Definitions

  • This disclosure relates to a vehicle roof fixing structure.
  • Patent Document 1 describes a vehicle body superstructure.
  • a pair of left and right roof side rails extending substantially along the vehicle front-rear direction are provided on both sides of the upper part of the vehicle.
  • a reinforcing panel and a resin roof panel covering the upper side of the reinforcing panel are bridged.
  • the roof side rail includes an inner panel disposed on the inner side in the vehicle width direction, an outer panel disposed on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the inner panel, and a cycle outer disposed on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the outer panel.
  • the lower surface of the end portion on the vehicle width direction outer side of the reinforcing panel is joined to the upper surface of the flange portion on the vehicle inner side of the cycle outer with an adhesive.
  • the roof outer side of the cylinder outer cannot be formed by a single plate as in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 due to reasons for forming the roof side rail. It may be formed by joining two plates. In this case, there is a possibility that water at the time of car washing or raining may enter the inside of the roof side rail from a fixed portion where the two plates are joined (hereinafter simply referred to as a fixed portion of the plates). In order to prevent such intrusion of water from the fixed portion of the plate body, for example, if the gap between the fixed portion of the plate body is closed with a sealing material or the like, the work man-hour at the time of vehicle manufacture increases accordingly. End up.
  • an object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle roof fixing structure capable of suppressing an increase in work man-hours at the time of manufacturing a vehicle and preventing water from entering from a fixing portion of the plate body.
  • the roof fixing structure for a vehicle includes a standing panel and a roof panel.
  • the standing panel stands up along a predetermined direction at one end portion in a direction intersecting with the vertical direction of the cab to partition the one side of the passenger compartment.
  • the roof panel includes a roof main body that covers the vehicle compartment from above, and a supported portion that is provided integrally with the edge portion on the one side of the roof main body and supported from below on the upper edge portion of the standing panel.
  • the upper end edge of the upright panel crosses the vertical direction and extends along the predetermined direction, and overlaps with a partial region of the upper surface of the first upper plate from above in the predetermined direction.
  • a 2nd upper board part has an end edge which forms the linear boundary along the said predetermined direction between the upper surfaces of a 1st upper board part.
  • the supported portion of the roof panel is fixed to the upper edge portion of the standing panel with an adhesive in a state where the supported portion overlaps both the first upper plate portion and the second upper plate portion from above.
  • the bonding region where the upper end edge of the standing panel and the supported portion of the roof panel are bonded by an adhesive includes a boundary between the upper surface of the first upper plate portion and one end edge of the second upper plate portion, and It extends along a predetermined direction.
  • the adhesion region between the upper end edge of the standing panel and the supported portion of the roof panel includes a boundary between the upper surface of the first upper plate portion and one end edge of the second upper plate portion, and the predetermined direction. Since the upper edge of the standing panel and the supported portion of the roof panel are fixed (adhered) with an adhesive, the adhesive is connected to the one end edge of the second upper plate and the first upper plate. It functions as a sealing material that closes the gap between the upper surface of the glass. For this reason, the gap between the second upper plate portion and the first upper plate portion can be closed only by adhering the upper edge of the standing panel and the supported portion of the roof panel. An increase in the number of man-hours can be suppressed, and intrusion of rainwater or the like from the fixing portion (fixing portion of the plate body) between the first upper plate portion and the second upper plate portion can be prevented.
  • the vehicle roof fixing structure according to the second aspect is the vehicle roof fixing structure according to the first aspect, wherein the first upper plate portion overlaps the second upper plate portion of the upper surface of the first upper plate portion. In the vicinity of one end edge of the second upper plate portion in the region that does not become, a lower groove portion extending along the predetermined direction in a state of being recessed downward is provided.
  • the adhesion region includes a lower groove.
  • the supported portion of the roof panel extends along the predetermined direction and contacts the upper surface of the first upper plate portion and the upper surface of the second upper plate portion extends along the predetermined direction.

  • the adhesive is applied to the lower groove portion.
  • the lower groove portion can function as an adhesive tray, so that the adhesive can be held in a suitable position by the lower groove portion.
