电子现金支付中可能遇到的另一问题在于“闪卡”问题。电子现金脱机消费应用最后一条命令通讯错误或POS终端证书过期造成的脱机数据认证失败,会引起用户电子现金金额已扣掉但无法获取商品的问题,即因“闪卡”所引起的短款问题。目前解决该问题比较常用的手段是用专用流程再重新发送脱机认证的最后一条命令,但对证书过期这一原因所造成的问题则无效。因此,从某一角度讲,目前针对闪卡问题尚无有效的解决方法。

在步骤12,在认证通过的情况下,电子现金应用根据当前时间确定该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额是预设额度的余额还是要恢复预设额度,其中,该预设额度是为所述账户预设的针对一段时间的消费额度,所述的一段时间也称为消费时段。根据不同的示例,该消费时段可以是一天、一周、两周或一月等。该时间段可根据需要设置,并不以在此所述为限制。根据本发明的示例,电子现金应用可以从支付终端获取当前时间,并将所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中的时间进行比较以确定电子现金应用中的时间与所获取的当前时间之间的差。
在步骤14,在步骤12中确定要恢复预设额度的情况下,重设该账户的可消费金额。
在步骤16,在步骤12确定可消费金额是预设额度的余额的情况下或在重设该账户的可消费金额后,执行后续支付过程。
在步骤18,在支付成功之后,记录该账号的该次消费以便为该账号生成消费记录。该消费记录生成在支付终端中。在电子现金应用和/或该支付终端联网时,发卡行(发出该电子现金的银行)即可基于该消费记录获取与该电子现金对应的账户的消费总额,从而为该账户生成还款账单。
根据本发明的一个示例,如果在步骤12中确定所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中最近一次消费时段的开始时间之间的差大于所述的一段时间,即比消费时段长,则要将该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额重设为预设额度,而不管有多少余额。换句话说,在这种情况下,余额被清零,电子现金在所述一段时间内的消费额度变回预设额度。
替代地,如果在步骤12中确定所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中的最
近一次消费时段的开始时间之间的差大于所述的一段时间,即比消费时段长,则要将该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额重设为剩余金额与预设额度的和。例如电子现金还有20元的剩余金额而根据本示例的预设额度为200元,则该示例中,电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额将被重设为220元。
根据本发明的各示例,支付终端可以为POS终端,还可以是具有支付终端功能的电子设备,例如具有POS功能的智能手机等。
根据本发明的各示例,电子现金应用可以被实现在芯片中、印刷电路中、或任何类似的承载介质中。
根据本发明的各示例,电子现金应用可被实现为软件模块。
根据本发明,无论电子现金被实现为软件模块、实现在芯片中、印刷电路中、或任何类似的承载介质中,该电子现金都可被实现在银行卡中,例如借机卡、信用卡等。
在上文结合图1的描述中,需要说明的是,步骤16中提到的后续支付过程与现有的电子现金结合POS终端的支付过程是类似的。例如,在支付成功之后,该电子现金应用便从可用消费金额中减去本次支付的金额,由此生成新的消费金额。
图2是根据本发明图1所示的方法一个具体示例的流程示意。图2所示的方法中电子现金应用实现在银行卡中,图中示意为银行卡100,支付终端为POS终端200,后台为300。后台300包括银联系统与银行卡100的发卡行。首先需要说明的是,该过程发生在脱机支付的情况下。
如图2所示,在步骤20,用于通过银行卡100进行支付,银行卡100与POS终端200通信,POS终端200从银行卡100中选择其电子现金应用模块。
在步骤22,银行卡100对POS终端200进行认证,以确定其合法性。银行卡100在被选择了电子现金应用之后,返回相应数据,并请求与POS终端200通过相应的PKI机制进行安全认证,银行卡100对POS终端200进行合法性认证,若认证不通过,则停止与POS终端的交互,直接返回错误;若认证通过,继续以下流程。
在步骤24,POS终端200发送GPO命令,开始脱机消费。与现有的GPO命令相比,在新的GPO命令中需要增加POS终端的当前时间。
