Description

一种电动平衡车 【技术领域】
本发明涉及平衡车领域,更具体的说,涉及一种电动平衡车。
【背景技术】
电动平衡车,又叫体感车、思维车,其运作原理主要是建立在一种被称为“动态稳定”的基本原理上,利用车体内部的陀螺仪和加速度传感器,来检测车体姿态的变化,并利用伺服控制系统,精确地驱动电机进行相应的调整,以保持系统的平衡。
现有的电动平衡车一般有两种,一种是车体上具有一个操作杆,使用者站在电动平衡车的脚踏平台上对操作杆进行操作,从而前进、后退及停止,这样的控制也称“手控”。另一种是车体由两部分组成,左部分和右部分之间通过转动机构实现相互转动,从而实现“脚控”。参见中国发明专利公布号为CN104029769A(公布日:20140910)的电动平衡扭扭车,其功能单一,不方便用户代步。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便用户代步的电动平衡车。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:根据本发明的一个方面,本发明公开了一种电动平衡车,包括第一车体、第二车体以及设置在第一车体和第二车体之间的中间体,所述中间体包括第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板、调节板及座子,所述第一板一端和第二板一端铰接,所述第一板另一端和第一车体固定连接;所述第三板一端和第四板一端铰接,所述第三板另一端和第二车体固定连接,所述第四板另一端和第二板另一端铰接,所述座子设置在所述第二板另一端和第四板另一端的铰接处;所述调节板一端铰接到所述第三板上,所述调节板另一端可拆卸的固定在所述第一板上;当所述调节板从所述第一板 上拆卸时,可转动调节板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果是:本发明转动调节板时,将调节板置于第一板和第三板之间的空间内,从而第一板和第三板之间无阻挡,从而就可以转动第一板和第二板,以及转动第三板和第四板,使得第一板和第三相互靠近、第二板和第四板相互靠近以及第一车体和第二车体相互靠近。这样就缩小了电动平衡车的体积,方便携带、运输。当然,在需要使用电动平衡车代步时,拉伸第一车体和第二车体,将调节板固定到第一板和第三板之间,然后再将承载杆固定到调节板上,这样第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板及调节板形成一个整体的支撑结构,不会相互转动或晃动,这样中间体结构稳定,强度大,用户可以坐到座子上,不仅方便控制电动平衡车,而且使得用户使用电动平衡车代步舒适。本发明实现了多功能,不仅方便用户代步,还方便携带、运输。

如图1所示,作为本发明的一个实施例,本实施例的电动平衡车100包括第一车体110、第二车体120以及设置在第一车体110和第二车体120之间的中间体130,所述中间体130包括第一板131、第二板132、第三板133、第四板134及调节板135,所述第一板131一端和第二板132一端铰接,所述第一板131另一端和第一车体110固定连接;所述第三板133一端和第四板134一端铰接,所述第三板133另一端和第二车体120固定连接,所述第四板134另一端和第二板132另一端铰接;所述调节板135一端铰接到所述第三板133上,所述调节板135另一端可拆卸的固定在所述第一板131上;当所述调节板135从所述第一板131上拆卸时,可转动调节板135。
本发明转动调节板时,将调节板置于第一板和第三板之间的空间内,从而第一板和第三板之间无阻挡,从而就可以转动第一板和第二板,以及转动第三板和第四板,使得第一板和第三相互靠近、第二板和第四板相互靠近以及第一车体和第二车体相互靠近。这样就缩小了电动平衡车的体积,方便携带、运输。当然,在需要使用电动平衡车代步时,拉伸第一车体和第二车体,将调节板固定到第一板和第三板之间,这样第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板及调节板形成一个整体的支撑结构,不会相互转动或晃动,这样中间体结构稳定,强度大,用户可以坐到第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板及调节板形成的整体结构上,不仅方便控制电动平衡车,而且使得用户使用电动平衡车代步舒适。本实施例实现了多功能,不仅方便用户代步,还方便携带、运输。