  • the first upper plate portion has a lower groove portion in the vicinity of one end edge of the second upper plate portion, and the supported portion has an upper groove portion facing the lower groove portion from above, the lower groove portion A space is formed between the upper groove portion and the upper groove portion. For this reason, even if the amount of the adhesive when the upper edge of the standing panel and the supported portion of the roof panel are bonded is large, the adhesive spreads into the space between the lower groove and the upper groove. Further, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from protruding from between the upper end edge portion of the standing panel and the supported portion of the roof panel.
  • the first contact portion of the supported portion of the roof panel contacts the upper surface of the first upper plate portion
  • the second contact portion contacts the upper surface of the second upper plate portion
  • the upper groove portion is the first contact portion. Since it is disposed between the contact portion and the second contact portion, rainwater or the like is prevented from entering the space between the lower groove portion and the upper groove portion between the first contact portion and the first upper plate portion. This can be prevented by contact or contact between the second contact portion and the second upper plate portion. For this reason, it is possible to suitably prevent intrusion of rainwater or the like from the fixing portion (the fixing portion of the plate body) between the first upper plate portion and the second upper plate portion.

Description

Vehicle roof fixing structure
This disclosure relates to a vehicle roof fixing structure.
Patent Document 1 describes a vehicle body superstructure. Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-147160
By the way, in a vehicle that requires a relatively large roof side rail, the roof outer side of the cylinder outer cannot be formed by a single plate as in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 due to reasons for forming the roof side rail. End up.
Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle roof fixing structure capable of suppressing an increase in work man-hours at the time of manufacturing a vehicle and preventing water from entering from a fixing portion of the plate body.
In order to solve the above-described problem, the roof fixing structure for a vehicle according to the first aspect of the present disclosure includes a standing panel and a roof panel. The standing panel stands up along a predetermined direction at one end portion in a direction intersecting with the vertical direction of the cab to partition the one side of the passenger compartment. The roof panel includes a roof main body that covers the vehicle compartment from above, and a supported portion that is provided integrally with the edge portion on the one side of the roof main body and supported from below on the upper edge portion of the standing panel. The upper end edge of the upright panel crosses the vertical direction and extends along the predetermined direction, and overlaps with a partial region of the upper surface of the first upper plate from above in the predetermined direction. And a second upper plate portion fixed to the first upper plate portion. A 2nd upper board part has an end edge which forms the linear boundary along the said predetermined direction between the upper surfaces of a 1st upper board part. The supported portion of the roof panel is fixed to the upper edge portion of the standing panel with an adhesive in a state where the supported portion overlaps both the first upper plate portion and the second upper plate portion from above. The bonding region where the upper end edge of the standing panel and the supported portion of the roof panel are bonded by an adhesive includes a boundary between the upper surface of the first upper plate portion and one end edge of the second upper plate portion, and It extends along a predetermined direction.
In the above configuration, the adhesion region between the upper end edge of the standing panel and the supported portion of the roof panel includes a boundary between the upper surface of the first upper plate portion and one end edge of the second upper plate portion, and the predetermined direction.
The vehicle roof fixing structure according to the second aspect is the vehicle roof fixing structure according to the first aspect, wherein the first upper plate portion overlaps the second upper plate portion of the upper surface of the first upper plate portion. In the vicinity of one end edge of the second upper plate portion in the region that does not become, a lower groove portion extending along the predetermined direction in a state of being recessed downward is provided. The adhesion region includes a lower groove. The supported portion of the roof panel extends along the predetermined direction and contacts the upper surface of the first upper plate portion and the upper surface of the second upper plate portion extends along the predetermined direction. A second abutting portion that is in contact, and an upper groove that is disposed between the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion and that extends in the predetermined direction in a state of being recessed upward and faces the lower groove portion from above Part.
In the above configuration, since the first upper plate portion has the lower groove portion in the vicinity of the one end edge of the second upper plate portion, and the bonding region includes the lower groove portion, the adhesive is applied to the lower groove portion. Can do. Thus, the lower groove portion can function as an adhesive tray, so that the adhesive can be held in a suitable position by the lower groove portion.
Further, since the first upper plate portion has a lower groove portion in the vicinity of one end edge of the second upper plate portion, and the supported portion has an upper groove portion facing the lower groove portion from above, the lower groove portion A space is formed between the upper groove portion and the upper groove portion.