在步骤25,银行卡100判断获取的当前时间是否大于银行卡100上存储的时间1天(本例中1天是消费时段)以上,如果是,则使电子现金信用额恢复成预设额度,也就是说,银行卡100接下来这一天的时间里可使用的电子现金额度是预设额度,如果不是,则电子现金中的可消费金额是当前卡片中的剩余额度,其中,在电子现金在今天第一次使用的情况下当前卡中的剩余额度就是预设额度。
在步骤26,POS终端200发送读取脱机认证数据的命令。
在步骤27,银行卡100将脱机认证数据发送给POS终端200。
在步骤28,POS终端200对返回的脱机数据进行认证,若认证通过,则该银行卡100合法,否则,则脱机支付失败。
在步骤29,银行卡100更新银行卡100的电子现金的剩余余额,具体是减去本次支付的金额。
在步骤30,POS终端200将脱机消费结算发送给后台300。可在结算日,再将脱机消费结算发送给后台300。
根据本发明的示例,在包括电子现金的银行卡丢失的情况下,持卡人可向银行进行挂失。银行会将该丢失的银行卡写入挂失卡名单中,并将该名单发送给各个收单机构。由此,每当每天例如POS终端的支付终端签到时,即可收到挂失卡名单从而获知哪些卡是已挂失的卡,从而避免该卡被误刷。更为具体地,当支付终端发现与其通信的电子现金所在的银行卡为挂失卡,则发送锁卡命令。该卡片接收到锁卡命令后,即拒绝任何命令,不再响应任何消费。作为替代,发卡行也可随时向POS终端推送挂失卡名单。更进一步,对于挂失卡的处理可例如按照如下方式执行:POS终端获取挂失卡名单;POS终端发送获取银行卡卡片时间命令以获取银行卡卡片时间(在此,银行卡卡片时间可以是该卡片最后一次消费的时间);确定当前时间与卡片时间的差值是否大于预设值,如果是,则POS终端终止流程,并向银行卡发出锁卡命令;或在读取脱机认证数据的过程中,若发现读取的卡片是挂失卡账户,则终止流程并向银行卡发送锁卡命令;银行卡锁卡之后发送确认信息给POS终端,该POS终端向后台传送已锁卡的账户信息。后台可选择将该已锁卡从挂失卡名单中去除。其中,所述预设值的设置目的在于避免卡片无人捡到或非法用户在长时间内一直不刷卡致使一直无法从挂失卡名单中该卡信息从而浪费存储空间这一问题的发生。
根据本发明的一个示例,提供一种电子现金支付系统。该电子现金脱机支付系统,其包括:第一单元,其设置在电子现金应用中,以便该电子现金应用对支付终端进行认证;第二单元,其设置在电子现金应用中,以便该电子现金应用根据当前时间确定该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额是预设额度的余额还是要恢复预设额度,其中,该预设额度是为所述账户预设的针对一段时间的消费额度,所述一段时间为消费时段;第三单元,其设置在电子现金应用中,以便第二单元确定要恢复预设额度的情况下,重设该账户的可消费金额;第四单元,其设置在电子现金应用与支付终端中,以便在在确定可消费金额是预设额度的余额的情况下或在重设该账户的可消费金额后,执行后续支付过程;第五单元,用于在支付成功之后,记录该账号的该次消费以便为该账号生成消费记录,其中,第五单元可设置在支付终端中。根据本发明的示例,第二单元还包括第一子单元与第二子单元。第一子单元用于从支付终端获取当前时间,第二子单元用于将将所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中的最近一次消费时段的开始时间比较,如果时间差比消费时段长,则要将该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额重设为预设额度。可替代地,该第二单元可以包括第一子单元,用于从支付终端获取当前时间;以及第二子单元,用于将所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中的最近一次消费时段的开始时间比较,如果时间差比消费时段长,则要将该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额重设为剩余金额与预设额度的和。
本发明示例的电子现金脱机支付方法,或根据本发明所述的电子现金脱机支付系统,针对该电子现金对应的账户设置了预设金额,(即在一天或一周等消费时段内的最大消费金额),而且实行先消费后还款的方式,这样,用户在使用电子现金时,便无需先充值。与现有的现金支付相比,用户的体验大大改善。同时,因为采用了后还款的方式,也有效避免了闪卡问题。
尽管已结合上文描述了本发明,但应理解,文中的各示例可相互结合。在不背离本发明公开的范围与精神的情况下,对示例中各步骤或部件、单元的修改也应落入本申请所附的权利要求书的范围内。