如图2所示,为本发明的另一个实施例,本实施例的电动平衡车100包括第一车体110、第二车体120以及设置在第一车体110和第二车体120之间的中间体130,所述中间体130包括第一板131、第二板132、第三板133、第四板134、调节板135及座子138,所述第一板131一端和第二板132一端铰接,所述第一板131另一端和第一车体110固定连接;所述第三板133一端和第四板134一端铰接,所述第三板133另一端和第二车体120固定连接,所述第四板134另一端和第二板132另一端铰接;所述座子138设置在所述第四板134另一端和第二板132另一端的铰接处,所述调节板135一端铰接到所述第三板133上,所述调节板135另一端可拆卸的固定在所述第一板131上;当所述调节板135从所述第一板131上拆卸时,可转动调节板135。本实施例与上一实施例的区别在于:第二板的另一端和第四板的另一端铰接到座子处,当调节板和第一板固定连接时,用户就可以直接坐到座子上,从而使得用户使用电动平衡车更加舒适。本实施例的电动平衡车同样实现了多功能,不仅方便用户代步,还方便携带、运输,具体参见上一实施例。本实施例可以将第二板另一端直接铰接到座子上,以及将第四板另一端直接铰接到座子上,也可以将第二板另一端和第四板另一端铰接后,再将座子设置在第二板另一端和第四另一端的铰接处。
如图3所示,为本发明的又一个实施例,本实施例的电动平衡车100包括第一车体110、第二车体120以及设置在第一车体110和第二车体120之间的中间体130,所述中间体130包括第一板131、第二板132、第三板133、第四板134、调节板135及承载杆136,所述第一板131一端和第二板132一端铰接,所述第一板131另一端和第一车体110固定连接,所述第二板132另一端铰接到所述承载杆136一端;所述第三板133一端和第四板134一端铰接,所述第三板133另一端和第二车体120固定连接,所述第四板134另一端铰接到所述承载杆136一端,所述承载杆136另一端和调节板可拆卸固定;所述调节板135一端铰接到所述第三板133上,所述调节板135另一端可拆卸的固定在所述第一板131上;当所述承载杆136和调节板135拆卸、且所述调节板135从所述 第一板131上拆卸时,可转动调节板135。本实施例与以上实施例的区别在于:承载杆和调节板可拆卸固定连接,当承载杆调节板拆卸时,可以将调节板从第一板上拆卸,进而就可以转动调节板;而当调节板和承载杆固定连接时,承载杆的作用力作用到调节板上,从而使得调节板和第一板之间的固定连接更加紧密、牢固,当用户坐到第二板另一端和第二板另一端的铰接位置时,作用力不仅作用到第二板和第四板上,而且还作用到承载杆上,从而实现三点支撑,这样就使得第一板、第二板、第三、第四、调节板及承载杆形成一个更加牢固的支撑结构,不会相互转动或晃动,这样中间体结构稳定,强度大,用户可以坐到第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板、调节板及承载杆形成的整体结构上,不仅方便控制电动平衡车,而且使得用户使用电动平衡车代步舒适。
进一步的,在图3的实施例中,所述承载杆136和调节板135通过螺接固定连接,螺接方便拆卸,固定牢固。具体的,所述中间体130还包括螺接头137,所述调节板135上设置有与所述螺接头137螺接的螺接孔1353(参见图4至图9),对应的,所述承载杆136上设置有与所述螺接头螺接的螺接槽。这是调节板和承载杆螺接的一种具体方式,当然,还可以有其他方式,比如:所述承载杆端部直接螺接到所述调节板上。
