Description

一种智能化垃圾压缩机 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理设备技术领域,具体为一种智能化垃圾压缩机。
背景技术
生活垃圾处理专指日常生活或者为日常生活提供服务的活动所产生的固体废弃物以及法律法规所规定的视为生活垃圾的固体废物的处理,包括生活垃圾的源头减量、清扫、分类收集、储存、运输、处理、处置及相关管理活动,处理的目的是减少垃圾产量,垃圾处理遵循减量化、无害化、资源化、节约资金、节约土地和居民满意等准则,垃圾压缩机是实现垃圾压缩减容的主要设备之一,亦是垃圾转运站的主要处理设备。垃圾压缩机是垃圾中转站的主要设备,是一种由液压系统控制的将收集来的垃圾进行压缩,以减少垃圾体积的机械。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种智能化垃圾压缩机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种智能化垃圾压缩机,包括液压压缩机、工作主体和电控系统,所述工作主体左上端设有垃圾入口,所述垃圾入口右侧安装有液压压缩机,液压压缩机上端安装有液压泵,所述液压泵下方安装有液压缸,所述液压泵通过液压流动管与液压缸相连接,所述液压缸内部左右两侧安装有液压控制阀,所述液压缸下方安装有液压千斤顶,所述液压千斤顶下端安装有压缩板,所述压缩板下方安装有压缩箱,所述压缩箱左侧安装有伸缩装置,所述伸缩装置上下两端安装有伸缩杆,所述 伸缩杆右端安装有推动板,所述液压压缩机左端安装有电控系统,所述电控系统左端安装有散热装置,所述散热装置右侧安装有PLC电控单元,所述PLC电控单元下方安装有无线感应控制器,所述工作主体与PLC电控单元和无线感应控制器通过电性连接,所述电控系统下方安装有电动机。
优选的,所述压缩箱右端安装有感应拉出装置。
优选的,所述工作主体下端安装有四个支撑架,且均匀分布。
优选的,所述液压泵下方安装有溢流阀。
优选的,所述自动控制系统左侧安装有自动报警系统。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明智能化垃圾压缩机,安装有PLC电控单元,为机器提供良好的电力配置,安装有无线感应控制器,实现智能化感应控制,可以方便的对机器进行控制,液压压缩机提供连绵不断的动力,安装有液压泵保证液压压缩机的运行,安装有液压千斤顶使压缩板把垃圾压缩的更加彻底,安装有压缩箱可以供液压压缩机压缩垃圾,安装有感应拉出装置自动取出垃圾,安装有散热装置为液压压缩机散发热量安装有自动报警系统,可以保证机器的安全可靠的运行,使用安全方便工作效率高。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种智能化垃圾压缩机,包括液压压缩机1、工作主体6和电控系统11,工作主体6左上端设有垃圾入口2,垃圾入口2右侧安装有液压压缩机1,液压压缩机1上端安装有液压泵18,液压泵18下方安装有液压缸16,液压泵18通过液压流动管12与液压缸16相连接,液压缸16内部左右两侧安装有液压控制阀13,液压缸16下方安装有液压千斤顶14,液压千斤顶14下端安装有压缩板15,压缩板15下方安装有压缩箱7,压缩箱7左侧安装有伸缩装置5,伸缩装置5上下两端安装有伸缩杆3,伸缩杆3右端安装有推动板4,液压压缩机1左端安装有电控系统11,电控系统11左端安装有散热装置19,散热装置19右侧安装有PLC电控单元20,PLC电控单元20下方安装有无线感应控制器22,工作主体6与PLC电控单元20和无线感应控制器22通过电性连接,电控系统11下方安装有电动机10,压缩箱7右端安装有感应拉出装置9,工作主体6下端安装有四个支撑架8,液压泵18下方安装有溢流阀17,自动控制系统22左侧安装有自动报警系统21。
具体使用方式:本发明工作中,打开电源开关,通过连接无线感应控制器22对机器进行远程操控,保证机器的全自动智能化运行,通过PLC电控单元20控制机器的电路,将垃圾从垃圾入口2倒进工作主体6中,通过伸缩装置5驱动伸缩杆3,使推动板4将垃圾推到压缩箱7内进行压缩,通过无线感应控制器22的操控启动液压压缩机1,通过液压泵18将液压缸16中的液体提供给液压千斤顶14动力,液压控制阀13控制液体的流向,使压缩板15往下压缩和往上升起,然后通过感应拉出装置9将压缩好的垃圾拉出,完成工作。
