V形框组件包括弯曲的背板以及两个V形框,背板设置在V形框之间且背板的弯曲面分别插入到对应的V形框中,V形框外部设置有龙门架,龙门架上安装有升降系统,且升降系统与V形框连接,V形框在升降系统的作用下进行竖直移动后背板能够插入到承书机构中。背板和两个V形框依次连接形成V型内腔,与书籍展开后形成的页面贴合,使得页面文字或者图案通过透明的背板显现,最后反射到反射镜中扫描出来。

如图1至图5所示,一种书籍档案扫描过程的自动对中装置,包括能够进行竖直方向移动的V形框组件7,V形框组件7包括弯曲为45°的背板7-1以及两个与背板弯曲角度相同的V形框7-2,背板7-1设置在V形框7-2之间且背板7-1的弯曲面分别插入到对应的V形框7-2中,V形框7-2外部设置有龙门架1,龙门架1上安装有升降系统1-1,且升降系统1-1与V形框7-2连接,V形框7-2在升降系统1-1的作用下进行竖直移动后背板7-1能够插入到承书机构2中,在V形框组件7下方设置有能够进行横向移动的导向机构3,导向机构3的上方设置有安装板4,安装板4设置在导向机构3和承书机构2之间并且分别与导向机构3和承书机构2连接,导向机构3的下方设置有底板5,导向机构3安装在底板5上,而导向机构3包括直线导轨3-3,直线导轨3-3安装在底板5上,直线导轨3-3的上方设置有若干个滑块3-1,滑块3-1的凹陷部位均与直线导轨3-3的凸出部位扣合,且滑块3-1能够沿着直线导轨3-3移动,安装板4的底部与滑块3-1的顶部连接,导向机构3中设置有用于对横向移动位置进行控制的锁紧机构6,锁紧机构6设置在滑块3-1之间且能够沿着直线导轨3-3移动或者扣紧直线导轨3-3,直线导轨3-3上方设置有直线导杆3-2,且直线导杆3-2与直线导轨3-3平行,直线导杆3-2穿过设置在同一个直线导轨3-3上的滑块3-1和锁紧机构6。安装板4下方的导向机构3为两组,每组导向机构3包含有一根直线导轨和数个滑块,根据实际使用选择滑块数量,但是至少要求两个以上,才能使得移动更加顺畅和平稳;直线导轨3-3相互平行且分别安装在底板5上,在每根直线导轨上安装有数量相同的滑块,滑块和安装有承书板的安装板连接在一起,安装板4能够在导向机构3作用下相对于底板5进行横向移动。锁紧机构6优选为电磁锁,电磁锁安装在安装板4的下方,并和直线导轨3-3外形匹配,当电信号给到电磁锁上,电磁锁对直线导轨锁紧制动。
在导向机构3上方设置有承书机构2,承书机构2包括两块沿着铅垂线对称设置的承书板,承书板之间形成V字形角度为45°的部件,承书板底部均与安装板4顶部固定,背板7-1在升降系统1-1的作用下进行竖直移动后能够插入到承书板之间形成的空腔中。被扫描的书籍档案以自然状态打开放在承书板上。背板为一透明的摩擦系数极低的有机材料,安 装在外形呈45°的V形框7-2上,整个V形框7-2能在升降系统的带动下做竖直方向上的直线运动。因为背板的摩擦系数极低,在和被扫描页面接触时,将不会使页面产生褶皱,进而损坏书籍档案。
工作原理及过程:V形框组件作为扫描资料的结构件,在整个自动翻书扫描仪中只能进行竖直方向的直线升降运动,在扫描时,V形框组件的背板应与被扫描页面紧密贴合,才能扫描出最好的效果。在扫描过程中,被扫描页面会不断更换,即在承书板一侧被扫描的书籍档案厚度会由薄变厚,当V形框组件下降过程中,背板将和被扫描页面接触,随着V形框组件不断下降,背板与页面会产生较大的挤压力,挤压力将通过承书板传递到安装板上,致使与安装板连接的滑块在直线导轨上移动,当背板与书籍档案的打开缝隙完全贴合后,压力检测传感器给出信号,V形框组件不再下降,同时电磁锁得到锁紧信号,对直线导轨锁紧制动,安装板将不再相对直线导轨发生直线运动。扫描完成后V形框组件上升时锁紧机构依旧保持锁紧状态,当书籍档案翻页后,锁紧机构才解除制动,V形框组件再次下降时锁紧机构再次进行动作,重复以上运动过程。