如图4至9所示,为本发明的又一个实施例,本实施例的电动平衡包括第一车体110、第二车体120以及设置在第一车体110和第二车体120之间的中间体130,所述中间体130包括第一板131、第二板132、第三板133、第四板134、调节板135、承载杆136及座子138,所述第一板131一端和第二板132一端铰接,所述第一板131另一端和第一车体110固定连接,所述第二板132另一端和承载杆136铰接;所述第三板133一端和第四板134一端铰接,所述第三板133另一端和第二车体120固定连接,所述第四板134另一端和承载杆136铰接;所述调节板135一端铰接到所述第三板133上,所述调节板135另一端可拆卸的固定在所述第一板131上;所述承载杆136一端和调节板135可拆卸固定,所述座子138固定在所述承载杆136另一端;当所述承载杆136和调节板135 拆卸、且所述调节板135从所述第一板131上拆卸时,可转动调节板135。
本实例转动调节板时,将调节板置于第一板和第三板之间的空间内,从而第一板和第三板之间无阻挡,从而就可以转动第一板和第二板,以及转动第三板和第四板,使得第一板和第三相互靠近、第二板和第四板相互靠近以及第一车体和第二车体相互靠近。这样就缩小了电动平衡车的体积,方便携带、运输。当然,在需要使用电动平衡车代步时,拉伸第一车体和第二车体,将调节板固定到第一板和第三板之间,然后再将承载杆固定到调节板上,这样第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板、调节板及承载杆形成牢固的支撑结构,不会相互转动或晃动,这样中间体结构稳定,强度大,用户可以安心的坐到座子上,以便控制电动平衡车。
本实例实现了多功能,不仅方便用户代步,还方便携带、运输。
其中,如图5所示为调节板和第一板拆分状态的示意图,如图6所示为调节板和第一板拆分状态的另一示意图,如图7所示为调节板转动至中间体中部状态的示意图,如图8所示为中间体合并状态的示意图,也就是第一车体和第二车体相互靠近的示意图,如图9所示为中间体的整体结构示意图。
本发明针对图4至图9中的实施例进行进一步的详细说明,需要说明的是,图1至图3中的各个实施例可参见图4至9的内容。
如图4至图9所示,在本实施例中,调节板135另一端和第一板131卡接固定,卡接固定方便安装和拆卸。具体的,所述调节板135另一端设置有卡扣1351,所述第一板131上设置有与所述卡扣1351卡配的卡孔1311。当然,也可以在调节板上设置卡孔,在第一板上设置卡扣。
其中,所述调节板135中间的宽度小于其两端的宽度,这样使得调节板135具有更好的弹性,以便将卡扣1351卡配到卡孔1311内,或将卡扣从卡孔内取出。具体的,所述卡扣1351为两个,分别位于所述调节板135另一端的两侧,所述调节板135另一端中间部位设置有开口1352,所述开口1352为圆弧形结构。设置开口增加调节板卡扣位置的弹性,使其弹性更好。
需要说明的是,本实施例调节板和第一板之间还可以通过其他方式进行可拆卸固定,比如:所述调节板和第一板通过螺接固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述承载杆136和调节板135通过螺接固定连接,螺接方便拆卸,固定牢固。具体的,所述中间体130还包括螺接头137,所述调节板135上设置有与所述螺接头137螺接的螺接孔1353,对应的,所述承载杆136上设置有与所述螺接头螺接的螺接槽。这是调节板和承载杆螺接的一种具体方式,当然,还可以有其他方式,比如:所述承载杆端部直接螺接到所述调节板上。
在本实施例中,第二板132上设置有多个均布的第一通孔1321,第四板134上设置有多个均布的第二通孔1341,其中,第一通孔1321和第二通孔1341的个数及大小相同,且相互对应。
在本实施例中,第一板131设置有第一连接部1312,第三板133设置有第二连接部1331,通过调节调节板使得第一车体和第二车体相互靠近时,调节板的开口处于所述第一连接部和第二连接部的位置处,第一连接部和第二连接部相对,当所述第一连接部和第二连接部相互抵触时第一车体和第二车体相互运动靠近终止,将第一连接部和第二连接部相互固定连接,从而使得第一车体和第二车体通过第一连接部及第二连接部形成一个整体结构,这样就用户在使用电动平衡车时就可以用手护住中间体,由于转动中间体,从而使得中间体的高度增加,这样方便用户护住,这样用户就可以进行手控电动平衡车。这样就可以实现不同的控制方式,增加了用户的体验方式。
本发明的电动平衡车还包括车轮140,具体的,车轮140为两个,分别通过车轮轴141设置在第一车体110上和第二车体120上。其中,第一板通过一个车轮轴141和一个车轮140固定连接,第二板通过另一个车轮轴141和另一个车轮140固定连接。
