Description
本实用新型涉及一种臂式园林洒水车,属于园林养护领域。
园林洒水车采用国内外优质二类汽车底盘改装而成,适用于各种路面的洒水、喷雾、降温、除尘埃脏物,园林洒水车亦可用于路面养护、园林绿化及应急消防、运输饮用水等。
当洒水车利用河沟、池塘作为水源时,注意吸水管端部全部没入水中。为避免吸入石块或较多的泥沙、漂杂物,吸水管端部一般设有过滤装置,吸水时严禁将过滤装置拆下。如果水源较浅,需要事先将吸水处挖深一些,以保证不含有杂物及不进空气。不同洒水车的水泵对水源的要求是有区别的,清水泵要求水中不能有杂质,浊水泵则要求水中不能有石块和过多的泥沙,离心式水泵每次吸水前,必须向水泵内加入一定量的引水,加完后必须关闭加水口。自吸式水泵第一次使用时,需要加引水,以后则不必再加引水,.吸水时进水管系统必须保持一定的真空度,才能将水吸入箱内。进水管系统务必要密封可靠,软管不能破损,硬管不能有裂纹,否则将产生漏气现象,也就造成吸不上水的情况,洒水车无论是在吸水前,还是在洒水前,取力装置挂档都必须在停车时进行,冬季来临前,应将水泵和水管内的水放空,以防冻裂。中国北方一般严冬不再施工,故在施工结束后,就立即将水泵及水管内的水排空,以防后患,洒
水车前喷头位置较低,靠近地面,喷洒压力较大,可用于冲洗路面;后喷头位置较高(洒水车后喷头一般左右各安装一个),洒水面较宽,可用于公路施工洒水,使用后喷头时,应将前喷管关闭;使用可调喷头洒水时,洒水宽度可根据需要调整。洒水宽度越宽,中间重叠量越少,洒水密度越均匀。
目前现有的园林洒水车虽然能够满足其使用需求,但是需要人工控制水管的方向,且距离植物的根部比较远,容易过多的浪费水资源。

本实用新型针对目前现有的园林洒水车虽然能够满足其使用需求,但是需要人工控制水管的方向,且距离植物的根部比较远,容易过多的浪费水资源的问题,设计了一种臂式园林洒水车。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
该一种臂式园林洒水车,其结构包括:扶手、连杆、车板、左轮、右轮、一级铰链、气泵、二级铰链、三级铰链、立柱、力臂、喷头、储水箱、发电机;扶手通过连杆固定在车板的右端的边缘位置,所述气泵一端通过一级铰链固定在车板的左侧,所述气泵的另一端通过二级铰链固定在立柱回转面的一侧,所述立柱通过三级铰链固定在车板的中段,所述力臂的一端通过旋转扭固定在立柱的顶端,所述力臂的另一端设有喷头,所述储水箱为密封式结构设计,所述发电机设在储水箱的上端面。
所述左轮和右轮分别设在车板底部的左右两侧,所述左轮和右轮的形状和大小相同。
所述储水箱上端面的左侧边缘位置设有进水口,所述储水箱的右端的收口处设有容纳出水管的圆形孔。
所述立柱和力臂为柱形空心体,所述立柱的下端设有容纳出水管的圆形孔。
所述喷头上分布有多个出水孔。
本实用新型有如下优点:
1.本实用新型新颖独特,借助可伸缩力臂式喷雾器的设计结构,很好的满足了其使用需求,解决了现有的园林洒水车需要人工控制水管的方向,且距离植物的根部比较远,容易过多的浪费水资源的问题,合理分配劳动力,有效节约水资源,提高了工作效率。
2.本实用新型结构简单,制作方便,易操作,工艺性好,制作成本低,应用性广。

本实施例所描述的一种臂式园林洒水车,使用时通过气泵7将立柱10垂直于车板3,通过立柱10顶部的旋转扭调整立柱10和力臂11之间的夹角,使得喷头12尽可能的贴近底面并且接近植物的根部,然后启动发电机14,使得水流经立柱10和力臂11后,从喷头12流出即可,本实用新型新颖独特,借助可伸缩力臂式喷雾器的设计结构,很好的满足了其使用需求,解决了现有的园林洒水车需要人工控制水管的方向,且距离植物的根部比较远,容易过多的浪费水
资源的问题,合理分配劳动力,有效节约水资源,提高了工作效率,本实用新型结构简单,制作方便,易操作,工艺性好,制作成本低,应用性广。
