本公开提出的电子书管理方法通过建立一购买电子书使用权限的第一用户账户,并通过第一用户账户对普通用户账户即第二用户账户授权,使第二用户账户可以于一借阅时间段内使用所述电子书,对普通用户降低了电子书的使用成本,提高了电子书利用率。

图1是本公开示例性实施方式提出的一种电子书管理方法。如图1,电子书管理方法包括:
步骤S1,在一电子商务平台建立一第一用户账户,所述第一用户账户经所述电子商务平台购买多个电子书的多个使用授权并取得管理所述电子书的所述使用授权的权限。
第一用户账户的功能类似于图书馆,即购买图书、维护管理图书以及维护管理用户借阅。与实体图书馆所不同的是,本公开示例性实施例中的第一用户账户为一互联网电子商务平台的虚拟账户,与该电 子商务平台通过电子商务交易方式进行购买交易。第一用户账户可以为一类似于电子商务平台商户的专卖店的具有子域名的账户,例如,电子商务平台为京东商城,建立于京东商城平台的第一用户账户为的开通方为北京大学图书馆,则该第一用户账户可以申请一具有一后缀为“beijinguniversity.library..jd.com”的子域名,互联网用户于浏览器输入此子域名即可进入该第一用户账户界面,但无法管理该第一用户账户。电子商务平台可以提供该第一用户账户一账户名与密码,账户名与密码由账户开通方例如北京大学图书馆设置,使用此账户名与密码登录该第一用户账户即可对第一用户账户进行电子书购买、电子书管理以及借阅用户管理等操作。当然,开通方也可以通过其他终端例如移动终端(手机、平板电脑等)中的应用程序通过账户名与密码登录该第一用户账户并对第一用户账户进行管理,本公开对此不作限制。
由于电子书不同于实体书具有“本”的形式,因此第一用户账户购买的对象可以为电子书的使用授权。该使用授权可以为一授权码或其他形式。第一用户账户可以购买一电子书的多个使用授权,或者多个电子书的使用授权,最终第一用户账户可以拥有多个电子书的多个使用授权。第一用户账户可以管理这些使用授权,将其分时间借阅给其他账户。
由于电子商务平台具有后台数据库,因此电子书的数据内容存储于电子商务平台的后台数据库中,第一用户账户购买的是电子书的使用授权,即浏览下载电子书的权限,第一用户账户本身不具备存储电子书数据内容的功能。
步骤S2,在所述电子商务平台建立一第二用户账户,自所述第一用户账户取得关联所述第一用户账户的权限,并取得在一借阅时间段内使用所述第一用户账户购买的所述电子书的所述使用授权的权限。
第二用户账户可以为该电子商务平台的普通用户账户。普通用户 账户需要向第一用户账户申请一关联权限,被第一用户账户批准关联后,可以浏览第一用户账户购买的电子书信息并选择若干电子书进行借阅。具体方式可以是第一用户账户设置一借阅时间段,例如自借阅行为发生起的七天,在此借阅时间段内,第二用户账户可以通过电子商务平台的后台数据库浏览或下载所借阅的电子书。
第二用户账户取得第一用户账户的关联权限后,可以在能登录电子商务平台的终端上登录个人账户,登录后查找已关联的第一用户账户,点击进入即可借阅第一用户账户购买的电子书。进一步的,第一用户账户可以对第二用户账户进行借阅授权,也可以取消对第二用户账户的借阅授权,第一用户账户具有管理借阅行为的最大权限。
值得一提的是,为了保障电子书提供方的正当权益,第二用户账户借阅时下载的电子书只能于下载该电子书的终端上使用,即用户若将电子书下载到手机上,将无法在台式计算机上阅读。具体实现方式可以为通过一加密方式下载一电子书,下载后的电子书在下载终端上生成唯一的加密数据,只有该下载终端可以解密该加密数据进行阅读。加密方法可以为公私钥加密方法或其他加密方法,本公开对此不作限制。
步骤S3,在所述电子商务平台建立一第三用户账户,所述第三用户账户对所述电子商务平台提供所述电子书的所述使用授权,并根据所述第一用户账户购买的所述电子书的所述使用授权对所述电子商务平台收费。
第三用户账户通常提供给电子书供应商,用于与电子商务平台进行结算。第三用户账户可以通过电子商务平台提供的接口查看其提供的一电子书售出多少份使用授权,再根据该电子书一份使用授权的售价乘以使用授权的售出份数就该电子书对电子商务平台进行交易结算。
本领域技术人员可以理解实现上述实施方式的全部或部分步骤被实现为由CPU执行的计算机程序。在该计算机程序被CPU执行时,执行本发明提供的上述方法所限定的上述功能。所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
此外,需要注意的是,上述附图仅是根据本发明示例性实施方式的方法所包括的处理的示意性说明,而不是限制目的。易于理解,上述附图所示的处理并不表明或限制这些处理的时间顺序。另外,也易于理解,这些处理可以是例如在多个模块中同步或异步执行的。
进一步的,本公开还提出一种电子书管理系统,用于实现上述电子书管理方法。
图2为本公开示例性实施例中的电子书管理系统的方框图。如图2所示,电子书管理系统包括:
购买维护模块101,用于在一电子商务平台建立第一用户账户,所述第一用户账户经所述电子商务平台购买多个电子书的多个使用授权并取得管理所述电子书的所述使用授权的权限。该第一账户可以由管理员管理,且该第一账户购买所述多个电子书的多个使用授权后,自该电子商务平台获得已购书数据并可以将其显示在账户页面上,由管理员管理,如图2。
用户借阅模块102,为建立于所述电子商务平台的一第二用户账户,可以自所述第一用户账户取得关联所述第一用户账户的权限,并取得在一借阅时间段内使用所述第一用户账户购买的所述电子书的所述使用授权的权限。该第二账户可以为一读者开通,通过购买维护模块101查找电子书并办理借阅手续,自购买维护模块101取得关联第一用户账户的权限后,自该电子商务平台取得电子书的使用授权,并 从该电子商务平台阅读或下载该电子书,如图2。
