一种防雨通风窗,框架为长方形,框架两侧安装高强度有机玻璃,两块有机玻璃均开出一组等距的竖式长方形通风口,窗体前后左右共四组,作为固定格栅(1);两块有机玻璃内侧的固定格栅(1)空格部分,配置四组活动格栅,活动格栅刚好封堵住固定格栅(1)的空格部分以确保密封;活动格栅按前左后右和前右后左配对各组成一组,通过左右不同螺纹旋向的丝杆串接联动;通过所述丝杆实现该组两块活动格栅联动,通过蜗轮蜗杆手动机构转动,该组两块活动格栅相向移动,固定格栅(1)缺口打开,反之该组两块活动格栅反向移动则封闭固定格栅(1)缺口。
Description
本发明涉及防雨通风窗。
现有的窗户要么通风但不防雨,要么需要较大的外开空间,适用性受到某些方面的限制。
本发明的目的可以这样实现,设计一种防雨通风窗的结构,一种防雨通风窗,防雨通风窗框架为长方形,框架两侧安装高强度有机玻璃,两块有机玻璃均开出一组等距的竖式长方形通风口,窗体前后左右共四组,作为固定格栅;两块有机玻璃内侧的固定格栅空格部分,配置四组活动格栅,活动格栅刚好封堵住固定格栅的空格部分以确保密封;活动格栅按前左后右和前右后左配对各组成一组,通过左右不同螺纹旋向的丝杆串接联动;通过所述丝杆实现该组两块活动格栅联动,通过蜗轮蜗杆手动机构转动,该组两块活动格栅相向移动,固定格栅缺口打开,反之该组两块活动格栅反向移动则封闭固定格栅缺口。包括以下步骤:

)防雨通风窗框架通常为长方形,框架两侧各安装一块高强度有机玻璃,中空结构,每块有璃均以中间为界,左右两边各开出一组等距的竖式长方形通风口,窗体前后左右共四组,作为固定格栅;

)固定格栅的空格部分,密切配置四组活动格栅,常态下,活动格栅刚好封堵住固定格栅的空格部位以确保密封;

)活动格栅按前左后右和前右后左配对各组成一组,由左右不同螺纹旋向的丝杆串接,实现该组两块活动格栅联动,通过蜗轮蜗杆手动机构转动,该组两块活动格栅相向移动,固定格栅缺口打开,可以实现窗户的通风效果,同时具有防雨功能,反之该组两块活动格栅反向移动则封闭固定格栅缺口,窗户恢复密封状态;

)两组配对的活动格栅通过简单的手动操作,就能够实现单组打开通风防雨、两组全开直接通风透光,以及复位至密封状态;当两组活动格栅模块同时打开时,可以实现窗户直接通风透气效果,但不具备防雨功能;
( 5 )窗户为两面有机玻璃的中空构造,有较好的隔音效果;
( 6 )联动的两组配对的活动格栅的位移包括平移和转动;
( 7 )格栅可以竖直设置,也可以横向或者斜向设置,格栅可以对称设置也可以非对称设置;

)防雨通风窗一般安装在窗户的下方,也可以安装在推拉式窗户或者开合式窗户上,通常为方形,也可以圆形或者其它形状;
本具体实施例,仅对于本发明的讲解,并非对本发明的限定,任何不具有原创性的改动都包括在本发明的保护范围。
本发明的防雨通风窗,采用高强度的塑玻复合材料,在前后两侧固定格栅的内侧,以中间为界,按前后左右分别设置一件活动格栅,活动格栅对角配组联动,通过简单的手动操作,当打开一组活动格栅时,可以实现窗户的通风效果,同时具有防雨功能;当两组活动格栅同时打开时,可以实现窗户直接通风透气效果,但不具备防雨功能。反向操作则可以复位,直至恢复封闭功能。活动格栅组件可以通过蜗杆与蜗轮、螺杆与滑块,通过手工转动实现位移。对角联动的活动格栅的位移包括后退移位、平移和转动。

以下结合实施例对本发明具体实施方式作进一步的描述:

、按照发明内容所述步骤,设计制作防雨通风窗:窗体通常为长方形,尺寸可依据安装位置而定,一般安装在窗户的下方,尺寸根据窗户的具体分隔而定,通常高与宽比例为
0.618 ,如宽 600 ×高 370mm ,窗的厚度约为 40mm ;

、窗体设计成中空结构,可以获得较好的隔音效果;两组配对联动的活动格栅可以单独操作,单组打开通风且防雨,居家大多数日子可以设置为常开,两组全开直接通风透光但不具备防雨功能,以及复位至密封状态;众所周知,通风可以保障室内居住人员健康舒适,而在寒冷的冬天则可以恢复到微开或者闭合状态以确保室内暖和,纯手工操作非常切合时下低碳生活和节能环保;
3 、防雨通风窗安装外开式窗户上时,格栅应改为横置,如本附图- 4 按顺时针方向旋转 90
度,当配对的 3/4
活动格栅打开时,窗外空气流动路径为:窗户下外通风口→窗户夹层中间→窗户上内通风口,吹进了空气,雨水则被滞留在窗户下端并经导流孔外泄,实现通风、防雨功能,大开合的活动窗门有利于户外清洁;

、本发明所采用的材料主要是五金件和有机玻璃,可在市场上购买到或通过机加工获得,批量生产时固定格栅和活动格栅可以采用注塑成型或者冲压成型,通过电商和物流网络,可以实现大批量生产与小批量订单式服务等多种模式供应。
Claims (6)
- 一种防雨通风窗,其特征在于:防雨通风窗框架通常为长方形,框架两侧安装高强度有机玻璃,两块有机玻璃均开出一组等距的竖式长方形通风口,窗体前后左右共四组,作为固定格栅;两块有机玻璃内侧的固定格栅空格部分,密切配置四组活动格栅,活动格栅刚好封堵住固定格栅的空格部分以确保密封;活动格栅按前左后右和前右后左配对各组成一组,通过左右不同螺纹旋向的丝杆串接联动。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防雨通风窗,包括以下步骤:(1)通过所述丝杆实现该组两块活动格栅联动,通过蜗轮蜗杆手动机构转动,该组两块活动格栅相向移动,固定格栅缺口打开,可以实现窗户的通风效果,同时具有防雨功能,反之该组两块活动格栅反向移动则封闭固定格栅缺口,窗户恢复密封状态;(2)两组配对的活动格栅通过简单的手动操作,就能够实现单组打开通风防雨、两组全开直接通风透光,以及复位至密封状态;当两组活动格栅模块同时打开时,可以实现窗户直接通风透气效果,但不具备防雨功能。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防雨通风窗,其特征在于:窗户为双面有机玻璃的中空构造,有较好的隔音效果。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防雨通风窗,其特征在于:联动的两组配对的活动格栅的位移包括平移和转动。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防雨通风窗,其特征在于:格栅可以竖直设置,也可以横向或者斜向设置,两侧格栅可以对称设置也可以非对称设置。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防雨通风窗,其特征在于:防雨通风窗一般安装在窗户的下方,也可以安装在推拉式窗户或者开合式窗户上,通常为方形,也可以圆形或者其它形状。
