安装孔21内的一端设有一可与台阶螺栓3同轴转动的顶抵件33和限位件34;
所述台阶螺栓3暴露于孔洞11外的一端受到外力时,该台阶螺栓3沿着孔洞11的长度方向由第一位置移动至第二位置,弹簧14受力压缩;该台阶螺栓3位于第二位置时,所述顶抵件33移动至安装孔21外,限位件34位于安装孔21内;转动台阶螺栓3,当顶抵件33随之转动至台面2的下表面下方时,该限位件34与安装孔21的内壁顶抵;撤销外力时,所述弹簧14带动台阶螺栓上移,使得所述顶抵件33与台面2的下表面顶抵。由于弹簧14此时还是处于压缩状态,因此顶抵件33在弹簧14的弹性复位力作用下与台面2的下表面顶抵紧配合。
所述台阶螺栓3位于第一位置时,该螺纹段32位于螺孔13内,导向段31和限位段35位于螺孔13外,且螺孔13的内径大于螺纹段32和导向段31的直径,使得台阶螺栓3在受到外力时,螺纹段32和导向段31可以沿着螺孔13的长度方向下移,同时,顶抵件33在孔洞11内向下移动;所述台阶螺栓3位于第二位置时,该导向段31位于螺孔13内,限位段35的下端面与螺孔13的上端面顶抵。此时,顶抵件33脱离孔洞11,与螺栓3同步转到至台面2的下表面顶抵紧配合,继续沿着锁固方向顺时针拧动台阶螺栓3,由于限位件34的限位作用,顶抵件33无法随之转动。台阶螺栓3的螺纹段32与螺孔13完成紧配合锁固。因此,通过弹簧14和顶抵件33对台面2下表面提供向上的顶抵力;另一方面,通过台阶螺栓3和螺孔13对台面2的上表面施加向下的作用力,从而将基座1紧紧固定在安装孔21处,长时间使用后也不会发生偏移,可靠性高。
这样就完成了整个的安装过程,可以看到,安装人员全程都是在台面1的上方进行操作的,操作空间很大,无需到台面下的狭小空间内进行工作。安装困难度非常低,安装很方便。
而拆卸过程与上述步骤相反,用户朝着松释方向逆时针转动台阶螺栓3,从而使弹簧14再次具有一定的可压缩量,此时再对螺栓3施加向下压力并压缩弹 簧14,同时朝松释方向继续逆时针转动台阶螺栓3。由于限位件33只是沿着顺时针方向单向限位的,此时限位件34和顶抵件33就会随着台阶螺栓3转动至安装孔21的下方,在弹簧14的弹性复位力作用下,顶抵件33就回到了安装孔21内,此后只要继续松释台阶螺栓3,就可以完成拆卸的全过程。拆卸也只要在台面上方进行操作即可,同样很简单。
另外,该装置需要的部件很少,最大限度减小了对安装孔21内空间的占用。使得安装孔21内的空间足够放下三个直径为10mm的水管和一根外径为Φ18mm可供抽拉管顺畅通过的独立通道管。满足龙头各种功能都能正常使用。
所述顶抵件33包括压板331和缓冲垫332;该压板331具有一贯穿孔333,所述台阶螺栓3的螺纹段32穿过该贯穿孔333与压板331连动设置;所述贯穿孔333为螺纹孔,台阶螺栓3与压板331螺接;所述压板331的上表面设有插孔334,该缓冲垫332具有与之对应的插柱。缓冲垫332的作用在于当外力接触后,弹簧14的复位力带动压板331上移而与台面2的下表面顶抵时的作用力比较大,加上缓冲垫332可以缓冲这个力,避免压板331和台面2因为硬对硬锁紧而损坏台面。
所述限位件34为压板331的上表面向上延伸的限位销。所述限位销设置在该贯穿孔333旁。
本实施例中,所述台阶螺栓3为两个,其沿着孔洞11的轴线对称设置;每个台阶螺栓3的一端分别设有所述压板331。
两个台阶螺栓3位于第一位置时,其连接的压板331位于不同的高度上呈层叠设置状态,这样错层放置的目的在于保证压板331有足够大的面积,压板331与台面2下表面顶抵时,接触面也比较大,稳定性和可靠性都比较高。所述压板331、缓冲垫332的前端朝向另一个压板331的限位销的位置分别具有让位凹槽。这样压板331在孔洞11内移动及出孔洞后转动时,就不会与另一个压板331的限位销发生干涉。
本发明并不局限于前述的具体实施方式。上述实施例并不应视为限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员在阅读并理解了前述详细说明的同时,可以进行修改和变化。
工业实用性
