Description

一种金属板料折边机折边机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种折边机构,尤其涉及一种金属板料折边机折边机构,属于折边机机械技术领域。
背景技术
折边机为简单的弯曲机,既可以手动的也可以机动的,折边机是对产品的边缘进行处理的机械设备,现有的折边机,它包括一上装置和一下装置,上装置包括一上板、一上压板和一上动力机构,所述上动力机构装接在上板并连接上压板,以能带动上压板相对上板上下活动。下装置包括一下板、一下压板和一下动力机构,所述下动力机构装接在下板并连接下压板,以能带动下压板相对下板上下活动,它的折边步骤为:将板料置放在下板之上,使上压板向下活动并压靠在板料之上,上升下压板,上升过程中,下压板作用板料使其折边。随着社会经济的发展,人们对工件的需要范围越来越广,传统的折边机只能够实现单一的上下折边动作,无法实现复杂的折边轨迹,无法满足客户的需求,而且结构简单,传动精度低,产品质量差。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构紧凑、传动精度高,动态响应快,能够实现复杂的折边轨迹,满足不同客户的需求的一种金属板料折边机折边机构。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括机架,所述机架的前侧下端设有支撑台,所述支撑台上方设有压紧梁,所述机架前侧内设有折边梁,所述折边梁下端左右两侧分别设有驱动折边梁上下摆动的竖直驱动机构,所述折边梁后端设有驱动折边梁前后摆动的水平驱动机构。
进一步,所述竖直驱动机构包括伺服电机Ⅰ、减速机Ⅰ、曲轴Ⅰ和连杆Ⅰ,所述伺服电机Ⅰ与减速机Ⅰ相连接,所述减速机Ⅰ通过连接座Ⅰ安装在机架左右两侧内,所述减速机Ⅰ的输出轴与曲轴Ⅰ连接,所述曲轴Ⅰ两端安装有设置在机架内的轴承Ⅰ,所述连杆Ⅰ一端套在曲轴Ⅰ上,连杆Ⅰ另一端通过销钉与折边梁下端连接。
进一步,所述水平驱动机构包括伺服电机Ⅱ、减速机Ⅱ、曲轴Ⅱ、连杆Ⅱ和转轴,所述伺服电机Ⅱ与减速机Ⅱ相连接,所述减速机Ⅱ的输出轴与曲轴Ⅱ连接,所述机架后侧下端中间安装有轴承座,所述曲轴Ⅱ两端安装有轴承Ⅱ,所述轴承Ⅱ安装在轴承座内,所述轴承座 一侧连接有连接座Ⅱ,所述减速机Ⅱ安装在连接座Ⅱ内,所述折边梁后端通过销轴连接有连接板,所述连接板的下端与转轴固定连接,所述转轴通过若干支座安装在机架内,所述转轴中间部位固定连接有一连杆Ⅲ,所述连杆Ⅱ一端套在曲轴Ⅱ上,连杆Ⅱ另一端与连杆Ⅲ铰接连接。
进一步,所述折边梁的前端设有C型口,所述C型口的上下两端分别通过螺钉安装有上折边条和下折边条。
进一步,所述折边梁左右两侧设有加强连接板。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构紧凑,传动精度高,动态响应快,竖直驱动机构带动折边梁上下摆动,实现垂直方向运动,水平驱动机构带动折边梁前后摆动,实现水平方向运动,两者联动可实现复杂的折边轨迹,满足不同客户的需求。

