背景技术
随着人口高龄化的时代，对于行动不方便者，须以轮椅代步，而病患或老人家，经常需要大小便，但对于行动不便者而言，能不需要移动身体而直接于轮椅上或病床上进行大小便是最方便的，因此部分轮椅或病床会直接搭载排泄装置，如图1A是现有一种可便溺轮椅90的外观立体图，其座体91上设有一排泄孔92，且排泄孔92下方设有一承接体93，图1B是发明人所发明的另一种可便溺轮椅90的外观立体图，其更增添了自动清洗屁股的清洗装置94。图1C是现有一种可便溺病床100，其也是发明人所发明，其床垫101上设有一排泄孔102，且排泄孔101下方设有一承接体103，且也设有清洗装置104。
但查，虽然上述轮椅90或病床100搭载有排泄装置，然而使用者仍需脱掉裤子才能进行排泄动作，但是如果刚好在室外而要脱掉裤子，对于家属及病患而言，都造成很大的困扰。
次者，现有裤子包括有一裤头、连接该裤头的二裤管及一拉炼，但使用者可自裤头往下拉动拉炼以解开裤子使其呈开放状；但查，因现有裤子的拉炼并未完全开至裤裆，使乘坐于轮椅上的行动不便者即使拉开拉炼仍难以直接进行大小便；是以，对于行动不便者在大小便时仍有诸多不便，因此尚有改善空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于，克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷，而提供一种可便溺护理裤，让行动不便者可直接在轮椅或病床上进行大小便的方便性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：

本发明的有益效果是，让行动不便者可直接在轮椅或病床上进行大小便的方便性。

本实施例中，该前定位带20还设有一调整扣环22，供该弹性带71的自由端711穿套定位，并可调整该弹性带71的松紧度。又如图4、图4A及图5、图6所示，该拉带72的自由端721还设有一长尾夹80，该长尾夹80固定在一定位布73上，该定位布73能以 黏贴毡731或钮扣孔732固定在使用者的衣服二侧，该长尾夹80具有一上宽下缩且开口811朝下的弹性夹体81，并于该弹性夹体81的中间宽部设有一穿孔82，用以供该拉带72穿伸并以弹性夹持力将该拉带72夹住固定；二扳件83，对称设在该弹性夹体81的外侧，当其上方被向内压缩时可迫使该弹性夹体81的开口811打开，解除对该拉带72的夹持力。本实施例中，该长尾夹80为一种现有文具，本发明以其构造进一步在该弹性夹体81的中间宽部设有一穿孔82，用以供该拉带72穿伸，如此一来，该拉带72可以向上拉不会往下掉，除非压缩二扳件83迫使该弹性夹体81的开口811打开，因此使用上非常方便与实用。
依据前揭构成，本发明的使用方式及具有如下的功效需再阐明：
1.首先，如图3所示，平时该遮罩60及软性遮片70，分别位于裤裆的前侧及底部，该遮罩60的上端部61被车缝固定在该裤体10上，使下端62位于该U型开口部13前方，由于该遮罩60由防水性材质所构成，因此具有防止尿湿裤子的功能；再者，设成弧状体具有帮助向下导尿，且如图3A所示，遮罩60的二侧翼片64可自该弹性带71抽出，使下端62可被掀起进行擦拭内缘面，以常保干净卫生及舒适。
2.接者，如图4、图4A及图5、图6所示，平时该可位移的软性遮片70位于该U型开口部13下方，当使用者要大小便时，将该拉带72的自由端721向上拉而带动该软性遮片70自该U型开口部13往后移开，此时如图5所示，该裤体10呈现可供使用者便溺的状态；而该拉带72的自由端721经该导环32后，被倾斜向上拉到二侧定位时，由该长尾夹80的弹性夹体81的夹持力所固定，可防止该软性遮片70被前侧的弹性带71回拉。又当大小便完成后，则压缩该长尾夹80的扳件83，强迫该弹性夹体81的开口811打开，解除对该拉带72的夹持力，此时该软性遮片70被前侧的弹性带71以其弹性力将该软性遮片70回拉至该U型开口部13下方。如图6所示，由于本发明该裤体10后侧的臀部位置设有二垫体14，使该软性遮片70底缘具有一活动间隙S，因此，当使用坐在轮椅的座体91时，该软性遮片70不会受到挤压，可以顺利在该U型开口部13下方移动。
