電子機器、制御方法、及び制御プログラム 関連出願の相互参照
 本出願は、日本国出願2016-163783号(2016年8月24日出願)の優先権を主張するものであり、当該出願の開示全体を、ここに参照のために取り込む。
 本開示は、電子機器に関する。
 従来、車両に搭載される通信機器、車両の乗員が所持する通信機器、路側機などの他機と通信可能な電子機器がある。
 1つの態様に係る電子機器は、他車両あるいは路側機と通信する第1通信部と、自車両と通信する第2通信部と、制御部とを有する。制御部は、第2通信部を介した通信に基づいて、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、第1通信部を介した通信により、他車両あるいは路側機に自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信する。
 1つの態様に係る制御方法は、他車両あるいは路側機と通信する第1通信部と、自車両と通信する第2通信部とを有する電子機器に実行させる制御方法である。当該制御方法は、第2通信部を介した通信に基づいて、自車両の動力機関がアクティブであるかを判定するステップと、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、第1通信部を介した通信により、他車両あるいは路側機に自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信するステップとを含む。
 1つの態様に係る制御プログラムは、他車両あるいは路側機と通信する第1通信部と、自車両と通信する第2通信部とを有する電子機器に、第2通信部を介した通信に基づいて、自車両の動力機関がアクティブであるかを判定するステップと、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、第1通信部を介した通信により、他車両あるいは路側機に自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信するステップとを実行させる。

 本開示に係る電子機器、制御方法、及び制御プログラムを実施するための複数の実施形態を、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
 以下では、本開示に係る電子機器の一例として、スマートフォンを取り上げて説明する。電子機器は、スマートフォン以外の機器であってもよい。電子機器は、例えば、モバイルフォン、タブレット、携帯型パソコン、デジタルカメラ、メディアプレイヤ、電子書籍リーダ、ナビゲータ、歩数計、活動量計、ウエアラブルデバイス、ヘッドマウントディスプレイ、補聴器、イヤホン、又はゲーム機等であってよい。ウエアラブルデバイスは、時計型、メガネ型、靴型、髪留め型、鍵型、ネックレス型、首輪型、指輪型、腕輪型及び鞄型などを含む。
 図1は、スマートフォン1の機能構成の一例を示すブロック図である。以下の説明において、同様の構成要素について同一の符号を付すことがある。以下の説明において、重複する説明は省略することがある。以下の説明において、スマートフォン1を「自機」と表記する場合がある。以下の説明において、スマートフォン1を所持しているユーザが乗車している車両を「自車両」と表記する場合がある。
 図1に示すように、スマートフォン1は、タッチスクリーンディスプレイ2と、ボタン3と、照度センサ4と、近接センサ5と、通信ユニット6と、レシーバ7と、マイク8と、ストレージ9と、コントローラ10と、スピーカ11と、カメラ12と、カメラ13と、コネクタ14と、加速度センサ15と、方位センサ16と、ジャイロセンサ17と、磁気センサ18と、気圧センサ19とを含む。
 タッチスクリーンディスプレイ2は、ディスプレイ2Aと、タッチスクリーン2Bとを有する。ディスプレイ2A及びタッチスクリーン2Bは、例えば、重なって位置してよいし、並んで位置してよいし、離れて位置してよい。ディスプレイ2Aとタッチスクリーン2Bとが重なって位置する場合、例えば、ディスプレイ2Aの1ないし複数の辺は、タッチスクリーン2Bのいずれの辺とも沿っていなくてもよい。
 ディスプレイ2Aは、液晶ディスプレイ(LCD:Liquid Crystal Display)、有機ELディスプレイ(OELD:Organic Electro-Luminescence Display)、又は無機ELディスプレイ(IELD:Inorganic Electro-Luminescence Display)等の表示デバイスを含む。ディスプレイ2Aは、文字、画像、記号、及び図形等のオブジェクトを画面内に表示することが可能である。ディスプレイ2Aが表示するオブジェクトを含む画面は、ロック画面と呼ばれる画面、ホーム画面と呼ばれる画面、アプリケーションの実行中に表示されるアプリケーション画面を含む。ホーム画面は、デスクトップ、待受画面、アイドル画面、標準画面、アプリ一覧画面又はランチャー画面と呼ばれることもある。
