Abstract

Description
本申请要求于2016年9月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610872733.3、申请名称为“接入控制方法、终端设备和无线接入网设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及无线通信领域,并且更具体地,涉及一种接入控制方法、终端设备和无线接入网设备。
移动运营商希望能够在某个区域出现特殊情况时,禁止该区域中全部或部分终端设备发送的接入请求或寻呼响应请求。例如,该区域存在大量的终端设备请求接入网络而导致网络发生拥塞,或者该区域出现紧急状态。
在长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统的版本8中,通过引入接入等级限制(Access Class Barring,ACB)机制,并在后续的版本中引入多种不同的接入控制机制,以实现对终端设备的接入控制。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种接入控制方法、终端设备和无线接入网设备,可以对终端设备进行更加灵活的接入控制和业务控制。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,包括:终端设备接收无线接入网设备发送的接入控制信息,所述接入控制信息包括按照预定顺序排列的多个检查项,所述多个检查项中每个检查项包括目标对象信息和结果处理信息,其中,所述结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果,或将未通过检查作为所述最终结果;在所述终端设备需要发起接入或发起业务的情况下,所述终端设备对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第一检查项进行检查;在所述终端设备属于所述第一检查项所包括的第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象时,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查项获取第一检查结果,所述第一检查结果为通过检查或未通过检查;在所述第一检查项不是所述多个检查项中最后一个检查项时,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查结果以及所述第一检查项的第一结果处理信息,确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第二检查项进行检查。
可选地,所述第一检查项用于指示所述终端设备需要执行的动作,所述终端设备执行所述需要执行的动作,并获得第一检查结果。

所述方法还包括:所述终端设备向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
此时,一些具有高优先级的终端设备或者发起高优先级业务的终端设备能够直接向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务,不需要再对下一个检查项进行检查。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查结果以及所述第一检查项的第一结果处理信息,确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第二检查项进行检查,包括:在所述第一结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为所述最终结果,且所述第一检查结果为未通过检查时,所述终端设备确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果;
所述方法还包括:所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述每个检查项包括禁止时长;
其中,所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务,包括:所述终端设备启动定时器,所述定时器的时长为所述第一检查项所包括的第一禁止时长;在所述定时器超时之前,所述终端设备禁止发起接入或发起业务。
此时,终端设备在所述禁止时长内禁止向无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务,能够再一定程度上缓解网络拥塞情况。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查结果以及所述第一检查项的第一结果处理信息,确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第二检查项进行检查,包括:在所述第一结果处理信息用于指示将通过所述检查作为所述最终结果,且所述第一检查结果为未通过检查时,所述终端设备对所述第二检查项进行检查;或在所述第一结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为所述最终结果,且所述第一检查结果为通过检查时,所述终端设备对所述第二检查项进行检查。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述方法还包括:在所述终端设备不属于所述第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象时,所述终端设备对所述第二检查项进行检查。
在一种可选实现方式中,在所述第一检查项是所述多个检查项中最后一个检查项的情况下,所述方法还包括:在所述终端设备不属于所述第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象时,所述终端设备向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务;或在所述第一检查结果为通过检查时,所述终端设备向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务;或在所述第一检查结果为未通过检查时,所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
在一种可选实现方式中,在所述第一检查项是所述多个检查项中最后一个检查项、所
述终端设备属于所述第一检查项所包括的第一目标信息所指示的目标对象,且所述第一检查结果为未通过检查的情况下,可以忽略所述第一检查项中的第一结果处理信息,直接将未通过检查作为最终结果,所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
在一种可选实现方式中,在所述第一检查项是所述多个检查项中最后一个检查项,且所述终端设备不属于所述第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象的情况下,所述终端设备可以根据第一检查项的前一个检查项的检查结果,确定最终结果。
可选地,在所述前一个检查项的检查结果为通过检查时,所述终端设备可以将通过检查作为最终结果,此时,所述终端设备向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
可选地,在所述前一个检查项的检查结果为通过检查时,所述终端设备可以将通过检查作为最终结果,此时,所述终端设备向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
可选地,所述终端设备不属于所述作为最后一个检查项的第一检查项之前所有检查项所包括的目标对象信息所指示的目标对象的情况下,所述终端设备可以将通过检查作为最终结果,此时,所述终端设备可以向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。

