Description

一种面膜高速裁切机 技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,特别涉及一种面膜高速裁切机。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和进步,人们对面膜的需求日益增大,面膜是通过精华设置在面膜布上制得的,而面膜布的的制备一般采用裁切机进行裁切下料,传统的裁切机大多采用油缸或者气缸带动切刀进行冲压,将面膜布放在传送带上,裁切好后通过传送带输送走,从而实现自动裁切,但是现有的面膜裁切机存在以下的缺点:1、难以选择合适导程的油缸或者气缸,在裁切过程中需要使得油缸或者气缸的行程合适,既能够将全部厚度的面膜布裁切完,又不能将传送带损坏;2、在裁切不同厚度的面膜布的情况下无法对油缸的行程进行随意调节,导致机器适应范围小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述问题,提供了一种面膜高速裁切机。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种面膜高速裁切机,包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有传送机构,在机架的上端设置有裁切机构,所述的裁切机构包括油缸,在油缸上设有油缸支架,在所述的油缸的活塞杆上连接有冲压盘,在所述的油缸支架与冲压盘之间设置有行程限位导向杆,用于对油缸的最大冲程进行限位,所述的行程限位导向杆设置有至少4根;在所述的行程限位导向杆设置有一个同步调节装置,所述的同步调节装置包括设置在每个行程限位导 向杆上的同步轮,各个同步轮之间通过同步带带动各个同步轮的转动,通过同步轮的转动调节行程限位导向杆的最大行程;在所述的冲压盘的底部设置有一个旋转冲压铝板,所述的旋转冲压铝板的底部设置有裁切刀片,所述的旋转冲压铝板通过旋转从动轮与冲压盘相连接,所述的旋转从动轮通过皮带与设置在裁切机构一侧的伺服电机相连,在伺服电机的转轴上设置有一个旋转驱动轮,所述的旋转从动轮通过皮带与旋转驱动轮相连。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的同步调节装置还包括一个调节杆,所述的调节杆通过一个同步轮与同步带相接。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的行程限位导向杆上设置有导向杆套筒,在所述的导向杆套筒外圆周上设置有螺纹,所述的同步轮设置有内螺孔,同步轮通过内螺孔与导向杆套筒的外螺纹相配合。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的机架的上部还设置有一个驱动裁切机构左右移动的丝杆传动机构。
有益效果:
本发明提供的一种面膜高速裁切机,其结构简单,使用方便,通过设置行程限位导向杆能够对油缸的冲程进行限位,保证了生产的安全,同时通过设置同步调节机构,能够简单方便的同步地调节行程限位导向杆的行程,保证了冲压裁切的安全性。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示的一种面膜高速裁切机,包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有传送机构,在机架的上端设置有裁切机构,所述的裁切机构包括油缸1,在油缸1上设有油缸支架17,在所述的油缸1的活塞杆上连接有冲压盘2,在所述的油缸支架13与冲压盘2之间设置有行程限位导向杆9,用于对油缸1的最大冲程进行限位,所述的行程限位导向杆9设置有至少4根,每个行程限位导向杆9上设置有一个导向杆套筒13,导向杆套筒13穿过所述的油缸支架17,固定油缸支架17上,行程限位导向杆9的下端固定在冲压盘2上,在行程限位导向杆9的顶端设置有限位块18。在油缸1带动冲压盘2向下冲压的时候,带动行程限位导向杆9向下运动,在达到最大行程时候,行程限位导向杆9顶端的限位块18卡住导向杆套筒13,从而实现行油缸1的限位。
所述的同步调节装置8包括设置在每个行程限位导向杆9上的同步轮14,各个同步轮14之间通过同步带15带动各个同步轮14的转 动,通过同步轮14的转动调节行程限位导向杆9的最大行程;具体的说各个同步轮14设置有内螺孔,导向杆套筒13外圆周上设置有螺纹,同步轮14通过内螺孔与导向杆套筒13的外螺纹相配合。通过同步带15的正反转带动同步轮14进行正反转,通过螺纹的正反向旋转将导向杆套筒13进行上下调节,从而改变行程限位导向杆9的行程。
所述的同步调节装置8还包括一个调节杆10,所述的调节杆10通过一个同步轮14与同步带15相接。调节杆10可以接手动调节装置进行调节,也可以连接伺服电机进行精确调节。
由于设置同步带15以及同步轮14,调节的时候能够实现同步调节,保证每一个行程限位导向杆9的调节的距离一样,避免了因为各个行程限位导向杆9的行程不一样而造成产品质量的缺陷。
在所述的冲压盘2的底部设置有一个旋转冲压铝板5,所述的旋转冲压铝板5的底部设置有裁切刀片,所述的旋转冲压铝板5通过旋转从动轮3与冲压盘2相连接,所述的旋转从动轮3通过皮带与设置在裁切机构一侧的伺服电机7相连,在伺服电机7的转轴上设置有一个旋转驱动轮6,所述的旋转从动轮3通过皮带与旋转驱动轮6相连。伺服电机7的旋转带动旋转冲压铝板5旋转,从而带动裁切刀片旋转来实现不同的图案的面料的裁切。从而节省了面料。
在所述的机架的上部还设置有一个驱动裁切机构左右移动的丝杆传动机构16,通过丝杆传动机构16驱动裁切机构左右移动,进行裁切。
本发明提供的一种面膜高速裁切机,其结构简单,使用方便,通 过设置行程限位导向杆能够对油缸的冲程进行限位,保证了生产的安全,同时通过设置同步调节机构,能够简单方便的同步地调节行程限位导向杆的行程,保证了冲压裁切的安全性。

  1. 一种面膜高速裁切机,包括机架,在所述的机架上设置有传送机构,在机架的上端设置有裁切机构,其特征在于:所述的裁切机构包括油缸(1),在油缸(1)上设有油缸支架(13),在所述的油缸(1)的活塞杆上连接有冲压盘(2),在所述的油缸支架(13)与冲压盘(2)之间设置有行程限位导向杆(9),用于对油缸(1)的最大冲程进行限位,所述的行程限位导向杆(9)设置有至少4根;在所述的行程限位导向杆(9)设置有一个同步调节装置(8),所述的同步调节装置(8)包括设置在每个行程限位导向杆(9)上的同步轮(14),各个同步轮(14)之间通过同步带(15)带动各个同步轮(14)的转动,通过同步轮(14)的转动调节行程限位导向杆(9)的最大行程;在所述的冲压盘(2)的底部设置有一个旋转冲压铝板(5),所述的旋转冲压铝板(5)的底部设置有裁切刀片,所述的旋转冲压铝板(5)通过旋转从动轮(3)与冲压盘(2)相连接,所述的旋转从动轮(3)通过皮带与设置在裁切机构一侧的伺服电机(7)相连,在伺服电机(7)的转轴上设置有一个旋转驱动轮(6),所述的旋转从动轮(3)通过皮带与旋转驱动轮(6)相连。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种面膜高速裁切机,其特征在于:在所述的机架的上部还设置有一个驱动裁切机构左右移动的丝杆传动机构(16)。