通过本方案在扫描时实现自动对中,从而能够使得扫描质量得到保证,并且对中后背板和被扫描页面贴合紧密,不会由于书籍扫描厚度而出现对中状况变化,其设计的角度柔和,能够减少相互之间的摩擦,对书籍档案的纸面进行了保护,保证了书籍档案的安全。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种书籍档案扫描过程的自动对中装置,其特征在于,包括能够进行竖直方向移动的V形框组件(7),所述V形框组件(7)下方设置有能够进行横向移动的导向机构(3),导向机构(3)中设置有用于对横向移动位置进行控制的锁紧机构(6),在导向机构(3)上方设置有承书机构(2),并且承书机构(2)能够随着导向机构(3)进行横向移动,V形框组件(7)竖直移动后能够插入到承书机构(2)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种书籍档案扫描过程的自动对中装置,其特征在于,所述V形框组件(7)包括弯曲的背板(7-1)以及两个V形框(7-2),背板(7-1)设置在V形框(7-2)之间且背板(7-1)的弯曲面分别插入到对应的V形框(7-2)中,V形框(7-2)外部设置有龙门架(1),龙门架(1)上安装有升降系统(1-1),且升降系统(1-1)与V形框(7-2)连接,V形框(7-2)在升降系统(1-1)的作用下进行竖直移动后背板(7-1)能够插入到承书机构(2)中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种书籍档案扫描过程的自动对中装置,其特征在于,所述导向机构(3)的上方设置有安装板(4),安装板(4)设置在导向机构(3)和承书机构(2)之间并且分别与导向机构(3)和承书机构(2)连接,导向机构(3)的下方设置有底板(5),导向机构(3)安装在底板(5)上,安装板(4)能够在导向机构(3)作用下相对于底板(5)进行横向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种书籍档案扫描过程的自动对中装置,其特征在于,所述导向机构(3)包括直线导轨(3-3),直线导轨(3-3)安装在底板(5)上,直线导轨(3-3)的上方设置有若干个滑块(3-1),滑块(3-1)的凹陷部位均与直线导轨(3-3)的凸出部位扣合,且滑块(3-1)能够沿着直线导轨(3-3)移动,安装板(4)的底部与滑块(3-1)的顶部连接,锁紧机构(6)设置在滑块(3-1)之间且能够沿着直线导轨(3-3)移动或者扣紧直线导轨(3-3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种书籍档案扫描过程的自动对中装置,其特征在于,所述直线导轨(3-3)上方设置有直线导杆(3-2),且直线导杆(3-2)与直线导轨(3-3)平行,直线导杆(3-2)穿过设置在同一个直线导轨(3-3)上的滑块(3-1)和锁紧机构(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种书籍档案扫描过程的自动对中装置,其特征在于,所述承书机构(2)包括两块沿着铅垂线对称设置的承书板,承书板底部均与安装板(4)顶部固定,背板(7-1)在升降系统(1-1)的作用下进行竖直移动后能够插入到承书板之间形成的空腔中。
  7. 一种书籍档案扫描过程的自动对中方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)将书籍档案放置在承书板上,并将封页固定在承书板上,开启升降系统(1-1),将V形框组件(7)从高处逐渐插入到承书板之间形成的空腔中,随着V形框组件下降背板(7-1)将和被扫描页面接触,V形框组件(7)不断下降时,背板(7-1)与被扫描页面产生挤压力,挤压力将通过承书板传递到安装板(4)上,致使与安装板(4)连接的滑块(3-1)在直线导轨(3-3)上移动;
    (2)当背板(7-1)与书籍档案的打开缝隙完全贴合后,压力检测传感器给出信号,V形框组件(7)不再下降,同时锁紧机构(6)得到锁紧信号,对直线导轨(3-3)锁紧制动,安装板(4)将不再相对直线导轨(3-3)发生直线运动,此时进行扫描;
    (3)扫描完成后V形框组件(7)上升时锁紧机构(6)保持锁紧状态,当书籍档案翻页后,锁紧机构(6)解除制动,V形框组件(7)再次下降,重复步骤(1)和(2)的运动过程。