3.本发明主要配合如图1A至图1C所示的可便溺的轮椅90或病床100，但，可便溺轮椅90或病床100为先前技术，且发明人已另外申请专利在案，因非本发明专利目的，其结构容不赘述。图7是显示本发明使用在可便溺的轮椅90的状态参考图，由于使用者坐在该可便溺的轮椅90的裤体10的座体91时，该U型开口部13正位于该排泄孔92及 承接体93上，但因有遮罩60及软性遮片70遮住下体，所以没有隐私外泄之虞，家属或看护只要把软性遮片70拉开，病患即可在可便溺的轮椅90上进行大小便，无须他人抱起移位至厕所马桶，非常方便。另图8是显示本发明使用在可便溺的病床100的状态参考图，其实用性与方便性与使用在轮椅90上相同，容不赘述。
借助上揭技术手段，本发明对于病人、老人或其照顾者可以提供更多的便利，让病患具有尊严及方便性，且对于看护或家属而言，也可以减轻负担，为一具有人性化设计的护理裤。
以上所述，仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已，并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制，凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰，均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
综上所述，本发明在结构设计、使用实用性及成本效益上，完全符合产业发展所需，且所揭示的结构亦是具有前所未有的创新构造，具有新颖性、创造性、实用性，符合有关发明专利要件的规定，故依法提起申请。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种可便溺护理裤，其特征在于，包括：
    一裤体，该裤体包括一裤头、连接该裤头的二裤管，且位于该二裤管内侧相邻处由前侧面往后，设有一可供便溺的U型开口部；
    二条前定位带及二条后定位带，分别设在该裤头的前、后侧上，该前、后定位带上分别设有前、后定位孔，且该后定位带上设有一导环；
    二条前管体，对应设在该二条前定位带的下方，该前管体上端车缝固定在裤体上，并使下端位于该U型开口部前方二侧，且呈可被掀起状态；
    二条后管体，对应设在该二条后定位带的下方，该后管体车缝固定在裤体上；
    一具防水性的遮罩，该遮罩设成弧状体，其上端部车缝固定在该裤体上，并使下端部位于该U型开口部前方，且呈可被掀起状态；
    一可位移的软性遮片，相对设在该U型开口部的下方，该软性遮片前端连接二条弹性带，该弹性带的自由端穿伸该二条前体，并定位在该二条前定位带上，又该软性遮片后端连接二条拉带，该拉带的自由端穿伸该二条后管体及该后定位带上的导环后，分别倾斜向上拉到二侧定位；以及
    二垫体，由透气材质所构成，其车缝在该裤体后侧的臀部位置，并位于该软性遮片的二侧，使该软性遮片底缘具有一活动间隙；
    借此，往后拉动该二条拉带，可使该软性遮片自该U型开口部往后移开，使该裤体呈现可供使用者便溺的状态；且当该二条拉带放开后，借由该二条弹性带的弹力，可拉动该软性遮片由后向前回移到该U型开口部的下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可便溺护理裤，其特征在于，所述前定位带上还设有一调整扣环，供该弹性带的自由端穿套定位，并可调整该弹性带的松紧度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可便溺护理裤，其特征在于，所述前、后定位带上所设的前、后定位孔为一钮扣孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可便溺护理裤，其特征在于，所述拉带的自由端还设有一长尾夹，该长尾夹固定在一定位布上，该定位布能以黏贴毡或钮扣孔固定在使用者的衣服二侧上，该长尾夹具有一上宽下缩且开口朝下的弹性夹体，并于该弹性夹体的 中间宽部设有一穿孔，用以供该拉带穿伸并以弹性夹持力将该拉带夹住固定；二扳件，对称设在该弹性夹体的外侧，当其上方被向内压缩时可迫使该弹性夹体的开口打开，解除对该拉带的夹持力。
