一种智能种植装置的底座结构,底座结构包含水箱(011)和外壳(0104),水箱(011)包含水位检测器,在种植过程中可能更换种植设备的摆放环境,通过外壳(0104)更换结构可以解决不同环境与设备的色调搭配问题;水箱(011)设置在底座,解决了种植设备储水问题,同时水箱(011)设置有水位检测器,水位检测器连接种植设备的智能模块,可以向用户反馈水箱(011)水位以便及时供水。

技术领域
本实用新型属于智能种植装置领域的底座更换结构。
背景技术
随着时代的发展,人们对生活环境越来越关注,相应的家庭种植设备也慢慢进入市场,然而大部分种植设备的外形颜色在购买时已经预先设定,不具有灵活性,且家庭种植设备可能经常更换摆放位置,而摆放位置与设备的色调是搭配也是一个问题,如何去设计种植设备的底座结构,以满足上述问题和辅助提高种植设备的整体性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种智能种植装置的底座结构,为解决上述问题及辅助提高种植设备的整体性能。
本实用新型的技术方案为:提供一种智能种植装置的底座结构,包含底座、外壳,所述底座上相对底部的上沿设置有卡扣,所述外壳相对所述底座上沿部分设置有卡槽,所述底座与外壳进行卡接。
进一步,所述底座包含水箱。
进一步,所述底座的壳体和水箱之间设置有加强筋。
进一步,所述外壳为“回”字型上下开口结构。
进一步,所述卡扣、卡槽对应在底座、外壳的每条边上至少各一个。
进一步,所述底座还包含散热孔,所述散热孔设置于底座底部,所述散热孔,所述散热孔为阵列式分布。
进一步,所述底座还留有空间容置智能种植装置的电源部件,所述底座还包含供电源部件充电的开口。
进一步,所述水箱包含水箱盖、水箱体,所述水箱体上设置有出水口,所述水箱盖上设置有进水口。
进一步,所述水箱的出水口上设置有盖体。
进一步,所述水箱盖上的进水口沿水箱体反方向凸出。
进一步,所述水箱上设置安装导向部件,所述安装导向部件包含水箱盖上的导向柱,所述导向柱为空心圆柱体。
进一步,所述水箱还包含水位检测器,所述水位检测器设置于水箱盖上,所述水位检测器与智能种植设备的智能模块连接。
进一步,所述水位检测器包含浮子、干簧管、限位件、壳体。
进一步,所述水位检测器壳体入口处设置有固定件固定干簧管。
本实用新型技术方案为智能种植装置的底座结构,包含水箱、外壳更换结构,在种植过程中可能更换种植设备的摆放环境,通过外壳更换结构可以解决不同环境与设备的色调搭配问题;所述水箱设置在底座,解决了种植设备储水问题,同时所述水箱设置有水位检测器,所述水位检测器连接种植设备的智能模块,可以向用户反馈水箱水位以便及时供水。