Claims (15)
- 一种电子现金脱机支付方法,其包括:a.电子现金应用对支付终端进行认证;b.在认证通过的情况下,电子现金应用根据当前时间确定该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额是预设额度的余额还是要恢复预设额度,其中,该预设额度是为所述账户预设的针对一段时间的消费额度,所述一段时间为消费时段;c.在确定要恢复预设额度的情况下,重设该账户的可消费金额;d.在确定可消费金额是预设额度的余额的情况下或在重设该账户的可消费金额后,执行后续支付过程;e.在支付成功之后,记录该账号的该次消费以便为该账号生成消费记录。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子现金脱机支付方法,其中,所述步骤b包括:电子现金应用从支付终端获取当前时间;将所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中的最近一次消费时段的开始时间比较,如果时间差比消费时段长,则要将该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额重设为预设额度。
- 如权利要求1所述的电子现金脱机支付方法,其中,所述步骤b包括:电子现金应用从支付终端获取当前时间;将所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中的最近一次消费时段的开始时间比较,如果时间差比消费时段长,则要将该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额重设为剩余金额与预设额度的和。
- 如权利要求1到3中任意一项所述的电子现金脱机支付方法,其中,所述消费时段为一天或一周或两周或一月。
- 如权利要求1到3中任意一项所述的电子现金脱机支付方法,其中,所述支付终端为POS终端或具有支付终端功能的电子设备。
- 如权利要求1到3中任意一项所述的电子现金支付方法,其中,所述电子现金应用被实现在芯片中、印刷电路中。
- 如权利要求1到3中任意一项所述的电子现金支付方法,其中,所述电子现 金应用被实现为软件模块。
- 如权利要求6或7所述的电子现金支付方法,其中,所述电子现金应用被实现在银行卡中。
- 一种电子现金脱机支付系统,其包括:第一单元,其设置在电子现金应用中,以便该电子现金应用对支付终端进行认证;第二单元,其设置在电子现金应用中,以便该电子现金应用根据当前时间确定该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额是预设额度的余额还是要恢复预设额度,其中,该预设额度是为所述账户预设的针对一段时间的消费额度,所述一段时间为消费时段;第三单元,其设置在电子现金应用中,以便第二单元确定要恢复预设额度的情况下,重设该账户的可消费金额;第四单元,其设置在电子现金应用与支付终端中,以便在在确定可消费金额是预设额度的余额的情况下或在重设该账户的可消费金额后,执行后续支付过程;第五单元,用于在支付成功之后,记录该账号的该次消费以便为该账号生成消费记录。
- 如权利要求9所述的电子现金脱机支付系统,其中,所述第二单元包括:第一子单元,用于从支付终端获取当前时间;第二子单元,用于将所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中的最近一次消费时段的开始时间比较,如果时间差比消费时段长,则要将该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额重设为预设额度。
- 如权利要求9所述的电子现金脱机支付系统,其中,所述第二单元包括:第一子单元,用于从支付终端获取当前时间;第二子单元,用于将所获取的当前时间与电子现金应用中的最近一次消费时段的开始时间比较,如果时间差比消费时段长,则要将该电子现金应用对应账户的可消费金额重设为剩余金额与预设额度的和。
- 如权利要求9到11中任意一项所述的电子现金脱机支付系统,其中,所述支付终端为POS终端或设置在智能电子设备中的支付终端。
- 如权利要求9到11中任意一项所述的电子现金支付系统,其中,所述电子现金应用被实现在芯片中、印刷电路中。
- 如权利要求9到11中任意一项所述的电子现金支付系统,其中,所述电子现金应用被实现为软件模块。
- 如权利要求13或14所述的电子现金支付系统,其中,所述电子现金应用被实现在银行卡中。