在一种可选实现方式中,所述终端设备接收所述无线接入网设备通过专用信令发送的所述接入控制信息,包括:所述终端设备将之前通过广播消息所接收的接入控制信息更新为通过专用信令所接收的所述接入控制信息。
可选地,所述终端设备在连续两次通过专用信令接收接入控制信息时,可以利用新接收的接入控制信息对上一次接收的接入控制信息进行更新。
可选地,所述终端设备在连续两次通过广播消息接收接入控制信息时,可以利用新接收的接入控制信息对上一次接收的接入控制信息进行更新。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述专用信令为专用无线资源控制RRC信令。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种接入控制方法,包括:无线接入网设备向终端设备发送接入控制信息,所述接入控制信息包括按照预定顺序排列的多个检查项,所述多个检查项中每个检查项包括目标对象信息和结果处理信息,其中,所述多个检查项用于所述终端设备在需要发起接入或发起业务的情况下按照所述预定顺序对所述多个检查项进行检查,所述目标对象信息用于所述终端设备检查所述终端设备是否属于所述目标对象信息所指示的目标对象,所述结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果或将未通过检查作为所述最终结果,
若所述终端设备属于当前检查项所包括的目标对象信息所指示的目标对象,则所述当前检查项的检查结果以及所述当前检查项的结果处理信息用于所述终端确定将所述当前检查项的检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的下一个检查项进行检查。
因此,在本申请实施例中,所述无线接入网设备向所述终端设备发送所述接入控制信息,用于所述终端设备根据所述接入控制信息进行接入控制,所述多个检查项中每个检查项包括一个结果处理信息,使得所述终端设备在对多个检查项进行按序检查时,在特定情况下能够直接将通过检查作为最终结果,并向无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务,不需要再对下一个检查项进行判断,从而控制过程更加灵活,并节省检查时间,实现更加强大的接入控制功能。
另外,运营商能够根据其需求对多个检查项的顺序以及内容进行配置,从而实现灵活的对终端设备的进行接入控制;且所述多个检查项的结构相同,在需要增加新的检查项或目标属性时,可以按照相同的结构进行设置,从而具有较好的扩展性。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述无线接入网设备向终端设备发送接入控制信息,包括:所述无线接入网设备通过广播消息向所述终端设备发送所述接入控制信息;或所述无线接入网设备通过专用信令向所述终端设备发送所述接入控制信息。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述专用信令为专用无线资源控制RRC信令。
在一种可选实现方式中,所述每个检查项包括禁止时长,其中,若所述终端确定将所述当前检查项的检查结果作为所述最终结果且所述最终结果为未通过检查,则所述当前检查项的禁止时长用于指示所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务的时长。
可选地,所述每个检查项的禁止时长可以不相同或相同。