The first contact portion of the supported portion of the roof panel contacts the upper surface of the first upper plate portion, the second contact portion contacts the upper surface of the second upper plate portion, and the upper groove portion is the first contact portion.
The vehicle roof fixing structure of the third aspect is the vehicle roof fixing structure of the first or second aspect, and the predetermined direction is the front-rear direction of the cab.
According to the present disclosure, it is possible to suppress an increase in work man-hours at the time of vehicle manufacture and to prevent water from entering from a fixed portion of the plate body.

The notched portion 46 of the supported member 13a is formed in a notch shape by notching the lower portion of the outer end in the vehicle width direction of the supported member 13a, and extends in the front-rear direction across the front and rear of the supported member 13a. The notch 46 includes a wall surface 52 extending upward from the outer edge in the vehicle width direction of the lower surface 51 of the outer contact portion 45 of the supported member 13a, and a packing adhesive lower surface 53 extending outward in the vehicle width direction from the upper edge of the wall surface 52. And a lower protruding portion 54 that protrudes downward at the outer end edge portion in the vehicle width direction of the supported member 13a. The notch 46 defines a space 55 that is open to the outside in the vehicle width direction between the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22. The wall surface 52 of the notch 46 is arranged on the inner side in the vehicle width direction than the roof side plate portion 19L, and defines the inner side in the vehicle width direction of the space 55. The packing adhesion lower surface 53 is disposed at a position spaced upward from the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22 and faces the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27. A packing 58 described later is bonded to the packing bonding lower surface 53. The region on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the packing adhesion lower surface 53 is disposed below the roof support groove 40 c of the roof body fixing portion 40. The lower protruding portion 54 protrudes below the packing adhesive lower surface 53 at the outer end edge portion in the vehicle width direction of the supported member 13a outside the packing adhesive lower surface 53 in the vehicle width direction. The outer surface in the vehicle width direction of the lower projecting portion 54 is disposed on the same plane as the outer surface in the vehicle width direction of the roof support projecting portion 40a on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the roof body fixing portion 40, and the vehicle width direction of the supported member 13a. An outer side surface 37 is formed. A length L1 in the vehicle width direction of the lower protruding portion 54 is shorter than a length L2 in the vehicle width direction of the packing adhesion lower surface 53 (a length L2 from the outer contact portion 45 to the lower protruding portion 54). The lower surface 56 of the lower protruding portion 54 is disposed below the packing adhesive lower surface 53 and above the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27, and faces the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27. That is, a gap is provided between the lower surface 56 of the lower protrusion 54 and the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27 so as to communicate the space 55 below the notch 46 and the outside of the cab 10.
The packing 58 is a rubber packing 58 having elasticity, and has an upper plate portion 59 and a hollow portion 60. The packing 58 is bonded to the packing bonding lower surface 53 of the supported member 13a, and is placed before and after the supported member 13a. It extends in the front-rear direction. The upper plate portion 59 and the hollow portion 60 are integrally formed. The length of the upper plate portion 59 in the vehicle width direction is formed slightly shorter than the length L2 of the packing adhesion lower surface 53 in the vehicle width direction. The hollow portion 60 is formed in a cylindrical shape extending in the front-rear direction, and is disposed at the outer end portion in the vehicle width direction on the lower surface side of the upper plate portion 59. The upper surface 58a of the packing 58 (the upper surface of the upper plate portion 59) is bonded to the packing bonding lower surface 53, and the lower surface 58b of the packing 58 (the lower surface of the hollow portion 60) bonds the supported member 13a and the roof side rail 21. In this state, it contacts the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22. With the packing 58 bonded to the packing bonding lower surface 53, the hollow portion 60 is disposed at a position adjacent to the lower protruding portion 54 of the supported member 13a. In the unloaded state where no load is applied to the packing 58, the distance between the upper surface 58a and the lower surface 58b of the packing 58 is longer than the distance between the packing adhesive lower surface 53 and the lower surface 51 of the outer contact portion 45. . In a state where the supported member 13 a and the roof side rail 21 are bonded, the packing 58 is elastically deformed between the packing bonding lower surface 53 and the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22.