一种金属板料折边机折边机构,包括机架1,所述机架1的前侧下端设有支撑台2,所述支撑台2上方设有压紧梁3,所述机架1前侧内设有折边梁4,所述折边梁4下端左右两侧分别设有驱动折边梁4上下摆动的竖直驱动机构,所述折边梁4后端设有驱动折边梁4前后摆动的水平驱动机构;所述竖直驱动机构包括伺服电机Ⅰ5、减速机Ⅰ6、曲轴Ⅰ7和连杆Ⅰ8,所述伺服电机Ⅰ5与减速机Ⅰ6相连接,所述减速机Ⅰ6通过连接座Ⅰ9安装在机架1左 右两侧内,所述减速机Ⅰ6的输出轴与曲轴Ⅰ7连接,所述曲轴Ⅰ7两端安装有设置在机架1内的轴承Ⅰ10,所述连杆Ⅰ8一端套在曲轴Ⅰ7上,连杆Ⅰ8另一端通过销钉11与折边梁4下端连接;所述水平驱动机构包括伺服电机Ⅱ12、减速机Ⅱ13、曲轴Ⅱ14、连杆Ⅱ15和转轴16,所述伺服电机Ⅱ12与减速机Ⅱ13相连接,所述减速机Ⅱ13的输出轴与曲轴Ⅱ14连接,所述机架1后侧下端中间安装有轴承座17,所述曲轴Ⅱ14两端安装有轴承Ⅱ18,所述轴承Ⅱ18安装在轴承座17内,所述轴承座17一侧连接有连接座Ⅱ19,所述减速机Ⅱ13安装在连接座Ⅱ19内,所述折边梁4后端通过销轴20连接有连接板21,所述连接板21的下端与转轴16固定连接,所述转轴16通过若干支座22安装在机架1内,所述转轴16中间部位固定连接有一连杆Ⅲ23,所述连杆Ⅱ15一端套在曲轴Ⅱ14上,连杆Ⅱ15另一端与连杆Ⅲ23铰接连接;所述折边梁4的前端设有C型口,所述C型口的上下两端分别通过螺钉24安装有上折边条25和下折边条26;所述折边梁4左右两侧设有加强连接板27。
竖直驱动机构的伺服电机Ⅰ和减速机Ⅰ驱动曲轴Ⅰ转动,曲轴I通过连杆Ⅰ带动折边梁前端上下摆动,实现折边梁的垂直方向运动;水平驱动机构的伺服电机Ⅱ和减速机Ⅱ驱动曲轴Ⅱ转动,曲轴Ⅱ通过连杆Ⅱ带动连杆Ⅲ,连杆Ⅲ通过转轴带动连接板,连接板推动折边梁前后摆动,从而实现水平方向运动,竖直驱动机构和水平驱动机构两者联动可实现复杂的折边轨迹。

  1. 一种金属板料折边机折边机构,其特征在于,包括机架,所述机架的前侧下端设有支撑台,所述支撑台上方设有压紧梁,所述机架前侧内设有折边梁,所述折边梁下端左右两侧分别设有驱动折边梁上下摆动的竖直驱动机构,所述折边梁后端设有驱动折边梁前后摆动的水平驱动机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属板料折边机折边机构,其特征在于,所述竖直驱动机构包括伺服电机Ⅰ、减速机Ⅰ、曲轴Ⅰ和连杆Ⅰ,所述伺服电机Ⅰ与减速机Ⅰ相连接,所述减速机Ⅰ通过连接座Ⅰ安装在机架左右两侧内,所述减速机Ⅰ的输出轴与曲轴Ⅰ连接,所述曲轴Ⅰ两端安装有设置在机架内的轴承Ⅰ,所述连杆Ⅰ一端套在曲轴Ⅰ上,连杆Ⅰ另一端通过销钉与折边梁下端连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属板料折边机折边机构,其特征在于,所述水平驱动机构包括伺服电机Ⅱ、减速机Ⅱ、曲轴Ⅱ、连杆Ⅱ和转轴,所述伺服电机Ⅱ与减速机Ⅱ相连接,所述减速机Ⅱ的输出轴与曲轴Ⅱ连接,所述机架后侧下端中间安装有轴承座,所述曲轴Ⅱ两端安装有轴承Ⅱ,所述轴承Ⅱ安装在轴承座内,所述轴承座一侧连接有连接座Ⅱ,所述减速机Ⅱ安装在连接座Ⅱ内,所述折边梁后端通过销轴连接有连接板,所述连接板的下端与转轴固定连接,所述转轴通过若干支座安装在机架内,所述转轴中间部位固定连接有一连杆Ⅲ,所述连杆Ⅱ一端套在曲轴Ⅱ上,连杆Ⅱ另一端与连杆Ⅲ铰接连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种金属板料折边机折边机构,其特征在于,所述折边梁的前端设有C型口,所述C型口的上下两端分别通过螺钉安装有上折边条和下折边条。