 タッチスクリーン2Bは、タッチスクリーン2Bに対する指、ペン、又はスタイラスペン等の接触又は近接を検出することが可能である。タッチスクリーン2Bは、複数の指、複数のペン、又は複数のスタイラスペン等が、タッチスクリーン2Bに接触又は近接したときのタッチスクリーン2B上の位置を検出することができる。以下の説明において、タッチスクリーン2Bが検出する複数の指、複数のペン、及び複数のスタイラスペン等がタッチスクリーン2Bに接触又は近接した位置を「検出位置」と表記する。タッチスクリーン2Bは、タッチスクリーン2Bに対する指の接触又は近接を、検出位置とともにコントローラ10に通知する。タッチスクリーン2Bは、検出位置の通知をもって接触又は近接の検出をコントローラ10に通知してよい。タッチスクリーン2Bが行える動作を、タッチスクリーン2Bを有するタッチスクリーンディスプレイ2は実行できる。言い換えると、タッチスクリーン2Bが行う動作は、タッチスクリーンディスプレイ2が行うと言える。
 コントローラ10は、タッチスクリーン2Bにより検出された接触又は近接、検出位置、検出位置の変化、接触又は近接が継続した時間、接触又は近接が検出された間隔、及び接触が検出された回数の少なくとも1つに基づいて、ジェスチャの種別を判別することが可能である。コントローラ10が行える動作を、コントローラ10を有するスマートフォン1は実行できる。言い換えると、コントローラ10が行う動作は、スマートフォン1が行うと言える。ジェスチャは、指を用いて、タッチスクリーン2Bに対して行われる操作である。タッチスクリーン2Bに対して行われる操作は、タッチスクリーン2Bを有するタッチスクリーンディスプレイ2により行われてもよい。コントローラ10が、タッチスクリーン2Bを介して判別するジェスチャには、例えば、タッチ、ロングタッチ、リリース、スワイプ、タップ、ダブルタップ、ロングタップ、ドラッグ、フリック、ピンチイン、及びピンチアウトが含まれるが、これらに限定されない。
 タッチスクリーン2Bの検出方式は、静電容量方式、抵抗膜方式、表面弾性波方式、赤外線方式、及び荷重検出方式等の任意の方式でよい。
 ボタン3は、ユーザからの操作入力を受け付けることが可能である。ボタン3の数は、単数であっても、複数であってもよい。ボタン3は、操作ボタンの一例である。
 照度センサ4は、照度を検出することが可能である。照度は、照度センサ4の測定面の単位面積に入射する光束の値である。照度センサ4は、例えば、ディスプレイ2Aの輝度の調整に用いられる。
 近接センサ5は、近隣の物体の存在を非接触で検出することが可能である。近接センサ5は、磁界の変化又は超音波の反射波の帰還時間の変化等に基づいて物体の存在を検出する。近接センサ5は、例えば、ディスプレイ2Aと顔とが接近したことを検出する。照度センサ4及び近接センサ5は、1つのセンサとして構成されていてもよい。照度センサ4は、近接センサとして用いられてもよい。
 通信ユニット6は、無線により通信することが可能である。通信ユニット6によってサポートされる無線通信規格には、例えば、2G、3G、4G、5G等のセルラーフォンの通信規格と、近距離無線の通信規格とが含まれる。セルラーフォンの通信規格には、例えば、LTE(Long Term Evolution)、W-CDMA(登録商標)(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、WiMAX(登録商標)(Worldwide interoperability for Microwave Access)、CDMA2000、PDC(Personal Digital Cellular)、GSM(登録商標)(Global System for Mobile communications)及びPHS(Personal Handy-phone System)等が含まれる。近距離無線の通信規格には、例えば、IEEE802.11、Bluetooth(登録商標)、IrDA(Infrared Data Association)、NFC(Near Field Communication)及びWPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network)等が含まれる。WPANの通信規格には、例えば、ZigBee(登録商標)が含まれる。通信ユニット6は、上述した通信規格の1つ又は複数をサポートしていてもよい。1つの例において、通信ユニット6は、自車両に搭載される通信機器との通信を可能とするための通信規格をサポートする。通信ユニット6は、交差点付近に設置される路側機、及び自車両以外の他の車両(以下、他車両)との通信を可能とするための通信規格をさらにサポートする。通信ユニット6は、第1通信部及び第2通信部の一例である。
 レシーバ7は、コントローラ10から送出される音信号を音として出力することが可能である。レシーバ7は、例えば、スマートフォン1にて再生される動画の音、音楽の音、及び通話時の相手の声を出力することができる。マイク8は、入力されるユーザの声等を音信号へ変換してコントローラ10へ送信することが可能である。
 ストレージ9は、プログラム及びデータを記憶することが可能である。ストレージ9は、コントローラ10の処理結果を一時的に記憶する作業領域として利用されてもよい。ストレージ9は、半導体記憶媒体、及び磁気記憶媒体等の任意の非一過的(non-transitory)な記憶媒体を含んでよい。ストレージ9は、複数の種類の記憶媒体を含んでよい。ストレージ9は、メモリカード、光ディスク、又は光磁気ディスク等の記憶媒体と、記憶媒体の読み取り装置との組み合わせを含んでよい。ストレージ9は、RAM(Random Access Memory)等の一時的な記憶領域として利用される記憶デバイスを含んでよい。
