本实用新型涉及建筑机械技术领域,具体涉及一种新型混凝土搅拌装置。
背景技术
目前,随着我国经济建设的不断发展,以及城市化进程的加快,我国的城市基础建设、房地产开发业得到了迅猛的发展,推动了混凝土产量的迅速提高,商品混凝土生产是改变传统的现场分散搅拌混凝土的生产方式,实现建筑工业化的一项重要改革。
传统的搅拌混凝土是将水泥、砂石骨料和水放入容器中,人工进行搅拌,不仅劳动强度大,而且搅拌不均匀,劳动效率低。
实用内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种新型混凝土搅拌装置,能够解决上述问题。
本实用通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种新型混凝土搅拌装置,包括轴承座、一级转轴、支架、横杆、一级电机、机体、刮板、二级转轴、进料口、出料口、轨道、二级电机、滑轮、料斗、左推动器、驱动器、左底板、右底板、右推动器,在机体上端设置进料口,在机体下端设置出料口,在机体两侧均设置支架,在支架之间设置横杆,在横杆上设置一级电机,在支架上设置轴承座,一级转轴一端连接轴承座,另一端连接机体,一级电机连接一级转轴。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在所述的机体内设置二级转轴,二级转轴下端连接刮板,在机体外设置二级电机,二级电机连接二级转轴。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,在机体一侧设置轨道,在轨道上设置料斗,料斗通过滑轮设置在轨道上,在轨道外设置驱动器,驱动器连接滑轮,轨道的上端设置在进料口上端。
作为本实用的进一步优化方案,料斗的底板包括左底板和右底板,在料斗 两侧分别设置左推动器和右推动器,左推动器连接左底板,右推动器连接右底板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型包括轴承座、一级转轴、支架、横杆、一级电机、机体、刮板、二级转轴、进料口、出料口、轨道、二级电机、滑轮、料斗、左推动器、驱动器、左底板、右底板、右推动器,在机体上端设置进料口,在机体下端设置出料口,在机体两侧均设置支架,在支架之间设置横杆,在横杆上设置一级电机,在支架上设置轴承座,一级转轴一端连接轴承座,另一端连接机体,一级电机连接一级转轴。可通过一级电机控制一级转轴带动机体转动,使机体内的混凝土能够混合均匀,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率。
2、本实用新型在所述的机体内设置二级转轴,二级转轴下端连接刮板,在机体外设置二级电机,二级电机连接二级转轴。二级电机可以控制二级转轴带动刮板对机体内壁进行刮除工作,保证机体内清洁度。
3、本实用新型在机体一侧设置轨道,在轨道上设置料斗,料斗通过滑轮设置在轨道上,在轨道外设置驱动器,驱动器连接滑轮,轨道的上端设置在进料口上端。可以通过滑轮带动料斗沿着轨道向上运行,直至位于进料口处,方便进料。
4、本实用新型料斗的底板包括左底板和右底板,在料斗两侧分别设置左推动器和右推动器,左推动器连接左底板,右推动器连接右底板。当料斗位于进料口上端时,左推动器带动左底板向左移动,右推动器带动右底板向右运动,可以使料斗内的混凝土落入到机体内,使用方便。
5、本实用新型结构简单,易于制作,适宜于工业化生产。

下面结合附图对本实用作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种新型混凝土搅拌装置,包括轴承座1、一级转轴2、支架3、横杆4、一级电机5、机体6、刮板7、二级转轴8、进料口9、出料口10、轨道11、二级电机12、滑轮13、料斗14、左推动器15、驱动器16、左底板17、右底板18、右推动器19,在机体6上端设置进料口9,在机体6下端设置出料口10,在机体6两侧均设置支架6,在支架6之间设置横杆4,在横杆4上设置一级电机5,在支架6上设置轴承座1,一级转轴2一端连接轴承座1,另一端连接机体6,一级电机5连接一级转轴2。可通过一级电机5控制一级转轴2带动机体6转动,使机体6内的混凝土能够混合均匀,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率。在所述的机体6内设置二级转轴8,二级转轴8下端连接刮板7,在机体6外设置二级电机12,二级电机12连接二级转轴8。二级电机12可以控制二级转轴8带动刮板7对机体6内壁进行刮除工作,保证机体6内清洁度。在机体6一侧设置轨道11,在轨道11上设置料斗14,料斗14通过滑轮13设置在轨道11上,在轨道11外设置驱动器16,驱动器16连接滑轮13,轨道11的上端设置在进料口9上端。可以通过滑轮13带动料斗14沿着轨道11向上运行,直至位于进料口9处,方便进料。料斗14的底板包括左底板17和右底板18,在料斗14两侧分别设置左推动器15和右推动器19,左推动器15连接左底板17,右推动器19连接右底板18。当料斗14位于进料口9上端时,左推动器15带动左底板17向左移动,右推动器19带动右底板18向右运动,可以使料斗14内的混凝土落入到机体6内,使用方便。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型混凝土搅拌装置,其特征在于:在机体(6)一侧设置轨道(11),在轨道(11)上设置料斗(14),料斗(14)通过滑轮(13)设置在轨道(11)上,在轨道(11)外设置驱动器(16),驱动器(16)连接滑轮(13),轨道(11)的上端设置在进料口(9)上端。