本实用新型技术方案提供的较佳实施例:智能种植装置的底座结构,如图2所示,所述智能种植装置的底座结构,包含底座、外壳0104,所述底座结构还包含卡接件,所述卡接件包含底座壳体0119相对底部的上沿的卡扣01042和外壳0104相对所述底座上沿部分的卡槽01041,所述底座与外壳0104进行卡接,所述智能种植装置的底座结构设置有8个所述卡接件,如图2、图3所示,所述智能种植装置的底座结构为正四边圆角型,所述卡接件中有4个各自设置于底座结构相对底部的上沿四条边的中部,所述卡接件中另外4个各自设置在底座结构相对底部的上沿圆角部位。
如图2所示,本实施例中所述底座包含水箱011,所述水箱011包含水箱盖0116、水箱体0117,所述水箱盖0116、水箱体0117通过卡接方式组合和螺接方式加固。所述水箱 体0117上设置有出水口0112,所述水箱盖0116上设置有进水口0113,所述出水口设置有盖体0111,所述出水口用于水箱011排水和清理。所述水箱011包含螺接部件,所述螺接部件包含水箱体0117底部的螺母柱01151和水箱盖0116上的螺母口01152;螺丝可以通过螺母柱01151和螺母口01152连接进行加固和连接智能种植装置相对底部的上部结构,所述水箱011上设置有4个所述的螺接部件,所述螺接部件分布在相对底座中心的4个角且在水箱011内。所述水箱还包含安装导向部件,所述导向部件包含水箱盖0116上的导向柱01153和水箱体0117匹配孔01154,所述导向柱01153为中部空心圆柱体用于智能种植装置相对底座的上部结构导向柱插入,所述水箱011上设置有4个所述的安装导向部件,所述安装导向部件分布在相对底座中心的4个角且在水箱011内。如图3所示,所述水箱011为“凹”字型,如图1所示,所述水箱未覆盖部位为凹槽部位0118。如图3所示,所述水箱盖0116上设置有供水口01173,所述水箱011通过供水口01173对智能种植装置需水结构供水。
本实施例中所述水箱011还包含水位检测器,所述水位检测器设置于水箱盖0116上,所述水位检测器与智能种植设备的智能模块连接;所述水位检测器包含浮子01142、干簧管01141、限位件01143、壳体01144,所述干簧管01141设置于壳体01144内,所述浮子01142为环型套设于壳体01144外,所述限位件01143设置于壳体01144在水箱内部的末端,所述限位件01143用于限制浮子01142与壳体01144脱离,所述壳体01144为中空的圆柱体,所述壳体01144和限位件01143组合后可以抵住水箱011底部,所述限位件01143直径大于浮子01142内圆直径,所述干簧管01142为“T”字型,所述干簧管01141的一端与智能种植装置的智能模块连接。所述壳体01144的进口出设置有2个固定部件01146,所述固定部件01146卡住干簧管的上部进行固定。
如图1、图3所示,本实施例中所述底座还包含散热孔01171,所述散热孔01171设于底座凹槽部位0118且相对底座的偏中心部位。所述散热孔01171为长方形通孔,所述散热孔为三排阵列式均匀分布。
如图2所示,所述底座壳体0119与水箱011之间环形分布有加强筋01191。
如图3所示,所述底座凹槽部位0118上设置有4个固定螺口01172,用于固定智能种植装置的电源部件,靠近所述固定螺口01172的底座壳体0119的侧壁上设置有开口01174,所述开口01174用于设置电源部件充电端口。如图2所示,所述外壳0104上设置有与开口01174匹配的开口01211。
如图2所示,所述外壳0104为“回”字型上下开口结构,所述下开口小于上开口,所述上开口至下开口之间侧壁,所述侧壁为“L”型,所述侧壁转角为弧形。
如本实施例阐述的智能种植装置的底座结构,可以通过底座和外壳0104的卡接件进行拆卸和更换不同色彩外壳0104,满足更换种植设备环境后设备与环境色调搭配问题。所述底座结构中的水箱011用于储水以供应设备水需求,所述水箱011上设置有水位检测器,所述水位检测器与智能种植装置的智能模块连接,可以向用户反馈水箱011的储水量,当水量不足时,用户通过水箱011的进水口0113加水,当用户需要适当清洗水箱时,可以把废水从出水口0112排出。所述底座的中设置了凹槽部位0118容纳电源部件,同时设置了充电端口,以便为设备充电,同时凹槽部位0118设置了散热空01171散热。

  1. 智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,包含底座、外壳,所述底座上相对底部的上沿设置有卡扣,所述外壳相对所述底座上沿部分设置有卡槽,所述底座与外壳进行卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述底座包含水箱。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述外壳为“回”字型上下开口结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述卡扣、卡槽对应在底座、外壳的每条边上至少各一个。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述底座还包含散热孔,所述散热孔设置于底座底部,所述散热孔为阵列式分布。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述水箱包含水箱盖、水箱体,所述水箱体上设置有出水口,所述水箱盖上设置有进水口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述水箱的出水口上设置有盖体。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述水箱还包含水位检测器,所述水位检测器设置于水箱盖上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述水位检测器包含浮子、干簧管、限位件、壳体。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的智能种植装置的底座结构,其特征在于,所述水箱盖上的进水口沿水箱体反方向凸出。