本申请实施例的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通讯(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)系统、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)系统、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)系统、通用分组无线业务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统、LTE频分双工(Frequency Division Duplex,FDD)系统、LTE时分双工(Time Division Duplex,TDD)、通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)、全球互联微波接入(Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access,WiMAX)通信系统、未来的第五代(5th Generation,5G)系统或新无线(New Radio,NR)等。
本申请实施例中的终端设备可以指用户设备、接入终端、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。终端设备还可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(Session Initiation Protocol,SIP)电话、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,WLL)站、个人数字处理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备,未来5G网络中的终端设备或者未来演进的公用陆地移动通信网络(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN)中的终端设备等,本申请实施例对此并不限定。
本申请结合无线接入网设备描述了各个实施例。无线接入网设备可以是用于与终端设备进行通信的设备,例如,可以是GSM系统或CDMA中的基站(Base Transceiver Station,BTS)与基站控制器(Base Station Controller,BSC)的结合,也可以是WCDMA系统中的基站(NodeB,NB)与无线网控制器(Radio Network Controller,RNC),还可以是LTE系统中的演进型基站(Evolutional Node B,eNB或eNodeB),或者该网络设备可以为中继站、接入点、车载设备、可穿戴设备以及未来5G网络中的接入网设备,比如下一代基站,或未来演进的PLMN网络中的接入网设备等。
图1示出了本申请实施例的一种应用场景100的示意性架构图。如图1所示,该通信系统可以包括无线接入网设备10和终端设备21至终端设备25,其中,无线接入网设备10用于为终端设备21至终端设备25提供通信服务,并接入核心网。在出现网络拥塞时,无线接入网设备10可以对终端设备21至终端设备中的至少一个终端设备进行接入控制,例如,禁止终端设备21和终端设备23发起接入,从而对减轻网络拥塞,保证大部分用户的体验。
图2是根据本申请实施例的接入控制方法的示意性流程图。该方法可以应用于图1所示的场景,当然,也可以应用于其他通信场景,本申请实施例并不对此进行特别限定。
在201中,无线接入网设备向终端设备发送接入控制信息,该接入控制信息包括按照预定顺序排列的多个检查项,该多个检查项中每个检查项包括目标对象信息和结果处理信息,其中,该多个检查项用于该终端设备在需要发起接入或发起业务的情况下按照该预定顺序对该多个检查项进行检查,该目标对象信息用于该终端设备检查该终端设备是否属于该目标对象信息所指示的目标对象,该结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果或将未通过检查作为该最终结果。
在本申请实施例中,该接入控制信息用于终端设备在需要发起接入或发起业务的情况下,能够按照该多个检查项的预设顺序,依次对多个检查项进行检查。该终端设备首先检
查该终端设备是否属于当前检查项所包括的目标对象信息所指示的目标对象,如果不属于所指示的目标对象,则对预设顺序中的下一个检查项进行检查;如果属于所指示的目标对象,该终端设备可以根据该检查项所指示的动作,获取当前检查项的检查结果,并根据检查结果以及当前检查项所包括的结果指示信息,确定是否将该检查结果作为最终结果;如果该检查结果可以作为最终结果时,在该最终结果为通过检查时,该终端设备可以向无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务,在该最终结果为未通过检查时,该终端设备禁止向无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务;如果该检查结果不能够作为最终结果,则该终端设备对下一个检查项进行检查。
可选地,该目标对象信息可以包括目标属性和/或适用状态。
在一种实现方式中,在该目标对象信息包括目标属性时,若终端设备的属性与该目标属性匹配,则该终端设备属于该目标属性所指示的目标对象。
可选地,该目标属性可以属于终端设备的接入等级、终端设备发起的业务类型、终端设备的类型和应用标识信息中的至少一种。
例如,若一个检查项所包括的目标属性为接入等级3~6,则接入等级为5的终端设备属于该目标属性所指示的目标对象。
再例如,若一个检查项所包括的目标属性为发起多媒体电话(MultiMedia Telephony,MMTel)语音业务,则发起MMTel语音业务的终端设备属于该目标属性所指示的目标对象。
再例如,若一个检查项所包括的目标属性为采用电路域回落(Circuit Switched Fallback,CSFB)方案提供语音业务的终端设备,则采用CSFB方案提供语音业务的终端设备属于该目标属性所指示的目标对象。
再例如,若一个检查项所包括的目标属性为标识为3的应用程序,则进行标识为3的应用程序的终端设备属于该目标属性所指示的目标对象。
再例如,若一个检查项所包括的目标属性为接入等级为6~9且发起MMTel视频业务,则接入等级为8且发起MMTel视频业务的终端设备属于该目标属性所指示的目标对象。
