进一步的,所述水平移动机构还包括位置传感器Ⅰ和位置传感器Ⅱ,所述位置传感器Ⅰ和位置传感器Ⅱ分别设置在在所述黑板主体的左、右两侧。
进一步的,在所述黑板主体上还设置有RFID读头和指纹扫描器,所述RFID读头位于所述面板内,所述指纹扫描器嵌设在所述面板上。
本发明多功能电子黑板的有益技术效果是:通过将黑板主体分为红外触控显示屏和书写面板两个部分,从而老师无需左右来回走动进行书写且避免了老师站在讲桌前时身体易挡住学生的视线造成学生无法看到显示屏上的内容的问题;另外实物展示台整体结构简单实用、成本低以及使用方便从而客户对产品接受度高,易于推广产品。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,功能电子黑板多功能电子黑板包括长方形的黑板主体1、实物展示台2和摄像机3。摄像机3设置在黑板主体1外侧的顶部,实物展示台2相对摄像机3可收放地设置在黑板主体1的底部。在黑板主体1的左半区域上设置有与摄像机3连接的红外触控显示屏10,在黑板主体1的边缘设置有红外矩阵触摸控制器11。黑板的右半区域设置为可书写的面板13。实物展示台2包括模块框架20、展台21、承重连接轴22和轴向运动滑块23。模块框架20嵌设在黑板主体1内,轴向运动滑块23滑动地设置于模块框架20的下框架上,在轴向运动滑块23上设置有一对限位套筒24。承重连接轴22的一端活动地套设在限位套筒24内且在该端的两相对侧面上分别设置有转动限位器25,该对转动限位器25位于该对限位套筒24之间并与该对限位套筒24分别抵制配合用于限定承重连接轴22相对于轴向套筒的轴向位移,以使承重连接轴22与轴向滑动滑块同时做滑动运动,且承重连接轴22可在限位套筒24内在一定角度内转动。承重连接轴22的另一端与展台21连接且在该端套设有弹簧26,弹簧26的两端分别抵压展台21和限位套筒24。当收折展台21时,弹簧26略微受压,这样方便打开展台21时,能自动弹出展台21。使用时将书本资料等放置在实物展台21上,并通过摄像机3拍摄书本资料以将书本资料上的内容在红外触控显示屏10上显示。
通过轴向运动滑块23、限位套筒24和转动限位器25的配合能够实现承重 连接轴22带动展台21沿轴向滑入或者滑出模块框架20,并能在一定范围内旋转后固定位置。作为优选方案,该对转动限位器25所在的位置点沿承重连接轴22的径向之间的夹角为九十度,从而可以将承重连接轴22的旋转角度限定为九十度。
展台21为方形展台21,在模块框架20上设置有与展台21形状和大小匹配的容纳腔211,在模块框架20上设置有限位电磁锁27,当展台21收折在容纳腔211后,电磁锁27将展台21锁定,以防止滥用设备。在承重连接轴22靠近限位套筒24的端部设置有位置红外传感器28,用于检测承重连接轴22的位置,方便检测和信号反馈。
在展台21上设置有收放式无影投射灯29,无影投射灯29包括支架291和灯管292,无影投射灯29通过支架291的一端与展台21转动连接,灯管292旋转地设置在支架291的另一端,在展台21上设置有与无影投射灯29形状和大小匹配的收纳槽,当无影投射灯29使用完毕后用于收纳无影投射灯29。作为优选方案,在展台21上设置有背光底灯,以增强资料或物件投影展示效果。
在模块框架20上设置有与展台21滑动配合的滑槽导向轮201,当展台21滑进或者滑出容纳腔211时用于对展台21导向。
在模块框架20上设置有纳米触控显示屏202且纳米触控屏嵌套在面板13上,纳木触控显示屏分别与摄像头和无影投射灯29电连接用于控制摄像头和无影投射灯29的工作。
使用时,按压展台21的侧面,通过弹簧26的弹力将展台21往外弹出,用手将展台21滑动取出后向下旋转九十度后通过转动限位器25定位,并将无影投射灯29可根据实际需要任意角度旋转展开,从而可以方便地使用展台21。通过相反动作收折展台21,当展台21收纳入容纳腔211后通过电磁锁27将其锁定,从而防止滥用设备。
面板13为黑色或绿色的树脂面板13;在黑板主体1的左半区域表面还设置有板书用AG纳米防眩玻璃14。AG纳米防眩玻璃14覆盖在红外触控显示屏10的表面,可以使用水笔等书写工具在AG纳米防眩玻璃14上进行书写内容。
请一并参阅图1和图4,多功能电子黑板还包括自动黑板擦装置,自动黑板擦装置设置在黑板主体1上。
自动黑板擦装置包括黑板擦移动机构4,纳米触控屏控制黑板擦移动机构4的工作。黑板擦移动机构4包括水平移动机构5、机械臂6和黑板擦机构7。水平移动机构5包括机械臂运行导轨51、传动皮带52、步进电机53、减速器54、驱动轮55、从动轮56和驱动轴57。机械臂运行导轨51分别设置在黑板主体1的上、下两侧,驱动轴57设置在黑板主体1左边侧且长度与黑板主体1的高度相适配,在驱动轴57上、下两端安装有驱动轮55。从动轮56设置在黑板主体1右边侧上、下两端。传动皮带52分别套装在黑板主体1上、下两端的驱动轮55和从动轮56上,步进电机53通过减速器54与驱动轴57相连接。
机械臂6竖直套装在上、下机械臂运行导轨51上且与传动皮带52固定连接。在机械臂6上设置有T型槽。黑板擦机构7通过T型凸台与机械臂6上的T形槽滑动连接,包括吸尘电机61、积尘盒62、衔铁63、电磁铁64、支撑臂65和黑板擦。黑板擦为长度与黑板主体1高度相匹配的长条形,且固定安装在支撑臂65上,在黑板擦的外侧设置有积尘盒62,在积尘盒62的顶部设置有吸尘电机61。在支撑臂65上设置有衔铁63,在机械臂6上设置有电磁铁64。