在本实施例中,调节板上设置有放置槽,可以在放置槽内放置物品,尤其是当使用者使用电动平衡车在商场购物时,可以将所购物品直接置于放置槽内, 而无需额外使用篮子或背包等来盛放物品。本实施例的电动平衡车不仅方便使用者代步,而且方便使用者运输物品,实现了多功能。另外,针对本发明图1和图2中的实施例,由于未设置承载杆,在调节板上设置放置槽用于放置物品效果更佳。
本发明的各个实施例中,可以在第一板和第三板之间设置一个调节板,也可以设置两个或多个调节板。这样不仅增加了中间体的整体强度,而且更加方便在多个调节板上放置物品。
在本实施例中,承载杆的个数也可以为多个。
作为本实施例的一种改进,如图4至图9所示,所述第一板131另一端和第一车体110可拆卸固定连接,所述第三板133另一端和第二车体132可拆卸固定连接,当所述承载杆136和调节板135拆卸、且所述调节板135从所述第一板131上拆卸时,可转动调节板135。本实施例第一板和第一车体可拆卸固定连接,就方便将第一板和第一车体进行固定连接或拆卸,以及第三板和第二车体可拆卸固定连接,就方便将第三板和第二车体进行固定连接或拆卸,这样就方便将中间体从第一车体和第二车体上拆卸下来,在运输或携带过程中,就可以将第一车体、第二车体及中间体相互拆分开,从而形成模块化结构,这样就极大的方便携带或运输。
当需要携带或运输电动平衡车时,可以将第一板和第一车体拆卸,以及第三板和第二车体拆卸,这样就可以将第一车体、第二车体及中间体分离,实现模块化,在大量运输过程中,就可以将其各自分类,以便运输,且减小其占用空间。在携带过程中,用户可以将电动平衡车各部件拆卸后放入到背包中,或者拉车上,这样就方便用户携带。
而且本实施例的电动平衡车当第一车体出现故障或第二车体出现故障时,就可以将其拆卸,快速装入一正常的部件与本实施例的电动平衡车相匹配,这样就增加了电动平衡车的整体寿命,同时,提高了利用率。
本实施例的电动平衡车在使用过程中可以快速组装,在不使用时,可以快 速拆卸,方便运输和携带。
具体的,在本实施例中的改进中,所述第一板131和第一车体110通过螺钉固定连接,所述第三板133和第二车体120通过螺钉固定连接,螺钉固定连接牢固,方便固定和拆卸。然而,需要说明的是,本实施例中间体130与第一车体及第二车体之间的可拆卸固定连接方式并不限于此,比如:插接可拆卸固定方式、直接螺接可拆卸固定方式、卡接可拆卸固定方式。第一板131通过第一连接部1312和固定在第一车体上的一个车轮轴141固定连接,固定连接后再通过螺钉紧固;第三板132通过第二连接部1331和固定在第二车体上的另一个车轮轴141固定连接,固定连接后再通过螺钉紧固。
作为本发明实施例的一种改进,所述调节板一端和第三板可拆卸固定连接,所述第二板和承载杆可拆卸固定连接,所述第四板和承载杆可拆卸固定连接,所述第一板和第二板可拆卸固定连接,所述第三板和第四板可拆卸固定连接,所述座子和承载杆可拆卸固定连接。这样就可以将中间体的各个部件相互拆卸开,在运输或携带过程中,可以将中间体各个部件完全拆分开,以便放置、运输及携带。而当使用时将各个相互固定连接即可。当然,本实施例也可以仅对中间体的部分部件进行可拆卸固定连接。
在本实施例的改进中,中间体的各个部件之间的可拆卸固定方式,包括但并不限于:螺钉螺接固定、直接螺接固定、卡接固定、套接固定、销轴固定。具体的,中间体的各个部件通过销轴可拆卸固定连接,销轴可拆卸固定方式容易实现,方便拆卸,且方便安装固定。
本实施例第一车体110和第二车体120之间通过中间体130固定连接,第一车体和第一板固定连接以及第二车体和第二板固定连接后,第一车体和第二车体之间形成一间隙,第一车体和第二车体可以通过中间的间隙相互缓冲,从而减小电动平衡车的震动作用力,起到减震作用。当电动平衡车在跑动过程中其中第一车体遇到障碍物或第二车体遇到障碍物时第一车体或第二车体产生形变及震动,并作用到中间体和间隙处,间隙和中间件对震动作用力进行减缓, 当震动继续向另一侧传动时,其震动作用力被大大的减小,这样就大大减小了震动作用力,起到了较好的减震作用。