应理解,除上述所列举的信息之外,该目标属性还可以属于其它信息,比如,是否是漫游用户,是否是固定位置的终端设备等。本申请实施例对此不作限定。目标属性也可以支持将来的扩展,以满足将来的需求而不需要引入一种新的接入控制机制。
需要说明的是,多个检查项是有顺序的,对于每一个检查项,无线接入网设备可以根据需要设置每个检查项的目标属性,比如第一个检查项的目标属性是终端设备的类型,第二检查项的目标属性是应用标识信息,或者第一个检查项的目标属性是应用标识信息,第二个检查项的目标属性是终端设备的类型。这些都可以灵活进行配置,从而达到不同的接入控制效果,实现强大的接入控制功能。
在另一种实现方式中,在该目标对象信息包括适用状态时,若终端设备的当前状态与该适用状态匹配,则该终端设备属于该适用状态所指示的目标对象。
可选地,该适用状态包括连接态和/或空闲态。
例如,若一个检查项的适用状态为连接态,则处于连接态的终端设备属于该适用状态所指示的目标对象。
再例如,若一个检查项的适用状态为空闲态时,则处于空闲态的终端设备属于该适用
状态所指示的目标对象。
再例如,在一个检查项的适用状态为连接态和空闲态,则终端设备的当前状态是任何状态时,即不论是连接态还是空闲态,均属于该适用状态所指示的目标对象。
可选地,该适用状态可以使用比特位进行指示。
例如,可以利用“01”指示连接态,“00”指示空闲态,“11”指示任何状态。
应理解,在本申请实施例中,该适用状态除了可以包括连接态和/或空闲态之外,还可以包括其它状态,例如,该适用状态还可以是以后的标准或协议中所定义的状态,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
在另一种实现方式中,在该目标对象信息包括目标属性和适用状态时,若终端设备的属性与该目标属性匹配,且终端设备的当前状态与该适用状态匹配,则该终端设备属于该目标对象信息所指示的目标对象。
例如,若一个检查项的为接入等级为4~8,适用状态为连接态,则接入等级为5且处于连接态的终端设备属于该目标对象信息所指示的目标对象。
可选地,该每个检查项还可以包括禁止时长,该禁止时长用于指示禁止向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务的时长。其中,在终端设备确定当前检查项的检查结果可以作为最终结果,且最终结果为未通过检查时,该终端设备在当前检查项所包括的禁止时长的时长内,禁止向无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
可选地,该每个检查项的禁止时长可以不相同或相同。
可选地,在该每个检查项中不包括禁止时长时,该终端设备可以采用默认的禁止时长。
可选地,该每个检查项用于指示该终端设备用于获取第一检查结果时需要执行的动作。此时,该终端设备可以执行该需要执行的动作,并获得第一检查结果。
可选地,该每个检查项还可以包括概率信息,该概率信息用于指示终端设备能够通过该检查项的终端设备的比例,或用于指示终端设备不能够通过该检查项的终端设备的比例。其中,检查项用于指示该终端设备执行在第一数值范围中生成随机数的动作,以及根据该随机数以及该概率信息确定第一检查结果的动作。
此时,该终端设备在对当前检查项进行检查时,可以根据当前检查项的指示生成随机数的动作,在第一数值范围生成随机数,并根据该随机数与该第一概率信息,确定检查结果。
可选地,在该每个检查项中不包括概率信息时,该终端设备可以采用默认的概率信息。其中,该每个检查项用于指示该终端设备执行在第一数值范围中生成随机数的动作,以及根据该随机数以及该默认概率信息确定第一检查结果的动作。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,该接入控制信息可以是如图3所示的列表形式。该接入控制信息包括n个检查项,每个检查项均包括目标属性、适用状态和结果处理信息,还可以包括禁止时长和概率信息,还可以包括其它信息。
可选地,该接入控制信息可以通过数组的形式发送给终端设备。如图3所示,每个检查项为数组中的一个元素,该n个检查项能够组成1个包含n个元素的数组。
可选地,该接入控制信息中的顺序以及每个检查项中的各个信息的具体内容,可以是根据运营商的需求进行配置的。
例如,在需要接入等级为11~15的终端设备全部能够发起接入或者发起业务,则可以
将多个检查项中的第一个检查项的目标属性设置为接入等级11~15,且概率信息为100%,即检查结果是通过检查,并且将结果处理信息设置为用于指示通过检查作为最终结果,此时,通过检查作为最终结果,该接入等级为11~15的终端设备全部直接发起接入或者发起业务。
再例如,在网络负载较高的情况下,需要禁止终端发起占用流量较大的视频业务的禁止时长可以设置的较长,而需要禁止终端发起占用流量较小的短信业务的禁止时长可以设置的较短。
再例如,能够将具有高接入等级的终端设备能够通过检查的概率设置的为较大的概率值,比如对应于接入等级13~15的终端设备的检查项,其概率信息为95%,而将具有低接入等级的终端设备能够通过检查的概率设置的为较小的概率值,比如对应于接入等级3~7的终端设备的检查项,其概率信息为20%。
在本申请实施例中,多个检查项的排列顺序的不同,会对最终结果产生影响。
例如,两个检查项分别为检查项1和检查项2,其中,检查项1的目标属性为接入等级0~5,概率信息为100%,结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果,检查项2的目标属性为语音业务,概率为50%,结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为最终结果。此时,终端设备设备的接入等级为3且发起语音业务,在先对检查项1进行检查时,最终结果为通过检查,且不对检查项2进行检查,该终端设备可以向无线接入网设备发起业务;在先对检查项2进行检查时,检查结果为未通过,则最终结果为未通过且不对检查项1进行检查,该终端设备禁止向无线接入网设备发起业务。
应理解,在本申请实施例中,仅以图3所示的检查项内部的排列顺序进行说明,但本申请实施例不限于此,该检查项的内部排列顺序可以调整。
可选地,该无线接入网设备通过广播消息向该终端设备发送该接入控制信息。
可选地,该无线接入网设备通过专用信令向该终端设备发送该接入控制信息。

