Description

一种GSM射频电路及包括该电路的终端
本申请要求于2016年9月29日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610865265.7、发明名称为“一种GSM射频电路及包括该电路的终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及信号传输技术领域,尤其涉及一种GSM射频电路及包括该电路的终端。
背景技术
全球移动通信系统(英文:Global System for Mobile Communication,简称:GSM)网络目前是全球移动终端语音通话的主要制式。现有的GSM射频电路主要由中央处理器(英文:Central Processing Unit,简称:CPU)、收发器、功率放大器(英文:Power Amplifier,简称:PA)、双工器、滤波器、射频开关(包括主射频开关及其它射频开关)和耦合器组成。GSM射频电路在接收GSM射频信号时,GSM射频信号依次经过耦合器和主射频开关后进入双工器,之后进入收发器的接收端。收发器内部具有低噪声放大器(英文:Low Noise Amplifier,简称:LNA),能够对GSM射频信号进行信号放大。
在上述GSM射频信号的接收过程中,低噪声放大器对GSM射频信号进行信号放大前,GSM射频信号经过耦合器、主射频开关、双工器和其它射频开关,这些元件的插损值(例如双工器的插损值约为2.5db,开关的插损值约为0.5db),元件之间的失配,以及电路中走线的损耗,均会导致包含GSM射频电路的终端系统的噪声系数增大,进而导致终端系统的灵敏度降低,通信效果变差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种GSM射频电路及包括该电路的终端,能够减小GSM射频电路中元件的插损值对终端系统的噪声系数影响,提升终端系统的灵敏度。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,至少一个第一低噪声放大器,所述第一低噪声放大器与所述双工器一一对应相连;至少一个第一单刀双掷开关,所述第一单刀双掷开关与所述第一低噪声放大器一一对应,所述第一单刀双掷开关的公共端与所述主射频开关相连,所述第一单刀双掷开关的第一切换端的与对应的第一低噪声放大器相连,所述第一单刀双掷开关的第二切换端与对应的双工器相连。。
第二方面,本发明提供一种终端,所述终端包括如上所述的GSM射频电路。
本发明所提供的GSM射频电路及包括该电路的终端,通过在双工器和主射频开关之间增设低噪声放大器和单刀双掷开关,使GSM射频信号在通过双工器之前进行信号放大,这样GSM射频信号进行信号放大前所经过的元件并不包括双工器,从而减小了双工器的插损值对终端系统的噪声系数的影响,因此相比较于现有技术中在经过双工器之后才进行GSM射频信号的放大,本发明所提供的技术方案能够减小终端系统的噪声系数,从而提高终端系统的灵敏度。

实施例一
本实施例提供了一种GSM射频电路,如图1所示,该GSM射频电路包括:主射频开关2、至少一个双工器6、至少一个第一低噪声放大器4、至少一个第一单刀双掷开关3。它们之间的连接关系为:第一低噪声放大器4与双工器6一一对应相连;第一单刀双掷开关3与第一低噪声放大器4一一对应,第一单刀双掷开关3的公共端与主射频开关2相连,第一单刀双掷开关3的第一切换端的与对应的第一低噪声放大器4相连,第一单刀双掷开关3的第二切换端与对应的双工器6相连。
其中,主射频开关2用于控制GSM射频电路的通断。双工器6用于过滤GSM射频电路不需要的频段的信号。第一低噪声放大器4用于对GSM射频信号进行放大。第一单刀双掷开关3用于在接收GSM射频信号时,将对应的第一低噪声放大器4与主射频开关2接通,在发射GSM射频信号时,将对应的第一低噪声放大器4与主射频开关2断开。
在上述的GSM射频电路中,当GSM射频电路接收信号时,第一单刀双掷开关3的公共端与第一切换端连接,从而使主射频开关2、第一低噪声放大器4和双工器6形成通路,这样,在双工器6之前第一低噪声放大器4对接收到的GSM射频信号进行放大,从而减小了双工器6的插损值对GSM射频电路的噪声系数的影响。当GSM射频电路发射信号时,第一单刀双掷开关3的公共端与第二切换端相连,从而使主射频开关2与双工器6直接相连,不经过第一低噪声放大器4,使发射信号经过双工器6之后直接到达主射频开关2,保证了发射回路的正常工作。
