需要说明的是,在利用破壁机制作豆浆、米糊等食材时,在沸腾后会产生泡沫,很容易溢出。在泡沫快要溢出时,如果打开盖子,泡沫遇到较冷空气,由于压差会导致泡沫很快破掉,则不会溢出。本发明采用这个原理来防泡沫溢出。
在搅拌杯2内温度超过设定温度阈值时,即达到沸腾温度时,控制电路200控制电磁阀300上电,进而电磁阀300开启排气塞4,释放搅拌杯2内的高温气体,从而消除泡沫。
本发明技术方案通过设置底座3、搅拌杯2、及杯盖1、温度检测电路100、控制电路200、电磁阀300、加热装置、及排气塞4,形成了一种破壁机。在对搅拌杯2内的物体进行加热时,所述温度检测电路100对搅拌杯2内的温度进行实时检测;在检测到搅拌杯2内的温度超过预设温度阈值时,该温度阈值可设为沸腾温度,此时搅拌杯2内容易出现泡沫溢出,通过电磁阀300开启排气塞4,使得泡沫接触外部较冷的空气,从而除去泡沫,有效防止搅拌杯2内的泡沫溢出。

其中,热敏电阻Rt的第一端与所述第一电源VCC1连接,热敏电阻Rt的第二端经所述第一电容C1接地;所述第一二极管D1的阳极与所述第一电源VCC1连接,所述第一二极管D1的阴极与所述第二二极管D2的阳极连接,所述第二二极管D2的阴极接地;所述第一电阻R1并联于所述第二二极管D2的两端;所述第二电阻R2的第一端与所述第二二极管D2的阳极连接,所述第二电阻R2的第二端与所述控制芯片U1的检测端TEMP连接;所述控制芯片U1的驱动端DRI与所述第一三极管Q1的基极连接,所述第一三极管Q1的发射极接地,所述第一三极管Q1的集电极经所述限流电阻Rs与所述电磁阀300的一端连接;所述电磁阀300的另一端与所述第二电源VCC2连接。
本实施例中,第一电源VCC1输出电压为5V(伏特),第二电源VCC2输出电压为18V。所述热敏电阻Rt与所述第一电容C1构成所述温度检测电路100;
第一二极管D1、第二二极管D2、第一电阻R1、第二电阻R2、第二电容C2构成滤波稳压电路400,用于对输入的温度采样信号进行滤波稳压。
本实施例中,所述控制芯片U1采用8位单片机实现,构成控制电路200;
所述第一三极管Q1及限流电阻Rs构成开关电路500,用于根据控制芯片U1输出的电平信号控制电磁阀300的通电或断电,从而开启或关闭所述排气塞4。
第一电容C1、第一二极管D1、第二二极管D2、第一电阻R1、第二电阻R2、第二电容C2、控制芯片U1、第一三极管Q1、限流电阻Rs、第一电源VCC1及第二电源VCC2设置于PCB主控板10上,PCB主控板10则设置于底座3;热敏电阻Rt则设置于搅拌杯内部。
本发明技术方案通过在搅拌杯2内的温度达到沸腾温度时,控制电磁阀300通电,使得搅拌杯2内与外部空气连通,利用压差出去泡沫,从而防止了泡沫溢出,避免了使用者用手去打开杯盖1而造成烫伤。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种破壁机,包括杯盖、搅拌杯、及底座,其特征在于,所述破壁机还包括温度检测电路、控制电路、电磁阀、加热装置、及排气塞;其中,
    所述加热装置,对搅拌杯内的物体进行加热;
    所述温度检测电路,对搅拌杯内的温度进行采样;
    在所述温度检测电路检测到搅拌杯内的温度超过预设温度阈值时,所述控制电路控制所述电磁阀通电,以开启所述排气塞释放搅拌杯内气体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的破壁机,其特征在于,在所述温度检测电路检测到搅拌杯内的温度超过预设温度阈值时,所述控制电路控制所述加热装置进行间歇性加热,所述控制电路还控制所述电磁阀保持通电,以控制所述排气塞保持开启。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述破壁机还包括电机及搅拌刀,所述电机设置于底座,所述搅拌刀设置于搅拌杯的底部;所述电机及搅拌刀均设有相互卡合的卡合部,将所述搅拌杯放置于底座时,所述电机与所述搅拌刀卡合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述控制电路在加热超过预设时间后,控制所述电机通电;所述电机带动所述搅拌刀对搅拌杯内的物体进行搅打。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述搅拌刀对物体进行搅打时,所述控制电路还控制所述电磁阀断电,以关闭所述排气塞。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述破壁机还包括电机及搅拌刀,所述电机设置于底座,所述搅拌刀设置于搅拌杯的底部;所述电机及搅拌刀均设有相互卡合的卡合部,将所述搅拌杯放置于底座时,所述电机与所述搅拌刀卡合。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述控制电路在加热超过预设时间后,控制所述电机通电;所述电机带动所述搅拌刀对搅拌杯内的物体进行搅打。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述搅拌刀对物体进行搅打时,所述控制电路还控制所述电磁阀断电,以关闭所述排气塞。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述预设温度阈值根据所述破壁机所在海拔高度进行设定。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述杯盖上开设有贯穿所述杯盖的安装孔,所述排气塞安装于所述安装孔;所述排气塞内部具有中空结构,且所述排气塞的中空结构与搅拌杯相连通;所述排气塞周侧设有多个透气孔;其中,
    所述排气塞处于初始状态时,所述安装孔的孔壁遮挡透气孔;在所述电磁阀通电时,电磁阀推动排气塞向外侧移动,露出透气孔;在所述电磁阀断电时,所述排气塞回复至初始状态。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的破壁机,其特征在于,在所述温度检测电路检测到搅拌杯内的温度超过预设温度阈值时,所述控制电路控制所述加热装置进行间歇性加热,所述控制电路还控制所述电磁阀保持通电,以控制所述排气塞保持开启。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述破壁机还包括电机及搅拌刀,所述电机设置于底座,所述搅拌刀设置于搅拌杯的底部;所述电机及搅拌刀均设有相互卡合的卡合部,将所述搅拌杯放置于底座时,所述电机与所述搅拌刀卡合。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述控制电路在加热超过预设时间后,控制所述电机通电;所述电机带动所述搅拌刀对搅拌杯内的物体进行搅打。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述搅拌刀对物体进行搅打时,所述控制电路还控制所述电磁阀断电,以关闭所述排气塞。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述破壁机还包括电机及搅拌刀,所述电机设置于底座,所述搅拌刀设置于搅拌杯的底部;所述电机及搅拌刀均设有相互卡合的卡合部,将所述搅拌杯放置于底座时,所述电机与所述搅拌刀卡合。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述控制电路在加热超过预设时间后,控制所述电机通电;所述电机带动所述搅拌刀对搅拌杯内的物体进行搅打。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述搅拌刀对物体进行搅打时,所述控制电路还控制所述电磁阀断电,以关闭所述排气塞。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述预设温度阈值根据所述破壁机所在海拔高度进行设定。
  19. 如权利要求1所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述加热装置采用电磁加热。
  20. 如权利要求6所述的破壁机,其特征在于,所述破壁机还包括对插端子,所述对插端子包括公端子和母端子,所述公端子设置于底座,所述母端子设置于搅拌杯;所述公端子分别与所述电机、控制电路电连接;所述母端子分别与所述温度检测电路、电磁阀电连接。