When fixing the roof panel 11 to the roof side rail 21, the adhesive 70 is applied along the boundary 33 between the upper surface 30 of the extended upper plate portion 28 and the inner edge 32 in the vehicle width direction of the outer upper plate portion 27. Then, it is applied to the lower groove 34 of the extended upper plate 28 of the extension panel 23 so as to extend in the front-rear direction. At this time, the protruding height of the adhesive 70 upward from the upper surface 30b of the extended upper plate portion 28 (the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27) is set higher than the depth of the upper groove portion 43 of the supported member 13a. Then, the adhesive 70 is applied. Next, the lower surface 50 of the inner contact portion 44 of the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11 contacts the upper surface 30 of the extended upper plate portion 28, and the lower surface 51 of the outer contact portion 45 of the supported member 13a is the outer upper plate. The roof panel 11 is placed on the roof side rail 21 such that the upper groove portion 43 of the supported member 13a comes into contact with the upper groove 35 of the portion 27 and faces the lower groove portion 34 of the extended upper plate portion 28 from above. The adhesive 70 is pushed downward by the bottom surface (upper surface) of the upper groove 43 of the supported member 13 a and spreads in the vehicle width direction in the space 47. As a result, the supported member 13 a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21 are bonded together by the adhesive 70. Of the adhesion region 71 where the supported member 13 a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21 are adhered by the adhesive 70, the adhesion region 71 a on the roof side rail 21 side includes the lower groove 34 of the extended upper plate portion 28. And it extends in the front-rear direction in a state including the boundary 33 between the upper surface 30 of the extended upper plate portion 28 and the inner end edge 32 of the outer upper plate portion 27 in the vehicle width direction. The packing 58 is elastically deformed in a region below the packing bonding lower surface 53 in the space 55 between the notch portion 46 of the supported member 13a and the outer upper plate portion 27, and the region is positioned adjacent to the lower protruding portion 54. Close with.
In the cab 10 configured as described above, the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21 are bonded by the adhesive 70, and the bonding region 71a on the roof side rail 21 side of the bonding region 71 is In the state including the boundary 33 between the upper surface 30 of the extended upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23 and the inner edge 32 in the vehicle width direction of the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22, it extends in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the adhesive 70 functions as a sealing material that closes the gap between the upper surface 30 of the extended upper plate portion 28 and the inner edge 32 in the vehicle width direction of the outer upper plate portion 27. As described above, the gap between the extended upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23 and the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22 can be closed only by bonding the supported member 13 a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21. As a result, an increase in the number of work steps during the manufacture of the vehicle can be suppressed, and from the joint portion (fixed portion) between the extended upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23 and the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22 to the inside of the roof side rail 21. Intrusion of rainwater, etc. can be prevented.
Further, the outer abutting portion 45 of the supported member 13 a abuts on the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22 at the outer side in the vehicle width direction than the adhesion region 71 between the supported member 13 a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21. Therefore, this contact can prevent water from entering the bonding region 71 between the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21 from the outside in the vehicle width direction. For this reason, it is possible to suitably prevent rainwater and the like from entering the inside of the roof side rail 21 from the joint portion (fixed portion of the plate body) between the extended upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23 and the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22. be able to.
Further, the packing 58 is disposed at a position adjacent to the lower projecting portion 54 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction with respect to the outer abutting portion 45 of the supported member 13a and elastically deforms, and the packing 58 in the space 55 below the notch portion 46 is packed. The area below the bonding lower surface 53 is closed. Therefore, the packing 58 can prevent water from entering the adhesion region 71 between the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21 from the outside in the vehicle width direction, and the extension upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23 can be prevented. It is possible to more suitably prevent rainwater and the like from entering the inside of the roof side rail 21 from a joint portion (a plate fixing portion) between the outer panel 22 and the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to suppress an increase in work man-hours at the time of vehicle manufacture and to prevent water from entering from a fixed portion of the plate.
The extension upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23 has a lower groove portion in the vicinity of the vehicle width direction inner end edge 32 of the outer upper plate portion 27 of the outer panel 22 in the vehicle width direction inner side of the upper surface 30 of the extension upper plate portion 28. 34, the lower groove 34 can function as a tray for the adhesive 70. For this reason, the adhesive 70 can be held at a suitable position by the lower groove 34.