此外,当上述电路用于接收和发射其他制式的信号,如WCDMA(英文全称:Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,中文名称:宽带码分多址)信号和LTE(英文全称:Long Term Evolution,中文名称:长期演进)信号时,信号经过双工器6,如果双工器6、第一低噪声放大器4和主射频开关2形成通路,信号功率过大会损坏第一低噪声放大器4,此时,需将第一单刀双掷开关3的公共端与第二切换端连接,从而使主射频开关2与双工器6直接相连,信号不经过第一低噪声放大器4,避免对第一低噪声放大器4造成损坏。
优选的,GSM射频电路包括:多个双工器、多个第一低噪声放大器、多个第一单刀双掷开关,从而保证了当接收到不同频段的GSM射频信号时,均有对应的双工器对GSM射频电路不需要的频段的信号进行过滤,且均有对应的第一低噪声放大器和第一单刀双掷开关放大GSM射频信号,扩大了GSM射频电路的使用范围。
在上述的GSM射频电路的基础上,GSM射频电路还包括收发器11。收发器11与各双工器相连,负责处理接收和发射的信号,保证GSM射频电路的正常运行。收发器11中包括第二低噪声放大器,假设第一低噪声放大器4对GSM射频信号的放大倍数为A,第二低噪声放大器对GSM射频信号的放大倍数为B,则A与B的乘积应为所需要的对GSM射频信号总的放大倍数。
进一步的,GSM射频电路还包括:耦合器1、第一滤波器8、三路射频开关10、CPU12、功率放大器7、第二滤波器9。它们之间的连接关系为:耦合器1连接于主射频开关2与GSM射频电路的接收端之间;第一滤波器8与主射频开关2相连;三路射频开关10具有第一端口、第二端口、第三端口和输出端,第一端口悬空,第二端口与第一滤波器8相连,第三端口与GSM射频电路所包括的全部双工器中的某一双工器相连,输出端与收发器相连;CPU12与收发器11相连;功率放大器7连接于收发器11与各双工器之间;第二滤波器9连接于收发器11和功率放大器7之间。
其中,耦合器1用于检测发射信号的强度,并将发射信号的强度反馈给收发器11。第一滤波器8和第二滤波器9的作用均为过滤GSM射频电路不需要的频段的信号。CPU12用于在接收收发器11处理过的信号之后,对信号进行进一步处理,并将处理过的信号发送给收发器11。功率放大器7负责放大GSM射频信号。
上述各元件共同组成GSM电路,在上述各元件的共同作用下,GSM射频信号完成从接收到处理后发射的全过程,保证了GSM射频电路的正常运行。
基于上述的GSM射频电路,GSM射频电路还包括:衰减器14和第三单刀双掷开关13。它们之间的连接关系为:衰减器14与耦合器1相连;第三单刀双掷开关13的公共端与收发器11相连,第三单刀双掷开关13的第一切换端与衰减器14相连,第三单刀双掷开关13的第二切换端悬空。
其中,衰减器14用于降低耦合器1反馈的发射信号的强度。第三单刀双掷开关13用于在发射GSM射频信号时,断开反馈发射信号强度的通路。
需要说明的是,当发射的信号为GSM射频信号时,无需向收发器11反馈发射信号的强度,因此第三单刀双掷开关13的公共端与第二切换端相连,使反馈发射信号强度的电路断开。当发射的信号为其他制式的信号,如发射WCDMA信号或LTE信号时,第三单刀双掷开关13的公共端与第一切换端相连,从而使衰减器14与收发器11形成反馈通路,使收发器11得到发射信号的强度,以便及时调整发射信号的强度。
在如图1所示的GSM射频电路的基础上,该GSM射频电路还包括:至少一个第二单刀双掷开关5,第二单刀双掷开关5与第一低噪声放大器4一一对应,第二单刀双掷开关5的公共端与对应的双工器6相连,第二单刀双掷开关5的切换端的一侧与对应的第一低噪声放大器4相连,第二单刀双掷开关5的切换端的另一侧与主射频开关2相连。第二单刀双掷开关5与对应的第一单刀双掷开关3共同作用,在接收信号时,第一单刀双掷开关3的公共端与第一切换端相连,同时第二单刀双掷开关5的公共端与第一切换端相连,从而使主射频开关2、第一低噪声放大器4和双工器6形成通路;在发射信号时,第一单刀双掷开关3的公共端与第二切换端相连,同时第二单刀双掷开关5的公共端与第二切换端相连,从而使主射频开关2和双工器6直接相连,不经过第一低噪声放大器4,以完全避免第一低噪声放大器4对GSM射频信号产生影响。此外,当主射频开关2和双工器6直接相连时,上述电路还能够用于接收和发射WCDMA信号和LTE信号。