作为本发明实施例的另一种改进,本实施例的电动平衡车还包括减震装置,所述减震装置设置在所述第一车体110、第二车体120及中间体130的一个或多个上,用于减震。本实施例用于减震的减震装置设置在所述第一车体、第二车体及中间体的一个或多个上,这样就起到进一步的减震作用,使得电动平衡车的整体减震效果更佳。
具体的,所述减震装置包括设置在所述第一车体和第二车体之间的第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件位于第一车体和第二车体形成的间隙位置。电动平衡车在跑动过程中,遇到障碍物,并产生震动时,将震动的作用力作用到间隙处的第一弹性件及中间体上,这样第一弹性件对第一车体和第二车体起到较好的减震作用。本实施例第一弹性件包括一个弹簧,当然,也可以在第一车体和第二车体之间设置多个弹簧。
进一步的,所述减震装置还包括设置在所述第一板上的第二弹性件。当然,第二弹性件也可以单独设置在第三板上。本实施例的第二弹性件包括一个弹簧,当然,本实施例的第二弹性件也可以包括多个弹簧,将多个弹簧设置在第一板上或第三板上。而且第二弹性件也可以不结合第一弹性件设置,也就是说,本实施例还可以仅设置第二弹性件,而不设置第一弹性件。
更进一步的,所述减震装置包括设置在所述第一板上的第三弹性件和设置在所述第三板上的第四弹性件。这样设置使得减震效果更佳,不仅在第一车体和第二车体之间设置第一弹性件进行减震,而且分别在第一板和第三板上设置第三弹性件和第四弹性件进行减震。本实施例的第三弹性件包括一个弹簧,第四弹性件包括一个弹簧,当然,本实施例的第三弹性件及第四弹性件也可以分别包括多个弹簧。而且第三弹性件及第四弹性件的设置也可以不结合第一弹性件设置,也就是说,本实施例还可以仅设置第三弹性件和第四弹性件,而不设置第一弹性件。
当然,需要说明的是,本实施例的减震装置的具体结构并不限于此,比如:本实施例也可以在中间体的在第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板及承载杆的一个或多个上设置弹簧。
本发明的电动平衡车还包括电路板、电池、驱动电机及控制器,对于本领域技术人员而言,电动平衡车的电路板、电池、驱动电机及控制器都是本领域技术人员已经了解的技术,故在此不再详述。

  1. 一种电动平衡车,其中,包括第一车体、第二车体以及设置在第一车体和第二车体之间的中间体,所述中间体包括第一板、第二板、第三板、第四板、调节板及座子,所述第一板一端和第二板一端铰接,所述第一板另一端和第一车体固定连接;所述第三板一端和第四板一端铰接,所述第三板另一端和第二车体固定连接,所述第四板另一端和第二板另一端铰接,所述座子设置在所述第二板另一端和第四板另一端的铰接处;所述调节板一端铰接到所述第三板上,所述调节板另一端可拆卸的固定在所述第一板上;当所述调节板从所述第一板上拆卸时,可转动调节板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述中间体还包括承载杆,所述承载杆一端和调节板可拆卸固定连接,所述第二板另一端铰接到所述承载杆另一端,所述第四板另一端铰接到所述承载杆另一端,所述座子设置在所述承载杆另一端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述承载杆和调节板通过螺接固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述中间体还包括螺接头,所述调节板上设置有与所述螺接头螺接的螺接孔,对应的,所述承载杆上设置有与所述螺接头螺接的螺接槽。

  7. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述调节板中间的宽度小于其两端的宽度。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述卡扣为两个,分别位于所 述调节板另一端的两侧,所述调节板另一端中间部位设置有开口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述开口为圆弧形结构。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其中,所述调节板设置有放置槽。