 ストレージ9に記憶されるプログラムには、フォアグランド又はバックグランドで実行されるアプリケーションと、アプリケーションの動作を支援する支援プログラム(図示略)とが含まれる。アプリケーションは、例えば、フォアグランドで実行される場合、当該アプリケーションに係る画面を、ディスプレイ2Aに表示する。支援プログラムには、例えば、OSが含まれる。プログラムは、通信ユニット6による無線通信又は非一過的な記憶媒体を介してストレージ9にインストールされてもよい。
 ストレージ9は、制御プログラム9A、加速度データ9B、移動判定データ9C、通信システムデータ9D、及び設定データ9Zなどを記憶できる。制御プログラム9Aは、各種機能を提供するに際し、各種アプリケーションと連携できる。制御プログラム9Aは、通信ユニット6を介してクラウドストレージと連携し、当該クラウドストレージが記憶するファイル及びデータにアクセスしてもよい。クラウドストレージは、ストレージ9に記憶されるプログラム及びデータの一部又は全部を記憶してもよい。
 制御プログラム9Aは、スマートフォン1の動作に関する機能を提供できる。1つの例において、制御プログラム9Aが提供できる機能は、通信ユニット6を介した通信に基づいて、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、通信ユニット6を介した通信により、他車両あるいは路側機に自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信する処理を実現できる。制御プログラム9Aは、自車両の動力機関の停止によって、自車両の車載器に搭載された通信モジュールと自機の通信接続が切断された場合に、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定できる。自車両の搭乗者の情報は、車両に搭乗者がいる旨の通知を含む。自車両の動力機関は、エンジン(原動機)及びモータ(電動機)を含む。自車両の動力機関がアクティブではない場合は、例えば、自車両に搭載されているエンジン(原動機)あるいはモータ(電動機)が駆動していない状態を含む。
 1つの例において、制御プログラム9Aが提供できる機能は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定し、かつ、加速度センサ15により取得される加速度データ9Bに基づいて自機のユーザが移動していない状態であると判定するとき、通信ユニット6を介して、他車両あるいは路側機に当該自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信する処理を実現することもできる。制御プログラム9Aは、加速度データ9Bに含まれる加速度の方向及び大きさに基づいて、自機に作用する振動及び動きを測定できる。制御プログラム9Aは、測定した振動及び動きの測定結果を、移動判定データ9Cに照らし合わせて、自機のユーザが移動しているかを判定できる。制御プログラム9Aは、移動判定データ9Cから、自機のユーザが移動しているときに、自機に作用する振動及び動きのデータを予め測定したものを選択して判定に利用できる。ユーザが移動している場合には、例えば歩行及び走行が含まれる。
 加速度データ9Bは、加速度センサ15により取得される加速度の値を含む。加速度データ9Bは、加速度センサ15により取得される加速度の方向及び大きさを含む。加速度データ9Bは、加速度センサ15により取得される全ての測定結果を含んでよい。加速度データ9Bは、加速度情報の一例である。
 移動判定データ9Cは、例えば、スマートフォン1のユーザの移動状態を判定するのに利用される判定条件の情報を含む。判定条件の情報は、自機に作用する加速度の方向及び大きさ、加速度の方向及び大きさの時系列変化で構成される加速度パターン、又はX軸、Y軸およびZ軸の3軸の加速度を合成した合成ベクトルを含んでよい。移動判定データ9Cは、例えば、スマートフォン1を携帯したユーザが歩いて移動しているときの加速度の大きさ及び方向、加速度パターン及び合成ベクトルを含む。さらに移動判定データ9Cは、例えば、スマートフォン1を携帯したユーザが走って移動しているときの加速度の大きさ及び方向、加速度パターン及び合成ベクトルを含む。
 通信システムデータ9Dは、自機と路側機との通信、及び自機と他車両との通信を実現する通信システムに関する情報である。通信システムデータ9Dは、例えば、高度道路交通システムの専用狭域通信で用いられる周波数帯の情報などを含む。
 設定データ9Zは、スマートフォン1の動作に関する各種設定の情報を含む。