在本实施例所提供的GSM射频电路中,在每个双工器和主射频开关2之间增设一个低噪声放大器和一个单刀双掷开关,或者在每个双工器和主射频开关2之间增设一个低噪声放大器和两个单刀双掷开关,使GSM射频信号在通过双工器之前进行信号放大,这样GSM射频信号进行信号放大前所经过的元件并不包括双工器,减小了双工器的插损值对GSM射频电路的噪声系数的影响,相比较于现有技术中在经过双工器之后才进行GSM射频信号的放大,本发明所提供的技术方案能够减小GSM射频电路的噪声系数,从而提高的GSM射频电路灵敏度。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种终端,该终端包括上述的GSM射频电路。
相比于现有技术中的GSM射频电路,实施例一所提供的GSM射频电路降低了噪声系数,因此,包括该GSM射频电路的终端的灵敏度提高,通信效果变好。
本实施例所提供的终端包括但不限于手机、pad、电脑等,所有包括GSM射频电路的终端都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种GSM射频电路,包括主射频开关及至少一个双工器,其特征在于,所述GSM射频电路还包括:
    至少一个第一低噪声放大器,所述第一低噪声放大器与所述双工器一一对应相连;
    至少一个第一单刀双掷开关,所述第一单刀双掷开关与所述第一低噪声放大器一一对应,所述第一单刀双掷开关的公共端与所述主射频开关相连,所述第一单刀双掷开关的第一切换端的与对应的第一低噪声放大器相连,所述第一单刀双掷开关的第二切换端与对应的双工器相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的GSM射频电路,其特征在于,所述双工器、所述第一低噪声放大器和所述第一单刀双掷开关的数量均为多个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的GSM射频电路,其特征在于,所述GSM射频电路还包括至少一个第二单刀双掷开关,相对应的第一低噪声放大器与双工器之间均通过一个所述第二单刀双掷开关相连,所述第二单刀双掷开关的公共端与对应的双工器相连,所述第二单刀双掷开关的第一切换端与对应的第一低噪声放大器相连,所述第二单刀双掷开关的第二切换端与所述第一单刀双掷开关的第二切换端相连。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的GSM射频电路,其特征在于,所述GSM射频电路还包括收发器,各所述双工器均与所述收发器相连;
    所述收发器中包括第二低噪声放大器,所述第一低噪声放大器对GSM射频信号的放大倍数为A,所述第二低噪声放大器对所述GSM射频信号的放大倍数为B,A与B的乘积为所需要的对所述GSM射频信号总的放大倍数。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的GSM射频电路,其特征在于,所述GSM射频电路还包括:
    耦合器,所述耦合器连接于所述主射频开关与所述GSM射频电路的接收端之间;
    与所述主射频开关相连的第一滤波器;
    三路射频开关,所述三路射频开关具有第一端口、第二端口、第三端口和输出端,所述第一端口悬空,所述第二端口与所述第一滤波器相连,所述第三端口与所述GSM射频电路所包括的全部双工器中的某一双工器相连,所述输出端与所述收发器相连;
    与所述收发器相连的CPU;
    连接于所述收发器与各所述双工器之间的功率放大器;
    连接于所述收发器和所述功率放大器之间的第二滤波器,所述第二滤波器为低通滤波器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的GSM射频电路,其特征在于,所述GSM射频电路还包括:
    与所述耦合器相连的衰减器;
    第三单刀双掷开关,所述第三单刀双掷开关的公共端与所述收发器相连,所述第三单刀双掷开关的第一切换端与所述衰减器相连,所述第三单刀双掷开关的第二切换端悬空。
  7. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括如权利要求1~6任一项所述的GSM射频电路。