本发明一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,所有的安装步骤都在台面上方完成,安装人员无需在台面下方的狭小空间内进行操作。安装过程十分简单便捷,适用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于包括:
    基座,其置于台面的上表面,并具有一连通至台面安装孔的孔洞;
    压杆,所述孔洞的侧壁向孔洞内延伸出一凸台,该凸台沿着孔洞的长度方向具有让位孔;该压杆的一端插入该让位孔并延伸至安装孔内,压杆的另一端暴露于孔洞外;所述压杆的另一端与让位孔之间设有弹性复位件;
    所述压杆延伸至安装孔内的一端设有一可与压杆同轴转动的顶抵件和限位件;
    所述压杆暴露于孔洞外的一端受到外力时,该压杆沿着孔洞的长度方向由第一位置移动至第二位置;该压杆位于第二位置时,所述顶抵件移动至安装孔外,限位件位于安装孔内;转动压杆,当顶抵件转动至台面的下表面下方时,该限位件与安装孔的内壁顶抵;撤销外力时,所述弹性复位件带动压杆上移,使得所述顶抵件与台面的下表面顶抵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述压杆为台阶螺栓;其具有螺纹段、导向段和限位段,所述螺纹段的直径小于导向段的直径,导向段的直径小于限位段的直径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述让位孔为螺孔,所述台阶螺栓位于第一位置时,该螺纹段至少部分位于螺孔内,限位段位于螺孔外,且螺孔的内径大于螺纹段和导向段的直径;所述台阶螺栓位于第二位置时,该导向段至少部分位于螺孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述顶抵件与台面的下表面顶抵后,转动该台阶螺栓,使得台阶螺栓与螺孔锁固,将基座与台面的上表面紧固。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述顶抵件包括压板和缓冲垫;该压板具有一贯穿孔,所述台阶螺栓的螺纹段穿过该贯穿孔与压板连动设置;所述压板的上表面设有插孔,该缓冲垫具有与之对应的插柱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述限位件为压板的上表面向上延伸的限位销。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述限位销设置在该贯穿孔旁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述台阶螺栓为两个,其沿着孔洞的轴线对称设置;每个台阶螺栓的一端分别设有所述压板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:两个台阶螺栓位于第一位置时,其连接的压板位于不同的高度上呈层叠设置状态;所述压板、缓冲垫的前端朝向另一个压板的限位销的位置分别具有让位凹槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述弹性复位件为弹簧。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述贯穿孔为螺纹孔,台阶螺栓与压板螺接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述台阶螺栓位于第一位置时,该螺纹段位于螺孔内,导向段和限位段位于螺孔外,且螺孔的内径大于螺纹段和导向段的直径,使得台阶螺栓在受到外力时,螺纹段和导向段可以沿着螺孔的长度方向下移,同时,顶抵件在孔洞内向下移动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种用于龙头的台上快装快拆装置,其特征在于:所述台阶螺栓位于第二位置时,该导向段位于螺孔内,限位段的下端面与螺孔的上端面顶抵;此时,顶抵件脱离孔洞,与螺栓同步转到至台面的下表面顶抵紧配合,继续沿着锁固方向顺时针拧动台阶螺栓,由于限位件的限位作用,顶抵件无法随之转动;台阶螺栓的螺纹段与螺孔完成紧配合锁固。