 コントローラ10は、演算処理装置を含む。演算処理装置は、以下に詳細に述べられるように、種々の機能を実行するための制御および処理能力を提供するために、少なくとも1つのプロセッサを含む。種々の実施形態によれば、少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、単一の集積回路(IC)として、又は複数の通信可能に接続された集積回路及び/又はディスクリート回路(discrete circuits)として実行されてもよい。少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、種々の既知の技術に従って実行されることが可能である。
 1つの実施形態において、プロセッサは、例えば、関連するメモリに記憶された指示を実行することによって1以上のデータ計算手続又は処理を実行するように構成された1以上の回路又はユニットを含む。他の実施形態において、プロセッサは、1以上のデータ計算手続き又は処理を実行するように構成されたファームウェア(例えば、ディスクリートロジックコンポーネント)であってもよい。
 種々の実施形態によれば、プロセッサは、1以上のプロセッサ、コントローラ、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコントローラ、特定用途向け集積回路(ASIC)、デジタル信号処理装置、プログラマブルロジックデバイス、フィールドプログラマブルゲートアレイ、又はこれらのデバイス若しくは構成の任意の組み合わせ、又は他の既知のデバイス及び構成の組み合わせを含み、以下に説明される機能を実行してもよい。
 本例では、演算処理装置は、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、SoC(System-on-a-Chip)、MCU(Micro Control Unit)、FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)、およびコプロセッサを含むが、これらに限定されない。コントローラ10は、スマートフォン1の動作を統括的に制御して各種の機能を実現する。
 コントローラ10は、ストレージ9に記憶されているデータを必要に応じて参照しつつ、ストレージ9に記憶されているプログラムに含まれる命令を実行する。そして、コントローラ10は、データ及び命令に応じて機能部を制御し、それによって各種機能を実現する。機能部は、例えば、ディスプレイ2A、通信ユニット6、マイク8、及びスピーカ11を含むが、これらに限定されない。コントローラ10は、検出部の検出結果に応じて、制御を変更することがある。検出部は、例えば、タッチスクリーン2B、ボタン3、照度センサ4、近接センサ5、マイク8、カメラ12、カメラ13、加速度センサ15、方位センサ16、ジャイロセンサ17、磁気センサ18及び気圧センサ19を含むが、これらに限定されない。
 コントローラ10は、制御プログラム9Aを実行することにより、次の各処理を実現できる。コントローラ10は、通信ユニット6を介した通信に基づいて、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、通信ユニット6を介した通信により、他車両あるいは路側機に自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信できる。コントローラ10は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定し、かつ、加速度センサ15により取得される加速度データ9Bに基づいて自機のユーザが移動していない状態であると判定するとき、通信ユニット6を介して、他車両あるいは路側機に当該自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信することもできる。
 スピーカ11は、コントローラ10から送出される音信号を音として出力することが可能である。スピーカ11は、例えば、着信音及び音楽を出力するために用いられる。レシーバ7及びスピーカ11の一方が、他方の機能を兼ねてもよい。
 カメラ12及びカメラ13は、撮影した画像を電気信号へ変換することが可能である。カメラ12は、ディスプレイ2Aに面している物体を撮影するインカメラである。カメラ13は、ディスプレイ2Aの反対側の面に面している物体を撮影するアウトカメラである。カメラ12及びカメラ13は、インカメラ及びアウトカメラを切り換えて利用可能なカメラユニットとして、機能的及び物理的に統合された状態でスマートフォン1に実装されてもよい。
 コネクタ14は、他の装置が接続される端子である。コネクタ14は、USB(Universal Serial Bus)、HDMI(登録商標)(High-Definition Multimedia Interface)、ライトピーク(サンダーボルト(登録商標))及びイヤホンマイクコネクタのような汎用的な端子であってもよい。コネクタ14は、Dockコネクタのような専用の端子でもよい。コネクタ14に接続される装置は、例えば、自車両の車載器に搭載される通信モジュールを含む。コネクタ14に接続される装置は、自車両の車載器に搭載される通信モジュール以外にも、外部ストレージ、スピーカ、及び通信装置を含むが、これらに限定されない。