水平移动机构5还包括位置传感器Ⅰ58和位置传感器Ⅱ59,位置传感器Ⅰ58和位置传感器Ⅱ59分别设置在在黑板主体的左、右两侧。
在黑板主体上还设置有RFID读头7和指纹扫描器8,用于实现学生、老师的考勤、定位和密钥管理等功能,并能将采集的数据实时传送到电子黑板云平台。RFID读头7位于面板内,指纹扫描器8嵌设在面板上。RFID读头7和指纹扫描器8通过安装框架一体装配在黑板主体的右下角,以方便安装、拆卸和维护。在本实施方式中,RFID读头7相对指纹扫描器8水平设置,在其他实施方式中RFID读头7相对指纹扫描器8竖直设置。
需要说明的是,本发明所使用的左半区域并不是严格指方位上的左边,右半区域并不是严格指方位上的右边。本发明使用的左半区域和右半区域指的是空间上相对的两个区域,也就是说红外矩阵触摸控制器如果设置在黑板主体的左边区域,面板就设置在黑板主体的右边区域;或者红外矩阵触摸控制器如果设置在黑板主体的右边区域,面板就设置在黑板主体的左边区域。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:包括长方形的黑板主体、实物展示台和摄像机;所述摄像机设置在所述黑板主体外侧的顶部,所述实物展示台相对所述摄像机可收放地设置在所述黑板主体的底部;在所述黑板主体的左半区域上设置有与所述摄像机连接的红外触控显示屏,在所述黑板主体的边缘设置有红外矩阵触摸控制器;所述黑板的右半区域设置为可书写的面板;所述实物展示台包括模块框架、展台、承重连接轴和轴向运动滑块;所述模块框架嵌设在所述黑板主体内,所述轴向运动滑块滑动地设置于模块框架的下框架上,在所述轴向运动滑块上设置有一对限位套筒;所述承重连接轴的一端活动地套设在所述限位套筒内且在该端的两相对侧面上分别设置有转动限位器,该对转动限位器位于该对限位套筒之间并与该对限位套筒分别抵制配合;所述承重连接轴的另一端与所述展台连接且在该端套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别抵压所述展台和所述限位套筒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:所述展台为方形展台,在所述模块框架上设置有与所述展台形状和大小匹配的容纳腔,在所述模块框架上设置有限位电磁锁,当所述展台收折在所述容纳腔后,所述电磁锁将所述展台锁定;在所述承重连接轴靠近所述限位套筒的端部设置有位置红外传感器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:在所述展台上设置有收放式无影投射灯,所述无影投射灯包括支架和灯管,所述无影投射灯通过所述支架的一端与所述展台转动连接,所述灯管旋转地设置在所述支架的另一端,在所述展台上设置有与所述无影投射灯形状和大小匹配的收纳槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:在所述模块框架上设置有与所述展台滑动配合的滑槽导向轮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:在所述模块框架上设置有纳米触控显示屏且所述纳米触控屏嵌套在所述面板上,所述纳米触控显示屏分别与所述摄像头和所述无影投射灯电连接用于控制所述摄像头和所述无影投射灯的工作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:所述面板为黑色或绿色的树脂面板;在所述黑板主体的左半区域表面还设置有板书用AG纳米防 眩玻璃。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:所述多功能电子黑板还包括自动黑板擦装置,所述自动黑板擦装置设置在所述黑板主体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:所述自动黑板擦装置包括黑板擦移动机构,所述纳米触控屏控制所述黑板擦移动机构的工作;所述黑板擦移动机构包括水平移动机构、机械臂和黑板擦机构;其中,
    所述水平移动机构包括机械臂运行导轨、传动皮带、步进电机、减速器、驱动轮、从动轮和驱动轴;所述机械臂运行导轨分别设置在黑板主体的上、下两侧,所述驱动轴设置在黑板主体左边侧且长度与黑板主体的高度相适配,在驱动轴上、下两端安装有驱动轮;所述从动轮设置在黑板主体右边侧上、下两端;所述传动皮带分别套装在黑板主体上、下两端的驱动轮和从动轮上,所述步进电机通过减速器与驱动轴相连接;
    所述机械臂竖直套装在上、下机械臂运行导轨上且与传动皮带固定连接;在机械臂上设置有T型槽;所述黑板擦机构通过T型凸台与机械臂上的T形槽滑动连接,包括吸尘电机、积尘盒、衔铁、电磁铁、支撑臂和黑板擦;所述黑板擦为长度与黑板主体高度相匹配的长条形,且固定安装在支撑臂上,在黑板擦的外侧设置有积尘盒,在积尘盒的顶部设置有吸尘电机;在支撑臂上设置有衔铁,在机械臂上设置有电磁铁。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:所述水平移动机构还包括位置传感器Ⅰ和位置传感器Ⅱ,所述位置传感器Ⅰ和位置传感器Ⅱ分别设置在在所述黑板主体的左、右两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多功能电子黑板,其特征在于:在所述黑板主体上还设置有RFID读头和指纹扫描器,所述RFID读头设置于所述面板内,所述指纹扫描器嵌设在所述面板上。