例如,该网络负载包括“高负载”、“普通负载”和“低负载”三种情况,在网络负载处于“高负载”的情况时,该无线接入网设备可以将该接入控制信息发送给终端设备,以便于对终端设备实现接入控制以及业务控制,尽可能的避免出现网络拥塞。

例如,该第一检查项中包括的第一概率信息为75%,用于指示有75%的概率可以不能通过检查,假设该终端设备在1~100的范围内生成一个随机数60,该随机数60在该75%所指示的不能够通过检查的范围1~75中,则该第一检查结果为未通过检查;假设该终端设备生成的随机数为88,该随机数88不在该75%所指示的不能够通过检查的范围1~75中,则该第一检查结果为通过检查。
可选地,该第一概率信息用于指示通过检查的概率还是不通过检查的概率,可以由第一结果处理信息决定。比如,如果第一结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果时,第一概率信息是通过检查的概率;如果第一结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为最终结果时,第一概率信息是不通过检查的概率。

例如,如表1所示,表1中的一行代表一个检查项,表1的每列依次表示目标对象信息、概率信息、禁止时长、适用状态和结果处理信息,其中,概率均表示通过检查的概率。接入等级为3且处于空闲态的终端设备对第一个检查向进行检查时,该终端设备属于接入等级为1~4的终端设备,且当前状态为空闲态,随机生成的数值为50,则检查结果为通过检查,由于该结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果,因此,最终结果为通过检查,此时终端设备可以向接入网发起接入。
可选地,如图5所示,在208中,在该第一结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为最终结果,且该第一检查结果为未通过检查项时,该终端设备确定将该第一检查结果作为该最终结果。此时,该终端设备禁止向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
例如,如表1所示,发起视频业务且接入等级为5的终端设备,不属于第一个检查项所要求的接入等级1~4的终端设备,则对第二个检查项进行检查;该终端设备属于发起视频业务的终端设备,且当前状态为连接态,随机生成的数值为70,则检查结果为未通过检查,由于该结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为最终结果,因此,最终结果为未通过检查,此时终端设备禁止向接入网发起业务。

例如,该终端设备对表1中第二个检查项进行检查时,确定最终结果为未通过检查,该终端设备设置定时器的时长为10分钟,并启动定时器;在10分钟之内,该终端设备禁止发起业务。

例如,如表1所示,接入等级为12的终端设备在对第三个检查项进行检查时,该终端设备属于接入等级11~14,随机生成的数值为91,则检查结果为未通过检查,由于该结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果,此时该终端设备对第四个检查项进行检查。
可选地,在该第一结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为最终结果,且该第一检查结果为通过检查时,该终端设备对该第二检查项进行检查。
例如,如表1所示,进行标识为3的应用的终端设备在对第四个检查项进行检查时,
该终端设备属于进行标识为3的应用的终端设备,随机生成的数值为15,则检查结果为通过检查,由于该结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为最终结果,此时该终端设备对第五个检查项进行检查。