 加速度センサ15は、スマートフォン1に作用する加速度情報を取得できる。加速度情報は、加速度の方向及び大きさなどを含む。方位センサ16は、例えば、地磁気の向きを検出し、地磁気の向きに基づいて、スマートフォン1の向き(方位)を測定できる。ジャイロセンサ17は、スマートフォン1の回転情報を取得できる。回転情報は角速度を含む。磁気センサ18は、スマートフォン1の周囲の磁力を検出することが可能である。気圧センサ19は、スマートフォン1に作用する気圧情報を取得できる。気圧情報は、単位時間あたりの気圧変化量を含む。気圧変化量は、絶対値もしくはスカラー量を累積した値であってよい。単位時間は、任意の時間を設定してよい。加速度センサ15、方位センサ16、ジャイロセンサ17、磁気センサ18、及び気圧センサ19は、取得した情報若しくは測定結果をコントローラ10に出力することが可能である。
 スマートフォン1は、上記の各機能部の他、GPS受信機、及びバイブレータを備えてもよい。GPS受信機は、GPS衛星からの所定の周波数帯の電波信号を受信する。GPS受信機は、受信した電波信号の復調処理を行って、処理後の信号をコントローラ10に送出する。GPS受信機は、スマートフォン1の現在位置の演算処理をサポートする。スマートフォン1は、GPS衛星以外の測位用人工衛星の信号を受信可能な受信機を備え、現在位置の演算処理を実行してもよい。バイブレータは、スマートフォン1の一部又は全体を振動させる。バイブレータは、振動を発生させるために、例えば、圧電素子、又は偏心モータなどを有する。スマートフォン1は、バッテリなど、スマートフォン1の機能を維持するために当然に用いられる機能部、及びスマートフォン1の制御を実現するために当然に用いられる制御部を実装する。
 図2を用いて、スマートフォン1により実行される処理の一例の流れを説明する。図2は、スマートフォン1により実行される処理の一例を示すフローチャートである。図2に示す処理は、コントローラ10が、ストレージ9に記憶されている制御プログラム9Aを実行することにより実現される。なお、図2に示す処理は、スマートフォン1が動作可能な状態であるとき繰り返し実行される。スマートフォン1は、給電制御を一部制限するモード、いわゆる、省電力モードのときにも、図2に示す処理を繰り返し実行してよい。
 図2に示すように、コントローラ10は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブであるかを判定する(ステップS101)。
 コントローラ10は、判定の結果、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではない場合(ステップS101,No)、ストレージ9に記憶されている加速度データ9Bを取得する(ステップS102)。
 続いて、コントローラ10は、加速度データ9Bに基づいて、自機のユーザが移動しているかを判定する(ステップS103)。
 コントローラ10は、判定の結果、自機のユーザが移動していない場合(ステップS103,No)、自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信して(ステップS104)、図2に示す処理を終了する。図3は、スマートフォンの処理の概要を示す図である。図3に示すように、スマートフォン1は、横断歩道ZCの近くに停車中の自車両300Aの動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、通信ユニット6を介した通信により、他車両300Bあるいは路側機200に自車両300Aの搭乗者の情報M1を送信する。他車両300B及び路側機200は、高度道路交通システムの専用狭域通信が可能な範囲に位置する。自車両300Aの搭乗者の情報M1は、例えば、自車両300Aに搭乗者がいる旨の通知を含む。
 上記ステップS103において、コントローラ10は、判定の結果、自機のユーザが移動している場合(ステップS103,Yes)、図2に示す処理を終了する。
 上記ステップS101において、コントローラ10は、判定の結果、自車両の動力機関がアクティブである場合(ステップS101,Yes)、図2に示す処理を終了する。
 上記図2に示す処理において、スマートフォン1は、上記ステップS102及び上記ステップS103に対応する処理を実行しなくてもよい。すなわち、スマートフォン1は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定することを契機として、自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信してもよい。
 また、スマートフォン1は、自車両に搭載されているエンジンは駆動しているが当該自車両に動力を伝えていない状態(以下、アイドリング状態)も、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定してもよい。スマートフォン1は、例えば、自車両との通信が接続されている間、加速度データ9Bに基づいて、自車両がアイドリング状態にあるかを判定する。スマートフォン1は、判定の結果、自車両がアイドリング状態である場合、続いて、ユーザが移動しているかを判定する。スマートフォン1は、判定の結果、ユーザが移動していない場合、自機のユーザが駐停車中の自車両に乗車中であると判断し、自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信してもよい。
