Description
本发明涉及中药领域,具体涉及一种治疗小儿口腔溃疡的中药组合物。
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对健康的关注程度逐渐增加,现如今污染包括空气污染、环境污染、工作压力、经济压力、细菌病毒、饮食不当等等,再者,由于都市工作、生活节奏的变化,很容易使人产生慢性疲劳,即亚健康状态,所有这些不利健康的因素,通常会令人精神不能集中、记忆力衰退、经常怠倦、提早衰老。
口腔溃疡是一种以周期性反复发作为特点的口腔粘膜病变,可发生在口腔粘膜的任何部位,以口腔的唇、颊、软腭或齿龈等处的粘膜多见,发生单个或者多个大小不等的圆形或椭圆形溃疡,表面覆盖灰白或黄色假膜,中央凹陷,边界清楚,周围粘膜红而微肿,溃疡局部灼痛明显,具有周期性、复发性、自限性的特征。
目前市面上的口腔溃疡品种类繁多,但作用效果参差不齐,并且很多药物都是人工合成的化学剂,长期食用可能对人体会造成不利的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种治疗小儿口腔溃疡的中药组合物,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,一种治疗小儿口腔溃疡的中药组合物,由如下重量份的原料组成:寒水石20~30份,青黛10~20份,贯众10~20份,知母20-30份,牡丹皮10~20份,金银花4~8份,连翘20-30份,蒲公英6~12份,牛黄4~6份,茯苓2~4份,夏枯草4~8份,黄连6~12份,鱼腥草10-20份,槐花20~30份,赤芍5~15份,黄连2~10份。
本发明提供的一种治疗小儿口腔溃疡的中药组合物,使用效果好,有效治疗口腔溃疡,作用温和,无毒副作用,并且该药物的生产工艺简单、易于服用、疗效显著,是一种理想的提高人体免疫、抗疲劳的药物。
在一些实施方式中,由如下重量份的原料组成:寒水石25份,青黛15份,贯众15份,知母25份,牡丹皮15份,金银花6份,连翘25份,蒲公英9份,牛黄5份,茯苓3份,夏枯草6份,黄连9份,鱼腥草15份,槐花25份,赤芍10份,黄连6份。
一种治疗小儿口腔溃疡的中药组合物,其制备方法如下,
按重量份秤取各组分,用去离子水冲洗20min后,用烘箱在30~40℃下焙哄0.5H;
将焙哄好的各组分放置研钵中进行研磨,研磨的各组分粉末至1000目;
将研磨好的各组分加入去离子水中,先用大火煮沸,时间10min,再用小火继续煨2H;
冷却,去除杂质即得产品。
实施例1

按重量份秤取各组分知母25份,牡丹皮15份,金银花6份,连翘25份,蒲公英9份,牛黄5份,茯苓3份,水牛角9份,苍耳子3份,夏枯草6份,黄连9份,黄莲5份,赤芍3份,鱼腥草15份,槐花25份,赤芍10份,黄连7份,用去离子水冲洗20min后,用烘箱在35℃下焙哄0.5H;将焙哄好的各组分放置研钵中进行研磨,研磨的各组分粉末至1000目,将研磨后的各
组分混合均匀后并加入去离子水中,先用大火煮沸,时间10min,再用小火继续煨2H;冷却,去除杂质即得产品。
实施例3
按重量份秤取各组分寒水石30份,青黛20份,贯众20份,知母30份,牡丹皮20份,金银花8份,连翘30份,蒲公英12份,牛黄6份,茯苓4份,夏枯草8份,黄连12份,鱼腥草20份,槐花30份,赤芍15份,黄连2~10份,用去离子水冲洗20min后,用烘箱在40℃下焙哄0.5H;将焙哄好的各组分放置研钵中进行研磨,研磨的各组分粉末至1000目,将研磨后的各组分混合均匀后并加入去离子水中,先用大火煮沸,时间10min,再用小火继续煨2H;冷却,去除杂质即得产品。
实验例:
实验方法和时间:使用实施例2中制备的治疗口腔溃疡的药液,每次150ml,每日2次。
实验对象:
选取患口腔溃疡病症的200例病例,其中,男性108例,女性92例;年龄18-56岁,平均34岁。
疗效评定标准:
治愈:疼痛消失,口腔溃疡面完全愈合。
有效:疼痛消失,口腔溃疡面部分愈合。
无效,疼痛未消失,口腔溃疡面未见明显变化。
实验结果:有效102例,治愈98例,总有效率100%。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

- 一种治疗小儿口腔溃疡的中药组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料组成:寒水石20~30份,青黛10~20份,贯众10~20份,知母20-30份,牡丹皮10~20份,金银花4~8份,连翘20-30份,蒲公英6~12份,牛黄4~6份,茯苓2~4份,夏枯草4~8份,黄连6~12份,鱼腥草10-20份,槐花20~30份,赤芍5~15份,黄连2~10份。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗小儿口腔溃疡的中药组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料组成:寒水石25份,青黛15份,贯众15份,知母25份,牡丹皮15份,金银花6份,连翘25份,蒲公英9份,牛黄5份,茯苓3份,夏枯草6份,黄连9份,鱼腥草15份,槐花25份,赤芍10份,黄连6份。
- 根据要求1或2所述的一种治疗小儿口腔溃疡的中药组合物,其特征在于,其制备方法如下,按重量份秤取各组分,用去离子水冲洗20min后,用烘箱在30~40℃下焙哄0.5H;将焙哄好的各组分放置研钵中进行研磨,研磨的各组分粉末至1000目;将研磨好的各组分加入去离子水中,先用大火煮沸,时间10min,再用小火继续煨2H;冷却,去除杂质即得产品。