在一种实现方式中,在该第一检查项可以是该多个检查项中最后一个检查项、该终端设备属于该第一检查项所包括的第一目标信息所指示的目标对象,且在该第一检查结果为通过检查的情况下,可以忽略该第一检查项中的第一结果处理信息,直接将通过检查作为最终结果,此时,该终端设备向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
例如,如表1所示,该终端设备在对最后一个检查项进行检查,在该终端设备属于采用CSFB提供语音服务的终端设备的情况下,随机生成的数值为65,则检查结果为通过检查,该终端设备忽略该结果处理信息,直接向该无线接入网设备发起业务。
在另一种实现方式中,在该第一检查项是该多个检查项中最后一个检查项、该终端设备属于该第一检查项所包括的第一目标信息所指示的目标对象,且该第一检查结果为未通过检查的情况下,可以忽略该第一检查项中的第一结果处理信息,直接将未通过检查作为最终结果,该终端设备禁止向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
例如,如表1所示,该终端设备在对最后一个检查项进行检查,在该终端设备属于采用CSFB提供语音服务的终端设备的情况下,随机生成的数值为88,则检查结果为未通过检查,此时该终端设备启动时长为9分钟的定时器,并在该9分钟内禁止向该无线接入网设备发起业务。
在另一种实现方式中,在该第一检查项是该多个检查项中最后一个检查项,且该终端设备不属于该第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象的情况下,该终端设备可以直接向无线接入网设备发起接入或者发起业务。
例如,如表1所示,该终端设备在对最后一个检查项进行检查,在该终端设备不属于采用CSFB提供语音服务的终端设备的情况下,则该终端设备可以直接向该无线接入网设备发起业务。
在另一种实现方式中,在该第一检查项是该多个检查项中最后一个检查项,且该终端设备不属于该第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象的情况下,该终端设备可以禁止向无线接入网设备发起接入或者发起业务。
例如,如表1所示,该终端设备在对最后一个检查项进行检查,在该终端设备不属于采用CSFB提供语音服务的终端设备的情况下,则该终端设备禁止向该无线接入网设备发起业务。

例如,如表1所示,该终端设备在对最后一个检查项进行检查,在该终端设备不属于采用CSFB提供语音服务的终端设备的情况下,第四个检查项获得的检查结果为通过检查,则该终端设备将通过检查作为最终结果,并向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
可选地,在该前一个检查项的检查结果为未通过检查时,该终端设备可以将未通过检查作为最终结果,此时,该终端设备禁止该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
例如,如表1所示,该终端设备在对最后一个检查项进行检查,在该终端设备不属于采用CSFB提供语音服务的终端设备的情况下,第四个检查项获得的检查结果为未通过检查,此时,该终端设备将未通过检查作为最终结果,并禁止向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
可选地,该终端设备不属于该作为最后一个检查项的第一检查项之前所有检查项所包括的目标对象信息所指示的目标对象的情况下,该终端设备可以将通过检查作为最终结果,此时,该终端设备可以向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。

例如,如表1所示,该终端设备不属于前四个检查项所包括的目标属性所指示的终端设备,在对最后一个检查项进行检查,在该终端设备不属于采用CSFB提供语音服务的终端设备的情况下,则将未通过检查作为最终结果,此时,该终端设备禁止向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
可选地,该终端设备可以先对该接入控制信息中的多个检查项按照预设顺序进行检查,得到最终结果,并保存该最终结果,在该终端设备需要向该无线接入网设备发起接入或者发起业务时,可以根据该最终结果确定是否向该无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,该终端设备可以接收无线接入网设备发送的第一接入控制信息和第二接入控制信息,其中,该第一接入控制信息针对于该终端设备的高层,该第二接入控制信息针对于该终端设备的接入层。
具体地,该终端设备的高层可以先对该第一接入控制信息中多个检查项进行检查,获得第一最终结果,在第一最终结果为未通过检查时,该终端设备可以直接禁止向接入网发起接入或发起业务;在第一最终结果为通过检查时,该终端设备可以确定是否在接入层对第二接入控制信息中多个检查项进行检查;在确定不需要对该第二接入控制信息中多个检查项进行检查时,该终端设备可以直接向接入网发起接入或发起业务;在确定需要对该第二接入控制信息中多个检查项进行检查时,该终端设备可以获得第二最终结果;在第二最终结果为通过检查时,该终端设备可以向接入网发起接入或发起业务;在该第二最终结果为未通过检查时,该终端设备可以禁止向接入网发起接入或发起业务。
可选地,该第一接入控制信息和该第二接入控制信息可以分开发送,也可以一起发送。
在本申请实施例中,该接入控制信息中的多个检查项的顺序,可以灵活配置,例如,先对语音业务进行检查,在对接入等级为3的终端设备进行检查,并且可以在检查结果为通过检查且结果处理信息为指示通过检查为最终结果时,直接向无线接入网设备发起接入
或发起业务,不需要再对下一个检查项进行判断。
因此,在本申请实施例中,该无线接入网设备向该终端设备发送该接入控制信息,用于该终端设备根据该接入控制信息进行接入控制,该多个检查项中每个检查项包括一个结果处理信息,使得该终端设备在对多个检查项进行按序检查时,在特定情况下能够直接将通过检查作为最终结果,并向无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务,不需要再对下一个检查项进行判断,从而控制过程更加灵活,并节省检查时间,实现更加强大的接入控制功能。
另外,运营商能够根据其需求对多个检查项的顺序以及内容进行配置,从而实现灵活的对终端设备的进行接入控制;且该多个检查项的结构相同,在需要增加新的检查项或目标属性时,可以按照相同的结构进行设置,从而具有较好的扩展性。
上文中结合图2至图5,详细描述了根据本申请实施例的接入控制方法,下面将结合图6至图11,详细描述根据本申请实施例的终端设备和无线接入网设备。