交易结算模块103,为建立于所述电子商务平台的一第三用户账户,所述第三用户账户对所述电子商务平台提供所述电子书的所述使用授权,并根据所述第一用户账户购买的所述电子书的所述使用授权对所述电子商务平台收费。该第三用户账户可以为一供应商开通,该供应商提供电子书资源,可以包括多个电子书的多个数据,并自该电子商务平台取得其所提供的电子书资源的交易记录,根据该交易记录与该电子商务平台进行结算,如图2。
其中,第一用户账户具有关联或取消所述第二用户账户的权限。
第二用户账户为个人用户在所述电子商务平台开通的普通用户账户。
第二用户账户取得所述借阅时间段内使用所述电子书的所述使用授权后,具有下载所述电子书的权限。
第二用户账户下载的所述电子书只能于所述借阅时间内在下载所述电子书的客户端使用。
上述电子书管理系统中各模块/单元的具体细节已经在对应的电子书管理方法中进行了详细的描述,因此此处不再赘述。
应当注意,尽管在上文详细描述中提及了用于动作执行的设备的若干模块或者单元,但是这种划分并非强制性的。实际上,根据本公开的实施方式,上文描述的两个或更多模块或者单元的特征和功能可以在一个模块或者单元中具体化。反之,上文描述的一个模块或者单元的特征和功能可以进一步划分为由多个模块或者单元来具体化。
本公开的电子书管理方法通过建立一购买多个电子书的多个使用授权的第一用户账户,并将其借阅给取得第一用户账户借阅权限的普通用户账户,实现了团体对电子书的集中购买和管理,分摊了电子书使用成本,提高了电子书使用效率,降低了普通用户阅读电子书的费用。同时对电子商务平台来说,增强了团体用户和个人用户对电子商务平台的粘性,提高了用户购买的可能性。对电子书供应商来说,提供了有一稳定销售渠道,有利于电子书的著作权保护。
图3示出了可以应用本发明实施例的电子书管理方法或电子书管理装置的示例性系统架构300。
如图3所示,系统架构300可以包括终端设备301、302、303,网络304和服务器305。网络304用以在终端设备301、302、303和服务器305之间提供通信链路的介质。网络304可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
用户可以使用终端设备301、302、303通过网络304与服务器305交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备301、302、303上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如购物类应用、网页浏览器应用、搜索类应用、即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件等。
终端设备301、302、303可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。
服务器305可以是提供各种服务的服务器,例如对用户利用终端设备301、302、303所浏览的购物类网站提供支持的后台管理服务器。后台管理服务器可以对接收到的电子书管理查询请求等数据进行分析等处理,并将处理结果反馈给终端设备。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所提供的电子书管理方法一般由服务器305执行,相应地,电子书管理装置一般设置于服务器305中。
应该理解,图3中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
下面参考图4,其示出了适于用来实现本发明实施例的终端设备的计算机系统400的结构示意图。图4示出的终端设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本发明实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图4所示,计算机系统400包括中央处理单元(CPU)401,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)402中的程序或者从存储部分408加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)403中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 403中,还存储有系统400操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 401、ROM 402以及RAM 403通过总线404彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口405也连接至总线404。
以下部件连接至I/O接口405:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分406;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分407;包括硬盘等的存储部分408;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分409。通信部分409经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器410也根据需要连接至I/O接口405。可拆卸介质411,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器410上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分408。