Further, the adhesion region 71a between the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21 includes a lower groove portion 34 of the extended upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23, and above the lower groove portion 34, The upper groove 43 of the supported member 13a is arranged to divide the space 47. Therefore, when the adhesive 70 is applied to the lower groove 34 of the extension panel 23 and the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11 and the roof side rail 21 are bonded, even if the amount of the adhesive 70 is large, Since the adhesive 70 spreads in the space 47 between the lower groove portion 34 and the upper groove portion 43, the adhesive 70 from between the upper surface of the roof side rail 21 and the lower surface 42 of the supported member 13 a of the roof panel 11. Can be prevented from protruding.
In the present embodiment, the supported member 13a is integrally provided on the roof body 17 by fixing the roof body 17 and the supported member 13a with an adhesive, but the roof body 17 and the supported member 13a The support member 13a may be provided integrally with the roof main body 17 by integrally forming.
In the present embodiment, the inner end edge of the outer upper plate portion (second upper plate portion) 27 of the outer panel 22 is used as the vehicle of the extension upper plate portion (first upper plate portion) 28 of the extension panel 23. Although it overlapped with the width direction outer end edge part from upper direction, it is not limited to this. For example, the outer edge in the vehicle width direction of the extended upper plate portion (second upper plate portion) 28 of the extension panel 23 is used as the inner edge in the vehicle width direction of the outer upper plate portion (first upper plate portion) 27 of the outer panel 22. It may be superimposed on the part from above. In this case, a linear boundary along the front-rear direction may be formed between the outer end edge (one end edge) in the vehicle width direction of the extended upper plate portion 28 and the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27. The bonding region 71 where the supported member 13a of the panel 11 and the roof side rail 21 are bonded by the adhesive 70 may include the boundary. Further, in the upper surface 35 of the outer upper plate portion 27, a lower groove portion recessed downward may be provided in the vicinity of the vehicle width direction outer edge of the extended upper plate portion 28 in the vehicle width direction.
In this embodiment, the lower groove 34 is provided in the roof side rail 21 (the extended upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23). However, the shape of the upper surface of the roof side rail 21 is not limited to this. . Moreover, although the upper side groove part 43, the inner side contact part 44, the outer side contact part 45, and the notch part 46 were provided in the lower surface 42 side of the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11, the lower surface of the supported member 13a. The shape of 42 is not limited to this. That is, regardless of the shape of the upper surface of the roof side rail 21 and the lower surface 42 of the supported member 13a, the upper surface of the roof side rail 21 and the lower surface 42 of the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11 are used. And the adhesive region 71 a only needs to include the boundary 33 between the outer upper plate portion 27 and the extended upper plate portion 28.
In the present embodiment, when the roof panel 11 is fixed to the roof side rail 21, the adhesive 70 is applied to the lower groove portion 34 of the extension upper plate portion 28 of the extension panel 23. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Instead, the adhesive 70 may be applied to the lower surface 42 side of the supported member 13a. Even in this case, in the state where the upper surface of the roof side rail 21 and the lower surface 42 of the supported member 13a of the roof panel 11 are fixed by an adhesive, the bonding region 71a is formed by the outer upper plate portion 27 and the extended upper plate. It suffices to include the boundary 33 between the portion 28.
As mentioned above, although this indication was demonstrated based on the said embodiment, this indication is not limited to the content of the said embodiment, Of course, it can change suitably in the range which does not deviate from this indication. That is, it is needless to say that other embodiments, examples, operational techniques, and the like made by those skilled in the art based on this embodiment are all included in the scope of the present disclosure.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the roof fixing structure according to the present disclosure is applied to the structure for fixing the roof panel 11 to the left and right side panels 16L and 16R of the cab body 12. However, the present invention is not limited to this. You may apply to the fixing structure of the roof panel 11 with respect to the 12 front panels 14 and the back panel 15. FIG. In this case, the front panel (standing panel) 14 stands up along the vehicle width direction (predetermined direction) at the front side (one side) end of the cab 10 in the front-rear direction (direction intersecting with the vertical direction). 2, and the back panel (stand-up panel) 15 extends along the vehicle width direction (predetermined direction) at the rear (one side) end of the cab 10 in the front-rear direction (direction intersecting with the vertical direction). Since it stands up and partitions the rear side of the compartment 2, the direction relating to the roof rail (the roof side rail 21 in the above embodiment) and the front and rear supported members also corresponds to the front panel 14 and the back panel 15.