另外,运营商能够根据其需求对多个检查项的顺序以及内容进行配置,从而实现灵活的对终端设备的进行接入控制;且该多个检查项的结构相同,在需要增加新的检查项时,可以按照相同的结构进行设置,从而具有较好的扩展性。
可选地,该发送模块701用于通过广播消息向该终端设备发送该接入控制信息,或用于通过专用信令向该终端设备发送该接入控制信息。

该通信接口可以是串行通信接口和/或并行通信接口。其中,串行通信接口可以是推荐标准(Recommended Standard,RS)232接口,RS-422接口或RS-485接口。并行通信接口模式可以是标准并行接口(Standard Parallel Port,SPP)、增强并行接口(Enhanced Parallel Port,EPP)或扩展功能并行接口(Extended Capabilities Port,ECP)。
该总线系统除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。为便于表示,图中仅用一条粗线表示总线系统,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
本申请实施例提供了一种计算机可读介质,用于存储计算机程序,该计算机程序包括用于执行上述图2、图4以及图5中本申请实施例的接入控制方法。该可读介质可以是ROM或RAM,本申请实施例对此不做限制。

- 一种接入控制方法,其特征在于,包括:终端设备接收无线接入网设备发送的接入控制信息,所述接入控制信息包括按照预定顺序排列的多个检查项,所述多个检查项中每个检查项包括目标对象信息和结果处理信息,其中,所述结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果,或将未通过检查作为所述最终结果;在所述终端设备需要发起接入或发起业务的情况下,所述终端设备对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第一检查项进行检查;在所述终端设备属于所述第一检查项所包括的第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象时,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查项获取第一检查结果,所述第一检查结果为通过检查或未通过检查;在所述第一检查项不是所述多个检查项中最后一个检查项时,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查结果以及所述第一检查项的第一结果处理信息,确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第二检查项进行检查。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查结果以及所述第一检查项的第一结果处理信息,确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第二检查项进行检查,包括:在所述第一结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为所述最终结果,且所述第一检查结果为通过检查时,所述终端设备确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果;所述方法还包括:所述终端设备向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查结果以及所述第一检查项的第一结果处理信息,确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第二检查项进行检查,包括:在所述第一结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为所述最终结果,且所述第一检查结果为未通过检查时,所述终端设备确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果;所述方法还包括:所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述每个检查项包括禁止时长;其中,所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务,包括:所述终端设备启动定时器,所述定时器的时长为所述第一检查项所包括的第一禁止时长;在所述定时器超时之前,所述终端设备禁止发起接入或发起业务。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查结果以及所述第一检查项的第一结果处理信息,确定将所述第一检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的第二检查项进行检查,包括:在所述第一结果处理信息用于指示将通过所述检查作为所述最终结果,且所述第一检查结果为未通过检查时,所述终端设备对所述第二检查项进行检查;或在所述第一结果处理信息用于指示将未通过检查作为所述最终结果,且所述第一检查结果为通过检查时,所述终端设备对所述第二检查项进行检查。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述终端设备不属于所述第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象时,所述终端设备对所述第二检查项进行检查。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一检查项是所述多个检查项中最后一个检查项的情况下,所述方法还包括:在所述终端设备不属于所述第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象时,所述终端设备向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务;或在所述第一检查结果为通过检查时,所述终端设备向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务;或在所述第一检查结果为未通过检查时,所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述每个检查项包括概率信息;其中,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查项获取第一检查结果,包括:所述终端设备根据所述第一检查项所包括的第一概率信息以及在第一数值范围中随机生成的随机数,确定所述第一检查结果。