特别地,根据本发明公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本发明公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实 施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分409从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从可拆卸介质411被安装。在该计算机程序被中央处理单元(CPU)401执行时,执行本发明的系统中限定的上述功能。
需要说明的是,本发明所示的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本发明中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本发明中,计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:无线、电线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。

根据本发明实施例的技术方案,通过建立一购买电子书使用权限的第一用户账户,并通过第一用户账户对普通用户账户即第二用户账 户授权,使第二用户账户可以于一借阅时间段内使用所述电子书,对普通用户降低了电子书的使用成本,提高了电子书利用率。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子书管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在一电子书平台建立一第一用户账户,所述第一用户账户经所述电子书平台购买多个电子书的多个使用授权并取得管理所述电子书的所述使用授权的权限;
    在所述电子书平台建立一第二用户账户,自所述第一用户账户取得关联所述第一用户账户的权限,并取得在一借阅时间段内使用所述第一用户账户购买的所述电子书的所述使用授权的权限;
    在所述电子书平台建立一第三用户账户,所述第三用户账户对所述电子书平台提供所述电子书的所述使用进行授权,并根据所述第一用户账户购买的所述电子书的所述使用授权对所述电子书平台收费。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子书管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户账户具有关联或取消关联所述第二用户账户的权限。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子书管理方法,其特征在于,所述第二用户账户为个人用户在所述电子书平台开通的普通用户账户。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子书管理方法,其特征在于,所述第二用户账户取得所述借阅时间段内使用所述电子书的所述使用授权后,具有下载所述电子书的权限。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子书管理方法,其特征在于,所述第二用户账户下载的所述电子书只能于所述借阅时间内在下载所述电子书的客户端使用。
  6. 一种电子书管理系统,其特征在于,包括:
    购买维护模块,用于在一电子书平台建立一第一用户账户,所述 第一用户账户经所述电子书平台购买多个电子书的多个使用授权并取得管理所述电子书的所述使用授权的权限;
    用户借阅模块,用于在所述电子书平台建立一第二用户账户,自所述第一用户账户取得关联所述第一用户账户的权限,并取得于一借阅时间段内使用所述第一用户账户购买的所述电子书的所述使用授权的权限;
    交易结算模块,用于在所述电子书平台建立一第三用户账户,所述第三用户账户对所述电子书平台提供所述电子书的所述使用进行授权,并根据所述第一用户账户购买的所述电子书的所述使用授权对所述电子书平台收费。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子书管理方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户账户具有关联所述第二用户账户的权限。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子书管理方法,其特征在于,所述第二用户账户为个人用户在所述电子书平台开通的普通用户账户。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电子书管理方法,其特征在于,所述第二用户账户取得所述借阅时间段内使用所述电子书的所述使用授权后,具有下载所述电子书的权限。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子书管理方法,其特征在于,所述第二用户账户下载的所述电子书只能于所述借阅时间内在下载所述电子书的客户端使用。
  11. 一种电子书管理电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法。
