Description

现有的园林绿化用抗倒伏装置存在抗倒伏效果差、工作时费时费力、操作复杂的缺点,因此亟需研发一种抗倒伏效果好、工作时省时省力、操作简单的园林绿化用抗倒伏装置。

- 一种园林绿化用抗倒伏装置,其特征在于,包括有固定装置(1)、齿条(2)、齿轮(3)、电机Ⅰ(4)、滑块(5)、滑轨(6)、支杆Ⅰ(7)、滚轮(8)和车板(9);车板(9)底部左右两侧对称设有滚轮(8),车板(9)顶部左右两侧对称设有支杆Ⅰ(7),支杆Ⅰ(7)上端连接有电机Ⅰ(4),电机Ⅰ(4)后侧设有齿轮(3),车板(9)顶部左右两侧对称设有滑轨(6),左侧的滑轨(6)位于左侧支杆Ⅰ(7)的右方,右侧的滑轨(6)位于右侧支杆Ⅰ(7)的左方,滑轨(6)上设有滑块(5),滑块(5)上连接有齿条(2),齿条(2)与齿轮(3)啮合,齿条(2)上端连接有固定装置(1),固定装置(1)包括有半圆形橡胶垫Ⅰ(10)、半圆形橡胶垫Ⅱ(11)、支杆Ⅱ(12)、丝杆Ⅱ(13)、连接杆(14)、丝杆Ⅰ(15)、支杆Ⅲ(16)、左轴承座(17)、螺母Ⅰ(18)、固定杆(19)、螺母Ⅱ(20)、右轴承座(21)和电机Ⅱ(22),固定杆(19)后侧从左至右依次设有左轴承座(17)、右轴承座(21)和电机Ⅱ(22),左轴承座(17)上安装有丝杆Ⅰ(15),右轴承座(21)上安装有丝杆Ⅱ(13),丝杆Ⅱ(13)右端与电机Ⅱ(22)连接,丝杆Ⅰ(15)与丝杆Ⅱ(13)之间设有连接杆(14),丝杆Ⅰ(15)与丝杆Ⅱ(13)的螺纹方向相反,丝杆Ⅰ(15)上设有螺母Ⅰ(18),螺母Ⅰ(18)与丝杆Ⅰ(15)配合,丝杆Ⅱ(13)上设有螺母Ⅱ(20),螺母Ⅱ(20)与丝杆Ⅱ(13)配合,螺母Ⅰ(18)后侧设有支杆Ⅲ(16),支杆Ⅲ(16)上连接有半圆形橡胶垫Ⅰ(10),螺母Ⅱ(20)后侧设有支杆Ⅱ(12),支杆Ⅱ(12)上连接有半圆形橡胶垫Ⅱ(11),半圆形橡胶垫Ⅱ(11)位于半圆形橡胶垫Ⅰ(10)的正右方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林绿化用抗倒伏装置,其特征在于,还包括有电动推杆(23)和卡杆(24),车板(9)底部左右两侧对称设有电动推杆(23),左侧的电动推杆(23)位于左侧滚轮(8)的右方,右侧的电动推杆(23)位于右侧滚轮(8)的左方,电动推杆(23)上连接有卡杆(24)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林绿化用抗倒伏装置,其特征在于,还包括有把手(25),车板(9)右端设有把手(25)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林绿化用抗倒伏装置,其特征在于,电机Ⅰ(4)和电机Ⅱ(22)均为伺服电机。