 また、スマートフォン1は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定したことを契機として、ユーザが移動しているかを判定するとき、加速度データ9Bなどに基づいて、ユーザの歩数を計数してもよい。スマートフォン1は、ユーザの歩数が一定数を超えない場合には、自車両に搭乗中か、あるいは自車両の近傍にいるものと判断し、自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信してもよい。
 また、スマートフォン1は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定し、かつ、ユーザが移動中であると判定した場合、ユーザが自車両から降車した旨の通知を送信してもよい。以下、この場合のスマートフォン1について説明する。
 制御プログラム9Aが提供できる機能は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定し、かつ、加速度データ9Bに基づいて自機のユーザが移動している状態であると判定するとき、通信ユニット6を介して、他車両あるいは路側機に当該ユーザが当該自車両から降車した旨の通知を送信する処理を実現できる。
 コントローラ10は、制御プログラム9Aを実行することにより、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定し、かつ、加速度データ9Bに基づいて自機のユーザが移動している状態であると判定するとき、通信ユニット6を介して、他車両あるいは路側機に当該ユーザが当該自車両から降車した旨の通知を送信できる。
 図4は、スマートフォン1により実行される処理の一例を示すフローチャートである。図4に示す処理は、コントローラ10が、ストレージ9に記憶されている制御プログラム9Aを実行することにより実現される。図4に示す処理は、ステップS205が、上記図2に示す処理とは異なる。
 図4に示すように、コントローラ10は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブであるかを判定する(ステップS201)。
 コントローラ10は、判定の結果、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではない場合(ステップS201,No)、ストレージ9に記憶されている加速度データ9Bを取得する(ステップS202)。
 続いて、コントローラ10は、加速度データ9Bに基づいて、自機のユーザが移動しているかを判定する(ステップS203)。
 コントローラ10は、判定の結果、自機のユーザが移動していない場合(ステップS203,No)、自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信して(ステップS204)、図4に示す処理を終了する。
 一方、コントローラ10は、判定の結果、自機のユーザが移動している場合(ステップS203,Yes)、自車両の搭乗者が降車した旨の通知を送信して(ステップS205)、図4に示す処理を終了する。
 上記ステップS201において、コントローラ10は、判定の結果、自車両の動力機関がアクティブである場合(ステップS201,Yes)、図4に示す処理を終了する。
 スマートフォン1は、自車両の同乗しているユーザの端末が、自車両に構築された車内ネットワーク、あるいは自車両の車載器に搭載された通信モジュールに接続されている場合、自車両の同乗しているユーザの端末の情報を取得してもよい。このとき、スマートフォン1は、自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信する場合、同乗者の情報を併せて送信できる。
 また、スマートフォン1は、自機のユーザの特定の動作を検出可能なモーションセンサを備えていてもよい。このとき、スマートフォン1は、自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定したことを契機として、ユーザが移動しているかを判定する代わりに、モーションセンサの検出結果に基づいて、ユーザが自車両のドアを開けて車外へ出る動作、つまりユーザが自車両から降車する動作が検出されたかを判定してもよい。スマートフォン1は、ユーザが車外へ出る動作が検出されない場合、自車両の搭乗者の情報を他車両あるいは路側機に送信できる。スマートフォン1は、ユーザが車外へ出る動作が検出された場合、自車両の搭乗者が降車した旨の通知を他車両あるいは路側機に送信できる。図5は、この場合のスマートフォン1の動作を示すフローチャートである。図5に示されるフローチャートは、図4に示されるフローチャートにおいて、ステップS202,S203の代わりにステップS302,S303が実行されるものである。ステップS302において、コントローラ10は、モーションセンサから、検出結果を示すデータを取得する。次にステップS303において、コントローラ10は、取得したデータに基づいて、ユーザが自車両から降車する動作を検出するかを判定する。コントローラ10は、ユーザが自車両から降車する動作を検出した場合、ステップS205を実行して、自車両の搭乗者が降車した旨の通知を通信ユニット6を介して送信する。一方で、コントローラ10は、ユーザが自車両から降車する動作を検出しない場合、ステップS204を実行して、自車両の搭乗者の情報を通信ユニット6を介して送信する。