- 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标对象信息包括目标属性和/或适用状态;其中,所述在所述终端设备属于所述第一检查项所包括的第一目标对象信息所指示的目标对象时,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查项获取第一检查结果,包括:在所述终端设备的属性与所述第一检查项所包括的第一目标属性相匹配时,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查项获取第一检查结果;和/或在所述终端设备的当前状态与所述第一检查项所包括的第一适用状态相匹配时,所述终端设备根据所述第一检查项获取第一检查结果。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标属性属于终端设备的接入等级、终端设备发起的业务类型、终端设备的类型和应用标识信息中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述适用状态包括连接态和/或空闲态。
- 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备接收无线接入网设备发送的接入控制信息,包括:所述终端设备接收所述无线接入网设备通过广播消息发送的所述接入控制信息;或所述终端设备接收所述无线接入网设备通过专用信令发送的所述接入控制信息。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备接收所述无线接入网设备通过专用信令发送的所述接入控制信息,包括:所述终端设备将之前通过所述广播消息所接收的接入控制信息更新为通过所述专用 信令所接收的所述接入控制信息。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述专用信令为专用无线资源控制RRC信令。
- 一种接入控制方法,其特征在于,包括:无线接入网设备向终端设备发送接入控制信息,所述接入控制信息包括按照预定顺序排列的多个检查项,所述多个检查项中每个检查项包括目标对象信息和结果处理信息,其中,所述多个检查项用于所述终端设备在需要发起接入或发起业务的情况下按照所述预定顺序对所述多个检查项进行检查,所述目标对象信息用于所述终端设备检查所述终端设备是否属于所述目标对象信息所指示的目标对象,所述结果处理信息用于指示将通过检查作为最终结果或将未通过检查作为所述最终结果,若所述终端设备属于当前检查项所包括的目标对象信息所指示的目标对象,则所述当前检查项的检查结果以及所述当前检查项的结果处理信息用于所述终端确定将所述当前检查项的检查结果作为所述最终结果,或对从所述多个检查项中按照所述预定顺序获取的下一个检查项进行检查。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述无线接入网设备向终端设备发送接入控制信息,包括:所述无线接入网设备通过广播消息向所述终端设备发送所述接入控制信息;或所述无线接入网设备通过专用信令向所述终端设备发送所述接入控制信息。
- 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述专用信令为专用无线资源控制RRC信令。
- 根据权利要求15至17中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述每个检查项包括禁止时长,其中,若所述终端确定将所述当前检查项的检查结果作为所述最终结果且所述最终结果为未通过检查,则所述当前检查项的禁止时长用于指示所述终端设备禁止向所述无线接入网设备发起接入或发起业务的时长。
- 根据权利要求15至18中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述每个检查项包括概率信息,所述概率信息用于所述终端设备确定检查结果。
- 根据权利要求15至19中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标对象信息包括目标属性和/或适用状态,其中,若所述终端设备的属性与所述目标属性相匹配,和/或所述终端设备的当前状态与所述适用状态相匹配,则所述终端设备属于所述目标对象信息所指示的目标对象。
- 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标属性属于终端设备的接入等级、终端设备发起的业务类型、终端设备的类型和应用标识信息中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求20或21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述适用状态包括连接态和/或空闲态。
- 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器、接收器和发送器,所述处理器、所述存储器、所述接收器和所述发送器通过总线系统耦合;其中,所述存储器用于存储指令;所述接收器和所述发送器用于所述终端设备和无线接入网设备交互信息;所述处理器用于执行所述存储器存储的指令,使得所述终端设备执行权利要求1至 14中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种无线接入网设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器、接收器和发送器,所述处理器、所述存储器、所述接收器和所述发送器通过总线系统耦合;其中,所述存储器用于存储指令;所述接收器和所述发送器用于所述无线接入网设备和终端设备交互信息;所述处理器用于执行所述存储器存储的指令,使得所述无线接入网设备执行权利要求15至22中任一项所述的方法。