 また、スマートフォン1は、アイドリング状態であり、かつ依然として自車両との通信が切断されていない場合、ユーザが移動しているかを判定する代わりに、自車両の方向指示器が点灯しているかを判定してもよい。スマートフォン1は、自車両から方向指示器の情報を取得し、方向指示器が点灯している場合、自機のユーザが駐停車中の自車両に乗車中であると判断し、自車両の搭乗者の情報を他車両あるいは路側機に送信できる。あるいは、スマートフォン1は、方向指示器が点灯している場合、さらに、モーションセンサなどの検出結果に基づいて、自車両のドアを開けて車外へ出る動作が検出されたかを判定してもよい。スマートフォン1は、方向指示器が点灯し、かつ車外へ出る動作が検出されない場合、自機のユーザが駐停車中の自車両に乗車中であると判断し、自車両の搭乗者の情報を他車両あるいは路側機に送信できる。
 本明細書では、添付の請求項に係る技術を完全かつ明瞭に開示するために特徴的な実施形態に関し記載してきた。しかし、添付の請求項は、上記の実施形態に限定されるべきものでなく、本明細書に示した基礎的事項の範囲内で当該技術分野の当業者が創作しうるすべての変形例及び代替可能な構成により具現化されるべきである。

Claims (7)

  1.  他車両あるいは路側機と通信する第1通信部と、
     自車両と通信する第2通信部と、
     制御部と
     を有し、
     前記制御部は、
     前記第2通信部を介した通信に基づいて、前記自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、前記第1通信部を介した通信により、前記他車両あるいは前記路側機に前記自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信する電子機器。
  2.  センサ情報を取得する少なくとも1つのセンサ部を有し、
     前記制御部は、
     前記自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定し、かつ、前記センサ情報に基づいて自機のユーザが移動していない状態であると判定するとき、前記第1通信部を介して、前記他車両あるいは前記路側機に当該自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信する請求項1に記載の電子機器。
  3.  センサ情報を取得する少なくとも1つのセンサ部を有し、
     前記制御部は、
     前記自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定し、かつ、前記センサ情報に基づいて自機のユーザが移動している状態であると判定するとき、前記第1通信部を介して、前記他車両あるいは前記路側機に当該ユーザが当該自車両から降車した旨の通知を送信する請求項1に記載の電子機器。
  4.  センサ情報を取得する少なくとも1つのセンサ部を有し、
     前記制御部は、
     前記自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定し、かつ、前記センサ情報に基づいて自機のユーザが前記自車両から降車する動作を検出するとき、前記第1通信部を介して、前記他車両あるいは前記路側機に当該ユーザが当該自車両から降車したことを示す情報を送信する請求項1に記載の電子機器。
  5.  前記制御部は、
     前記第2通信部を介した通信に基づいて、前記自車両に搭載されているエンジンは駆動しているが当該自車両に動力を伝えていない状態であると判定するとき、前記第1通信部を介して、前記他車両あるいは前記路側機に自機のユーザが当該自車両から降車した旨の通知を送信する請求項1に記載の電子機器。
  6.  他車両あるいは路側機と通信する第1通信部と、自車両と通信する第2通信部とを有する電子機器に実行させる制御方法であって、
     前記第2通信部を介した通信に基づいて、前記自車両の動力機関がアクティブであるかを判定するステップと、
     前記自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、前記第1通信部を介した通信により、前記他車両あるいは前記路側機に前記自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信するステップと
     を含む制御方法。
  7.  他車両あるいは路側機と通信する第1通信部と、自車両と通信する第2通信部とを有する電子機器に、
     前記第2通信部を介した通信に基づいて、前記自車両の動力機関がアクティブであるかを判定するステップと、
     前記自車両の動力機関がアクティブではないと判定すると、前記第1通信部を介した通信により、前記他車両あるいは前記路側機に前記自車両の搭乗者の情報を送信するステップと
     を実行させる制御プログラム。
